Right now on FFT Express. This is a fun one. The brainchild of our producer Thomas Schaefer. We're going to compete, I guess against chat GPT. We're going to react to the 2025 fantasy football predictions generated by chat GPT. So this will be fun. Big, some, some pretty wild ones there including this one. Chat GPT pretty high on Caleb Williams. Caleb Williams finishes 2025 as the overall fantasy QB.
Jamie Eisenberg
1 Jamie, you know we got finished doing our quarterback tiers and that's kind of the spot on Monday show. That's kind of the spot where I like do I really like Caleb Williams as a top 10 quarterback? Well, obviously I don't like him high enough. As we said, like there's everything got better for him. But will he be better? Like that's the biggest question, you know, like offensive line's better, coach is better, receiving core as a whole should be better. You know, I know they lose Keenan Allen, but you gain two high profile rookies that have a chance to, you know, be at this point in their careers. Maybe individually, but certainly collectively better than what Keenan Allen was a year ago. And so for a number one overall pick coming into the NFL draft and all the talent in the world for himself, for his team, for his receivers, it could happen. I just can't buy it. Based on the history of Bears quarterbacks and what we saw a year ago, like that's just too huge of a leap. Like you say top 10, that I could definitely buy number one. I mean everything went bad for all the other quarterbacks in the NFL.
Adam Azer
Yeah, I mean he rushes enough, right? Almost 500 rushing yards last year. I just want to see one thing. His playoff schedule, two home games. Yes, he's got a lot of cold weather games starting in week 13 at Philadelphia or let's say week 12 Pittsburgh at home, at Philadelphia, at Green Bay, Cleveland, Green Bay at San Francisco. So up until week 17 there's just a lot of outdoor cold weather, maybe bad weather games in Chicago or at Green Bay or at Philadelphia. Not exactly conducive to being the Number one quarterback overall in fantasy. So Chat GPT, you suck on that one. This one though, very, very possible. Ashton Genti finishes as a top five overall player in PPR leagues. I'm gonna skip that one Jamie, because we could absolutely see that one happening. This one really I like a lot. And it when we were doing our wide receiver rankings, talking about our wide receiver rankings and we got to this particular player, I thought about the number that I'm seeing here. 130 feels even low to me where I feel like he could be good because of target volume. Here's the the Chat GPT prediction Target tsunami Tedaroa McMillan logs 130 targets, finishes his wide receiver 15. I think maybe more like 140 targets, gets into wide receiver 15. But I, I like the, the philosophy behind that.
Jamie Eisenberg
It's a very, very, very, very interesting receiving core. Adam Thielen is going to be 35 years old but he was their best receiver in the final seven games of the season when he came back from the hamstring injury. You have another first round wide receiver in Xavier Leguette who does not profile to be a target hog but could obviously make some plays for them. You know we've spent the better part of I think the last end of last year off season in some cases. I don't say touting but like talking about the potential of Jatavion Sanders. Chuba harbor is going to make some plays. Like they went out and they got this guy for a reason to be their lead receiver. And yes, I feel like I haven't ranked too low. You know when I, when I get to that point, my rankings, it's basically after the top 24 guys. So 24 for me is Xavier worthy. And then it goes Travis Hunter 25, Jerry Judy 26, Jameson Williams, Chris Godwin and then McMillan's like right in that range there. Like I feel like he could be better than all those guys because of his opportunity. Now I do think like he's going to be a Drake London Michael Pittman type of player where the separation is going to be an issue for him so he's gonna have to win a lot of contested catches. I might be wrong, but that's kind of how I, I feel like he profiles and so will there be enough touchdown opportunities there for him. And I also don't want to over inflate what Bryce Young did at the end of last season when he took advantage of a favorable schedul start playing better. So I like him a lot. I would prefer to draft him as my number three receiver, in some cases number four depending on how you draft. But yeah, this is a fun one.
Adam Azer
Yeah. I think what people are excited about is the fact that he went 8th overall. Teddy Roll McMillan in the NFL Draft. If he had gone 20th overall, then maybe we wouldn't be as excited because that would have been like where JSN and Zay Flowers Jordan, where do you.
Jamie Eisenberg
Think that ranks in terms of last year's class? And that's sort of like how I qualify. Like it's a, it's a terrible class.
Adam Azer
That's why I'm not, that's why I'm not all in on it because I, I don't feel like he should have been. I think this was not just a bad wide receiver draft. I think this was a bad NFL draft. I kept seeing, you know, scouts, whatever, executives saying we don't have that many first round grades on guys. So I, I look at McMillan as a guy who's probably more in the Zay Flowers JSN Jordan Addison Quentin Johnston prospect here. Certainly not then the top three guys who went in the top 10 last year.
Jamie Eisenberg
Just from. You don't want to be, you don't want to be reaching for an. And this is by no means what I'm saying he's a comp to but like you don't want to be reaching for Jalen Rager.
Adam Azer
Yeah, I hope not. Yeah. No. All right, we're take a break and we're going to get some more chat GPT predictions. GPT predictions after this. Year four breakout alert from chat GPT Wondale Robinson cracks the top 24 in PPR. Dude, at 140 targets last year. The There is no way Wondale Robinson is cracking the top 24 without a.
Jamie Eisenberg
Malik Neighbors injury Unless they just abandon the run completely. And this is 140 targets again and he's 100 catches. Like it could happen.
Adam Azer
I guess, I guess it's not that crazy in that, in that regard. Yeah, they may not have a good run game.
Jamie Eisenberg
He was top 10 in receptions last year.
Adam Azer
He probably wasn't Even a top 40 wide receiver, it's my guess.
Jamie Eisenberg
No, he had no yards and touchdowns, but he, like, I mean, he's gonna get those opportunities again. Like when you get to.
Adam Azer
What was he, 36th overall, but definitely not per game because he played every game.
Jamie Eisenberg
The, the, the, the thing about it, like, is there aren't a lot of guys that you're getting in that range that are going to catch the ball as much as he does. So, like, he's a, he's a free space and PPR based on ADP.
Adam Azer
All right, new chat. GPT prediction. Sam LaPorta 2.0. Colston Loveland sneaks into the top eight tight ends.
Jamie Eisenberg
I think I have him ranked 10th right now, so I don't necessarily think it's a huge leap. I mean, when you're talking about the guy that he went to go play for, like, took a rookie tight end and made him a touchdown hog. And very solid production for Sam Laporta in year one. Well, Loveland's, you know, hopefully healthy, dealing with shoulder injury, like, yes, DJ Moore, Romo Dunesay, Luther Burden, Cole Comet, they're all there. But I mean, there's an easy path here for Colston Loveland to be like, this is, you know, you say a lot of teams didn't have first round grades on players. They definitely done the tight ends.
Adam Azer
Yes.
Jamie Eisenberg
And, and Loveland, I think, surprised a lot of people by going ahead of Tyler Warren, who everybody sort of looked at as the number one tight end in the class. So it's hard to overlook that this one could be true.
Adam Azer
Mid season Shock rookie Dylan Gabriel starts for Cleveland by week nine and goes QB12 rest of season.
Jamie Eisenberg
No, this is the worst one so far.
Adam Azer
Well, the first half of it wouldn't be completely shocking that he's the starter. Yeah. By week nine, QB 12 for Dylan Gabriel would be. Would be. I will retire if Dylan Gabriel is QB12 per game. And it's not like he played one or two games and scored, you know, 20 points.
Jamie Eisenberg
Jimmy Garoppolo game.
Adam Azer
Yeah, yeah, I will retire and someone else can host the show. Well, an audience member. Okay. One more first round flop. Packers wide receiver Matthew golden finishes outside the top 50.
Jamie Eisenberg
I don't see that as being too tremendously difficult to happen. I mean, this is a team that was bottom three in past attempts last year. And would it shock you if golden is like third on the team in targets, fourth on the team in targets behind Romeo Dobbs and Jaden Reed? Not in that order. And Tucker Kraft.
Adam Azer
Like, I think they'll all be pretty close.
Jamie Eisenberg
Yeah. I mean, you could. You could see it. And so it's. It's one of the more. This was another. Did we talk about this yesterday? That this was the receiving core, like, we should keep an eye on as well? I don't think we did. I think Dan and I both went white to the right to the tight end. This receiving core. Yeah. Like you. You mentioned it. I think we were talking about Romeo Dobbs a few weeks ago. Like, Jordan Love loves him, and I think Matt LaFleur does too. Like, he's. He's the veteran of the group. You know, when you look at it.
Adam Azer
He'S the Naji Harris of wide receivers.
Jamie Eisenberg
He's an Asi Harrison wide receiver.
Adam Azer
Yeah. He's not the most exciting, but he's reliable. Romeo dobbs. Yeah.
Jamie Eisenberg
Touchdowns. 12 touchdowns the last two years.
Adam Azer
You know, it'd be a bold prediction. How bold would this be? Not a single packers player gets 100 targets.
Jamie Eisenberg
Didn't happen last year. I don't know if that's bold.
Adam Azer
I don't know. Yeah, I have to look.
Jamie Eisenberg
I think it did. I think you actually brought this up before.
Adam Azer
It did not. Nobody did last year.
Jamie Eisenberg
No.
Adam Azer
Oh, my God. Nobody even had 80. So when you start to factor in injuries and all that, but. Yeah, no, like on Tavian Wicks and Jaden Reed led the team with 76 and 75 targets. I gotta be bolder than that. Not a single player has 85 targets. And I know it happened last year, but that you would never project that they were so run heavy last year. It's kind of. When you see a Stat like that, four players between 70 and 76 targets, makes you a little nervous, I think, about everybody in this receiving core. All right, Jamie, thank you very much. We have beaten the machine.
Jamie Eisenberg
We'll find out you might be retiring.
Adam Azer
We'll find out I might be retiring. You know, I'm gonna start looking for other options, but I feel confident I'll be back next year. All right, that's Jamie Eisenberg. I'm Adam Azer. This is FFT Express. We'll talk to you tomorrow.

Fantasy Football Today: FFT Express - Man vs Machine: Can ChatGPT Beat the FFT Crew? INSANE 2025 Fantasy Forecasts Revealed!
Release Date: July 16, 2025
In this riveting episode of FFT Express, hosted by Adam Azer, the Fantasy Football Today (FFT) crew embarks on a unique challenge: pitting their expert analysis against the predictions generated by ChatGPT. This "Man vs Machine" showdown delves into the accuracy and insights of AI-driven forecasts for the 2025 fantasy football season. The discussion is both engaging and insightful, offering listeners a comprehensive look into the future of their fantasy leagues.
Adam Azer kicks off the segment by introducing the concept, crediting their producer, Thomas Schaefer, for the innovative idea. The crew is set to evaluate ChatGPT's 2025 fantasy football predictions, with a particular focus on some bold claims made by the AI.
Adam Azer [00:32]: "We're going to compete, I guess against ChatGPT. We're going to react to the 2025 fantasy football predictions generated by ChatGPT. So this will be fun."
One of ChatGPT's standout predictions is Caleb Williams finishing as the overall top quarterback in fantasy football for 2025. Jamie Eisenberg expresses skepticism about this forecast.
Jamie Eisenberg [01:05]: "I just can't buy it. Based on the history of Bears quarterbacks and what we saw a year ago, like that's just too huge of a leap."
Adam Azer adds that Williams' projected schedule, featuring numerous cold-weather games, might hinder his performance, making it unlikely for him to secure the top spot.
Adam Azer [02:04]: "So Chat GPT, you suck on that one."
ChatGPT predicts Ashton Genti to finish as a top five overall player in PPR leagues, a claim Adam Azer finds plausible and aligns with his own rankings.
Adam Azer [03:18]: "This one really I like a lot. And it when we were doing our wide receiver rankings, talking about our wide receiver rankings and we got to this particular player, I thought about the number that I'm seeing here."
However, the discussion shifts to Tedaroa McMillan, who ChatGPT forecasts to log 130 targets and finish as the 15th widest receiver. Jamie Eisenberg counters that McMillan should earn more targets due to his opportunity.
Jamie Eisenberg [03:18]: "Like I feel like he could be better than all those guys because of his opportunity."
The crew delves deeper into McMillan's potential, with Adam Azer arguing that ChatGPT underestimated his value based on his draft position.
Adam Azer [04:44]: "I think this was not just a bad wide receiver draft. I think this was a bad NFL draft."
Jamie Eisenberg emphasizes the importance of not reaching for certain players based on ChatGPT’s predictions, highlighting the unpredictability of rookie performances.
Jamie Eisenberg [05:32]: "You don't want to be reaching for an... like you don't want to be reaching for Jalen Rager."
Note: The segment between [05:04] and [06:54] contains an advertisement for Europe United's job training program and is thus omitted from the summary.
Resuming the discussion at [06:54], Adam Azer introduces ChatGPT's prediction of Wondale Robinson breaking into the top 24 in PPR leagues by logging 140 targets—a claim met with hesitation by Jamie Eisenberg.
Jamie Eisenberg [06:54]: "There's no way Wondale Robinson is cracking the top 24 without a."
Despite initial doubts, the duo considers scenarios where Robinson could achieve such high target numbers, especially if the team's run game falters.
ChatGPT forecasts Colston Loveland sneaking into the top eight tight ends, a prediction Jamie Eisenberg finds credible, placing Loveland at around 10th in his own rankings.
Jamie Eisenberg [07:51]: "Colston Loveland to be like, this is, you know, you say a lot of teams didn't have first-round grades on players. They definitely done the tight ends."
The discussion highlights Sam LaPorta's impressive rookie year, setting the stage for Loveland to capitalize on a strong team's offensive line.
One of the more controversial predictions is Dylan Gabriel of Cleveland emerging as QB12 by week nine and maintaining that rank for the rest of the season. Both Adam Azer and Jamie Eisenberg express strong doubts about this scenario.
Jamie Eisenberg [08:34]: "No, this is the worst one so far."
The hosts agree that such a steep rise for Gabriel is highly improbable, particularly given his performance metrics.
ChatGPT also predicts that Packers wide receiver Matthew Golden will finish outside the top 50. Jamie Eisenberg doesn’t find this surprising, analyzing the Packers' receiving depth and potential target distributions.
Jamie Eisenberg [09:20]: "Would it shock you if golden is like third on the team in targets... Not in that order."
The crew discusses the Packers' likely target spread, suggesting that Golden might struggle to secure top-tier fantasy status amidst a crowded receiving corps.
Concluding the segment, Adam Azer and Jamie Eisenberg reflect on their performance against ChatGPT, humorously contemplating retirement if their predictions hold true.
Jamie Eisenberg [11:13]: "We'll find out you might be retiring."
Adam Azer [11:14]: "We'll find out I might be retiring."
The episode wraps up with Adam Azer reaffirming the team's confidence in their analytical prowess over AI predictions, leaving listeners eager for the next matchup.
Human Expertise vs. AI Predictions: The FFT crew demonstrates the nuanced understanding and skepticism necessary when evaluating AI-generated forecasts, highlighting areas where human insight currently outperforms machine predictions.
Player Evaluation: In-depth analysis of players like Caleb Williams, Tedaroa McMillan, and Colston Loveland provides listeners with valuable information for their fantasy drafts.
Real-World Implications: The discussion underscores the unpredictability of football seasons and the importance of considering factors like team dynamics, injuries, and schedule difficulty when making fantasy decisions.
This episode of FFT Express not only entertains but also educates fantasy football enthusiasts on the strengths and limitations of relying solely on AI for season projections. By engaging in this "Man vs Machine" challenge, the FFT crew reinforces the value of expert analysis in crafting winning fantasy strategies.
