I think just like a lot of kids, you. You grow up going through Thanksgiving, you have your meals with your family and then you go and sit on the couch and typically there's not a lot on except football. Back in the day, it was Lions and somebody. You go watch Matthew Stafford throw for 300, 400 some yards with Calvin Johnson and probably lose the game. But it was fun to watch. You know, those are memories that you have. And so I kind of always wanted to be the person out there.
Intro Announcer
Fantasy Football Happy Hour with Matthew Berry.
Conor Rogers
Welcome to the Fantasy Football Happy Hour and a early happy Thanksgiving to all of you out there, especially the regulars that are joining us for today's show. Conor Rogers, Matthew Berry, Jay Croucher. How we doing, fellas? Jay, look at. I mean, look at this. I can't even call you the accountant today. This is beyond that.
Jay Croucher
There's a lot going on. There's no accountants who dress like this, Conor.
Matthew Berry
No. Jay and I are doing a. You know what? I'm. I'm not happy about this. I'm not happy about. Well, I'll tell you, thank you for asking, Connor. Jay and I are doing a DraftKings commercial after the show. We're taping it for Mr. King.
Jay Croucher
Hanes King.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, for Mr. King. I don't want to spoil anything for the commercial. You'll see it on Sunday Night Football. But I'm just going to. But I'll just give you a hint. The crown is yours. But. But what? I'm Going to say here is that, you know, Jay, I think Jay looks better than me normally. I think they dress me better than I normally. They dress me better than Jay.
Conor Rogers
He's got his shoes to match.
Matthew Berry
Yeah. Jay is. Jay is, I think, better looking than me just physically. And so they, they do what they can to help me out.
Jay Croucher
Bridge the gap.
Matthew Berry
Yes, Bridge the gap. Yeah. Bridge the gap. But now they've given you better outfits as well. Like you, you have more hair, you're younger, you have better skin complexion. You know, I basically, I have personality. That's pretty much all I've got. Personality and people like me.
Jay Croucher
Yes.
Matthew Berry
Right.
Jay Croucher
I've been lacking most apartments. I can't say with my skin complexion.
Producer/Support Staff
Yes.
Conor Rogers
Jonathan Medici has our parlay for today, the Thanksgiving eve parlay. Thank you and best wishes, regulars. Steven, Pete, Kevin, Dev, Cam. Big Show. Jay, Connor, Barry, Lawrence, George, Dr. Denny. All the best to you and your families. J. Medici, plus 25.
Matthew Berry
Yeah. I mean, by the way, not going to cash. I'm not going to thank all those people. Come on, stop.
Conor Rogers
Yeah, you would have forgot Big Show.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, I mean, I would have. I would have forgot Big Show. I would have. I would have thanked Medium Show.
Jay Croucher
Yes, Medium show, the new show in town.
Matthew Berry
Yes.
Conor Rogers
Right.
Matthew Berry
Yes. And the odds that I would thank jay. That's a 50.
Producer/Support Staff
50.
Conor Rogers
Yeah.
Jay Croucher
You wouldn't do that.
Conor Rogers
Yeah. Aloha, bricks. Well said. Very grateful for all of us in the chat. I consider you all my Ohana family. Grateful for all of you.
Matthew Berry
That's actually, I will say. You know what, I have to tell you something. So I've been doing this, you know, Mick, genuinely, dinosaurs were around. Thank you for letting me join this community this season. I have to say, like, so I've been doing this. I've been doing some version of fantasy football for almost 30 years. Seriously, like, and going back to my old talent of Mr. Roto Rotoworld back in the day and the message boards on Rotoworld and my old talent of Mr. Roto side and then going to ESPN where we had different versions of message boards and, you know, chats around different shows and everything. And to NBC, I have to tell you all legitimately, and I do stuff on Reddit and blah, blah, blah. I have to tell you legitimately, the regulars and the chat on our YouTube show is the most supportive, the most kind, the funniest group I have ever been around. You know what? I'm amazed about this. You know, everyone. People online are angry. Jay, I know you don't spend any time Online. But people who are online generally are angry.
Jay Croucher
Tell me more about this. Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Matthew Berry
You should look it up. You should look it up. And people are generally angry. And yet in the chat, when people try to get negative, the regulars are like, we don't want that negativity. They shoo them away. Go away.
Conor Rogers
It's self policed.
Matthew Berry
It is.
Conor Rogers
It's really amazing.
Matthew Berry
And I love that. I love how they've all. They've all come together and so. We love you. We love you. Even Jay, who doesn't have any emotions, he's Grinch like in that say, he has said that if you did have an emotion, you would have fondness for the regular Dr. Spock. Yes.
Jay Croucher
Baby expert.
Producer/Support Staff
That's right.
Conor Rogers
Very nice. Thank you to the chat as always. And let's get rolling today before actually before love hate, because. Yes. Special love hate on Thanksgiving evening. Turkeys drink for free.
Matthew Berry
Of course they do. It's the end. So Medici did. I think Medici did call that in his parlay. So that cash is of course, turkeys drink for free. It's a tough day for them tomorrow. So drink up. Kind of a last meal as best as you can. Glug, glug. Any turkeys that wander into the set, we will give you free booze.
Conor Rogers
That's right. As we will. All right. We're going to answer your questions as well on what's on tap.
Jay Croucher
Very grim.
Matthew Berry
Very grim.
Conor Rogers
Turkey is me macabre.
Matthew Berry
Yeah. That's why you liked it. That's why you're smiling. Yeah, exactly. You're like, oh, death. That's something I understand. I'm into that. Yeah.
Conor Rogers
He really did perk up. You're right.
Matthew Berry
The body language changed.
Conor Rogers
I noticed, like it was like a smile I have not seen all season. Yeah.
Jay Croucher
I'm a big death guy.
Conor Rogers
All right. Even more so. We'll have pick up lines for you at the end of the show. A special Thanksgiving edition of pickup lines. Let's get into love hate. We got the running backs. As we look at Matthews, Week 13 running back ranks 11 through 20 because the man at the top there in Trayveon Henderson makes the loveless against the Giants, who are still chasing Jameer Gibbs down the field.
Matthew Berry
To be clear, top for people that are listening, it's the top of the second list. He's running back 11.
Conor Rogers
Right.
Matthew Berry
He's not my. I don't want for people that are just listening at home that aren't able to watch the show. But look, last week in Ramondre Stevenson's first game back. You see it there on your screen. He out snapped him 43 to 21. Just played a lot more to the snaps he handled 72% of the Patriots team running back touches. It's a great matchup against the Giants who are giving up 6.2 yards per carry to running backs. That's Most in the NFL. Five of the six running backs that get at least 17 touches against the Giants have scored at least 25 fantasy points here guys. But Conor, to me the most interesting thing about Travian Henderson is we've always known the skill, we've always known the explosiveness. The questions and concerns out of Ohio State and for the first part of the season was can he handle press protection, can he handle a big workload? And it seems like he's answered both those questions.
Conor Rogers
Yeah, and they're leaning on him now because they had to when Ramondre was hurt. But now it feels like, oh, this guy gives us our most explosive version of our offense. And as we saw with the Giants, they give up a lot of explosive plays. So this is kind of the perfect tailor made matchup.
Jay Croucher
How, how much of a hindrance do you think the Patriots O line is particularly without Will Campbell?
Conor Rogers
That's a great call and Will Campbell is a very good run blocker. Jared Wilson is hurt as well on the interior, so that's going to be a big challenge here to see. The thing with Trayvon is he has that explosive gear where he just needs one big one where it's not like you need to grind out yards in a Josh Jacobs kind of way. So I think that gives me a.
Matthew Berry
Little hope here and I do wonder if if they are getting pressure first game under a new defensive coordinator for the Giants as well. So be interesting to see if they, you know, if there's a spark there because they weren't getting pressure prior. But it'd be interesting to see that if they are getting some pressure, whether they just try to leak out and just do some dump offs to Travis Henderson to kind of, you know, put Drake May in shotgun and deal with that way. Either way, if you have Trayvon Henderson, you are starting Travian Henderson. He makes the love list this week.
Conor Rogers
Jay, how about a man you once left for dead, Derrick Henry? He has the Bengals who are, I think every running back is thankful for the Bengals this year.
Jay Croucher
The Bengals defenses, they don't historic things. It's like Neil Armstrong on the moon type of stuff that run defense. This is one of the worst defenses of all time, particularly without Trey Hendrickson who might be the only good player on the defense along with DJ Turner. But when you look at the most rushing yards allowed to running backs. Bengals 131 rushing yards per game. Lapping the league ahead of the New York Giants who just spoke about so King Henry disappointing performance against the jets in terms of efficiency. This Ravens offense looks a little broken at the moment. Lamar not looking like himself. But the Bengals, they are the best possible cure for any offense.
Matthew Berry
Yes they are. That'll be Thursday night right here on NBC. And Peacock, I'm a company man.
Conor Rogers
How about Travis ETN Matthew against the Titans? Four straight games with 18 plus touches has made him a top 10 running back during that stretch.
Matthew Berry
Yes. You know a funny thing happened on the way to Bashaltutin's breakout game. It didn't happen.
Conor Rogers
Right.
Matthew Berry
I don't know what's going on. Liam Kohn like Duval on the bench based on T.O. and Travis Etn is getting a ton of work here. Four straight games now with at least 18 touches over that stretch. He's the seventh best running back in fantasy football. Travis Etn is since week nine. No running back. This is a crazy stat. You will win a bar bet if you're. If you're going back to the bar tonight with all your high school friends for the youngins that are watching. You know that's a big thing that happens on Wednesday nights before Thanksgiving. Connor, that'll be you I'm sure.
Conor Rogers
Can't wait.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, exactly. When Jay and I are spending time with our family in laws you'll be. You'll bring that log you and you and Kristen will be out at the bar with all your high school buddies and this will be a bar bet that you will surprise people with people since week nine is true. Since week nine the running back with the most red zone touches in the sport is Travis ETN of gridiron.
Producer/Support Staff
Yeah.
Matthew Berry
The sport of gridiron. Travis. They're using him when he getting close. I think. I think in fairness to Liam Cohen, like would you want Trevor Lawrence throwing it? No, of course not. So what's the answer? Handed off to Travis Etn by the way. Tennessee, good matchup with the Titans. They've allowed the second most rushing touchdowns to opposing running backs this season. So we like our chances to get ETN in the end zone. He's my running back 13 this week.
Jay Croucher
What do you think of King Tutankhamun as a nickname for Bashful if he gets off the Schneider eventually. Is that. That's probably been done before.
Matthew Berry
King Tutin.
Jay Croucher
King Tutankhamen yeah, it's not bad.
Matthew Berry
It's not bad.
Jay Croucher
It's a bit of a.
Matthew Berry
It's a little bit of a thinker. Well, I don't know that there's another player named.
Conor Rogers
We just need. We need it.
Jay Croucher
We need to touch that.
Conor Rogers
Yeah.
Jay Croucher
I'm just. I'm just putting my name at the front. Yeah.
Conor Rogers
There's anything this show does, it. Plans. Nicknames.
Matthew Berry
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
For everybody.
Matthew Berry
Preemptive nicknames. It just. I. If I be honest with you, it just feels a little bit too high brow for me.
Jay Croucher
Oh, wow.
Matthew Berry
When you think about our show, everyone knows. I mean, come on. No, no, I'm just saying, like with Brendan Fraser, I mean, let's think about like, you know, Tootin. Tootin. Tootin. You know, Putin Tootin. Like there's all sorts of like, you know, Scootin Tootin.
Conor Rogers
Yeah. You know, the Tootler had its.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, the Tootler.
Conor Rogers
That was a big one.
Matthew Berry
Oh, like. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Conor Rogers
Yep.
Matthew Berry
All right.
Conor Rogers
You tell. We're really emptying the bag as we don't have a show tomorrow.
Matthew Berry
You know what?
Jay Croucher
We're really leaning into your Russian double agent.
Conor Rogers
Yeah, the man.
Matthew Berry
Catch me. Yeah.
Conor Rogers
Here's some others receiving votes.
Matthew Berry
Putin. Tootin, Comrade Putin, of course.
Conor Rogers
Jalen Warren, top 20 play against the Bills. RJ Harvey, a top 20 play against your commanders, Matthew.
Matthew Berry
Yeah. Washington allows the second most yards per reception to opposing running backs this season. My commanders are bad. They allow the third most fantasy points to opposing backfield. So RJ Harvey, even though he'll be in a bit of a committee, I think he's a top 20 play. How about Ken Walker, who's had a season high in snap rate last week? Four straight games where he's gotten at least a goal to go rushing attempt. Seattle has a top five implied team total here. We expect him to score a lot of points against Minnesota's. Who knows what Max Brosmer is going to do. Looks like he's going to make his first start for the Vikings on the road at Seattle. And then finally Jalen Warren. Top 20 play for me. I know Gainwell had the big gain as well, but you can run on Buffalo as well. And 70%. Jalen Warren said at least 70% of the team's rushing touches in running back touches, I should say, in three of the last four games. So Jalen Warren's their guy in a good matchup here.
Conor Rogers
Before we go to the hate list, a couple of great comments. Irish54. Always good to see a new name in the chat. Mrs. Barry lining the table in plastic wrap for the spiller.
Matthew Berry
True. It's factually correct. Factually correct. We have a we where we're going to have Thanksgiving. We have a big island that's, you know, fits everyone.
Conor Rogers
No kids table.
Matthew Berry
No kids table.
Conor Rogers
You.
Matthew Berry
Yes. I would, I would, I would insist it. But it's made up. It's made of like marble and it's like, it's the biggest island of all. Like it's a massive thing so we can fit everyone around it and it's, it's, it's spill proof smartly.
Jay Croucher
So.
Conor Rogers
Yes. Easy to clean up.
Matthew Berry
Yes.
Conor Rogers
Kjema89 says the giants can't stop a parked car. So I thought that was.
Matthew Berry
That's pretty good.
Conor Rogers
The Hate List Matthew Quintean Judkins against the Niners. He's just got nothing going in the passing game.
Matthew Berry
No, he certainly hasn't. Over his last six games, he's got eight total receiving yards. Not a typo. Eight receiving yards over his last six games. Since week six, he's 40th among running backs in yards per carry. They're just not blocking for him. And maybe Shedeur Sanders, who's a little bit more mobile than Dylan Gabriel or Joe Flacco, so maybe that opens things up for Quinte on Judkins. But the Browns, five and a half point underdogs here, they have the third lowest implied team total in Week 12. Against the Niners, we saw a little bit of a spark from Dylan Sampson. Jay so I know you love Quintean Judkins. I know he's a chubby leather daddy, but he's outside my top 20 for the week.
Jay Croucher
Yeah, my favorite little thing in the NFL right now is that whenever the Browns get into the red zone, which isn't often, they just pull the quarterback every time. So I'm just going wildcat. We're not dealing with the chance that should do. A previously dealing Panther should take notes. Yeah, it's unbelievable. Yeah, it's actually quite funny. But good for Quinch on Judkins. But yeah, it's difficult when he's getting no blocking. There's no space in the offense. No one fears the passing game and he doesn't get any receiving work.
Matthew Berry
Connor, when you do one of your 8 billion mock drafts for NBCSports.com in the, in the offseason because they make you every. It feels like you, you file it and then like, we need a new one in two hours.
Conor Rogers
Lights on.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, it really does. Will you have the Browns taking a quarterback because there's a chance that Two time coach of the year Kevin Stefanski moves on. A lot of people don't know that he actually won two years in a row.
Conor Rogers
He's one day let's see how she dure finishes the season and let's see if Stefanski is still the coach now. I would think if it's, you know, you don't know and you're picking second or third, then the Browns are going to be looking at the quarterbacks.
Matthew Berry
It feels like. It feels like they have to sort of reset.
Jay Croucher
Even if you don't think Deshaun Watson is the answer coming off the Achilles.
Conor Rogers
I don't think Deshaun Watson will be on the Browns next year.
Matthew Berry
Do you think desean Watson's in the NFL next year?
Conor Rogers
I do.
Jay Croucher
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
I do. I didn't for the longest time in the last month or so I'm. I've changed that.
Matthew Berry
I mean Justin Tucker is getting tryouts.
Jay Croucher
Yeah. Yeah. Feels like a backing up Dak Prescott or something.
Conor Rogers
Right.
Jay Croucher
He'll be.
Conor Rogers
He'll be somewhere on the cheap.
Matthew Berry
Dak Prescott starting quarterback for the L A Rams next year. Just throwing that out there.
Jay Croucher
Great.
Conor Rogers
Jay. Why put one running back on the hate list when you could put an entire backfield on the hate list?
Jay Croucher
Yeah, I don't want any part of any Cardinals running back against Tampa Bay. I think as we get to Texans Fan 8 on 6 question rest of season, Judkins or Harvey? I would still throw Judkins just because of the workload. Like he's getting even the better chance.
Matthew Berry
Of 20 carries which sounds weird because I know Harvey gets six touches and three of them turn to touchdowns. But it just, it feels like Judkins has the better chance at a touchdown on a weekly basis.
Jay Croucher
The only good thing about the Browns offense for Judkins is that they do not trust their quarterbacks to throw in the red zone. So if they're getting in there, it's going to be Judkins running it in in terms of the Cardinals.
Matthew Berry
But it's close. But it's close. Especially in a PPR league.
Jay Croucher
Yeah, it's close. Ish. But I would take judgments. I'd take both of those guys over anyone on Arizona, particularly this week where they played Tampa thought it was instructive what Sean McVay's strategy was against the Bucks. Sean McVay, very smart man. Probably going to do the optimal thing for his offense. He decided we're not going to run the ball at all. We're going to throw the ball against Tampa because don't want to run into Vita Ver. Seems like every year the Bucks are a pass funnel defense and I think that that will continue with the Cardinals. Joby Brissette has shown that he can move the ball through the air. They don't have a great running game to begin with. Arizona, I don't think they're going to try it against Tampa.
Conor Rogers
Let's go to the pass catchers for love hate and take a look at Matthew's top 10 wide receivers for week 13. And that man, Devonte Adams, who's number eight, he's got the Panthers but Devonte Adams this year, Matthew, he's finished as a top 12 wide receiver in four of his past five games. He's just a big a part of this Matthew Stafford MVP campaign as anyone.
Matthew Berry
He like who had like the anytime touchdown odds on DraftKings Gervonta Adams every week is like close to minus 200 because he's just. He's so automatic. It's so insane for a wide receiver to do what he's doing. In his past five games, just his past five games, he's had 11 end zone targets, right? Not red zone targets. End zone targets 11 in the past five. He's had at least two in all but one game during that span. J.C. horn in the concussion protocol. Panthers on the short week traveling back from San Francisco here as well. So yeah, devonte Adams, my wide receiver eight this week, an automatic start, but makes the love list. I think an elevated opportunity for him this week.
Conor Rogers
Jay. Maybe a big Thanksgiving on tap for Christian Watson of this lion secondary.
Jay Croucher
Yeah, potentially. I think we decided conclusively yesterday he's the most talented wide receiver on the Packers. I think that's starting to show up in the games. He's been an end zone target for Jordan Love in recent weeks. He has been. He just looks healthier, more explosive. He looks like the guy that he was in the back half of his rookie season again. Now he gets a Detroit team that is very solid against the run and clearly not so good against the pass given that Jameis Winston was made to look like Joe Montana against them. So I think that the Lions susceptible to the deep ball and Christian Watson will be the number one option for Jordan Love.
Conor Rogers
Matthew, when we thought Marvin Harrison got hurt, Michael Wilson might be viable for a week. After two great weeks and a lot of praise from his coaches, it feels like Michael Wilson might be here to stay.
Matthew Berry
It's unbelievable. Over the last two weeks he's wide receiver three and utilization score. He's finished as a top 10 wide receiver in both weeks, 32% target share team high obviously each of the last two weeks. It's a great matchup against Tampa Bay over the last month. No team in the NFL allows more receiving yards per game to wide receivers than the Tampa Buccaneers. But my question to you, Connor. Is the emergence of Michael Wilson more about a like, wow. Is it more been like it's just been two great game scripts. Is it more about a connection between Brissette and Michael Wilson? Is it more about like, hey, here's a guy that, you know, always had talent, just never was able to get that opportunity? Or is this more an indictment on Marvin Harrison Jr. That he hasn't been unlocked in this offense the way that Michael Wilson has been the last two weeks?
Conor Rogers
I feel like it's a little bit of two and three because Brissette has brought a calm rhythm passing to their offense that we saw in a brief instance with Marv. But to your third point, about like, is there more to this guy? A lot of people forget Michael Wilson back at Stanford was a big deal and had a horrible lower body injury that wasn't just like a five month injury. It was a full year plus injury that when he came back to playing football his final year of college, the flashes started to kick in. But like he needed time. This might just be, maybe not this is who he is, but he might be a really good NFL number two now that all these injuries are finally behind him.
Matthew Berry
Yeah. The question becomes like is how, how legit is this or is this Kendrick Bourne? You know what I mean? Kendrick Bourne had a couple of great weeks. He was sort of the only guy and then now he's, he's nowhere to.
Jay Croucher
Me feels more like Juwan Jennings ish. When he started breaking out with Those like crazy 160 yard games a year. And yeah, he said he's not going to do that every week clearly. But he settles into being like, oh yeah, this guy's a legit wide receiver. A top two wide receiver on a team.
Matthew Berry
I think I've told this story in the air before, but I will just say that like, like when I do my NFLPA rookie Premier interviews I've done, I've probably done 400 players over the last eight years or something like that. Michael Wilson top five interview for me, like one of the greatest kids you'll ever like, just loved, loved the kid.
Conor Rogers
And a lot of people would agree with you. Yeah, just like universal praise from scouts, coaches, media, teammates.
Matthew Berry
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
So I don't know, I don't know.
Matthew Berry
If they're married yet. It's either his longtime girlfriend. His fiancee is like. But he's, he is. His significant other is on the U.S. women's National Team, by the way. Like, you know, like I said this to Michael when we were talking about it in the interview. I'm just like, can I buy stock in your kids?
Conor Rogers
Right. Sports? Are you kidding?
Jay Croucher
Whatever.
Matthew Berry
Whatever stock your kids are playing, whatever sport your kids are playing, I'd like to buy stock in them as well.
Conor Rogers
So brawler Michael Wilson over Tetaroa or Flowers.
Matthew Berry
I'm gonna say Michael Wilson. Look, I get it. Flowers against Cincinnati. So you never, you're always dangerous. It always feels dangerous to say no against Cincinnati, but feels like that's a Mark Andrews, Derrick Henry game. Flowers will get his. But I have Wilson at 15. First off, you're not starting Ted against the Rams. Right. And you have these two options. But I don't know how you bench Michael Wilson after these last seasons.
Jay Croucher
Oh, you gotta play Michael Wilson. Zay Flowers every week. Zay flowers is like 5 for 64 and no touchdowns. Like, it's just like a recurring theme. And then Ted roll McMillan just doesn't have a real life quarterback. It's just what Right Bryce has done outside of that game against Atlanta has been very grim.
Conor Rogers
Also, Arizona plays in these fantasy friendly scripts.
Matthew Berry
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
Like, oh, we're down 20, let's throw the ball 40 times 40.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, I mean, absolutely the. The over under in this game, by the way. 44 and a half. I might take the over between Arizona and Tampa Bay. That seems low for two decent offenses and two bad defenses. Michael Wilson is a member of Live at Noon on the tube, by the way, on a five game win streak. I defeated Roto Pat and Michael Wilson has been a part of that. I'm playing backup producer Pete in what is my super bowl.
Conor Rogers
Who stinks, by the way. He's the worst six and six I've ever seen.
Matthew Berry
There's no question.
Conor Rogers
But Jay had his fourth stringers in against him. Running up the score.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, beat him by 100. But Jay benched his players at halftime and still beat him by 100. But make no mistake, again, I'm piecing it together. Like I'm starting like Harold Fannin as a flex. Like my team is so decimated by injury. So I am piecing it together. But I managed to get every week. It's sort of. And Michael Wilson has been a part of it. Backup producer Pete is favored, but we've been underdogs in five straight. So we'll see what happens. He is. Look at the projections. He's favored.
Jay Croucher
Also your team's only kind of injured. You also cut your number one pick who's now on my team.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, Jaden Daniels. Some news around Jaden Daniels. Jeremy Flower Fowler reporting that it looks like he is on track to start Week 14 against Minnesota. He's not going to start this week against the Broncos, but there's. He has returned to practice and there is a chance that he could play Week 14 against Minnesota. I think this is the dumbest thing of all time.
Jay Croucher
Yep.
Matthew Berry
Like you're going to, you're going to, you're going to. Our franchise quarterback is going to get out there behind a bad offensive line, throwing to Robbie. Chosen because we got no one else, right? Against, against, against blind floors is going to blitz 60% of the time. Like it's the dumbest thing of the universe. Like what they want to do. He's already been hurt twice this year. I put this takeout on social media and people were like, you're dumb, Barry. Like a player has to play. He's a second year player. You need reps. Ridiculous. He was in the NFC championship game last year. He legitimately got mvp. MVP votes last year. I'm not worried about the development of Jaden Daniels. I'm worried about the health of Jaden Daniels behind this offensive line in a lost season with a bunch of, you know, people that aren't going to be on the team next year. Seriously, Robbie chosen is their number. Other than Debo, it's like it's Robbie Chosin, it's Chris Moore. It's like practice squad guys. Guys who were out of the NFL a month ago. But no, let's get Jayden Daniels out there. It's the dumbest thing in the universe.
Jay Croucher
A good reminder that football players want to play football.
Matthew Berry
No, of course they do.
Conor Rogers
It's on their teams to protect them from themselves.
Matthew Berry
That 1,000% that is on Dan Quinn and Adam Peters. Say listen five, you're the franchise. I know you want to get out there, but it ain't our year. We're 3 and 9 because we're losing the Broncos this Sunday. We're 3 and 9 and ain't happening for us. Let's do the film work. Let's get you working out. But no, Marcus Mariota is going to take us the rest of the way. That is what should happen and I'm going to be very upset when it doesn't. You're welcome to him, by the way. Knock yourself out.
Jay Croucher
Yeah, well, he's he's well timed rival for the chubby leather daddies. Just as Daniel Jones turns into a lemon. Jayne Daniels coming off the bench for him. Jayne Daniels and Jalen hurts.
Conor Rogers
Back to our pass catchers. Actually we have enough their comment here. Barry's gonna burst a vein. Take a sip, bro. That is from a high in the country.
Jay Croucher
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
Let's get back to the love list. Jay, how about you?
Matthew Berry
Kobe Myers avatar is a panda that looks stoned. You know, high in the country I think is something.
Jay Croucher
Yeah, I believe it's one of Matthew's diet Cokes.
Matthew Berry
Probably he's probably. He's not wearing pants because he spilled it all over him like he. That panda is like me Spiller.
Jay Croucher
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
How about Kobe Myers, Jay, poor Steven's.
Matthew Berry
Trying to get us through this show.
Conor Rogers
He actually like his tone is just. He's giving up.
Matthew Berry
He's asking backup producer Pete where his stash is. You understand what I'm saying?
Conor Rogers
Like backup producer Pete's around.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, that's a good one.
Jay Croucher
Jacoby Myers favorable matchup against the Titans. His usage is ramping up. He's had six targets each of the past two weeks. Got into the end zone. Just looks more like Jacoby Myers than he did certainly in Vegas. So I think that he is a viable kind of high end flex type of option.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, you certainly like the matchup. He's running a lot of routes.
Jay Croucher
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
How about the ultimate test here, Bengals defense where you should play any breathing tight end against Mark Andrews.
Matthew Berry
Yeah. Look, so how this normally works is that, you know, I, I do my research along with producer Damian and we come up with reasons why player makes a love list or the hate list.
Jay Croucher
Right.
Matthew Berry
And it's usually, it's usually. There's usually two buckets. The production of the player and then the matchup here with Mark Andrews. I have the matchup. I just look. Cincinnati's allowed 13 touchdowns to Titans this season, six more than any other game. Mark Andrews is a tight end. He qualifies a tight end. He's a tight end against Cincinnati. Look, if you want to hang your side on something, Andrews does seen an end zone target in each of his past four games. So they do look for him. I can't wait for Isaiah likely. How many years are we waiting for Isaiah likely. I feel like next year is going to be the year feels like but, but I don't know. Anyway, start Mark Andrews because he's against the Bengals. He's going to score. He's going to score Thursday night.
Conor Rogers
He is some others Receiving votes. Courtland, Sutton, Khalil. As Matthew likes to say. Tupac Shakur.
Matthew Berry
No, it's Shakir. I've been scolded. I know, I know you like that.
Conor Rogers
I like that though.
Matthew Berry
But you know what? How about this for a bold call. How about Xavier Worthy played his college ball at Texas. His game is in Dallas. Rasheed Rice has that hammy whether he plays or not. Maybe not 100% on the short week where she writes. So Xavier Worthy. Who is who? 40% of his targets over the last month have come on deep passes. No team allows more yards per game on deep passes this season than Xavier Worthy then X. So I think Xavier Worthy is kind of a top 30 play. Shakir, by the way, Pittsburgh allows the six most yards per game to slot receivers this year. Shakir obviously getting the most targets from Josh Allen Sutton again, it's my Commanders. They're terrible. You can throw deep on the Commanders. Sutton is their deep target as well. And finally, Jaan Johnson. Jaan Johnson, legend of Live at Noon in the tube, of course, wearing his championship ring. Good matchup with the dolphins. 4th most fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends. And very quietly, Joann Johnson has been a top 12 fantasy tight end in every week that Tyler schuck has started. Three straight weeks he's a low end tight end one. So there you go. Juwan Johnson. The K12 asks, how do we feel about Sutton as a wide receiver to rest of the season and into the playoffs? Honestly not great if I'm being honest. I like him. This week against the Commanders just because Washington is so brutal. They've given up at least 20 fantasy points to wide receiver in four of their past five games. But it just feels like the emergence of Troy Franklin, some Marvin Mims is thrown in there. They just do a bunch of every once in a while. Pat Bryant. Exactly. I was just going to say Pat Bryant. Harvey out of the backfield, they just. Cortland Sutton has been the most inconsistent, I think wide receiver. Good wide receiver. I'm using air quotes here. He's been the most inconsistent fantasy relevant wide receiver this year.
Jay Croucher
Him and A.J. brown.
Matthew Berry
Him and A.J. fair. That's a good one. That's a good call. But like he's. If he scores a touchdown he's, he's, he's become a touchdown dependent tight end. Except he plays wide receiver.
Jay Croucher
His quarterback has played at a bottom five real life level in the NFL this season. That's his big problem now. The good thing is Commanders this week, Raiders next week. Two favorable matchups but yeah, you don't feel good about him going up against the Chiefs in the fantasy playoffs?
Matthew Berry
Yeah, I mean, like, I have. I have Cortland Sutton on, on my team. I'm going to have to play him against Pete. But, like, just here's his. Here's his fantasy points per game. Like, I mean, he's just like, like last week, 8 for 59, then 4 for 24, 6 for 30. But he did score touchdowns. 6 for 57, 10 for 87, 3 for 17. Like, he's just all over the place.
Jay Croucher
You know, state ball and touchdown. Right?
Matthew Berry
Yeah. Yes, that's exactly right.
Conor Rogers
So, anyway, all right, the hate list for pass catchers. Matthew, we've said it before. J.J. mcCarthy has just sunk Jordan Addison.
Matthew Berry
He has. And it looks like Max Brosmer is going to. Going to start. Kevin o' Connell coming out with like, that's the, the trending. I saw that. Don't know who reported that. Maybe Kevin Seifert, but either way, five straight games with under 50 receiving yards since week eight. Jordan Addison is wide receiver 55 on a points per game basis. And whether It's Brosmore or JJ McCarthy, I don't know how much confidence you have going against the Seahawks defense that since week seven allows the seventh fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. The Vikings team total, the implied team total is 13. Like they're saying one touchdown in a field and a couple of field goals.
Jay Croucher
Same. So.
Matthew Berry
Right. I just, I mean, like, you have to start Justin Jefferson because he's Justin Jefferson. But I did a hit.
Conor Rogers
They can get there.
Matthew Berry
I did a hit this. I did a hit this morning on SiriusXM, on Fantasy Life Radio. On SiriusXM, they go. They do 10 to 12 every day on Sierra 6M. They do a great job. Listen to it before you tune into us. They asked me this question and I pose it to you, Ty, because it's a great question. Rest of the season, who would you rather have, Justin Jefferson or Wandell Robinson?
Conor Rogers
Oh, man.
Matthew Berry
Right.
Jay Croucher
Yeah.
Matthew Berry
First off, just the fact that it's a legit question tells you everything you need to know.
Jay Croucher
But I'm taking Jefferson. But yeah, it's close.
Conor Rogers
It is dangerously close. I think in ppr, I'm taking Wanda out.
Matthew Berry
That was my answer. I said Wanda Robinson. I said I have better confidence and whether it's Jameson Winston or Dart or Jackson Dart getting the ball to Wando Robinson, then I do McCarthy or Brosnar, who we just don't know. I mean, we have high hopes, but he's an undrafted free agent. Rookie, you know, which is completely insane. He's got a bad offensive line and.
Jay Croucher
Justin Jefferson might be the best wide receiver since Pete Coolio Jones.
Conor Rogers
Right. The fact that. The fact he just like not being able to get him the ball consistently.
Matthew Berry
He produced with Nick Mullens. He produced with Josh Dobbs.
Jay Croucher
Yeah.
Matthew Berry
I mean it's a. I don't see produces.
Jay Croucher
Colson Wentz.
Producer/Support Staff
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
Brosmer, it's your time. Save the day, please.
Jay Croucher
Save all the hero Gotham Nades, Max Brosma.
Conor Rogers
Jay, how about getting back to your hate list? Juwan Jennings against that Browns defense. Not a great night for Brock Purdy. And now he gets fed to the Cleveland front.
Jay Croucher
The issue is, is that San Francisco with their guys getting healthy. You all right, Matthew? Was a little.
Matthew Berry
I spilled it. I took a sip and it just build up so great.
Intro Announcer
I'm.
Conor Rogers
So we get a sippy cup.
Jay Croucher
Yeah. Where is the sippy cup? We have to.
Matthew Berry
It's so great.
Conor Rogers
It's a.
Jay Croucher
It's a HR thing. We need a sippy cup. It's a hazard.
Matthew Berry
Well, here's a cup. More information than you need. But like there's a little bit of water left and it's like there's a bunch of ice. And so it was like kind of all stuck there. And so I did like kind of a little. I just. I went for a little shove to kind of like to undo it and then. Yeah.
Conor Rogers
You know what would prevent that?
Matthew Berry
A lid.
Jay Croucher
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Matthew Berry
I'm a disaster. I'm a disaster. I'm a hopeless disaster. It is what it is. But who's worse off? Me. Who's a hopeless disaster? Or all of you that have tuned in to watch this?
Conor Rogers
It's a fair question.
Matthew Berry
Come on.
Jay Croucher
Yeah.
Matthew Berry
Yeah.
Jay Croucher
Ironically, the past couple weeks my 3 year old daughter's just abandoned straws because she can actually drink out of a cup by herself. So maybe you should go back to straws.
Matthew Berry
Would she give me lessons?
Jay Croucher
Yeah, exactly.
Matthew Berry
Can you bring her in and just.
Conor Rogers
You drink out of a cup?
Jay Croucher
Goodness me. All right. Jawan Jennings.
Conor Rogers
So be sure what.
Jay Croucher
Juwan Jennings is just. Just too many people in San Francisco now that Ricky Pearsall is back. George kittle back. Christian McCaffrey gets a million passes every game. And a brutal matchup against the Browns. The light line is down to four and a half, by the way, which isn't a great reflection on what the market thinks of Brock Purdy after that Monday night game. But yeah, Miles Garrett right now. I mean, relative to position, he's been the best player in Football this year.
Conor Rogers
Let's go to the quarterbacks here and take a look at Matthew's top 10 for week 13, which Patrick Mahomes sits at number two. The Chiefs in Dallas, the highest point total of not just the Thanksgiving slate, but expected for the entire slate of Week 13 games. Got to hear from Mahomes this week. On growing up going to Cowboys games.
Patrick Mahomes
My dad used to get like, he could get us into, like, the bottom area where the Cowboys come out, so we'd get like the nosebleed seats and then just go down there the whole game. I don't know if that's allowed, but it's. But it was really cool just making memories with my dad, my brother and stuff like that. And so got to go to probably three to four games growing up, just getting to play back at home and obviously have a lot of people in attendance that may not get to come up to Kansas City all the time and watch the games and so be a really cool experience playing there, especially on Thanksgiving. And I'll have a lot of family and friends in the stands.
Conor Rogers
Love, hate quarterbacks, Matthew. Kansas city has the third highest implied team total in week 13.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, they do. 53, 52 is the over. Under. It might take the over in this one. The only quarterback, literally the only quarterback this entire season to not score at least 17.7 fantasy points against the Cowboys is Geno Smith. Your Geno Smith. Yeah. No, he's yours. He'll always be yours.
Conor Rogers
Not even Justin Fields did it not.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, I mean, right? It's unbelievable. Eight of the 11 quarterbacks to face the Cowboys who scored 23 or more fantasy points. Their defense has gotten better since Quinn and Williams, since the trade of Quinn and Williams, since they've gotten some starters back in healthy. But still, I think Mahomes, who's thrown at least, you know, over 40 times each of the last two weeks. I do think Mahomes. We get a vintage Mahomes performance on Thanksgiving. As you see it in my ranks, he's my number two quarterback this week and I'm hoping for at least one deep pass to Xavier Worthy.
Conor Rogers
Jay, you're looking at another Thanksgiving quarterback. Who do you like?
Jay Croucher
Jordan Love.
Matthew Berry
Shocker.
Jay Croucher
Jordan. Love my man.
Matthew Berry
You're Geno Smith. He's here. Geno Smith, he's got me about seven.
Conor Rogers
Points in our league last week.
Jay Croucher
He's my best friend in the whole world.
Matthew Berry
He's your Michael Thomas Harris.
Jay Croucher
He played well in that game, though.
Conor Rogers
They're running backs to get the touchdown.
Jay Croucher
Yeah, the running backs do get the touchdowns. But Jordan Love, I think that he is going to have to throw it in this game against the Lions to keep up. And we saw when he had to throw it against the Giants, he was fantastic. I think he's a good.
Matthew Berry
He's a good quarterback.
Jay Croucher
Very good quarterback. Because they don't. They're not a high volume offense in the crossing game. They just run the ball so much.
Matthew Berry
But wow.
Jay Croucher
This headlines is from Dev the Cowley line defense.
Matthew Berry
Wow.
Patrick Mahomes
Yeah.
Matthew Berry
All right, Deb, let's see a shot at Kenny, our stage director. Like unbelievable. Kenny, you see this? The cowardly Lions, Kenny, it's outrageous what they're doing to you.
Jay Croucher
Let's see Deb say that to Aiden Hutchinson's face.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, exactly. Or even Kenny's.
Conor Rogers
Honestly, bad choice.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, unbelievable.
Jay Croucher
But no, look, if James Winston can light up the Lions secondary then ipso facto so can Jordan Love. And I think that he will need to throw the ball more in this game. It's a favorable matchup for him.
Conor Rogers
I know you liked Mahomes against Dallas, but how about on the other side of it with Dakota?
Matthew Berry
He's been terrific this year. I've never been the biggest Dak fan in the world, but I have to. I mean he's been unbelievable this year. He's played amazing as well. 23.8 fantasy points per game at home. He's had at least 22 fantasy points in four of the past five and he's averaging over 36 pass attempts per game. The addition of George Pickens to this offense, plus Ceedee Lamb, my guy, eight. Ferguson as well. They've gotten enough of a run game from Javonte Williams to keep defenses, offense, offense, honest. Sorry. And the Chiefs just. I don't know what's happening with Chris Jones. Like he had a nice game against the Colts, but generally speaking, like they're not getting home over the last four weeks. They're 30th in pressure rate again. They had a good game against the Colts, but I do think, I do think the Chiefs don't get there. I think this is going to be an awesome game. Again Mahomes I think puts up a lot of points. So Dak puts up a lot of points. I think give me the over in this game. Some others are saying he want as much. I think he want as many pieces of this game as he can get.
Jay Croucher
Totals 52 and a half.
Matthew Berry
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
Some others receiving votes here might surprise some people. Matthew to see Bo Nix on the list but you know your commanders as well as anyone.
Matthew Berry
Five of the past six quarterbacks to face, my beloved commanders have scored at least 19 fantasy points since Week 6. No one gives up a higher yards per pass attempt. Then my commander is one of the reasons why we like Cortland Sutton here. And how about the man, Jacoby Brissette, who understands the assignment? He's had at least 18 fantasy points in every start this season, all six of them since week six. He's the fifth best quarterback in fantasy football. And again, Tampa Bay, 32nd in pass defense over the last month. No one has been worse than Tampa Bay. Todd Bowles. What are we doing?
Conor Rogers
The ultimate pass funnel team indeed. We go to the hate list.
Matthew Berry
He might be so angry. He might blink twice in this game. There's a chance that Jacobi Brissette lights them up so much that they click over to Todd Bowles and he literally blinks twice, frowns. He gets that ache. He might frown. He might frown. He might also cross his. You know, he might cross his arms, blink and maybe small frowned.
Jay Croucher
Yeah, vibe's kind of bad in Tampa Bay at the moment, but they're gonna be fine. Like their division. The rest of the schedule, the rest of the way, they just play everyone in the NFC south and the Cardinals.
Matthew Berry
And Baker's gonna play. He'll play Baker, our friend, our good friend, friend of the show. Baker, mate, who we love the Bake Show.
Conor Rogers
The hate list. Jay. Shots fired. Daniel Jones is on the hate list for Matthew this week, but for good reason. Nobody can succeed. It feels like against Houston's defense right now, two.
Matthew Berry
Since Week 2, only two quarterbacks have scored even 14 fantasy points against this Texas defense. They're giving, including Josh Allen, who is my guy. Houston's giving a passing touchdown to the second lowest rate this season. They're generating pressure at the second highest rate. Daniel Jones doesn't look right. He just. He's. You know what I mean?
Conor Rogers
Like Lemon, as Jay said.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, he just a pumpkin. Yeah, he just. He's.
Jay Croucher
Lemon was the term that I used.
Matthew Berry
That's fine.
Conor Rogers
Spacs had all the answers for them last week.
Matthew Berry
It feels like he's turned into Daniel Jones.
Jay Croucher
No, go back. Watch the tape of that game against the Chiefs. Every single third down, Daniel Jones is throwing with his weight falling behind him. He's not stepping into any throws. And also, here's the thing, too. When he was asked, is that injury?
Matthew Berry
Is that just him falling back into bad habits because he's under pressure?
Jay Croucher
It's injury. He was not right physically in that game. He had a scramble in that game where when he went to slide, it looked like me or you stopping and sitting down on the ground. Yeah, he was not right at all in that game. And he was asked about the fibula and his response was, I'm good enough to play. That means you're hurt. Whenever you say that, that means you hurt. Shane Steichen's like, yeah, he's got a fibula. He's good enough to play. So, yeah, I don't think he's. He's right at all. And that's. This is not the team to play.
Matthew Berry
If you Sunday, Sunday morning on Fansville pregame when I was a little hungover, same thing Stephen asked enough to I'm good enough to. I'm good enough to do the show. How are you feeling? I'm good enough to do the show. Honestly, I wasn't. But whatever. I got it through. It was my Jordan.
Jay Croucher
I wouldn't have known again though. Jordan scored 38 points against the Jazz. You did not.
Matthew Berry
I know, it's fine. But you know what? Whatever. You're out there. You're on the court. Yeah, listen, Shamari DK was my. Was my. Was my. My desperation for 38 points against Guy had some good calls. I had some. I had some very good calls. I won bar trivia again. It's fine. Did fine.
Conor Rogers
Jay. The Bears have been getting away for it with it for weeks right now, but is this the week for Caleb Williams against that Eagles defense?
Jay Croucher
So fun little game that you can play at home. Go back and look at the Bears schedule and show me where the good defenses are. I'll maybe give you Minnesota even though they're not what they were last year. Every other team not that imposing and now they're about to play an Eagles defense today should be playing angry Matthew after what the Cowboys did to them in the second half. So I think Caleb who's taking strides this year but things going to be a rude awakening for the best.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, they're upcoming. We talked about this earlier in the week. Right. You know, I mean like they play the packers twice in the next four weeks. This is a tough game against the Eagles. They got the Browns in there as well. I think like we will find out the real Kelly, Caleb Williams over the next four weeks.
Conor Rogers
Lamar Jackson and the Ravens are serving up the main course on Thanksgiving night. The Bengals. You like that? Yeah, it's good copy. Who are you planning to have or plan to have? Joe Burrow throwback. Tune in to NBC and Peacock as we lead you up to kick off in Baltimore. Oh man. There he is Emmy award winning. Stupid Dev. Oh no, not again.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, you can't really see it. It sort of fell off.
Conor Rogers
Yeah, I was so perplexed.
Matthew Berry
You know what? I wish Stupid paid this much attention to the show when he worked on it the first two weeks.
Conor Rogers
He's doing a good job. All right, we'll be back. What's on tap after the this.
Matthew Berry
By the way? Foot Brawler. Two years ago, back when the story started, I did not want to tell the story. Blame Jay Croucher. Blame the cunning Aussie here for. For taking us way off track. This one's not mine. But I cannot have my name be smirched without defending myself as to why it is.
Conor Rogers
K, K J said the excuser now wrapping his excuses in story time. Very good, very good. All right, we'll get a cake.
Matthew Berry
Genler, give me on camera 1.
Conor Rogers
Give me the cage.
Jay Croucher
Like things in a blanket. Yeah.
Matthew Berry
Hey, you know what? Tate Gentler. No, this is between me and Kate Gem, right now. You're goddamn right. You're damn right. That's right. They're now in stories. They're now in stories. Take it or leave it.

Conor Rogers
The week 13 fantasy football happy hour regular power rankings. Jonathan Medici, the parlay man himself.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, that's well deserved. Well deserved, well deserved. One, by the way.
Jay Croucher
Matthew Stafford of the MVP race.
Matthew Berry
No Clark Brady, by the way, just in case you were wondering. Like, his marathon got him all the way till November, till the end of November. But value Vincent up one. Raise the flags, down one. Johnny Dangerly moving up to number four. Stuntman Chuck, 85. He's been a fast rider. How about Cody Kiger, 65, 62, making his debut on the list, along with high in the country, of course. K Gemma, 89. Tough week for him. Down four spots. Aloha Brooks. Up three others receiving votes. SEC Mandy. Scott McClory. I don't know. Somebody else.
Conor Rogers
Tej on a milk carton.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, where's Tej? Where you at?
Jay Croucher
Aloha Briggs, pronounced Sasayman 01.
Matthew Berry
Sec.
Jay Croucher
Mandy.
Matthew Berry
Whatever it was, it's a small print. You guys could read, too. You guys could help a brother out over here.
Conor Rogers
Aloha bricks. That's my job even. What are some traditional.
Jay Croucher
Thanks.
Conor Rogers
Then it's gone. Thank you. Traditional Thanksgiving foods in the mainland was the question. Hawaii, you know, we got the two turkey and the ham mash stuffing. But he was wondering what we. What we have in the mainland. I wonder what's.
Matthew Berry
Normally.
Conor Rogers
It'S a holiday in the whole country.
Matthew Berry
It's not a Scott McClory 8312 Hot Take. Yams are discussing. That's not a hot take. That's a correct take. Yes, that's a completely correct take.
Jay Croucher
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
I'm talking about candy yams. Like with the marshmallow.
Matthew Berry
Yeah. That's disgusting. What's wrong with both of you? Cranberry. Cranberries. Overrated.
Jay Croucher
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
Am I insane? I feel like I'm in the bizarro.
Matthew Berry
My hot take is that the best. The best dish on Thanksgiving is stuffing. That's the most important.
Conor Rogers
Stuffing.
Matthew Berry
Stuffing is crucial. Will you, Jay, for your Thanksgiving, will you be having turkey or the Australian traditional Spam? Will you be doing Spam? Oh, God.
Jay Croucher
Oh, God. Yeah, no, we'll. We'll be having straight Vegemite, but in a syringe.
Matthew Berry
Okay.
Jay Croucher
Into the vines.
Matthew Berry
No, I understand. I just didn't know whether you or Sophia got sort of control over that one. Okay. At producer Steven, Mac and cheese belongs on Thanksgiving. That's cobra Kiger as well.
Jay Croucher
Yeah.
Matthew Berry
Okay.
Conor Rogers
Yes, sure.
Matthew Berry
Oh, Ryan Oswald. We did a crawfish boil one year. It was my favorite Thanksgiving either. Crawfish boils are great. I will just. They're super messy. Like, just like. You have to, like, never get Thanksgiving. Oh, a thousand percent. My daughter Brooke loves Crazy for the seafood boil. Crazy for the. Any of the. So we have done that a handful of times for my daughter. And it's like you put in the mib and you get the. Oh, yeah, you get the gloves and. Oh, yeah, you're damn right. It's like. It's like you're. It's like you're giving birth.
Jay Croucher
You should start wearing. You should start wearing gloves on this show.
Matthew Berry
I really should. A bib. I definitely need a bib. There's no question. There's no question. I'm a disaster. No, no argument here. No argument here at all.
Conor Rogers
All right. What's on tap is brought to you by Bud Light, the official beer sponsor of the NFL. Sundays are easy to enjoy when they are full of football and the fridge is filled with beer. And we're going to make it even easier for you by taking some of your best questions. The first one, as we look at Matthew's wide receiver rankings, boy, do we have a question from you from just Parker8131 J. Ferg Courtland Sutton, we got. Is that Javante or Jameson Williams?
Matthew Berry
That's the question. It's Jay Williams. We like. Of all the people, like, you know, that's.
Conor Rogers
I don't know.
Matthew Berry
All right, so here's the answer. The answer to the question, right, is first off, you're starting Cortland Sutton. Let's start. That we've already talked about. He's on the love list. We like the deep passes against. Against Washington. So now the question becomes, is it Jake Ferguson vs. Javonte Williams or Jameson Williams and I think.
Jay Croucher
Or Jalen Williams, The Oklahoma City.
Matthew Berry
It's definitely not Jalen Williams because he's not playing, which is driving me crazy. He's on my team and our fantasy basketball league. For the love of God, Jalen Williams, get back out there. We can't have Chet Holmgren doing all this stuff.
Conor Rogers
It could be Justin Williams was on the Kings.
Matthew Berry
It could be him as well.
Conor Rogers
A lot of Jay Williams.
Matthew Berry
A lot of Jay Williams.
Jay Croucher
Jay Williams.
Matthew Berry
White Chocolate. Maybe it could be Jason, right?
Conor Rogers
Yes.
Matthew Berry
Anyway, so no, I think it. And I think the answer is Pickle Williams. If it's Devonte. No, I'm dead serious. Whatever. I think I prefer either Williams over Jake Ferguson. Is the answer no, like you're definitely doing Sutton. If it's Javante Williams he's my running back 15 that's easy one if it's Jameson Williams it's a little bit more of a toss up but I just think I'd rather have the the upside of Jameson Williams and what should it be Shootout other than Ferguson a tight end of my flex that's, you know, kind of touched on dependent and I get that it's a high scoring game it's a, it's more of a coin flip but I just, I feel like after the goose egg last week they'll make Campbell will make a point of getting the ball to Williams. We expect a lot of points to be scored in that Lions game so I think it is Sutton and either.
Conor Rogers
Williams the commish asked tight race for points championship need two in PPR Daddle Sutton BTJ Swift and Woody Marks are the options.
Matthew Berry
Yeah I mean I think it's the we already talked about Sutton. I really like Sutton this week I'm going to say Rico Dowdle. He's my running back. He's my running back. 17 four straight games with at least a 13% target share. I get it. It was brutal last week for the Carolina Panthers. I think against the Rams they're going to have to get the ball in his hands more. I have Swift at running back 23. We still don't know if Manangai is taking over that backfield or not. Woody Marks down at running back 27 for me this week against a Colts defense that should be better than last week and then Brian Thomas Jr. I just. We just don't know. I mean we just haven't seen him. Is he 100% healthy? Is he even going to play right? I mean it's just, it's been bad. So I think Dowdle and Sutton are, are my choices there? I don't know if either of you guys.
Conor Rogers
How many of that Jay?
Jay Croucher
Yeah, I don't think it's particularly close. Yeah, it's a difficult matchup for Rico Dowdle obviously but you love the usage and then Colton Sutton. I mean the commander's secondary as we've discussed, only the Bengals outdo the commander's defense for an aptitude.
Conor Rogers
Our last question here guys from Chris Dupree ask playoff bound drop Pearsall for Saints. I'm set at wide receiver and I love New Orleans playoff schedule for the.
Matthew Berry
Saints defense of course Saints remaining playoff schedule by the way. So they're so they're at Miami this week then they're at Tampa Bay but then the playoffs Panthers, Jets, Titans. I have no problem with it at all. You see it there on your screen, right? Panthers in Week 15, then the jets and the Titans. That's as good a playoff schedule as I think there might be in fantasy football. And if you're never going to play Pierce hall, then I kind of like that idea. I'll give you a especially because by the way, he's got the Niners defense, it seems like in that question. And so the Niners, they play Tennessee, good matchup. And then at Indianapolis, home to Chicago. So I think that's interesting. I picked up. I'm in a 16 team league and I'm in first place. And so I dropped sadly, Club said today. And I picked up the Cowboys defense. Not that I want to use the Cowboys defense against the Chiefs or even next week, but look at their playoff schedule. It's kind of very sneaky. So they play Kansas City this week and then they're at Detroit in week 14. You don't want to use them in either week. But if you can hold the defense and you play in a league that uses a defense, don't get me started on that. But if you play in a league that uses a defense, home to Minnesota and that bad offensive line, home to and, you know, and possibly either J.J. mcCarthy or Max Rosmer, you'll like that matchup in that. In that one. Week 15, they're home to the Chargers and that brutal offensive line. And then week 17, they're at Washington, which is, I mean, you know, which is a disaster. The Cowboys defense over the fantasy playoffs are actually kind of a very interesting sneaky grab that'll be available because of who they play the next two weeks.
Conor Rogers
That'll do it for what's on tap. Presented by Bud Light. Easy to drink, easy to enjoy. And the Thanksgiving fun does not stop. Join in on a tradition. The National Dog show, presented by Purina, airs at noon on NBC as nearly 2,000 of the top dogs in the country compete for the title of best in show. We're taking one last break. When we're back, Jay and I have our pickup lines for Matthew.
Matthew Berry
Okay, Brian Hickman. Do I start the pug or French bulldog? In my dog show fantasy lineup this week, it's the pug.
Conor Rogers
The Frenchie.
Matthew Berry
Come on, stop it. The pug. They snort and grunt to show their love.
Conor Rogers
Dog won. The Frenchie. Good luck, Brian.
Matthew Berry
Come on. Look how cute that pug is. French bulldog is muscular.
Conor Rogers
French bulldog.
Matthew Berry
French bulldog just looks upsetting. He looks like he's mashed together somehow.
Conor Rogers
Like Frankenstein.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, a little bit like just like the face just looks like a little.
Jay Croucher
Mushed in we're gonna get to the weekend.
Matthew Berry
Come on. That pug is adorable.
Conor Rogers
Never arriving.
Matthew Berry
You guys are. You guys are. You guys are mean.
Conor Rogers
Pick up lines after this cold hearted a holes.

Tis the season of gifting and holes to deck and the who's in Whoville were in love with new tech. Where can we find Sonos and Samsung and Nintendo? They shouted. Would they find it in one place? This they questioned and doubted when suddenly a who yelled, Walmart's the place to start. And D2 added head headphones, TVs and games to their carts. With Walmart, their shopping was done in a flurry. They cried out, who knew? And ordered their gifts in a hurry. Shop the latest tech gifts in the Walmart app.

Matthew Berry
Yeah. Don't let anyone take it from you. Thanksgiving, it's your crown.
Conor Rogers
It's time for last call pickup lines. God, I finally got off the side last week.
Jay Croucher
Yeah, you did.
Conor Rogers
So I pulled a beautiful 5 and 7. What do you got this week, Jay?
Jay Croucher
Yeah, I'm gonna take Jameer Gibbs. Or as Stephen has spelled it on the rub them down Jameer ribs. Nice.
Conor Rogers
Someone's ready.
Jay Croucher
Someone's ready for Thanksgiving. Get some stuffing in. Jimmy Gibbs over four and a half receptions. Here's why. Matthew so last week, how many receptions he had? 11. Yeah, you know how many he had when he played the packers in week 110 he had 12 targets. Last week he had 8 targets the week before. Those are the only two real games that the Lions have played with Dan Campbell as the play call. I'm not counting the Commander's game, which is a total blowout. Packers tough team to run on. Gibbs simply has to be utilized given what he has shown lately. So I think Jimmy Gibbs will get to five catches.
Conor Rogers
We're playing the hits today. Matthew, can I interest you in a man named Patrick Mahomes?
Matthew Berry
I've heard of him.
Conor Rogers
In the game of the week that has the highest implied total of the week. Mahomes passing total is at 268 and a half. He's cleared this mark four of his last five. And the most important thing, I think the Cowboys offense will force the Chiefs to keep throwing if he gets over this number. I like Mahomes over 268 and a half. Once again, a number. He's cleared four of his last five.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, no, I really. Obviously he's my number two quarterback. He's on the love list. I like both these bets. I will say I'm just going to go with Gibbs because it does feel like Campbell gamble. Dan Campbell has made it a point to get the ball in his hands multiple times as well. But I think both these bets cash. I will take both these bets. So. But because I have to choose one, I'm going to. I'm going to choose Gibbs over, you know, over Mahomes. But. But I do like both of them. It is worth noting though, just real quick. No, I just. I'm just. I'm just.
Jay Croucher
You know, we're both five and seven. There's no wrong.
Matthew Berry
Yeah.
Conor Rogers
I can't sit here and be boastful.
Matthew Berry
But speaking of Mahomes, real quickly, no injury designation. Just some quick news updates. No injury designation for Rasheed Rice or Isaiah Pacheco heading into tomorrow. So I still believe in Xavier Worthy. But that's good news on Rasheed Rice. Dalton Kincaid not practicing today. Raheem Morris saying Drake London likely doubtful this week. Another week without Detective Drake London. JJ McCarthy likely not going to play. It is going to be Max Brosnan. As we've talked about. Teddy Bridgewater is going to take most of the starter reps for the Buccaneers, but the expectation is still that Baker Mayfield will get to start on Sunday. But watch that. And Terry McLaurin returning to practice for my commanders. Sorry, Robin. Chosen now, you're only the number three wide receiver.
Jay Croucher
Unbelievable.
Conor Rogers
A lot of people learning that he's in the league.
Matthew Berry
Yeah. I mean it's unbelievable. Like I thought he was out of the league like three years ago.
Conor Rogers
Me too.
Matthew Berry
Yeah, like I remember when he was Robbie Anderson.

Yes.
