Most protein drinks ask you to choose between results and taste. Bucked up decided. That's a ridiculous trade off. Bucked up makes lightly carbonated protein drinks. 25 grams of protein per can. Clear protein, not milky or thick, and they taste so good that 25 grams of protein almost feels like a bonus. a million bucks Is there a vet that you are consistently lower on lower on than the rest of the consensus?
Eric Moody
You know what I will tell you though, that there is a name that I'm concerned about. It's a Los Angeles Rams wide receiver, goes by the name of hey, I'm Liz Loza.
Liz Loza
This is Facts versus Feelings and today's fact is that experience, experience has value.
Dave
We are back Liz, for episode two of Facts versus Feelings. Episode one. We hit rookies this week, veterans, and the first name on this list is a wide receiver out of Buffalo. Who you got cooking for me this week?
Liz Loza
Well, it's obviously going to be DJ Moore, who previously in Chicago experienced a bit of a career renaissance when he landed with the Bears initially, and in 2023 he recorded a career high eight touchdowns. In 2024, Romo Dunes a joined the receiving core and while DJ Moore's touchdowns went down, he recorded a career high number of receptions, 98 that season. But in 2025 when Ben Johnson took over the offense and Luther Burden as well as Colston Loveland joined the pass catching core, well, DJ Moore's volume and subsequent fantasy production pretty much plummeted. He averaged just 10 fantasy points per game in 2025. But I think all of that is going to rebound in his new home in Buffalo. The Bills just added one wide receiver over the NFL draft, a guy named Skyler bell out of UConn in the fourth round. Otherwise, the rest of their receiving corps is is really lacking in alpha energy. We got Khalil Shakir, Josh Palmer and Keon Coleman as the headliners. Moore therefore has an opportunity to serve and help Josh Allen as a battle tested vet that can be relied on. By the way, D.J. moore has not missed a game since 2020. Josh Allen has his new number one pretty good quarterback to be attached. I think that Moore is going to flirt with a hundred looks this season. Probably drafted as a wide receiver 3, but certainly in that offense has wide receiver 2 potential for fantasy purposes.
Dave
I'm really pumped this season Liz, to see how DJ Moore and Josh Allen can combine. I think it's going to result in a lot of fantasy points for those fantasy managers, but moving from one Bear or one previous Bear to another previous Bear.
Liz Loza
David Montgomery yes, David Montgomery did play in Chicago, but for the last three seasons he's been successfully playing the role of knuckles to Jameer Gibbs Sonic in 2023. Similarly to more actually, Montgomery was incredible 235 total touches that year. Now it went down a little bit in 2024, 221 total touches, but still produced at a high level for fantasy purposes. In 2025 though, with with Ben Johnson out the door just 182 total touches, he averaged 9.8 fantasy points per game. That was the RB31 per game in terms of fantasy production. But again, we're feeling a rebound. The move is going to be beneficial for him. He was traded to Houston and signed a two year deal. Now Houston also did not add a running back at all during the draft last month. That leaves Monty available to eat in Houston's backfield. He is going to be the team's RB1 with Woody Marks who you know, admittedly flashed last year but also kind of showed that he wasn't up to the task of being an every down option to work as the team's RB2. I think that, I think that Monty's going to average probably 13 or 14 carries, maybe one to two receptions per game and that kind of volume makes him a solid floor option on the RB2 to RB3 bubble.
Dave
Okay, so a bit of a bounce back for David Montgomery. And speaking of bounce backs, this next player could be in line for one. Liz, I see Mr. Mark Andrews on the rundown.
Liz Loza
Yes, so Mark Andrews, 31 years old, has been a fantasy stalwart at the position for years. In fact, he has averaged double digit fantasy points perhaps per game for six straight seasons between 2019 and 2024. But in 2025 another player whose production dipped. Since then, however, things have changed in Baltimore. The team let Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kohler go. Now it is worth mentioning that Durham Smythe was added Likely to be the team's blocking tight end replacing Kohler. But biggest thing here obviously is is that there's been a change at the play caller position. Declan Doyle, who was previously the tight ends coach in Denver under Sean Payton and then last year was the was the OC in Chicago learning under Ben Johnson, who we know likes to utilize the tight end position is coming in and calling the plays for Baltimore. So I think that that is a great opportunity for Mark Andrews. Also, the team before they let likely Ann Kohler go signed Andrews to a two year extension in December and make made his 2026 salary fully guaranteed. Now it is worth mentioning that they did draft two tight ends I believe one in the fourth round and one in the fifth round, both largely believed to be developmental prospects. So you know, I don't think that this is a great dynasty pick, but I do think in redraft for 2026 Andrews can go back to those double digit fantasy points per game that we were so used to for so long.
Dave
Mark Andrews was a beast Liz, when he was in his prime. I would love to get back to that and reap the benefits of some of that high end fantasy production. Three solid vets there heading into this preseason.
Liz Loza
Yeah, solid vets, high floor options and all at great values. And we know we love to dig for that. What else do we love to do?

We have got ESPN fantasy analyst Eric Moody joining the show today. Eric, hey, welcome.
Eric Moody
Hey, how's it going, Liz? You know, things are going well in my world, you know, fully caffeinated, ready to rock and roll. But you know what, you know, I'm feeling a little frisky today. I may have another cup of coffee for the afternoon, so.
Liz Loza
Ooh, a little cold brew. I love it. That nitro stuff really messes with my head. So let's use all of that energy moving forward because we just talked about some vets and I'm curious to know, is there a vet that you are consistently lower on, lower on than the rest of the consensus?
Eric Moody
You know what, I will tell you, though, that there is a name that I'm concerned about. It's a Los Angeles Rams wide receiver, goes by the name of Devonte Adams. Probably my biggest concern with Adams was that he did score a lot of touchdowns, of course, but he just had 114 targets, you know, the fewest amongst the wide receivers. He finished inside the top 10 and fantasy points. He had 60 receptions, 780 yards like last season. Those were like his lowest total since 2015, like a second season in the league. You know, Matthew Stafford, he's not a, you know, a, you know, a young buck either. You know, he had back issues last year, if you remember, during the summer, we were all concerned. It's like, what's going to happen with Stafford? He's dealing with that back injury, but, you know, he ended up performing well. We threw what, 46 passing touchdowns, like a career high. And you got Adams, who brought down 14 of those. So, you know, he's, he's not young either. You know, he's 33 years old. So that's probably my biggest concern. So if I just look at Adams and his average draft position, he's someone that I probably will not add on a lot of my teams, you know, for this draft season. So that's one thing.
Liz Loza
Well, that's a kind of spicy take, but I want you to do even better than that. Give me your Hottest take for the 2026 fantasy football season. Noting, of course, that it is currently the beginning of May.
Eric Moody
I would say Ashton Genty, right, finishes as a top three fantasy running back in 2026. So we're going to get spicy. You know, we're going to get spicy here. So one thing about Genti that I like is that he did finish just inside, like the top eight at the running back position, like in touches, which is very encouraging. Did finishes. The RB11 had a monster stretch of games to close out the season, but I am optimistic about this upcoming season. And so he could be like this year's, like Jonathan Taylor from last year who got off to a phenomenal start as we all remember from the 2025 season. So there you go. That's my hot take.
Liz Loza
That is a great segue, by the way, because we have a little game prepared for you. It is called Fact or Feeling. I will read you a statement and you will tell me whether that statement is a fact or a feeling. The first one seems perfectly placed. Fact or Feeling. Ashton Genty will be a more productive fantasy asset in his year two than Jeremiah Love will be in his year one.
Eric Moody
Immediately, I'm sitting there thinking, fact, fact. But I would say. I would say it's a feeling because Jeremiah.
Liz Loza
So you think Jeremiah Love could be like an RB2?
Eric Moody
I could see it mainly due to the volume. But, you know, you look at the offensive situation, right? I'm like, you've got some. You still got James Connor there. You still got some other pieces. So I would say my initial thought was feelings. I was going to go off the cuff here.
Liz Loza
I would go feel fact or feel feeling. Luther Burden will be a top 20 fantasy producer at the position and should be prioritized ahead of both Roma Dunze and Colston Loveland.
Eric Moody
I'm gonna go with fact there. I like. I really like what we saw from Luther Burton, like last year, the record that he has, you know, with the quarterback Caleb Williams. Right. My. My memory kind of escaped me there. I know you'll get on to me if I'm.
Liz Loza
I'll never forget.
Eric Moody
I. I know you will never forget that. Sorry, kind of had a little lapse there. Maybe I need to get that coffee going. But yeah, the rapport between those two is. Is really undeniable. So that's a fact for me. I'm really excited about Burden this year.
Liz Loza
You know, it is hard for me to lay down the Roma Dunze Alpha moniker, but I can certainly see Luther Burden gaining ground in his second year all Right. Fact or female feeling Bad Boys is the greatest buddy cop film in cinematic history.
Eric Moody
I would say that that's not a fact. So I would say that's a feeling because for me, you're talking about buddy cop movies, right? Buddy cop movies, bad boys. I'm like, no one's gonna talk about like Rush Hour. I'm like, you got 48 hours. You got, you got Lethal Weapon. It's so many other choices, Liz, that you go with.
Liz Loza
Then you need to tweak your meme usage because you post that Bad boys meme nonstop in your Twitter feed. I thought this was a surefire fact for you.
Eric Moody
But you know, I also post like Lethal Weapon with Mel Gibson and Danny Glover a lot too. But maybe I do need to update that just to coincide and connect properly.
Liz Loza
You got no rush hour in there. You got no rush hour in there. So just a little note, as you head into the summer, maybe diversify the meme portfolio. All right, final question. Fact or feeling the fantasy? Focus Chat is the most knowledgeable, engaged and best looking chat on the entire Internet.
Eric Moody
You know that's a fact. I'm like, you got a. Yeah, you've got a short group of managers that are in there, especially the, the diehards that were there like every single day like last year. They are very dialed in and they do have some strong opinions of things that were discussed like on the show, whether they agree or disagree. So very informed. You do not want the people that are in the chat in your league because they're going to dominate.

Absolutely. The, the Focus chat loves Eric Moody and Facts versus Feelings does as well. Thank you Eric so much for joining us. Can you tell everyone where they can follow you and find your work?

Now let's get comfortable on the couch and dive into fantasy therapy, a safe space for all of your fantasy football questions. And don't forget the voicemail line is back again this year. Call in with your hot takes and your questions and your cash outs and your crash outs even before the season officially begins. The number is Thursday 323-391-4855. All right, producer Presley, in your tiny little box, what do we have for this week's fantasy therapy?
Dave
It's cold in this box, Liz. I need to turn the heat up. First question comes from Ellis York, 99. Keep a dilemma CMC Ameca, Agbuka or Jalen Hurts. You can only keep one. Thanks.
Liz Loza
Well, CMC touched the ball over 400 times in 2025, so I am expecting a bit of a regression. Jalen hurts, obviously a star, but also obviously tons of depth at the quarterback position. That to me leaves the youngest of the three options a booker heading into his second year. I think his efficiency will improve as a sophomore and his volume should also grow with Mike Evans officially in San Francisco. So I am going with the young wide receiver for this answer.
Dave
Let's go. Love me some egg buka this season.
Liz Loza
I know you do.
Dave
I know. Question number two comes from great name Spanky 1029. What do I do with Bucky?
Liz Loza
Tampa Bay. We're back in Tampa Bay again. Okay, well, Spanky, I think you just gotta bless this mess. I know it's not ideal, but when I look at the player that is Bucky Irving and I look at his stature and his playing style, I think the offense is going to have to try to keep him out of harm's way. And unfortunately that's going to mean limiting his touches. Now, Kenneth Gainwell has been added, so even though Rashad White has left, I think the team is obviously thinking about working Irving into some sort of rotation or at least spelling him Sean Tucker, who is a goal line vulture, more of a short yardage back. Also on the team, Zach Robinson coming over from Atlanta to work as the play caller. And we know how frustrating Atlanta's backfield was last year and Zach Robinson theoretically conducted most of that. So I don't think it's going to be wonderful. But the silver lining is that with reduced volume and in an offense that I expect to be humming on a different level, Irving's efficiency should go up and he should also be able to stay on the field longer. So let's think of irving in the RB20 range like a little after Travis A chan. We're not saying H e t n anymore, but before DeAndre Swift.
Dave
Man, couple hns. I'm already getting confused, Liz, and it's not even June. We have a third question. We do. I know I'm gonna have to. We have a third question and this might be another. This might be the greatest name on this list so far. The spirited beer guy. Great name. Confusing question. Patriots wide receivers charges wide receivers that McDaniel loves. I don't really know what he's getting at.
Liz Loza
I do. I think I understand here. Also. Dave, are you sure that you just haven't created two dummy accounts? Spanky and also the spirited beer guy. I think these might be you asking me fantasy questions without overtly asking me fantasy questions.
Dave
No comment.
Liz Loza
Okay. Spirited beer guy. I don't want to talk about the Patriots wide receivers until after June 1st when we hopefully have clarity on the AJ Brown situation. But I think the player you are referring to in Los Angeles is Brennan Thompson, a rookie receiver drafted out of Mississippi State. And I believe the fourth round your girl did some digging on the rookies and covered all of that. This guy is an absolute burner. He managed a 4.26 40 time at the combine. Now, we all know that Mike McDaniel has a type and he likes wide receivers fast. So that is clearly a skill set within Thompson's tool belt. I think that Thompson might compete with Trey Harris, who is entering his second season for this roster spot. So while it's too early yet to, like, crown this kid or to know exactly who McDaniel is going to, you know, favor the most, certainly something to keep an eye on. I am definitely putting Thompson on my list of drumbeat players to watch.
Dave
You hear that, Liz?
Liz Loza
Is it you opening a beer or is it a drum beat?
Dave
It's the drum beat.
Eric Moody
You did it.
Liz Loza
Okay. Thank you. Dun dun dun.
Eric Moody
