And just very quickly and easily, obviously what, what this is is, this is players whose value has either gone up the loves or players whose value has gone down the hate after the NFL draft. So this isn't necessarily saying like hey, I love this person like, you know, we're going to talk about Cam Ward here in a second. Yes, there's no question Cam Ward's fantasy value has gone up with all the moves that the Titans have made in the off season and the NFL draft starting with Carnell Tate. But like I'm not saying he's a Love Love, right. He's still a, you know, he's still like, you know, a low end QB2 and a super flexer two quarterback leagues. So just want to kind of level set what Love Hate is for the post NFL draft edition.

All right, well let's start off with your first quarterback, Matthew Tyler Schuck who got some offensive help spec at the 8th overall spot with Jordan Tyson out of Arizona State. How do you see him helping Tyler Shook go even further in 2026?

B (4:08)

Yeah, I mean I think people don't remember unless you had him last year. You, you know, look as, as people shucked around and found out since week 10. Nice graphics by the way. I wonder if that's Emmy award winning stupid Dev that did that graphic. Well done. I'm being told it is. He's always the best. But you see they're looking fantasy points per game. He was eighth from week 10, averaging over 18 fantasy points per game. He go over 20 yards, over 20 yards a game with his legs. And so I think second year in a Kellen Moore offense coming into the offseason knowing he's the guy they're building this offense around him. And then you think about what they did. You mentioned Jordan Tyson. They also selected three different pass catchers in the first four rounds, including tight end Oscar Del. We like him. They signed Travis Etienne, they signed David Edwards to improve the offensive line in the offseason. Again, second year in this system. And so given the success that we saw last year, second year and all the additional weapons, Tyson has been. You and I talked about a draft night.

He's that kind of talent right in. In this Saints office. Matthew. That's kind of how they'll use him. They got Chris Olave as the deep threat. I think the most important thing too right here, too right. Is that not only was Tyler Schuck starting to put up the fantasy numbers guys, but they start to. They were either winning the games or they were competitive in the game. So I think that builds confidence to year two. Drew, how do you see them and see how this thing shaken out, especially in a division like the NFC South?

Yeah, well, I'm a betting man and we look for soft angles. And when you see a team go all in around a quarterback, you know, who is on year two, that is signal that to me tells me they believe they have a chance to win now and build around Chuck. This isn't like a we're not sure about him type of offseason. The additions they made that you guys highlighted, I think specifically say we believe Shuck will be good enough to win this year. And then I can only just add Kellen Moore. He impressed me last year. I would put him in the top 10 offensive coordinators. This is a team that's going to threaten to score 30 every game. Their win total only seven and a half. That to me looks about one and a half too low. I think they right now I would put them neck and neck with the Buccaneers to win the NFC South. I think they clear that seven and a half even if they don't have a healthy set of wide receivers for the full year. And yeah, the Saints are a buy right now.

That's. That's a great call. Valiant Vincent, although I will say I think he's like more of like a henchman. I don't think you're like the main villain. You're like the number three guy with the Tommy gun. Like that's exactly right. You're like the number three henchman. You die. You die in the third act, but you get, like, a solo death. Like, they focus on you. Yeah.

Lawrence? Yeah. Next on your love is Jalen Hurts, Right. A lot of questions about AJ Brown, where we think we know the answer to the outcome of that. But, you know, they get Makai Lemon at 20th overall. They get Eli Storz the next round after that. Where do we see this offense going? Could they potentially look better without A.J. brown?

Yeah, I. This can be one of those weird things, but I do think this is going to be one of those, you know, addition by subtraction situations. It's not that A.J. brown isn't super talented, because of course he is. Right. He's one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, no questions asked. But there's clearly something going on. There's clearly a relationship that has been fractured. It feels like beyond repair between Hertz and A.J. brown, between A.J. brown and the organization. He has made it. He's let it known to multiple reporters he wants out, whether he's sitting on the bench, reading a book or whatever. And so just there's this tension. If you ever been Lawrence, I know you have because you go to parties all the time. Drew, you ever been, like, at a party or something like that where there's just. There's some awkward person and just. It's kind of tense, and then the minute that person, like, leaves and there's just like a huge, like, oh, yeah, I thought he'd never leave kind of thing. And just like. And now just everyone can be relaxed and have fun just because this. This person just wasn't fitting the vibe of the party, that's what I feel like this is. And so I think letting Devontae Smith become the number one here, adding Dontavian Wicks, adding Hollywood Brown. You mentioned the draft. You mentioned the draft picks of Makai Lemon and Eli Stowers as well. And then you think about Sean Manion who's their fourth offensive coordinator in four years. And what they've done the first three years that have gotten all these guys fired, you know, or in some cases they've moved on, but like, they've just run the ball. They've been very run heavy. And so like, if you're Sean Manion and you're coming into this thing, like, hey, should I do this things that got the first, the last three guys out of here, or should I try to do something different? So I just think they'll open up the offense a little bit more and that with no A.J. brown sort of quote demanding targets or like pouting on the sideline when he doesn't get it, I think they can distribute the balls more. And yeah, I think Jalen hurts. A fully healthy Jalen hurts. He's my QB5 this year. I think he's going to be another fantasy superstar season again. Once again.

Yeah, man. And with those offensive additions, Drew, do you feel like, you know, the Eagles are still the class of this NFC Easter? Could the commanders make a comeback like they did Jaden Daniels rookie year? We saw what the Cowboys did in the draft. How will this offense, you know, keep them rolling?

C (9:53)

Yeah, there's no easy wins in the nfc. All of a sudden, like, the Cardinals are kind of the only team that you would qualify as a pushover. The entire NFC east looks very strong all of a sudden now that all the holes have been plugged. I liked your analogy of addition by subtraction with A.J. brown. The addition by subtraction that warrants more careful consideration is the offensive coordinator getting replaced. His play calling was so predictable and telegraphed practically. It was clear that he was never on the same page with Jalen Hurst in terms of what he was asking him to do when he was asking him to try to test the middle of the field. A fresh voice will almost certainly help him. Every time he's been tested in his career, and this is a transitioning kind of year for him, every time he's been put to the test, he's answered, you know, I thought, I think with authority. And this year feels like one of

those years for sure. All right, man, let's get to others receiving votes here. Yeah, this list led by Cam Ward.

B (10:48)

Yeah, I mean, listen, it was sort of talked about at the top of the show, but they drafted Carnell Tate fourth overall. You know, last year they did not have a player with more than 600 receiving yards. And so now they don't have to rely on the ghost of Calvin Ridley or, you Know, a couple of sort of, you know, late round rookies. They've got Carnell Tate, they add Wandell Robinson in the offseason. Brian Daboll is calling the plays. Right. Somebody that developed Josh Allen and Jackson Dart. So I think things are looking up for Cam Ward. How about Geno Smith? Not saying he's AM, but he's now on the mid tier QB2 radar after the jets draft. Kenyon Sadiq and Omar Cooper and the jets offensive line certainly much better than what the Raiders had last season. Ty Simpson certainly fantasy value, much higher after the draft, at least in terms of dynasty leagues. When you think about going to Sean McVay and that Rams and he's going to, you know, ultimately get to learn behind Matthew Stafford. We know he's going to be the future starter given the fact that he was the 13th overall pick. And then Carson Beck, who I just, I will tell you, I was in a dynasty draft Drew, where we drafted rookies before the NFL Draft. Super deep 12 team league, 33 man roster, super flex. Carson Beck did not get drafted because his people are like, ah, he's going to be a backup somewhere but now he goes to Arizona where he's surrounded by a ton of talent and he's got journeyman Jacoby Brissette in front of him. I think there's a non zero chance. We see Carson Beck under center this year with Marvin Harrison, Trey McBride and Michael Wilson with Jeremiah Love in the backfield. All of a sudden Carson Beck just by circumstances and you think about, you know, new offense score and a new play caller in LaFleur there. It could be sort of semi interesting

now and it'll depend on how you know, their season goes. Drew, was there anybody out of those four guys who stuck out to you?

C (12:30)

Well, surely the most interesting name on the list from what is going to happen is Geno Smith. The jets had an amazing draft. He now has weapons and protection. It's a much, much better situation than he was in last year and in Las Vegas if he ends up being, you know, you know, capable quarterback, they're clearly going to draft a quarterback at the top of next year's draft. So do they ultimately give him the hook if they are winning too much? Like that's kind of what my head's, you know, my where my head is at with the jets because otherwise that's a team now that's invested pretty heavily on the defense in terms of free agency and it's invested heavily on the offense in terms of young capital. So yeah, kind of Kind of curious if Geno Smith gets more than, you know, a few. This few starts, you know, for.

For the jets overall again, because you think about you're adding all these players to Garrett Wilson, to Bree Hall 2, Basin Taylor, who's now like their sixth or seventh. I'm interested to see what Adnai Mitchell now does in a full season as well. Like they're suddenly like not saying that Jay had this line. He's right. Which is. I'm not saying they're good, but they're good adjacent.

And like they're within shouting distance of good. And if Geno Smith can just be competent. If Geno Smith can be like the 16th best quarterback in the NFL, you know, like a top 20ish guy. If he can be Seattle Geno.

And we was just going over here. Hate list for quarterbacks. Matthew, Malik Willis. And as you can see, the receiving room that he has here, which is a pretty big reason why he's on this list.

I mean, listen, I have Malik washing in Dynasty. I'm a Malik Washington truther. I feel like I might be wrong on that one. You know, then you. Right, so then you sit here, look at Tutu Atwell, Jalen Tolbert, guys that, you know, kind of were just like sort of spot guys for the teams that they have. They draft Caleb Douglas, widely considered a massive reach in the third round. They get Chris Bell, who's coming up. We like Chris Bell, but we talked about this draft night Lawrence, he's coming off that torn acl, might not be ready for the start of the season. The only wide receiver in the Dolphins receiving room that caught more than 20 passes last year is Malik Washington. And again, I think Malik Washington, he's really fast and I think he's. He's a nice prospect. But he's not, at least right now he's not a number one wide receiver in the NFL. And so you think about that room and so look, Malik will still might be usable for fantasy just because he's run so much. But certainly you are hoping that the Dolphins put more around their big free agency acquisition of Malik Willis and they just didn't. So that's why unfortunately he makes the hate list. His value is lower than what it was pre NFL draft.

All right, well let's get back to things we love. Let's go loveless running backs and let's start with Chase Brown who they didn't draft the running back. So Samaj P. Ryan still his biggest competition.

B (16:10)

So that would be 31 year old Samajp Ryan. I think it's important to refer to him that way. 31 year old Samajp Ryan who had a 4% target share last year. And so you're right, there's just no competition for Chase Brown. Since week nine of 2024, he's the running back six in points per game. He's averaging over 95 yards from scrimmage per game. He's ninth among running backs the last two years in terms of touches. He's, he's, he's top 10 in touches over the last two years. Again, massive volume on what we expect to be one of the better offenses in the NFL. Healthy Joe Burrow back. I'm not worried about Samaj P. Ryan. Chase Brown is a high end RB2 for me. Okay.

What do you think about Cam Scatterbo ceiling? Do you think he has any kind of potential with the kind of, you know, all of the scope in the world in the Giants backfield?

A (17:00)

Absolutely.

B (17:01)

I mean look, I think the Giants were one of the teams that were widely tied to Jeremiah Love that they, that people thought they were going to go up and get him at 5 and yet then the Cardinals take him at 3 and what the Giants did, they didn't draft a running back.

A (17:14)

Right.

B (17:14)

And so you've got Scatter Boo now again he needs to get that was a bad injury. So we're assuming full health come the start of the season. But with really only like you know, Tyrone Tracy. I know you know Devin Singletary got some run last year, but whatever. Like just the fact that they were looking at a franchise court a running back like Jeremiah Love and they didn't do that for a John Harbaugh team that we know is going to want to run. So Scatter Boo who over his final six games did over had over. Averaged over 17 touches a game was like a top, top 10 fantasy running back down that stretch. I think Scatterboo is a winner out of the NFL draft because the Giants didn't do anything to challenge his position. Yeah.

And if anything, Matthew, I think for Tyrone Tracy, it's. It's kind of good for him too. For sure. We saw when camp Scatter Boo was out that he had a couple of good weeks and they, you know, oddly enough, they relied on Motor Singletary a lot too. But for Tyrone Tracy being the guy who could catch the ball out of the backfield too, he gives you versatility there.

But again, John Harbaugh is not going to call the plays. But if you just sort of think about the Ravens under Hob Harbaugh, who they had the Hammer and Derrick Henry and then they had, you know, whether it was Justice Hill or Keaton Mitchell, they had like these kind of. So could you see kind of a Scatter Boo in the Henry role, Tyrone Tracy and the Justice Hill, you know, Keaton Mitchell rule? Again, I mean, I'm stretching a little bit obviously because no one's Derek Henry and again, Harbaugh doesn't call the plays. But I just. When you think about how he designs a team, you could see a role for Tyrone Tracy to be like a, to your point, like a flex, flexible, you know, running back in, you know, in 12 team leagues. Like, you know, number three, running back

Cam Scatterboo's running style. Drew, how do you. What do you see his ceiling as?

C (18:54)

Yes, well, I mean, I think it's an outstanding offensive line first and foremost. That's being a little bit overlooked as people handicap the Giants broadly. And I think, yeah, if he is healthy, his usage puts him clearly with a ceiling in the top 10. I would actually swing away and say because he is an injury risk, don't just settle for like I'm going to play as over yards type of season long prop, like go for like yardage leader. Right. Swing for the fences. Because there is absolutely a world where that offensive line comes together where Jackson Dart being a running threat with weapons to pass to, all of a sudden that offense might be wide open and Cam Scatterbow might surprise. So I bet you top running back price for him is going to be like 30 to 1. Most rushing yards. Something along those lines. That's going to be an interesting one to. To evaluate.

All right. The next one on the love list kind of in the same situation. Drew Basho too. The Jaguars did not draft the running back Chris Rodriguez from the Commanders is his biggest competition in the backfield. How do you see that one going?

C (19:54)

I mean, clearly the usage is going to be optimal and he's got young, fresh legs. The Jaguars though, man, they are a mystery to me. It doesn't feel like the general manager really made very many wide wise decisions a draft weekend. And I'm a little bit concerned about the fact that the rest of the AFC south is so close to that team and they are going to have the toughest schedule.

Yeah. You know the other thing about Bashal Tutin here, right. You mentioned Chris Rodriguez. Not. There's not somebody that's ever going to catch passes like 35 career games. In 35 career games, Chris Rodriguez has six receptions, six in 35 games.

As we see some of the horses here behind us, they're getting ready for the first race. By the way, if you want to have a rooting interest, me and Drew are on the four horse in this one as well. But you know, horses are fast. You know who else is fast? Bayshal Tooten.

I love what this offense looked like under Liam Cohen, especially in the second half of the year when they added Jacoby Myers. Trevor Lawrence found his way. By the way, friend of the podcast, Trevor Lawrence, the Traveler. Like, I just feel like this offense is ready to with. With Jacoby myers. Brian Thomas Jr. Is back. Parker, Washington, Breton. Strange they added to the offensive line. Like I just. This is an exciting offense that I think you want a piece of. And while we question the wide receivers because there's so much, you know, work there and we don't know how much Travis Hunter is going to play on offense, the fact is, is that we know that Bashaltut is going to be the lead running back on one of the better offenses in the NFL. And he's a guy that can take it to the house anytime he touches the ball.

Yeah, for sure. And for the last one here your love list. Jadarian Price, who went in the first round. Their GM John Schneider had some things to say about taking him in the first round.

I mean he was, he kind of stood alone. I mean, great player. The person's outstanding, the competitor, he's just, I mean he's a Seahawk. It's, it's, it's really cool. I mean we were kind of actually concerned that people were going to go ahead of Us because it was. Felt like it was just so out there, you know, in terms of like mock drafts and what have you. One of his super talents is basically just his ability to cut back and then kind of like crease it. And he's just, he's just got that like, I mean, he has home run speed. He has like, he has explode a lot of explosive runs.

First round draft capital with the injury to Zach Charbonnet could be the starter week one. Actually, it looks very likely. How do you see this shaking around? We talked about this for a long time.

B (22:44)

Yeah, I mean, I think the draft capital is important, as you mentioned, also the opportunity. Only George Holani and Emmanuel Wilson stand in the way of Jadarian Price getting a big workload until Zach Charbonnet comes back. He tore his ACL in February, but, you know, I mean, that is like, I think, I think there it's, you know, if we don't see him until week 10, that wouldn't be a shock. And I think Price is going to have an opportunity to, no pun intended, run away with this job. Charbonnet is obviously going to be involved, but think about what Seattle wants to do. Yes, Clint Kubiak's in Las Vegas, but they still want to be a run heavy team. They're going to play good defense. We're going to set up play action for Sam Darnold. Right. Think about Seattle 30. They were third in rush rate last season. They were tied for first in running back carries and they won the super bowl with that formula. I don't think they're going to go away from that. So I just think opportunity for Jadarian Price, considering where he landed. It's why he makes the love list here is because his fantasy value is clearly up. He's got a path to be, you know, obviously a starting running back in the NFL and in fantasy football. Even when Charbonnet comes back, I think he'll still get, you know, 12 to 15 touches a game.

Kenneth Walker out. Price in. Does this offense keep rolling the same way with the new offensive coordinator as well?

C (23:59)

I graded that as a lateral move from running back. Maybe a small hair of a downgrade with the new offensive coordinator just because of the unknown. But Price, to me has much higher upside as rookie of the year. You know, this year he has higher upside as potentially a dynasty draft choice. I Think there's definitely a discussion of can he provide more to your Dynasty team in years one and two than Love can?

And yeah, there's absolutely a world where he just steps into this role and thrives. So Price has a way that the Seahawks can help build their chances to repeat. Feels very real to me. Obviously, the Seahawks repeating all comes down to Mike McDonald's scheme and the talent on that defense. And if they are able to put away games with their defense, then I. That just increases the potential usage for Price.

B (24:42)

I think Jeremiah Love is the number one overall pick in Dynasty and rookie, and I have him ranked, you know, significantly ahead of Price. But I understand your thought process there saying, like, look, Price landed in a much better situation with a much better team around him than Jeremiah Love did and a better offensive line as well.

I'm going to go with Price here. Look, you generally like pass catchers in Dynasty over running backs just because of the length of their careers generally. But I think we talked about this. I think Tucker Kraft is underrated. I literally just traded it for him in a Dynasty league that I'm in with producer Damian. I literally traded for Tucker Craft.

Well, listen, the. The Cowboys didn't draft any running backs, which, you know, I think this. And George Pickens signs the franchise Tech. This offense is going to be exactly the same as last year when Javante Williams, you know, was a average 18 touches a game was, you know, was an RB1. Quinton Judkins Brown selected, you know, Spencer Fano ninth overall. They added two wide receivers. I just think the offense is going to be a lot better in scoring position more often. How about Rashad White and Jakory Crosby? Merritt, formerly known as Bill the. The Commanders didn't draft a running back until the sixth round and so, you know, again, we'll see what happens there. But I believe that, you know, it means that the Commanders are comfortable going to the season with White and Merritt as their guys. Tony Pollard improved offense as we've talked about. Carnell, Tate, Wando, Robinson. I think that Pollard, Singleton, by the way, who got drafted on the Titans as well. Both Tony Pollard and Tajie Spears are set to be free agents after the season.

So I think Pollard, by the way, just gets a heavy workload. As the Titans said, we're just going to run you into the ground. I think the Titans offense is going to be a lot better this year as well and they'll be in scoring position more often. More efficient offense. But then I think long term for Dynasty, I think Nicholas Singleton finds himself in a really great spot because both Pollard and Spears will be free agents. And you know, Singleton's the first running back as we see probably some juleps, some mint juleps being looking good, delivered. That's. Yeah. Can we get some up here? It is happy hour. Drew, we're just gonna start off with James Conner and Tyler Algier and I think for obvious reason, they just selected a guy who's probably the best running back prospect in a few years. Jeremiah Love, how do you feel about that situation?

Yeah, they're almost telegraphing that they don't feel confident about this room, which makes me wonder if either of these guys really is at risk of making the roster.

Like there's definitely some world where, you know, they are fully turning the page there. Those guys belong with the top of the list. No question.

It's clear that they, you know, you know, it's the Love selection is a weird one just because of the moves they made in bringing back James Conner and getting Tyler Algier as well. But I think they just felt like he's a generational talent and they wanted to grab him, so they did. And so for sure you don't like any Arizona running back that isn't named Jeremiah Love. I'll give you another guy that I think that made the hate list for running backs and that's RJ Harvey. Again you talk about like it's clear the Cardinals wasn't were thrilled with the running back room because the draft capital they use for Jeremiah Love. Well, I feel the same way about the Broncos. They took a look at RJ Harvey, lead running back over the second half of last year and they said, you know what, we'll take Jonah Coleman. He was the fourth running back off the board. You know, they brought back J.K. dobbins as well. Coleman is a guy who can play in all three downs. He's bigger than Harvey as well, so I think he can be a goal line back. We know Sean Payton, even though he's not going to call plays this year. We know Sean Payton throughout his career has always used multiple running backs here. And so now you add Jonah Coleman to a room that, that has R.J. harvey, that has, that has J.K. dobbins. They've still got Jaleel McLaughlin there. They've got a lot of guys that have touched the ball, you know, and they were, I'm blanking on the, on the fifth guy they got, but that they used. And so I just, I don't know, man.

I'm just saying, like, it just doesn't feel like they, they got a ton of confidence in RJ Harvey. When you sort of look at what the team has done this offseason, RJ Harvey kind of lead running back. You love the Pino. Let's get to the love of the receivers, the pass catchers, rather starting off with Rasheed Rice, who his high volume rogue, especially coming out that slot remains intact. They didn't draft the receiver till the fifth round, so we like that there for Rice. How do you feel about him, Matthew?

B (31:53)

Yeah, for sure. Again, Cyrus Allen, they pick in the fifth round. But you sit, sit here and look at this room. You've got Travis Kelce. We'll talk about him. Actually a little bit later in the show. Xavier Worthy, I thought took a step back last year and then, you know, so I just don't love these. These are the. This is from 2026. Last year he had a 29% target share when he was out there over the, the 11 full games that he's played the last two years. He's averaging almost 20 fantasy points per game. He's averaging over 19 fantasy points per game over the last two seasons as well. And so I just feel like he's going to be the alpha in an offense that I think is going to be a lot better. I feel like this all assumes Mahomes comes back healthy and is ready for week one. But assuming he does, give me Rasheed Weiss, Rasheed Rice as wide receiver eight this year.

A (32:37)

Speaking of Patrick Mahomes drew with us not knowing exactly when he'll come back. We could see Justin Fields for a cup the first couple of weeks. How do you see this offense shaking out and how do they bounce back?

C (32:50)

I'm below everything on the Chiefs.

B (32:52)

Yes.

C (32:53)

I mean honestly, like the miracles of modern science. If we find out in like the middle of July Mahomes is ahead of schedule, he may be ready for week one. Like I'm not going to be surprised. I'm not going to be, I'm not going to be caught off sides there. Like I give me Chiefs early in this season, they are going to have a much easier schedule than they've been afforded the last handful of years. Based on where they landed standing wise, I think that's going to make a material impact. Chiefs come back and threaten to win the West, I would make them co favorites to win the west right now with the Denver Broncos. And I've been staring at, look at this. Look at all those guys staring at

I am fascinated by Devonte Smith, always have been. And it looks like he will get that opportunity. Drew with the Eagles draft and Makai Lemon that indicates that they will be without A.J. brown. How do we see them, I mean so to speak, bouncing back as an offense.

C (34:04)

This is like the worst kept secret in all of football right now. That the white that the Eagles believe he can be a wide receiver one and that he deserves a more meaningful role in that offense. I think he is going to get an absurd share of the attention and I think he's going to deliver. He is an awesome player.

B (34:18)

Yeah, we've talked, we've talked about this. That the Eagles believe that if Devontae Smith could get a kind of target share that Jackson Smith and Jigba got last year, he could have that kind of season that they feel like he's got another gear that he can unlock. Speaking of Jackson Smith and Jigba Lawrence, a guy that we've talked about has been compared to him is Jordan Tyson. We talked about him with Tyler Schuck earlier, but he is great against zone coverage. What you think about Chris Olavi who's so good against man coverage. So I think this is a perfect fit. Rasheed Shahid in the same Kellenmore offense had a 22% target share before he left for Seattle. So I think a 22 to 25% target share considering the top 10 draft capital on Jordan Tyson. Given the landing spot and the offense, his value is up than it was before pre, pre draft. He makes my love list.

Well, here's Kellen Moore talking about what type of player Jordan Tyson is and what he'll add to the Saints offense.

D (35:10)

Credit to him. The thing that I was really excited when we had a chance to evaluate him and kind of watch games was, you know, their biggest games. He came up in those big time moments. I think that's credit to him that, you know, when they go play these, you know, the Texas Tech game, you know, comes to mind. A TCU game comes to mind like when he has these opportunities to go play against, you know, the best in their division or conference, I should say he played really well. You watch Jordan's career, he's lined up in a number of places and so certainly, you know, him and Chris and they and all the other guys, their versatility is a positive for us. We're not going to be stuck in guys playing one position. You know, certainly we'll have home bases for all those guys, but they'll be a lineup wherever they need to.

A (35:50)

Right. As we look at these rookie receivers, Drew, do you like any of these guys for offensive rookie of the year?

C (35:56)

Yeah, I mean we'll stick with Jordan Tyson as the obvious number there. He's about plus 550 right now for your offensive rookie of the Year. Meanwhile, the Saints are about plus 225 to win the NFC South. I think there's absolutely a world where we see a repeat of history where the NFC south champion draws the offensive rookie of the year to the wide receiver. Jordan Tyson in general fits perfectly with Kellen Moore scheme. He fits perfectly with Tyler Schuck's strengths. I think he is going to be immediately productive. As we talked about earlier, I think the Saints offense has a ceiling of scoring 30ish points a game. And by the way, Saints defense getting a lot of love this offseason as people kind of were looking at their end of the year, you know, performances. I am not a buyer on that Saints defense. I still think they have a ton of questions to answer. And if the Saints are going to ultimately get to nine, 10 wins, it's going to be through Jordan Tyson.

B (36:46)

Yeah. By the way, once Tyler Schuck took over as the starter, he was averaging over 250 passing yards a game. Top eight in the NFL. So again, a lot of volume there for that offense. Brock Bowers also makes my love list among pass catchers here. Lawrence as well. Look, Raiders didn't draft a wide receiver until round six. Their only wide receiver on the Raiders roster right now who caught more than 30 passes last season is Trey Tucker.

And so when Brock Bowers gets at least 25% target share, he's averaging over 19 fantasy points per game. Almost 20. And then you think about what is going to be this, whether it's Fernando Mendoza or Kirk Cousins, what does Clint Kubiak like to do? Likes to run the ball and set up play action. Kirk Cousins throughout his career has always targeted his tight end. He's always had a good tight end. And so now you think about Brock Bowers, who's the focal point of this offense and how they want to run the ball. They'll have a better offensive line as well in Las Vegas. So Brock Bowers, he's my tight end too. I have Trey McBride higher, but other than that, Brock Bowers. I think given where the draft went and the fact that they didn't add any of the pass catchers.

A (37:47)

Yeah, give me that's a good point about Kirk Cousins and the tight ends too. We'll get to others receiving votes. Now we got Carnell Tate at the top of this list.

B (37:56)

Matthew, last nine. Was he not last nine wide receivers to be drafted inside the top 10. All saw at least 100 targets as rookies except Travis Hunter, who's obviously playing defense, got hurt. How about Josh Downs, where the Colts did not draft a perimeter wide receiver to replace Alec Pierce and so in games in which he's had at least 20% target share, he's averaging almost 14 fantasy points per game. We mentioned Trey Tucker again after Brock Bowers. He's the guy they didn't draft anyone. Not worried about. Jalen Naylor. How about Jermy Bernard? We talked about him on the draft like again, Roll Tide, Jeremy Bernard, so good in the slot. And you think about this offense which we assume is going to have Aaron Rodgers with his low depth average, depth of target and a quick passing attack. So I think Bernard is A good fit. Mike McCarthy's offenses when he was head coach of the packers and the Cowboys led the NFL in slot targets again. McCarthy always likes to target the slot. Speaking of slot, how about Antonio Williams for my commanders, he's going to be the slot guy for Jaden Daniels. There's a chance that Brett Nyuk shows up, but at the moment, Antonio Williams has a very good chance to be the number two pass catcher on this offense after Terry McLaurin. DeSean Stribling, shockingly high draft capital. We like Mike Evans, of course, Ricky Piercel, Christian Kirk, they're all injury risks. So stribling, given the draft capital and the injury concerns, he's certainly higher on our boards than he was pre NFL draft. And the last one here, Mark Andrews, like, I, I kind of think Mark Andrews is done, but it doesn't matter what I think. It's clear that the Ravens don't think he's done. The Ravens sign him to a big deal in the off season. They let Isaiah likely go. They didn't really draft another tight end until late in the fourth round.

A (39:39)

So trying to replace what they let go and likely in Charlie Kohler.

B (39:43)

Exactly, exactly. So Mark Andrews, who in the four games Isaiah likely missed over the last two seasons, had an 80% route participation, averaged over 12 fantasy points per game. And last year he was fourth among fourth among tight ends in end zone targets. So always a big threat to score any week. And so we expect this Ravens team to be better this year under Jesse Minter. Guy going to whip. Whip, you know, it's going to crack the whip a little bit. The laissez faire under John Harbaugh in Baltimore recently.

The first, the first one on that others receiving votes was Carnell Tate Drew. So now we get to the hate list. This is headed by Calvin. Really? Where does he fit in? He's a little older now. He's got some injuries. You bring in Wondell Robinson also to work in the short game. How do you see this thing looking?

C (40:30)

Yeah, I don't even know if the question is where does he fit in or does he fit in right like this Very much feels like his role is going to be minimized in this offense now. And you know, certainly the front office has some chaos going on. I'm wondering if they were not on the same page about restructuring him and bringing him back at all and that if ultimately he is the odd man out in that group because the, you know, you put that much draft capital into Cardinal Tate and you make that kind of a move For a player like Wandell Robinson who has a skill set that's kind of redundant with the rest of these guys. It's you, you, you, you very correctly hit on Ridley as one of the biggest losers draft weekend.

B (41:05)

Yeah, A lot of guys in hats. A lot of guys looking like Batman villains just like you, Drew, as I see that trendsetter. Yeah, exactly. I think Lawrence and I made the right call to go hatless here. You talk about Calvin Ridley, right? In terms of the fact that like here's a veteran wide receiver and they brought up a bunch of young guys and new people in there. Well, same thing with Rashad Bateman. Listen, we love Rashad Bateman front of the show. Rashad Bateman. But the truth of the matter is he's coming off career lows and target share targets for route yards per target pick a stat. It's not good. And then they drafted Jacoby Lane and Elijah Sarat in their first four picks. Two wide receivers in their first four. Four picks as well. As you see it here on your screen, you see the Ravens draft class right there and, and both Lane and Sarah, kind of bigger bodied wide receivers who complement Zay Flowers who's smaller and shiftier. And we just talked up Mark Andrews and it's hard for me to see a consistent fantasy role for Rashad Bateman in this offense. Two other veterans that make the hate list because of the additions that their team made, Harold Fannin and Jerry Judy. Now I know you're like Jerry Judy's obvious, right? Okay. I mean like they add Denzel. I'm sorry, they add. They had Denzel Boston and Casey Concepcion.

So they. In terms of the wide receiver room. Now that's a hat. That's what we're talking about. Shout out to that woman. Yeah, that is a hat.

Drew, you keep, you keep attention to the four as I talk about Fannin and Jerry Judy. Here's my concern with Harold Fannin who is a veteran in second year. Last year his 21 target share was fifth among tight ends. But the problem is he was outside the top 15 in the position at both averaged at the target and yards per reception. The point is Harold Fannin needs a ton of targets to be Effective. And I think with the addition of Boston and Concepcion, along with the fact that you've. You've. You've got questions at quarterback, you're still going to have Jerry Judy and Cedric Tillman there. So Fannin takes a step back when you think about what else the Browns did offensively this draft season. So those two guys make the hate list.

Yeah, we got the favorite, Renegade. Is he still the favorite today?

Yeah. Right now in the betting, he's at 9 to 2, which is, you know, as favorites in the Derby go, that's a pretty tepid favorite. I think some people are scared off by. He drew the one hol probably know the 40 year history there of futility. They changed the configuration a couple years ago, so it's probably not an issue from that standpoint. It's more just that everybody's drawn outside of him and given his style, he probably is going to have to drop pretty far Back, maybe all the way back, and try to work out some kind of a very complicated trip through traffic. So in a race like this, I think that tells me there are a lot of folks out there looking for other options.

A (45:45)

How do you feel about that one?

C (45:47)

Yeah. Drawing the rail was just another reason to pass on this horse, particularly at this kind of a price point. I know the connections are truly elite and I would love to see Irad Ortiz Jr. Win the Kentucky Derby one day, but I don't think it's happening this year. So he's a pretty easy toss for me. As I kind of evaluated the road to the Derby, it felt like the Florida delegation was clearly the strongest. And the three horses, of course, from the Florida delegation were our six to one choice, Commandment, Chief Wallaby, who was Morning Line eight to one and the Puma. And as I kind of watched, rewatched the key races from that road, it felt like the horse that wants this distance the most and whose race we have, his best race we have not seen yet was Chief Wallaby. I am effectively like brainwashed at this point that he is the clear choice of this field. Do you agree that the Florida class was as strong as I'm making it out to be, and do you think Walby has a big run in him?

F (46:44)

Yeah, look, I think that's the best prep race. It was the deepest, it was the most competitive. And part of me is looking at this. I like to play the multi race, you know, sequences here, pick four, pick five, that kind of thing. And part of me is saying, build some tickets just around all three Florida horses and just say one of them is going to win this. You know, on Wallaby right now, just looking at sort of where the action is, I think he's the value out of there right now. The group is kind of getting hammered. You know, Commandment, I think I saw 7 to 1. I see double digit odds on Wallaby. The two things that a little bit

of pause on Wallaby that I'd say

is they're making the equipment change, they're doing blinkers on which, you know, coming into the Derby, you want to see that. The other thing is some of the folks who really know this stuff on the breeding level, they tell me the constitutions when it comes to it in the stretch, they don't fight like some of the other horses. So Wallaby, the kind of horse it's going to be there, it's going to be competitive, but settles for second. I think that'd be the word. But at the price you're getting that's a good bet.

Yeah, I think, yeah. If, if, if Bill Mott, of course, the trainer from Sovereignty, winner last year, if he thinks Blinker's on is what it's going to take for Wallaby to run his best race, guess what? I think, I think Blinkers on is what it's going to take for Wallaby to run his best race. So hopefully that doesn't affect things you kind of brought. Yeah, go ahead.

I was just going to say as you want to talk about, you know, sort of odds and wanting longer odds and some prices there. How about, how about emerging market at 15 to 1? I love this stat. So Flavian Pratt, who is the jockey for Emerging Market, he's been in eight Kentucky derbies. He has never finished lower than four. So I like you mentioned you want to do, you know, you're building some four boxes of fives. I like having Emerging Market in one of the, you know, somewhere in there because I feel like, you know, he's going to finish inside the top four as well. Obviously he's somebody who won the Derby in 2019 as well. But here's my premise, here's my one for you. Maybe you bring this up on the I'm sure this be mentioned on the broadcast of the 152nd Kentucky Derby, which you're going to be part of on NBC Sports. And Peacock, I'm a company man. I like the Puma. And so I can give you some horse racing reasons for why liking the Puma. Right. Like he was. He hasn't raced in five weeks. He's well rested. He finished second in the Kentucky Derby. Last year's winner, Sovereignty also finished second in the Florida Derby. Sorry. He finished second in the Florida Derby. And so last year's winner also finished second in the Florida Derby. The jockey that is going to be Javier Castellano, who's gonna be running the Puma, has won the Kentucky Deuteronomy before with Mage. Mage is a similar horse to the Puma.

Same trainer. But here's my big reason Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey bought into the Puma.

And if she buys into a horse, I am promising Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift have the best horse person in the universe. Who said buy into the Puma and I never want to bet against Taylor Swift. It's her world. We just live in it. So, yes, I say the Puma wins because of Taylor Swift.

I think Travis and, and Taylor are going to be, they're going to be derbing with a broken heart because Puma is not running in the top of this race, in my opinion. You mentioned bloodlines. I got to ask you about Danon Bourbon. What do we do with this horse? He's got elite, elite pedigree and he's been putting up faster times than, than many of the Japanese invaders over the last handful of years.

I think the range of possibilities with Dinan Bourbon is the biggest there is in this race. You know, he's got that max feel. You know, the distance seems to be there. Three races, open length victories, explosive seems.

At least watching these on tape seems to have that explosive kick that could play well in this long stretch here. But what are you looking at? What are you looking at? Competition wise, we've seen Forever Young come over run really well. Of course, to password. A couple years ago, Japanese horse kind of outran his odds, but he's the kind of horse I wouldn't be surprised if he's up the track and I wouldn't be surprised totally if we see
