The U.S. state Department has just issued a spate of warnings to Americans regarding countries around the world, with some of the most serious warnings understandably coming out of the US Embassies located in the Middle East. You see, on Monday, July 20, the U.S. state Department updated a public alert that they had up online already to read as follows, quote, the security environment remains complex with the potential for unforeseen escalation due to fighting in the Middle East. Iran and groups supportive of Iran may target other U.S. interests overseas or at locations associated with the United States and Americans throughout the world, meaning that it's not a great time to be an American traveling either to the Middle east or any other place with a large pocket of pro Iranian minded individuals since it makes you a target. Now, the following day was July 21st and the State Department issued another bulletin telling US citizens who were already in the Middle east that to, quote, exercise caution and heighten vigilance amid possible airspace closures, travel disruptions and canceled flights. Now that notice, it did not name any countries specifically, but it did also urge Americans who are outside of the Middle east to not travel there or to even travel through the region. Then on Friday, July 24, you had eight separate U.S. embassies issue alert. These alerts. They echoed what the State Department had already said and basically told people to not come and if they were already in the country, to keep their head down and to stay abreast of any developments in the news. The embassies that issued these alerts were as Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the virtual embassy in Iran. That was, by the way, on top of several other alerts that were already issued a few days prior from the countries of Qatar, all Oman as well as Lebanon. Now it's worth mentioning that neither the broader global alerts that were issued by the State Department nor these more country specific ones that were released by the different embassies. Neither of them said that there would be an increase in hostilities or that hostilities were about to intensify. Instead, they noted that among other things, US Citizens might get stuck in the Middle east since some airlines have already been canceling flights into and out of the region and other airlines may soon follow. Quote, Americans currently in the Middle east should exercise caution and heightened vigilance and should be prepared for flight cancellations, periodic aerospace closures and potential travel disruptions, meaning that even if you're able to get in, you might have trouble getting out. Now, the US State Department maintains a website for travel advisories. You can see it up on your screen and they're filtered into one of four different levels, with level four being the worst. It's the do not travel level. These are basically the countries where you're taking a real gamble if you travel there as an American. Reasons can include things like general unrest, crime, the real possibility of wrongful detention, terrorism, the risk of being taken hostage, as well as other which in the case of Ukraine, probably refers to the ongoing special military operations. Currently, there are 23 countries listed as Level 4 and they are as follows. In alphabetical order you have Afghanistan, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Burma or Myanmar, Central African Republic, Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Niger, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, Ukraine, as well as Yemen. Also, it is worth mentioning that while Mexico as a whole is not listed on that travel agency, Level 4, several areas within Mexico are under Level 4 advisories, and including the states of Colima, Guerrero, Michoacan, Sinaloa, Tamaulipas, and Zicatecas. Hope I'm pronouncing those right. I don't speak Spanish. Overall, though, Mexico itself is listed under a level two advisory, meaning to exercise increased caution when going there. All right, just to pause here for a super quick moment. If you've watched our program, Facts Matter, then you know that we focus on one thing, which is the facts. Not speculation, not narratives, just what the data shows. And right now, the data globally is pointing in a direction people should really be paying attention to, which is the fact that global conflicts are fueling market uncertainty. That's why I believe in owning something real, something physical, something that the government can't just inflate away, which is physical gold and physical silver from today's sponsor, which is American Hartford Gold, the company that I trust and who I've been personally buying from for many years now. These are tangible assets. They're not tied to policy decisions or, or shifting narratives. Gold has held its value for thousands of years through inflation, currency changes, the rise and fall of empires, as well as general global instability. In a certain sense, gold actually thrives in periods of global instability. And American Hartford Gold is a good company. They have an A plus rating with a Better Business Bureau, thousands of five star reviews. They can deliver your gold and your silver directly to your doorstep. Or they can help you set up a gold Iraq. If you're trying to diversify your retirement. And right now, when you call and mention my name, Roman, you can get up to $20,000 in free silver with your first qualifying purchase. So give them a call. 866-242-3452 or just text Roman to 65532. That's again, 866-242-2352 or text Roman to 65532. I'll also throw all their details. You'll be able to find them down in the description box below.

And what's surprising is that more and more Western European countries are also being added to the to that level two list due to the concerns over terrorism. To that end, just one day after all those different embassies in the Middle east issued their advisory notices, you had the State Department as a whole go ahead and add the country of Belgium to their level two advisory notice warning Americans about the risks of terrorism, crime as well as general unrest in the country in regards to terrorism. Specifically, quote, outfits inspired by terrorist organizations are intent on attacking U.S. citizens abroad, including in Europe. Belgium had been designated with the Level 2 Exercise increase caution classification earlier and the latest update retained the classification while adding in the risks of crime and unrest. Terror operatives can use knives, vehicles and firearms to target crowds. They typically aim their attacks at vulnerable and unprotected targets such as places of worship, schools, shopping malls, public transportation systems, hotels and restaurants frequented by tourists, as well as high profile public events. And it's also worth mentioning that Belgium was just the most recent European addition to this list of concerns over terrorism. Among others, you also have the countries of Denmark, France, Germany, the Isle of Man, Italy, the Netherlands, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, if you count them as being a part of Europe and as well as the Holy See, all those countries are listed under that Level 2 travel advisory designation with terrorism as one of the reasons, within the continent of Europe, which is really a new development that only really started in the year 2024. Before then, none of those countries were listed as level two. And so there you have it. If you were for some reason planning to travel to Iraq, Iran or Lebanon in the next few weeks, which probably encapsulates 0.0001% of the people watching this video. But if you were one of those people, well, perhaps wait until things cool down. However, I will mention that these different levels to the travel advisory being issued by the State Department, they're actually just suggestions. They're not legally binding. And so you can still buy a ticket and your passport still will work in those countries. It's only that the US Government might not be able to fully help you in an emergency situation. And also travel insurance companies usually use that level system to exclude certain countries from travel insurance and and so you might not be covered if you go there. If you want to check out the travel advisors for yourself, which I would actually recommend you do, you can filter by level and then click into the individual country names to see the sort of past list of advisory notices for those countries. Kind of an interesting, an interesting look into the countries. Usually, you know, when you're looking at the maps, you look at travel destinations or different flags or fun things to do. It's kind of interesting to look at the flip side, which is our own government telling its citizens who travel abroad as tourists, hey, you should not go to this place for XYZ reasons. And here's the, you know, things to avoid in that country. Kind of an interesting perspective. If you want to check it out, I'll throw the link to that webpage down in the description box below. And all I ask in return is for two things. One, please do smash those like and subscribe buttons as you're making your way down there so the video reaches ever more people via the algorithm. Thank you so much for that. And then lastly, and on a totally unrelated topic, about 2400 years ago, there was a Greek physician who was at least believed to have said the Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food. Very wise words. But then you fast forward 2,400 years to the present day and look where we're at. Food is cheap, it's abundant, it's calorically dense, but at the same time, it's been stripped of its nutrients. It seems like the more you eat, ironically, the worse off you become. And it's even gotten to the point now where most farmers can't even grow their crops anymore without adding chemicals to the soil, chemicals which in turn wind up on our plates. However, there is a new movement of farmers that's actually fighting back against this trend. They're ditching modern chemicals and they're returning to nature. Basically, they're making what you can call heirloom food, food like it was 100 years ago, both meat as well as dairy and meat products. In fact, there's a great new documentary we just published over on EpicTV about the American farmers who are bringing life back to the soil and producing real, nutritious, healing food once again using something called regenerative agriculture techniques. It's an amazing film because it offers an actual solution to the problem, an actual path forward for all of us to take to make ourselves, our families, and maybe even the country as a whole, healthy again. And so if you happen to be a person who buys food in America. I would say that you need to see this film because it'll give you the knowledge about where specifically you can find the most nutritious food in your local community. It's a great movie and you can check it out by clicking on the link to it. It'll be at the very top of the description box below. Just click on that link, it'll take you to EpicTV where you can watch it right away. I would highly recommend it.

The modern world is making us sick.
B
There's no such thing as diseases. They're all consequences.
C
So what is wrong with the food that most Americans are eating?
D
We've got to learn how to be biologists, because everything we're doing out here is affecting the biology of the soil and the biology of our gut. To me, regenerative organic agriculture is the

way back to a healthier farm.
C
And the idea of regenerative agriculture is that healthy soil makes healthy plants, which makes healthy people healthy meat. And it's a whole circle.
A
And that was my aha moment that, hey, there's a better way of doing this.
D
It's a completely new way of thinking. Our health is directly related to our food.
B
I do believe doctors of the future will prescribe food as medicine. So let thy food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.
A
The two really go together.
C
The impact on our health was pretty significant.
B
You can't have one without the other. You can't have human health without soil health. It's just a relationship that's undeniable at this point.
D
The answer is, why didn't I do this 10 years ago?

And then, until next time, I'm your host, Roman from the epoch times. Stay informed and most importantly, stay free.
This episode of "Facts Matter" delves into the recent cascade of security warnings issued by US embassies and the State Department to American travelers abroad, especially in the Middle East and parts of Western Europe. The host methodically breaks down what these alerts mean, how the travel advisory system works, and the broader global climate of unrest fueling heightened caution.
