Antonio Williams is going to win the wide receiver two job in Washington, surpassing Luke McCaffrey and could be one of the biggest rookie wide receiver producers in fantasy in 2026. Hey, I'm Liz Loza. This is Facts versus Feelings, and today's fact is that we should always expect the unexpected.
Producer Presley
What's going on, Liz? I am back in the producer's box. You are back behind the mic, and Facts versus Feelings is back for season two. And I want to dive right in because the NFL is the greatest reality show on television. What's the second best?
Liz Loza
Oh, right now, it's got to be Summer House. My goodness. The Scamanda Midwest drama and Scandal. I am living for it. I can't believe I have to wait an entire month for a reunion to air, but I can tell by the look on your face that you're not like much of a Bravo guy.
Producer Presley
No, you're kind of talking a foreign language to me. I was going to say Love Island.
Liz Loza
Oh, that is an excellent choice. Also, as an aficionado of Love Island, I would say that season three UK edition is maybe one of the best seasons, certainly one of the longest in reality television show history.
Producer Presley
Well, I want to give a nod to Love island because I think there were several bombshells that entered the NFL Villa. See what I did there?
Liz Loza
Thank you. I love that. Yes. Let's go.
Producer Presley
And the first bombshell I want to start with is my favorite name in the NFL. K.C. concepcion, wide receiver out of Texas A
Liz Loza
and M. I think this is a fantastic landing spot for both the Browns and Concepcion. He is a vertical field stretcher. Awesome yards after the catch ability. In fact, in 2025, 49% of Concepcion's total yards came after the catch. That gives you an idea of how explosive and electric he is, particularly in space. And obviously, Todd Mon, the team's new head coach, who also is coming over from Baltimore as the Ravens offensive coordinator previously knows that this Browns offense needs that kind of explosiveness, that kind of dynamism, if you will. Interestingly, and I mentioned Monken not just for that reason, but because I think Concepcion comps similarly to Zay Flowers, the Ravens wide receiver one who Monkin worked with and a skill skill and has a skill set that Monken knows how to exploit and I think he's bringing all of that to the Browns in this next generation. Also, not for nothing, Jerry Judy has an out in his deal in 2027, so I think that concept is going to work his way up the depth chart quite quickly. Could draw over a hundred looks in his rookie campaign.
Producer Presley
I have two concerns. I'm going to hit you with both. Concern number one, Denzel Boston. Any concerns?
Liz Loza
I hear you. So Denzel Boston drafted in the second round by the Browns, not particularly concerned because Concepcion is much more of a slot receiver. Boston on the other hand, a boundary receiver, prototypical X receiver was used as a red zone weapon in college. So more of a complementary skill set than one that would provide overlap.
Producer Presley
Okay, biggest concern probably for all fantasy managers out there and Browns fans in general. That QB room muddy?
Liz Loza
Yeah, absolutely muddy. Definitely a question mark and why I would probably think of Concepcion more of a wide receiver. 3 with wide receiver 2 upside and I do think that's stretching it a bit. The quarterback situation is absolutely concerning and undoubtedly caps Concepcion ceiling at least this first year.
Producer Presley
Another muddy place last season for fantasy managers lives was that Seattle Seahawks backfield. But out goes Kenneth Walker over to Kansas City and in comes Jadarian Price. How are things going to shake out in Seattle heading into 2026?
Liz Loza
I love this landing spot for Price. He was the second running back drafted in the first round and of the whole draft behind, interestingly, his former teammate at Notre Dame, Jeremiah Love. Now the knock against Price is that because he had to work in a tandem and his usage was capped and so his experience as particularly as a receiver was as well. And yet Price still managed 15 total touchdowns, 11 of them via the ground in 2025. He's a decisive runner with excellent contact balance and tackle breaking ability. We have over 220 carries vacated by Kenneth Walker's departure in Seattle. I think Price is going to touch the ball 12 to 14 times per game. That puts him in RB2 territory. For fantasy purposes.
Producer Presley
Do we think that Charbonnet potentially not being around at the beginning of the season could increase Price's value when we come to draft time?
Liz Loza
So you're making the point that Charbonnet suffered that ACL at the end of last season and so his rehab could theoretically and most likely eat into the regular season, which would give Price more volume. Sure, why not? But don't forget that Seattle must have been seeing things ahead of time thinking about the future because they did add Emmanuel Wilson over the free agency period. So I do expect that while Price and I believe has the juice to work as a primary ball carrier, he'll likely still be in a tandem. And we probably don't want to like overdraft and draft a player at peak value. So I don't want to like over project him. It'll be interesting to see though if other fantasy managers are incorporating that same hypothesis and if his stock, you know, spikes as a result, rises and falls
Producer Presley
is one of my favorite pieces of the draft process. Liz so it'll be interesting to see where Price ends up before we start smashing those draft buttons. But let's move on to the final bombshell entering the NFL Villa. And that is the new Washington Commanders wide receiver Antonio Williams.
Liz Loza
I love this landing spot for Williams. Oh my gosh, he was so productive at Clemson. He recorded the fourth most receptions and the fifth most receiving yards in in program history. This guy is a crafty route runner. He's got lots of wiggle after the catch. And most importantly for his inaugural campaign in Washington is going to be how wonderfully he can compliment Terry McClure. And we know this team needs receivers. Jaden Daniels needs extra weapons and they find one with such upside in Antonio Williams. I think that Antonio Williams is going to win the wide receiver two job in Washington, surpassing Luke McCaffrey and could be one of the biggest rookie wide receiver producers in fantasy in 2026. I love this opportunity for him.
Producer Presley
You heard it here first. People listen to that call. I love it. NFL comp Liz if you had to comp him to any player that we've seen in NFL fantasy over the last few years, who would you comp him to?
Liz Loza
So the Internet likes to comp him to Khalil Shakir a lot. I personally, not that I enjoy being a contrarian all the time, see a lot of Tyler Lockett in his game and I think that he has that kind of ceiling, especially given the landing spot.
Producer Presley
Hey Mr. Reliable when he was in peak form, Tyler Lockett. Well, there you have it. Three new bombshells entering the NFL Villa and once again Love island is better than Summer House.
Liz Loza
It's time for me to take a jet to holiday.

It has been a hot minute since our last episode but we are so excited to be back. If you rode with us last season, we've missed you. Main Course Speaking of the Bristol based crew, they will be doing a full NFL draft recap show later this week so make sure to keep an eye out for that. In the meantime, let's say hello to producer Presley in this cute little box.
Producer Presley
I love my little box. It's the best. Feels good to be back. Liz the draft is over. Best ball begins. I got my Dynasty draft on Monday. One of many but the first one on Monday. Fantasy football is officially coursing through my veins once again and I could not be happier.
Liz Loza
You seem lighter Dave. Lighter and excited. I too had some time to recharge and regroup during the off season, I did a little international travel. The people of Ireland were welcoming and I might have split it a G or two while hanging out in Dublin.
Producer Presley
That sounds awesome. I'm off to the UK in, in a few weeks. I just got back from. I know, yeah, I mean, I'm gonna work on my tan out there in sunny old England. And yeah, I just got back from Las Vegas. I went to the Sphere. I advise anybody that wants their mind melted to go and check out a concert at the Sphere. But we should also encourage people to like and subscribe like this video. Subscribe to the ESPN the NFL on ESPN YouTube channel because we're going to have plenty more preseason content coming at you over the next few weeks and months before we hit draft season. And Liz, we have a new voicemail number.
Liz Loza
Oh, I am so glad that the voicemail line is back and that we have a new number because if you watched last season, you know, I never bothered to memorize it in the first place. So be sure to call in with your hot takes and questions. That number is 323391, 4855. Now we're going to talk about a guy who, yeah, tore his ACL last November and wasn't able to test at the combine because he was rehabbing his knee. But you know what, Daddy? I love him. Previous to that ACL injury, Chris Bell was largely considered a first round talent. In fact, Field Yates had him going number 32 in a mock draft just a few months ago. Now I know that he's not fully healthy, but this is a Belitnikov Award semifinalist. Allowing him to drop to the end of the third round is absolutely wild. Bell has an imposing frame and legit jets. In fact, he reminds me a lot of AJ Brown. This kid can play and he is young and good on the Dolphins. Can't believe I'm saying that for scooping him so late. That team, by the way, is desperate for receiving talent, allowing Bell a massive opportunity. There's buzz that he should be ready from the injury in time for training camp. I love this from a sleeper perspective. I think the talent is there. I think the rebound could be massive and that makes him an incredible value for fantasy managers. I'd take a flyer on him late assuming that the reports are all positive regarding his health and I am definitely stashing him in Dynasty.
Producer Presley
This is a safe place.
Vivgard Hytrulo Advertiser
It's a place where we can feel
Producer Presley
free sharing our feelings. One of my favorite segments that we do is fantasy therapy. We get cash outs, we get crash outs. My favorite. But we're in the preseason, so we're getting a lot of questions about the draft, which is obviously what you asked for, and we got a lot of questions about this one player. So we only picked one person, and that person was MQ127. And they submitted the following Love Very tough, crowded spot for him to produce Year one. I don't know. What do you think?
Liz Loza
I get it. It's disappointing. Love could have landed in places with better opportunities for fantasy production. But I don't hate this as much as everybody else. I do think that Love is going to surpass a thousand rushing yards in his rookie campaign. Mike Clay hasn't projected to clear a thousand rushing yards in his freshman or inaugural campaign, if you will. I hear a lot of people complaining because of the offensive limitations and comparing the situation to Ashton Genti last year. But lest we forget, Ashton Genti finished as the RB11 overall in fantasy and did not clear a thousand rushing yards. He had about 975 rushing yards. That makes Love a top 12 pick at the position for fantasy purposes. I think this move signals that James Connor's time in Arizona is over. And yes, the presidency presence of Tyler Algier does mean that Love is going to be vultured at the goal line and that suppresses his fantasy ceiling. But I do think that Love is going to be a top 12 contributor for fantasy purposes. And now, at least because we are aware of the limitations, we're not going to draft him in the first round. And if he surprises, oh well, what do you know, we got a value. So I am choosing to remain optimistic about it. A team does not draft a running back in particular that high if they aren't planning on using him.
Producer Presley
Generational talent, you know, you can't look away from that As a Tyler Al someone who Rosses Tyler Algier in Dynasty. I was a little disappointed that we saw Love find his way to the Cardinals, but so be it. Second question comes from Amy Lariter who says Sadiq to the jets ruined my entire night.
Liz Loza
I get it. I understand the frustration because Sadiq has all of the tools to be a star in the making. I mean, there are not enough superlatives available to properly describe this kid's elite, elite athleticism. He absolutely crushed the combine. It is all there and landing at the Jets. You know, the jets have a reputation that follows them and so it's not considered like the best landing spot. I get it. You know, Sadiq's route running is still a work in progress. He's Going to have Omar Cooper Jr. There. And I think Cooper Jr. Will probably draw upwards of 80 targets. So maybe volume is in there. But I still think when we look at the talent and the opportunity and the draft stock invested, he's going to be a top eight producer at the position. And again now, because he isn't going to the most ideal spot, but does have the goods to deliver in terms of talent, we're not going to overdraft or draft at peak value. So if this guy ends up being a bit of a steal, fantastic. I like him as a tight end one in his first year.
Producer Presley
I'm hijacking the last question of fantasy therapy, Liz, because I'm selfish and I am a Titans fan. Yeah, exactly. Producers rights, they put me in this little box. I gotta have some kind of rights. I'm a Titans fan. And the Titans fandom was definitely split down the middle when it came to that Karnell Tate pick in the first round. But when it comes to fantasy, where do we think he's gonna land? You know, top 20, top 25, top 30 wide receiver? What are you thinking for Connel Tate heading into this season?
Liz Loza
Well, first of all, I love this kid's talent. He's a Chicago kid. So go ahead and call me bias. 6 foot 2, £194, a smooth strider who can own the end zone. I think he will immediately boost this offense and help Cam Ward. I expect him to compliment Wandell Robinson who will play the slot. And I think the Tate will probably move around a little bit, probably working as a Z receiver. I think this is a great landing spot. I think he could flirt with top 25 positional fantasy numbers in his first season. Arrows pointing up. I think you got yourself a good one here, Dave.
Producer Presley
Well, I like to hear that, Liz. I also would like you to call me Smooth Strider from here on out. That's the new name that I need under my producer box. That's a new nickname for me here. But that's it. That's fantasy therapy. We did three questions. We'll do way more throughout the season. Remember, hit the voicemail number. Do you know what that is, Liz? Have you memorized it already?
Liz Loza
Oh, yes, it is. 323-39-14855. Maybe if I start saying it now, I'll actually have it memorized by September.
Producer Presley
There you go. And when Liz throws out her request for some questions, make sure you get those DMs in all safe for work, please. And fantasy related. Now I think it's time for it. Last call.
