As football season winds down, I actually get a little bit more free time. So I started looking into my yearly golf trip destinations. Last year, I did a week in Pinehurst, North Carolina, and while I was gone, my place was just sitting there. So I figured why not put it on Airbnb. I was already away. The house was empty. Hosting just felt like the practical move. And the extra money offset some of the trip costs, which never hurts when you're traveling for golf. So now as I'm planning this year's trip, host hosting on Airbnb is just something I do when I travel. If my home's gonna be empty anyways, it might as well work for me. While I'm gone. Your home might be worth more than you think. Find out how much@airbnb.com host hey, Dan.

This is Fantasy Football Today from CBS Sports.
Dave Richard
What a play.
Adam Mazer
Can you believe this?
Podcast Announcer
No, I can't.
Dave Richard
It's time to dominate your fantasy league.
Adam Mazer
Off to the races and he stays at his feet.
Jamie Eisenberg
This is gonna go the distance.
Adam Mazer
Now here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie and Heath. Welcome everybody. Happy Friday. It's fantasy football today presented by BetMGM. Make it legendary. And week 15 is off to a legendary start. Kyle Pitts career highs in targets, catches, yards, touchdowns and I'm going to go ahead and guess fantasy points. Adam Mazer here with Dave Richard, Jamie Eisenberg will be joining us shortly. Today we are previewing seven games including Minnesota at Dallas. A tough one here. You know, probably not that tough in terms of starter sit but in terms of projecting the outcome and, and how it's going to, how the fantasy points are going to play out, that's tough. Cleveland at Chicago, Detroit at the Rams, Washington at the Gian, Carolina's at New Orleans, Indianapolis is at Seattle and Tennessee at San Francisco. Good morning, Dave.
Dave Richard
Sub dude.
Adam Mazer
This was the third best game that Kirk Cousins has had against the Buccaneers in two years. In his last three games against them, he's. He scored over 32 points, 32.9 fantasy points and actually did better than that in both games last year. But holy cow, let's talk about Atlanta 29, Tampa Bay 28. Choking on something.
Dave Richard
Sorry, you're right.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, I'm fine.
Dave Richard
Choking on cat dookie. Adam's dying over here and he told a story before the show that I don't know if he wants going out on the air. He doesn't look very happy about it.
Adam Mazer
If you think it's funny, I'll tell it. But I'll tell it after we talk. Falcons 29, Bucks 28. A lot to talk about here. What stood out to you?
Dave Richard
Well, the Bucks defense playing like cat Duke is definitely something that stood out, especially in the fourth quarter. A lot of mistakes were made there and honestly a lot of mistakes were made in the first quarter based on how big of a game that Kyle Pitts had. And maybe that's something we should have taken into account given what the Saints got away with against this Bucks defense last week. But Kirk Cousins, his offensive line gave him just enough protection he did a good job locating and, and hitting Kyle Pitts and Bijon Robinson out of the backfield. And David Sills, you got to give him credit, too. What's, what's actionable moving forward. You're starting Bijan Robinson. You already knew to start Kyle Pitts. At least I think most of you knew that he was a top five tight end for us in ppr. And I, I really think that that's, that's about. I'm not going to be ready to start Kirk Cousins anytime soon. Arizona next week, maybe if you're desperate, you could go with him. But outside of that, I don't, I don't know if David Sills is somebody that I'm going to recommend for people to pick up off the Falcons defense. And then for the thing that stood out to me from Tampa's offense, number one, it was great to see Mike Evans back and playing like the old Mike Evans. That was awesome. Godwin came through in short yardage situations. A Booka did not come through. How about Bucky Irving getting 17 touches, which was great, but getting zero snaps at the goal line? Sean Tucker, all five of the Buck snaps. I believe it was inside the 5. It was either the 5 or the 10. Either way, Sean Tucker own them. It's. It's a little frustrating. And Heath Cummings talked about this leading up to the game that Bucky Irving's inefficiency, combined with the fact that he wasn't a feature back for the Bucks could bite us. It did. And I, I think you're just gonna have to lick your wounds with Bucky Irving not coming through for a big game. And I'm not sure how good you could feel about him moving forward.
Adam Mazer
Oh, boy. Good morning, Jamie.
Jamie Eisenberg
Good morning.
Adam Mazer
I'll tell you what, man. Next year gonna be Kyle Pitts this year telling you finally gonna happen when.
Dave Richard
He goes to this, when he goes to Pittsburgh.
Adam Mazer
You know, I say it somewhat facetiously, but because, you know, that's been the, the joke every year in fantasy circles, but guy looks great. But I do think so. Like, London's back next week, most likely.
Jamie Eisenberg
So you said that, like, for three weeks.
Adam Mazer
No, but they said it yesterday. They said he's out, but he's expo or. The report was he's expected to play next week. So anyway, they're still going to start Kyle Pitts. All right, well, that'll be a conversation for next week when they are at Arizona, which is a great matchup.
Jamie Eisenberg
But I think, I think the big thing for him next year is like Is he the classic example of contract year?
Adam Mazer
Yeah, maybe.
Dave Richard
I think a lot of it depends on his health too. Like part of the reason why he looks so great is because I think he's healthy. Think about how the prior two years went for him and how he was dealing with something in his knee. I bet if he were honest right now, he'd say he feels better than he has at any point in the last three years.
Adam Mazer
All right, well, what about the Bucks wide receivers here? Because what we got was almost a full route run rate for Chris Godwin. He ran 95% of the routes. Mike Evans ran 70%, a book of 62.5%, McMillan 50%. When Evans Evans was off the field, it was basically a split between a Booka and McMillan. McMillan had a touchdown overturned. Abuka had a solid game but. But. Well, he had seven targets but he didn't run that many routes. Four catches for 64 yards. Evans with 12 targets with a huge game. Guy when with five targets but caught a touchdown. Jamie, next week for them is at Carolina. They have two games against Carolina. That's basically going to decide a division in the next three. But who are you going to trust in this receiving core for Tampa Bay?
Jamie Eisenberg
We almost got our 200 plus yards for Mike Evans. I mean, clearly he's the guy, so you're starting him without hesitation. I think you treat Abuka and Godwin, depending on how this week shakes out injury wise and whatever other matchups we're going to be talking about here as high end number three receivers. I mean, this is going to be an offense that is most likely going to be throwing a lot because I'm going to guess how this defense looks. They're going to be in some shootouts or chasing points. So if you tell me that they're all going to be in that six to eight target range, I'm going to feel pretty comfortable about their chances to do something with a decent floor. So I think a booker gave you a decent floor. Godwin scores a touchdown. The floor was there. McMillan is not someone you're going to trust, you know, so even if he has a good game and you know he comes away with the touchdown, I still think he's fourth at best. But they're all. It's basically go back to the first month of the Chargers like this is where we are again. You know, you're talking about very talented players with at the time the quarterback was playing really well for, for Los Angeles with Herbert and everybody was in play. And so, you know you're gonna you're gonna lose out. You know, again, it was a booker with the, the, the, the good game, not the great game. But I mean, Evans to me is the easy one. You're starting him, no question.
Dave Richard
Have you seen anything from a Buka? Did you see anything last in this, this game on Thursday that makes you encouraged.
Jamie Eisenberg
I still think the, the fact that they're, I don't say featuring him, but you know, when you, you say a player of his caliber is getting seven targets, like it's, it's hard to get away from what he still can be. I mean, granted the, the last month has been very disappointing.
Dave Richard
Yeah, that's what I'm getting at.
Jamie Eisenberg
But I think part of that though was we overvalued him too. Like we immediately. I don't know. I, I'm assuming the people who have a book. I know we did because I, I know what our rankings were. Top 5, top 10, top 15. Like it was a, a sliding scale on a slow, sliding scale. But initially, like those first few games when Godwin and Evans were out, it was like, okay, we have this superstar and we really didn't.
Adam Mazer
All right, well, that would be Falcons and Bucks and we've got some news and notes for you. We've got to remember there's one other.
Dave Richard
One other question from this game. Jamie, did you teach Todd Bowles his post game press conference and language this week?
Adam Mazer
Oh, wow.
Jamie Eisenberg
I feel bad for him, man. Like he's. His seat went from. Man, they're going to win the division. They had. Honestly, when the season started, when you looked at their schedule, you look at the rest of the division, they had what may have been the easiest path to the one seed in the NFC because they should have destroyed the Falcons, the, the Panthers and, and had no issues with the Saints and you know, just walk their way into the one seat potentially, you know, and they look like they were on there. Were they seven and two at one point?
Dave Richard
Sounds about right. I can double check. Let me. I, I thought, I thought they had some terrible defensive play designs last night. And putting Kendall Vildor on the field was really a bad tactical error many times against David Sills. When you get burned by David Sills, you know, you're, you're not quite. They were players you might have thought you were.
Adam Mazer
All right, they were 6 and 2 and now they are 7 and 7 and in a dog fight. And that is the end of Thursday night Football. So we have Sunday night or Sunday morning rather. And you can check us out at YouTube, YouTube.com fantasy football today from 11am to 1pm Eastern, we'll be answering your startership questions, but also football fans. Picture this. With BetMGM Second Chance offer, you have a chance to keep the fun going after the first player crosses the goal line. Try a first touchdown scorer wager with confidence today. Bet MGM make it legendary. News and notes still not expecting Fields or Tyrod Taylor for the Jets. Still not expecting Geno Smith. In fact, Kenny Pickett is almost certainly going to start. Riley Leonard, though he practiced in full, so we'll see if it's Rivers or Leonard. We've got running back news. Christian McCaffrey Limited with an illness. Should be. I'm guessing he'll be fine.
Jamie Eisenberg
All right.
Adam Mazer
But Josh Jacobs, this is the big one right now. We talked about this game yesterday. Jacobs at Denver. Jacobs has a knee injury. All right, Jamie, where is Jacobs in your in your rankings? And if he were out, where would we put Emmanuel Wilson, who had a ton of car, a ton of carries and a couple of touchdowns in the one game without Jacobs?
Jamie Eisenberg
Jacobs is top 10 and Wilson would be top 15. Okay.
Adam Mazer
Woody Marks was back at practice. Nick Chubb was not. Breece hall was limited. He's got knee soreness. Did Chris Rodriguez miss practice again?
Jamie Eisenberg
I believe he was limited.
Adam Mazer
Okay. And wide receiver CD Lamb is going to play. He's on. He's out of the concussion protocol. He's good. He should be good to go. Denver wide receiver Pat Brian has a hamstring issue still. He's still been out. So maybe Troy Franklin gets gets back to his 10 targets. Eight targets. Devonte Adams has now missed two practices with a hamstring injury. We're going to keep an eye on that lad. McConkey was limited. T. Higgins limited. Romo Dunes a limited. Cedric Tillman still in the concussion protocol. And Marvin Harrison Jr. Still missing practice. Jake Ferguson missed practice with a calf issue. Any concerns about Ferguson, guys?
Dave Richard
Not yet.
Jamie Eisenberg
We'll find out today.
Adam Mazer
Yeah.
Dave Richard
Yep.
Adam Mazer
All right. We have our mailbag at noon Eastern on Friday, so we should hopefully have updated info during that show Darnell Washington was limited, but he's still in the concussion protocol. David Najoku missed practice. TJ Hawkinson got in a limited session. And Mason Taylor missed practice. And Cleveland's offensive line is beat up. Eagles offensive line is beat up. Chiefs good news for them. Trey Smith, their guard, their star guard, was limited. He missed last week's game, but their tackles are still beat up. And same with the Chargers.
Dave Richard
Did you see that the Raiders might be getting Colton Miller back at the tackle?
Adam Mazer
Yeah. And the. And the.
Dave Richard
I think that helped. That obviously helps, but it could especially be good for Genti.
Adam Mazer
And the Broncos could be getting Ben Powers back. So he, he has, you know, he's got a chance to play this week. Max's kid, Max Powers. Oh, from. Is that a Simpsons joke?
Dave Richard
Yes.
Adam Mazer
Yes.
Dave Richard
Cool.
Adam Mazer
And Pittsburgh edge TJ Watt was hospitalized with a lung issue. We hope he's okay and he might not play this week. And defensive tackle Derek Harmon missed practice, but he actually has a chance to play. So that's a Monday night game against Miami. Still no Denzel Ward. Houston starting cornerback Kamari Lassiter missed practice. Buffalo starting cornerback Christian Benford as a toe injury, that's kind of a big deal. Arizona's beat up on defense. Jalen Carter didn't practice. Trent McDuffie was limited. And JC Horn looks like he's on his way back. All right, speaking of on their way back, we're going to take a quick break and when we come back, got one question for each game and Dave wants me to tell a disgusting story. So we'll be right back on fantasy football today.

From holiday parties to festive roasts by the fire, the holidays are full of moments to share a drink with friends and family. Being ready for the next morning still matters. That's why I have to tell you about this game changing product I use. It's called pre Alcohol. I'll be honest. I'm heading out to a show this weekend in New York City. A lot of money to get there. It's Geese, the most popular band right now on the Internet. And I know it's going to be a heavy drinking weekend. I already know. So I prepped everything. You know, I got the ticket ready, I got my train ticket. I want to make sure that the day is going to go great. But then I said I forgot the most important thing. And I looked to my cabinet and there it was, the pre Alcohol. So I cannot wait to take that before the concert. It's going to be a long night, but it's not Going to be a long morning with pre alcohol. Make the most of every toast this holiday season. Just don't forget to bring pre alcohol along for the ride. Welcome back everybody. One question for each game. Minnesota is at Dallas. Dave, is this finally the week for Justin Jefferson?
Dave Richard
Well, when you say the week, do you mean the week where he becomes the stud first round receiver that we drafted him to be?
Adam Mazer
I will take a second round receiver.
Dave Richard
I think he, I think he can get close to that.
Adam Mazer
Jamie, how you feeling?
Jamie Eisenberg
Oh, about Jefferson, I mean the matchup is as good as you can get. So I will start him as a number two receiver.
Dave Richard
Thirteen receivers have at least seven targets against Dallas this year. All of them have at least 14.7 PPR points. I remain, I remain encouraged by what I saw from J.J. mcCarthy last week. Getting the ball out fast, offensive line, protecting him. I, I think that there is definitely an opportunity, a real opportunity for Jefferson to have a good game.
Jamie Eisenberg
Yeah.
Adam Mazer
Except Washington has no pass rush. The Cowboys have a better pass rush.
Dave Richard
Yes, I agree. Their secondary, those not played well.
Adam Mazer
All right, Cleveland's at Chicago. So we've got Judkins, we've got the Bears running backs. We've got all the wide receivers in this game, mostly just from the Bears. We've got the tight ends who. Jamie, who's the best flex in this game? Cleveland at Chicago.
Jamie Eisenberg
Of all the players.
Adam Mazer
Yes.
Jamie Eisenberg
Oh, it's a great question. Michael Fannon.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, that's what I thought. That's why I thought how does a potential return of Odunze affect that?
Jamie Eisenberg
It doesn't. I mean it makes it, I think worse because like Odunze was not playing well. But then you have his just availability and participation is gonna make things tough on Luther Burden. So I think if it's no Odunze, obviously I like Odunze better than Burden if he plays. But no dunes. They just gives the opportunity for Burden to be, you know, a little bit more. A little bit more upside.
Adam Mazer
Okay, next game is Detroit at the Rams. Dave, start.
Dave Richard
I wouldn't start David Montgomery with a huge amount of confidence and I wouldn't start Blake Corum with a huge amount of confidence either. So anybody? Isaac Tesla, the dsts. I really don't want any part of the dsts. I think I gave you enough time to play the game of the week music.
Adam Mazer
So I have been very distracted in case anybody hasn't noticed. I've Been all over the place. I'm working on a special surprise for you, and I'm about three seconds away from having it.
Jamie Eisenberg
Okay, ready? I.
Dave Richard
You need me to filibuster for, like, another 30 seconds about this game?
Adam Mazer
This is what I believe to be the original game of the week moment as sent in by a listener. And I thought we'd have a little trip down memory lane on this fun Friday. Here we go. All right. That's going to do it for the Raiders and the Broncos. Which brings us to. It's the game of the week. Yeah. The Bill visiting the Ravens. Game of the week. Yeah. Get the game of the week. All right. Buffaloes of Baltimore. He. What do you think about the game of the week song? It's something. There's one other that may have been before that that I'll try to get a clip of for next show, but.
Jamie Eisenberg
I thought the one guy that sent it to us was.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, I couldn't. I. I was trying to find. I think that may. What I just played may have been second because the.
Jamie Eisenberg
The guy that sent it to us was the first one.
Adam Mazer
Two people said that. Someone sent that to me also.
Jamie Eisenberg
No, the other one that we discussed previously was the. The original.
Dave Richard
I love how the listeners know and we don't.
Adam Mazer
I know. They're amazing at what they can track down. I'm gonna send this guy that said.
Jamie Eisenberg
He was mowing his lawn.
Adam Mazer
I'm going to send this one to. Yeah, I was. Okay.
Jamie Eisenberg
All right.
Adam Mazer
I have that one, too. I'm going to send this one to our producer and he's going to. And we can play that one a little bit later. All right. Anyway, this is going to be a really good game. And you know, Detroit at Los Angeles should have great starts. Washington's at the Giants. Jamie, who are the top three running backs? Slash wide receivers or running backs or wide receivers in this game?
Jamie Eisenberg
Giants and commanders have McLaurin and Wandell Robinson very close. So those two just to make it easy. And then I would probably go with Tyrone Tracy as the next best player over Debo Samuel.
Adam Mazer
Okay.
Dave Richard
I have it the exact same way.
Adam Mazer
Wait, so. So McLaurin, then Tracy and then Debo.
Jamie Eisenberg
That we said no, McLaurin, then Wandale and then Tracy.
Adam Mazer
Okay, let's see. Carolina's at New Orleans. Who's a better start, Rico Dowdle or Devin Neal? Dave?
Dave Richard
I have Dowdle higher, but it's close.
Adam Mazer
You know what I was thinking, guys? What is the difference between Devin Neal and Woody Marks? Right? Like, they both are averaging basically the Same amount of carries. You look at the touches, it's pretty similar. Like last week, Woody Marks had a ton of touches, but usually is in the 18ish range. Now say no Nick Chubb. Maybe he's higher than that. They both have really good matchups.
Dave Richard
Yeah.
Adam Mazer
You know what I'm saying?
Dave Richard
It's not bad. Maybe just a little bit more experience for Marks over Neil over the balance of this season. They're obviously both rookies. That helps. I could see Arizona's defense totally collapsing, whereas Carolina has given us. There have been games where they've had huge moments defensively. So I'm going to lean toward Woody Marks. I also think that Tyler Shuck could take numbers away from Neil, whereas I'd be less concerned about that with Bryce Young or. I'm sorry, C.J. stroud. I don't know why I said Bryce Young. C.J. stroud taking like rushing numbers and rushing opportunities away from, from Woody Marks. But every time I go to update my rankings, I find myself moving Devin Neal up, up and up some more. Could be a top 20 running back by the time we get to Sunday. I'm, I'm kind of encouraged by, by.
Adam Mazer
What he's doing and the workload he gets. I still think he has a taste. Some Hill problem. He scored a touchdown last week. Taysom Hill handed it off to him. So there's always that. There would be a Nick Chubb problem at the goal line for Marks, but right now we're not expecting Chub, so maybe that's the difference there. Colts at Seahawks. Jamie, how confident are you in Jonathan Taylor?
Jamie Eisenberg
I'm not benching Jonathan Taylor. I'm not expecting Jonathan Taylor to be a top five running back and win me my week. So I have Taylor in two leagues. One's dynasty league. The other is our FFT open league. And I'm really thrilled that I had Kyle Pitts in that same lineup because, like, that's what, that's what Jonathan Taylor used to do, you know. And I, I think you just got to understand, like, it's a terrible scenario for him because even if Daniel Jones was healthy, like we've seen it for the last month, he's been struggling, you know, with his production, you know, he's still leading the NFL and rushing yards. He's obviously had having an amazing season and, you know, you hope to see him finish the season strong. But he's had some really tough matchups and I wish they would throw him the ball in the passing game. Maybe Philip Rivers changes that, but it's just like you're relying on a breakaway run, you're relying on a touchdown. And those things have been. Those things have been escaping him for, you know, the better part of the last four games. So I'm still starting him again because the workload in the town is too hard to overlook. But this is just going to be a brutal game. The Seahawks run defense is amazing.
Dave Richard
Start 2 of 3 in PPR. ETN Javonte Williams. Jonathan Taylor.
Jamie Eisenberg
Sitting Taylor.
Adam Mazer
I'm sitting Javante.
Dave Richard
It's close between Javante and Taylor, but I think I said Taylor, too. Yeah. Yes.
Adam Mazer
Yeah. Yeah, Taylor. I've got him with seven tough matchups. Denver, Rams, Raiders, Steelers, Chiefs, Texans, Jaguars. He scored 30 fantasy points in two of them, and the other five he scored 14.6 or fewer, including two like, horrible duds, you know?
Dave Richard
So do you think Seattle's defense alters their plan because it's not Daniel Jones under center?
Adam Mazer
No.
Jamie Eisenberg
Yeah. They put 11 guys and their 12th man in the line of scrimmage.
Adam Mazer
They're great against the run regardless. All right, next game is Tennessee at San Francisco. Dave, what can Tony Pollard do for an encore?
Dave Richard
11 carries for 38 yards and one catch for 5 yards.
Adam Mazer
We're just not. We're not buying it, right?
Dave Richard
I really don't want to buy into it. He got really lucky on two runs against a Browns defense that just were out of position. And so if the 49ers are out of position again and just everything goes right, he'll have another big breakaway play. I don't want to take anything really. Look, Pollard looked good when he was running, but it was two big runs. He doesn't do that very often. I. I would be very surprised if he had another huge game and has nothing to do with the matchup. Is everything to do with him?
Adam Mazer
Okay. Yeah.
Jamie Eisenberg
And.
Dave Richard
And I shouldn't say just him. Everything with his situation right on his.
Adam Mazer
56 yard touch, whatever. It was really long. Touchdown run. Yeah. Three Browns fell down. It was like bowling. Okay. What's that?
Jamie Eisenberg
They got the memo.
Adam Mazer
I hate. I hate when you say that. I hate that almost as much as what you curse. Minnesota is at Dallas. Here's your new stat of the game. This kind of what Dave was saying earlier about Jefferson, but Jordan Addison has seven or more targets. Oh, we had the same exact stat. Every wide receiver with seven or more targets has scored 14.7 or more PPR fantasy points. That's exactly what I had. Except I had it with Jordan Addison, who has seven or more targets in four of his last five Games when you have bad receivers though, they have a tendency to break the not bad receivers, but receivers who are not playing well, they have the tendency to break these types of streaks. But at least we have a great opportunity here obviously for Jefferson and for Addison and only one wide receiver has scored double digit PPR fantasy points against the Vikings in their last four games. So it's just so funny to see, you know, the great offense with the terrible matchup and the terrible offense with the great matchup and Jamie, what do you think this game looks like? Minnesota at Dallas.
Jamie Eisenberg
I hope the Minnesota offense shows up because then we get what should be the Dallas offense showing up. Like, I hope Dallas doesn't get conservative here and is able to play a low scoring game because the Minnesota offense doesn't push the tempo. So the Dallas defense has obviously been very good. The Cowboys are in the most high scoring games of the, of any team in the league. The fact that they're home helps and we've talked about this at some point this week that you know, the, the Cowboys have put up numbers against some good defenses already this season. You know, you go back to the, the packers game and how they were playing at that point. So I think just in the case of Dak and Lamb and Pickens, wherever you see them ranked, ignore it. Start them. Don't even think about it. They're too much, they're too, they're too good. There's too much upside. You know, like, you know, Dave gave you an example of a Jonathan Taylor scenario. This. Everybody's going to have one of those because you have great teams at this point, but for the most part you're going to start those, those three players. Ferguson is a borderline starter at this point just because of what he's done and not done when everybody's there. And I think in the case of the Vikings, like I don't want to chase McCarthy in a one quarterback league, you know. So when we talked about this on Tuesday, if Mariota's out there, you start him over. McCarthy. I like C.J. stroud better than McCarthy. I know the matchup is great. I know he had three touchdowns. As Dave said, the, the changes that they made definitely were a benefit to him. And Dallas is terrible, but again, like, I don't want to have my fantasy playoffs decided by JJ McCarthy with what his body of work has looked like this season. So Jefferson still a number two receiver, but I can understand if you're hesitant. Addison a number three receiver, but I can understand if you're hesitant and even the running backs like, at best, their flex options because they're still going to take away from each other, especially what we saw last week with Jordan Mason, how he ran.
Adam Mazer
Okay, can you see yourself getting Javante out of your lineup? Like for a Woody Marks or an RJ Harvey or anything like that?
Jamie Eisenberg
You can definitely make the argument for it. But again, you know, like you, we were just discussing what's the difference between Marks and. And Devon Neil. Like, there's. There's a body of work that Javante Williams has, for better or worse, and you know what you're getting and touches will be there. There's nobody going to take him. There's nobody that's going to take him away from goal line opportunities. This is a game where if you play it out, at least for me, I think Dallas can be playing with the lead. Should be an opportunity for some carries and maybe additional carries, you know, to, you know, maybe run out the clock. So I like Javante better than those guys. But again, the, the ceiling for, for Marks, for Harvey, for Trevion Henderson, for, for Devin Neal is probably better than Javante Williams, just based on the matchup that those guys have.
Adam Mazer
Are you starting Devin Neal over Aaron Jones?
Dave Richard
Yes, I think I'm gonna get there.
Adam Mazer
Are you starting Devin Neal over Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison?
Dave Richard
No. Over Addison? Yes.
Jamie Eisenberg
Jefferson, Neil Addison.
Adam Mazer
Let's say it's half. I'm assuming that was full ppr. Let's say it's half ppr.
Jamie Eisenberg
Jefferson, Neil Addison.
Adam Mazer
All right, so I think basically what we're saying is we might be a little nervous about the Cowboys, but we're not treating it that way. It's just one of those. You're gonna start them and live with the consequences.
Jamie Eisenberg
I think like the one. The one player and game, but one player I keep going back to is Jackson Smith. The jigba eight of his last nine games, he's been over 20 PPR points. He had one absolute stinker and it was against Minnesota. Their defense was so dominant in that game. So dominant.
Adam Mazer
Seattle's against.
Dave Richard
Yeah, Seattle against Max Brosmar.
Jamie Eisenberg
Against the Vikings offense, they did not need to do anything. And I don't think that's going to be the case here. So they've been fantastic. They haven't allowed a receiver to get double digits in ppr. I believe now it's four straight games. Like, this is just a fantastic defense. This is going to be the offense that tests that. So to me, we have three receivers and I might be missing somebody, but three receivers that are just in Brutal situations based on what the numbers suggest. Yeah. That you cannot bench the two Cowboys and Michael Wilson.
Adam Mazer
Yeah. Well, this game, I was going to say is so similar to Arizona at Houston because Minnesota's defense from a fantasy standpoint is, is playing that well because.
Jamie Eisenberg
That'S one and two in terms of risk. Fewest fantasy points allowed to wide receivers. That's one and two.
Adam Mazer
But also, but, but how about quarterbacks? I mean you've got starting with Lamar Jackson, but five games ago, Lamar Jackson, Caleb Williams, Jordan Love, Sam Darnold, Jaden Daniels, none of them scored. They've combined for one touchdown pass, zero rushing touchdowns. None of them scored more than 16.6 fantasy points.
Jamie Eisenberg
None of them. Jack makes me more nervous than the receivers do.
Adam Mazer
Someone asked Dak. Dak or Purdy?
Jamie Eisenberg
I'd go Purdy.
Dave Richard
I'd go Dak.
Adam Mazer
How are we feeling about Jake Ferguson, Dave?
Dave Richard
Is he going to score a touchdown? He's. He's kind of in that boat right now and maybe he could still give you a 4 for 50 type game but you're, if you're starting them, you're hoping that he catches one of the six touchdowns that happen in this game. So low end, number one tight end.
Adam Mazer
Okay, I'm going to ask the chat if you have any questions about this game. I think. Yeah, pick it. I expect Pickens and Lamb to be started more or less universally, but I think, I think Jefferson's going to be a tough call for people. I'll ask you guys. Let me get the schedule up here. Jefferson. Do you think he'll do better than a Mecca? Buka ten and a half points.
Jamie Eisenberg
Yes, but the last two games have obviously been. Not been the, the case.
Adam Mazer
How about Jefferson? Oh, here's one. Jefferson, Christian Watson, Brian Thomas Jr. Need two.
Jamie Eisenberg
Go with Jefferson and Watson.
Dave Richard
Yeah, I'm sitting BTJ.
Adam Mazer
Would you start Emmanuel Wilson over?
Jamie Eisenberg
I hate if that's my three receivers though.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, I know. Would you start Emmanuel Wilson over Jefferson if Jacobs were out?
Jamie Eisenberg
Yes.
Dave Richard
Yeah.
Adam Mazer
How about Juwan Jennings or Jefferson?
Jamie Eisenberg
Juwan Jennings.
Dave Richard
I'll take Jefferson.
Jamie Eisenberg
I'll go J.J.
Adam Mazer
Addison or Juwan Johnson?
Jamie Eisenberg
Oh boy.
Dave Richard
A little more upside for Addison.
Jamie Eisenberg
There's much more upside for it. Like Juwan Johnson's probably 10 PPR points. He's just been in that range his entire entire season. Like Addison will hopefully do that. So I'd go Addison with the upside.
Adam Mazer
Yeah.
Dave Richard
I mean it's not like Addison's had a. I don't think he's had a blow up game with McCarthy.
Jamie Eisenberg
No.
Dave Richard
Right but it's just. It's such a favorable matchup. And really, the. You asked for a difference. I don't know if this is, like, a real difference, but I. I think one of the huge differences is that the offensive line is better now for Minnesota, certainly, than it was when Brosmer played against Seattle and definitely in other starts that McCarthy had this year.
Adam Mazer
Okay. And if you're curious, it's just.
Dave Richard
They just can't mess around with what McCarthy did last week. They can't get away from that. If they say, all right, now you now drop back and scan the field and take three and a half seconds and hope you don't get hit. Like that's when McCarthy is going to make mistakes.
Jamie Eisenberg
You know what this feels like? This feels like what we had last year with Tyree killing Tua.
Adam Mazer
Tyree killing Tua.
Jamie Eisenberg
Oh, yeah.
Adam Mazer
Yeah.
Jamie Eisenberg
What Jefferson's going through.
Adam Mazer
Right. That's a good point.
Dave Richard
Yeah.
Adam Mazer
Just if you're curious about George Pickett, like no one sitting Lamb. George Pickens in tough matchups other than Week 1 at Philadelphia, he scored at least 13.7 fantasy points against Green Bay at a huge game. Jets, when he was shadowed by Sauce at Denver, Arizona. They've been good against receivers. Philadelphia had a huge game, Kansas City. So that's a pretty good floor for Pickens. All right, here's some questions from the chat.
Dave Richard
They're going to have to throw a lot, too.
Adam Mazer
Hope so. DAC or Burrow?
Jamie Eisenberg
Burrow.
Dave Richard
Burrow.
Adam Mazer
DAC or Stafford?
Jamie Eisenberg
Stafford.
Dave Richard
Stafford.
Adam Mazer
Aaron Jones, Devin Singletary or David Montgomery? Half PPR.
Dave Richard
I have Jones, highest of those three.
Jamie Eisenberg
I'll take Montgomery.
Adam Mazer
4 P. 4.5 down. Dan or Stafford? Gonna go Dan here. No, Stafford. Dark or dart? That's two straight misspellings of Dak. Dak or dart?
Jamie Eisenberg
I'll take Dark.
Adam Mazer
Okay. Dak and a dart. And Addison. Chuba Hubbard or Harold Fannin? Half PPR.
Jamie Eisenberg
Yeah. All right.
Adam Mazer
And sit the DSTs or what in this game?
Jamie Eisenberg
You know, they're both interesting because obviously Minnesota's defense has been great, but they're playing a great offense. And McCarthy and the Vikings have typically been very good for opposing defenses, but it's still the Cowboys. But if I'm going to take a chance on one, I'm gonna take actually take a chance on Dallas just because of McCarthy.
Dave Richard
I think I'd start the Saints DST over both.
Adam Mazer
All right.
Jamie Eisenberg
Cleveland's SportsLine loves the Cowboys DST this week.
Dave Richard
Yeah, because it's JJ McCarthy.
Adam Mazer
All right. Cleveland's at Chicago. By the way, sit TJ Hawkinson Cleveland's at Chicago. Coincidence of the game. TJ Edwards. I talk about him all the time.
Jamie Eisenberg
Right.
Adam Mazer
And he seems to be the key to the Bears run defense. Although I feel like it might be a coincidence, but it is really something. He played about 60% of the snaps last week and they allowed 3.7 yards per carrier to running backs with him on the field and 5.3 with him off the field. I expect a full snapshare this week from TJ Edwards. That was his first game back. This means a bad matchup for Quintean Judkins. His offensive line is pretty beat up. They just lost their center for the year. I think at least one other guy's on the injury report. So starters at Quinch on Judkins.
Dave Richard
Dave low end number two running back.
Adam Mazer
Aaron Jones or Quinchon Judkins.
Dave Richard
I currently have Jones a spot ahead of Judkins.
Jamie Eisenberg
I'll take Judkins.
Adam Mazer
Judkins or Jefferson? Jefferson Judkins or Addison Jackets sit Shitter Sanders. We want to see it again. And that's Judge. We're not going to start any Cleveland receivers. Right.
Jamie Eisenberg
If you're.
Dave Richard
If you're in a pickle in two QB leagues, I think Shooter is okay. Like I get it. The Chicago secondary is really good. But they the the Achilles heel. The Chicago Bears defense is their pass rush. And Shador was. Was good not just in college, but this season last week when there's no pressure, it's easy and he's accurate. He can be accurate on intermediate throws. We saw it. So if, if he's got time to throw, I wouldn't be surprised if he had you call it 251, maybe two. Plus he'll run a little bit. That's not bad if you're really desperate at quarterback.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, I faced Kirk Cousins in our Super Flex league last night. You know, Marone is so good at Fantasy Guy. We play with one of our colleagues. He's just good like every year. So he had. I saw Kirk Cousins in our super Flex league and Kyle Pitts in our FFT league. So good for you, Marone. Yeah. So the Bears, you mentioned their secondary is good, but I think Kyler Gordon's on the injury report and they're giving up. They just bleed points in the passing game. But they have been hurt most of the year but I guess of their.
Dave Richard
Pass rush more than anything.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, I guess no one's going to start Jerry Judy did have five targets last week, which really wasn't that many. Harold, I would.
Dave Richard
I Would I would. I might dial him up in DFS and some people did it last week. I might do it again. Deepest of leagues, three receiver flex leagues, full PPR. I'd consider it, but he's not like a top 30 wideout or anything like that.
Adam Mazer
All right, Harold Fannin is basically a must start. He's top five start Harold Fannin. All right, Jamie, let's talk about the Bears. Who do you have confidence in in the on the Bears facing the Browns.
Jamie Eisenberg
Confidence is a tough word. I'm going to start DeAndre Swift as a number two running back. I'm going to use common guy as a flex. I'm going to use Luther Burton as the starter in three receiver leagues if Odunse is out. I'll start Odunze in three receiver leagues if he plays. And Colston Loveland's a low end starting tight end, but he's in that group of guys that you can make a case for and against several other players in that range. So confidence is probably not the right word to use.
Adam Mazer
And Caleb is behind Brissette and Stroud, right?
Jamie Eisenberg
Caleb is behind Stroud. I would start Brisset over Moss. Yes.
Adam Mazer
Okay. DeAndre Swift, the best running back in.
Jamie Eisenberg
This game for me.
Dave Richard
I have judge.
Jamie Eisenberg
Yeah, I'll take Swift over Judkins.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, I don't really know that this is that tough of a, of a matchup anymore since week five or since week four. Well, beginning in week five, running backs are averaging 4.3 yards per carry against Cleveland. They're not bad, but they started out the year as you know, the Seahawks basically and now they're just kind of whatever. But you know the deal.
Dave Richard
There have been a lot of good running backs. Not to say that Swift is a bad running back, but good feature backs that have done well against Cleveland. And so Swift is good. He's the better running back in Chicago, but he splits so much that it's hard to get super excited about him. And when the game, when the Bears are winning, it's it's still a split between Swift and Mononga. The only time it's not is when it's the hurry up offense trailing in the fourth quarter. That's when you'll see more of Swift. I don't think that's going to be the case this week.
Jamie Eisenberg
In the last five weeks, the Browns are number six in most fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. And that's backfields from the jets, the Ravens, the Raiders, the 49ers and the Titans. And five guys over that stretch have scored at least 17.4 PPR points.
Dave Richard
Sure. It's Breece, Henry, Genty, McCaffrey and then Pollard last week most. Pollard is obviously the. The exception of that group, but a lot of guys that got a lot of work and I'm just a little worried that Swift's going to share too much with Monongai. That's what.
Jamie Eisenberg
Oh, he's. I mean look, he's the number two running back. I don't think anybody.
Dave Richard
Yeah. We agree on where he is in the rankings. I just wouldn't get super excited.
Adam Mazer
No. No. Well, Jamie's not super excited about anybody and no. On the Bear, no one is. Yeah. If. If Odunze is out then it changes things. But. All right, let's see if we have any but it sounds. It sounds like the highest ranked Bears receiver is going to be what around 30th or so about that at best.
Jamie Eisenberg
I mean that's where Burden is right now.
Dave Richard
It would be. If Odunse keeps practicing and he plays in the game, he's going to see a lot of man to man coverage and that's what he's had the most success against this year.
Adam Mazer
You have to wonder with Odunze how much of his struggles were tied to this foot injury and missing only one week, you know, is how healthy is he. But.
Dave Richard
But that's why he's not going to be like a top 24 type of receiver.
Adam Mazer
Yeah. All right. Luther Burden, Blake Corum or Alec Pierce. Who's your favorite?
Jamie Eisenberg
Oh boy. Probably Pierce. Still.
Dave Richard
I would probably.
Jamie Eisenberg
It would be. It's between Burton and Pierce. If Odunze is out. If Odunze plays in his Pierce. Easy for me.
Dave Richard
That's. That's probably the way to put it.
Adam Mazer
Swift or Sutton?
Jamie Eisenberg
There's more upside with Sutton, but I would probably go Swift.
Dave Richard
I think I've got Sutton higher Judkins.
Adam Mazer
Or Tetero, McMillan or Emmanuel Wilson if Jacobs is out.
Jamie Eisenberg
So Wilson would be judging is probably.
Dave Richard
Going to be third of that group.
Jamie Eisenberg
Wilson would be the easy one. It's probably safer to go McMillan and PPR.
Adam Mazer
Okay. And Swift or Rico Dowdle half PPR.
Jamie Eisenberg
I'll still go Swift. They're both going to share. We don't we the the Panthers is such a wild card right now. Like at least you know what you're getting with the Bears. Like what if Chuba has the better start and rico doesn't get 18 carries like he got last time.
Dave Richard
I I'd lean Rico but it's close.
Adam Mazer
And I resent you calling the Panthers A wild card, Jamie. They are division leaders at the moment.
Jamie Eisenberg
That is true. What are they playing this week?
Adam Mazer
Playing the Saints.
Jamie Eisenberg
That's true. Well, you know, the Saints could get the call.
Adam Mazer
Oh, okay. I thought you're about to curse and.
Jamie Eisenberg
Then start to play.
Adam Mazer
Oh, God, I hate you. Manangai or Charbonnet.
Dave Richard
I've got, I've got my. I've got my non guy just a little bit higher.
Jamie Eisenberg
But I kind of like Charbonnet, Charman guy. Like they're the same players.
Adam Mazer
That's good. Right? Last one. Pick two tight ends. Fannin Ferguson, Tyler Warren.
Jamie Eisenberg
Ferguson's the odd man up. All right. Agreed.
Adam Mazer
I like the Bears dst.
Jamie Eisenberg
I do. They create a lot of turnovers and that's one thing I think that we could see in this matchup. And look, Shader's played well. He did have an interception last week. It wouldn't surprise me if they created, you know, turnover, fumble. I think that he can. He. He holds the ball a little bit too much. So while the pass rush may not be as good as some of the teams that he's faced or so the Bears may not have a great. As great a pass rush as you would like. He's going to give them opportunity. So they're a top 10 DSD for me.
Adam Mazer
All right, sit the Browns DST and don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with the Rams hosting the Lions big game this week. We'll be right back. All right, Detroit's at the Rams. Here we go. Still only one running back has scored more than 16 PPR fantasy points against the Lions. They have not allowed. The Lions have not allowed a receiving touchdown to a running back and they've allowed only two rushing touchdowns to a running back since week four.
Dave Richard
Four.
Adam Mazer
So we've got two teams that are really good against the run. And that means Jameer Gibbs is an easy call, but no one else is except, I guess, kind of easy to get away from Montgomery. Okay, so Kyron Williams, he runs well on everyone. You know, tough matchup. It doesn't matter. For the most part. He. He had 12 carries for 91 yards and a touchdown against Seattle. But Dave, are we starting or sitting Kyron Williams?
Dave Richard
You're starting Kyron Williams. You're doing it as a high end, number two fantasy running back. You're hoping that he continues to lead the way for this backfield. Detroit's run defense is the best part of their defense right now, but they're going to be hard pressed to stack the box against him given the Other receivers that LA has and the quarterback that LA has.
Adam Mazer
All right, I already said I was going to start Woody Marks over Kyron Williams, but now I don't know because I might have to start Woody Marks over Josh Jacobs. But you guys, if Jacobs were out, would you start Emmanuel Williams over Kyron Williams? Emmanuel Wilson.
Dave Richard
Kyron Wilson.
Adam Mazer
Emmanuel Wilson over Kyron Williams. Would you do that?
Dave Richard
Admittedly, it's going to be close between those two. I think I might lean Kyron over Wilson, but that's the range. That's like the top 15 running back range.
Adam Mazer
Kyron Williams, in his last seven games, he has only eight catches. That's the other thing about this. You know, he and Blake Koruma both been really efficient, averaging well over five yards per carry in the last seven games. Kyron has 101 carries in seven games. Corum has 72. So it's what it's like 13, no, 14 or so per game for Kyron, 10 per game for Blake Quorum. What's 101 divided by seven? I don't know. I've embarrassed myself. Yeah, it's about 14. They both have six goal line carries. Kyron has scored six touchdowns. Corma scored three. It's just, it's, it's 14, 13 to 14 carries and maybe one, two, one to two catches. You might get lucky, you might have a five catch game, but it's so rare. So I am very nervous here against a team that gives up the fewest fantasy points to running backs and the second fewest receiving yards per game to running backs. So I guess you have to have someone really good if you're going to bench Kyron Williams. But we're talking about playoff teams here, so you might have someone really good. Start Adam, start Puka. Any interest in Colby Parkinson?
Dave Richard
Yes, because it's going to be a high scoring game. I think he's in the conversation of a low end, number one tight end right there. With Jake Ferguson currently at Ferguson ranked higher. I think it's simply because I think there's going to be more opportunities for Ferguson in his game than there will be for Parkinson in this one, but. And there's a lower floor for Parkinson. I should mention that too, but the total in this game is sky high. Well over 50 points. Should be a lot of touchdowns. Stafford's playing at an MVP level. This is the kind of game where the Rams might try and feature Matthew Stafford so that he could get in that MVP spotlight and separate himself from Drake. May. I think that this is definitely going to be an Opportunity for Colby to be a red zone option, just as he has been for much of the year.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, well, in the last five games, he has the most red zone and most green zone targets among tight ends.
Dave Richard
And I shouldn't have said much of the year, but it's. It has been the last five games.
Adam Mazer
But since Higby went on ir, basically. I mean, a little bit before that, but.
Dave Richard
Well, I mean, and remember before that they. They had like four tight ends that they were rotating and now it just feels like they've settled on Parkinson.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, he had a 71% route participation rate. Parkinson in week 14. That was a season high. However, look, let's just be honest here. It's four to five targets at best lately, right? You know, it's 41 yards at best. There's a lot of downside with Parkinson.
Dave Richard
Can I mention one other thing? I don't know if this was going to be a matchup that Parkinson was going to face, but Parkinson vs. Brian Branch, if that's how the Lions were going to deploy Branch against this offense, that would have taken him away. But Branch isn't going to play. So that just opens the door for somebody like Parkinson to have an easier matchup. He'll play against the backup.
Adam Mazer
All right. David Montgomery is outside the top 30. Don't start him. Start Gibbs. Start St. Brown. Jameson Williams is top 12. And, you know, look, I think it's been a little unsustainable what he's doing. His explosive play rate is through the roof, not repeatable. But how are you going to get away from Jameson Williams and what should be a shootout? Rams are 18th against receivers. You can get to them. Sit the Lions tight ends. And it really just comes down to Jared Goff here. So how about Jared Goff or Dak Prescott? Dave?
Dave Richard
I've got Dak ahead of golf. I don't like Jared Goff's track record against the Rams. Three games since he was traded from. From LA to Detroit. Three games where he hasn't had 20 fantasy points. But this is just such a good opportunity for him to continue doing what he's been doing, and that's putting the ball in the air. Hopefully it's not a game like what we saw against Dallas where there were so many rushing touchdowns that it took away opportunities for Goff to have a bunch of passing touchdowns. He's going to be called on to do a lot of the lifting for Detroit this week. And one other thing. Last week was like the first time. I don't know, maybe. Maybe the first or second time in like a month, month and a half that the Rams pass rush looked good. And it was against Arizona when the Cardinals lost their left tackle. So with that, with that big front five that Detroit has, I. I feel pretty good about golf getting good enough protection, not being flustered by it and throwing downfield.
Adam Mazer
Jamie, Jared Goff has finished top 10 five times, six times this year, and it's usually a great matchup. Bears, Bengals, Battlestar Galactica beats Commanders, Giants. Those are the four great matchups that he killed. And then the other two were Minnesota, where he scored 23.4 fantasy points, and Green Bay, where he scored 24.6. If you're in the mindset of, well, it's going to be a shootout, that's always good. But that hasn't necessarily translated to fantasy points. Like, just look at last week against the Cowboys, because Jameer Gibbs could have the big game. You never know. But where do you last? I'll just give you the last word on golf.
Jamie Eisenberg
Who is.
Adam Mazer
I mentioned this. And beyond the box score, he's actually the number seven, number eight quarterback per game this year, even though it probably doesn't feel that way.
Jamie Eisenberg
I'm starting him. I mean, there's.
Adam Mazer
Your microphone is incorrect.
Jamie Eisenberg
Yeah, I had switch problems.
Adam Mazer
All right, Jamie's starting him. I'll give you guys some dak or. Yeah, golf or dak. That's what I meant to say.
Dave Richard
I'll take back over golf.
Adam Mazer
Dak for date.
Dave Richard
Would you say some words so we know?
Jamie Eisenberg
1, 2, 3, 4, 5. There we go.
Adam Mazer
You're good. Yeah, I like those words. Who'd you say, Dac or golf?
Jamie Eisenberg
I would go with golf.
Adam Mazer
Golf or Lamar Jackson.
Jamie Eisenberg
Lamar.
Dave Richard
Lamar.
Adam Mazer
Golf or Drake, Maybe May.
Jamie Eisenberg
I'd go with golf. Yeah, I think this is, you know, the. The one thing we've seen from the Rams. They've been terrible on the road to quarterbacks. They have not been terrible at home to quarterbacks yet, but they've also played a pretty easy schedule at home against opposing quarterbacks. So I think this is a shootout. I know golf's track record against this team has not been good, but this is the type of game, I think, where they're going to go back and forth. I don't see the Lions slowing down the ramp.
Adam Mazer
All right, so let's move on to the next game here. Before we do that, though, a little piece of FFT history. We need some Game of the week music. How about. It's the game of the week. Yeah.
Dave Richard
I like it. I like it.
Jamie Eisenberg
Don't do that again.
Adam Mazer
Detroit is at Minnesota the game of the week. Yeah.
Jamie Eisenberg
All right.
Dave Richard
Don't do that again.
Jamie Eisenberg
Possibly think that other one was the original.
Adam Mazer
Gonna be freaking awesome.
Jamie Eisenberg
Just like.
Adam Mazer
Because I was doing it on the air. I had two emails. I didn't know which one was which. I screwed it up. All right. Washington at the Giants. Stat of the game. Just something to think about here. The ca. The Commanders are replacing their second leading receiver and a guy who had five or more targets in six of their last six of his last seven healthy games. We haven't really talked about the impact of no Zach Ertz, but he was a very important piece of this passing game. So Jamie, just. Is this a. This a good game for fantasy in this game where we want to start players? Washington at the Giants.
Jamie Eisenberg
It's one of the few. I mean, you know, you look at the. The two defenses are terrible, at least based on paper. What we've seen from Dart for the most part, aside from the New England game, he's been a great fantasy quarterback. Wandell Robinson comes into this game with 53 targets in his last four games. So he's going to get a lot of work and hopefully takes advantage of this defense, which is number nine in most fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers. Then you have the other side of this where the Giants pass defense has been terrible and Mariota in four of six starts has been over 20 fantasy points in place of Jaden Daniels. McLaurin in his last two starts with Mariota has been 14.4 PPR points or more with two touchdowns. Oh, by the way, they were against Kansas City and Denver. And then Debo should have an opportunity for a good game. He beat up the giants in week one. That was with McLaurin working his way back from the holdout and hold in whatever it was. And Zach Ertz on the field. So there's a chance for him to be productive. I'm only going to start him in three receiver leagues, but clearly a great matchup and opportunity. And so you look at it and say everybody should be in play. Theo Johnson's coming off the game with eight targets. The Commanders have been bad against tight ends all season. So like, everybody shouldn't play be in play here for you. And then really the only running back I think you could trust is Tracy. But the Giants give up touchdowns to running backs and that's what Chris Rodriguez needs. So he could fall into the end zone here and Devin Singletary could be in play as a flex because of how much work he tends to get. In tandem with things with. With Tracy. So it's one of these games that has a Bonanza type upside. Yeah.
Adam Mazer
Except the only player that I. Well, no, I don't know. Tell me if you agree with this. The only players that I'm actually excited to start in this game would be Dart and McLaurin with an honorable mention. Honorable mention to Wanda Robinson. I mean, I think he's a very safe play and does have some upside. Everyone does against the Commanders. But I'm not excited to start Tyrone Tracy. I'm not excited to start Debo. I'm not excited to start Theo Johnson. It's like we don't have. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, agree.
Jamie Eisenberg
Like it's, you know, again, go back to word used. I think it was about the Bears. Like there's no confidence in. In those guys, but. Right. Yes, you should be excited to start them. And I think you should be excited to start Wando.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, I mean, I'm excited. First for the safety of Wando, Tyrone Tracy or Zay Flowers, ppr.
Jamie Eisenberg
I'd go Tracy.
Dave Richard
Let me double check how I have it ranked in ppr, but the knee jerk reaction is Flowers.
Adam Mazer
Tracy's been outscored by Singletary two of the last three games. He did leave one of those games early, but he was not having a good game at New England. 10 carries, 36 yards, one catch for negative three yards. All right, Washington gives up the six most fantasy points. The Giants, I think, give up the most fantasy points. The running backs. The Giants allow over six yards per carry. So this could be a week where Chris Rodriguez finally scores. Chris Rodriguez has been very efficient. Just we know he doesn't catch anything. There's Ben Senate. Put him on your bench. Maybe he does something. Marcus Mariota, we're starting over. Jacoby Brissette, we're starting. Would you start Trevor Lawrence or Mariota?
Jamie Eisenberg
Mariota.
Dave Richard
I have Trevor higher as of now. It's three spots away.
Adam Mazer
All right, I got some chat questions here that should help us through this game. Chris Rodriguez or Travion Henderson.
Jamie Eisenberg
The only format I would consider that is non ppr.
Dave Richard
Would you do it in non ppr?
Jamie Eisenberg
No, I'd still start Henderson. But I mean, look, you know Henderson, he hasn't scored touchdowns very often. He hasn't scored touchdowns very often With Ramandre Stevenson and Rodriguez again, if you're going to trust him, that's where it's going to be. The opportunity for him to win.
Adam Mazer
Okay, what else we got here? We got Wondale or Debo?
Dave Richard
Wandale.
Jamie Eisenberg
Wanda.
Adam Mazer
Wandale. Or Jefferson Wando.
Dave Richard
I'll chance it on Jefferson.
Adam Mazer
Wandale Robinson or DeAndre Swift?
Jamie Eisenberg
Wanda.
Dave Richard
Yeah.
Adam Mazer
Let's make it half PPR.
Jamie Eisenberg
Wanda.
Dave Richard
All right, closer.
Adam Mazer
Here's a good one. Full PBR. Wandale Robinson or Kyron Williams?
Jamie Eisenberg
Kyron.
Dave Richard
Yeah. Oh, man.
Adam Mazer
Two players that I hate. Not really, though. Not really. Brissett or Mariota? I already said we're going Mariota. Is there bad weather in this game? Somebody's pointing this out. Let's see. I don't see any bad weather. I mean, it's gonna be cold.
Dave Richard
Cold. There's gonna be a lot of games this week that are cold. Yeah. Yeah. But I don't see anything where it's gonna be, like, crazy wind or tons of snow.
Adam Mazer
Mariota or Stroud?
Jamie Eisenberg
Non ppr. I'd go Mariota, full ppr. Go Mario. To have ppr, I'd go Mario.
Adam Mazer
Dart or Hertz? Oh, that's tough.
Jamie Eisenberg
Dart.
Adam Mazer
Dart. Okay. Dart or golf?
Jamie Eisenberg
It's very close right now, but I go golf.
Dave Richard
I would, too.
Adam Mazer
Slayton or burden? If there's no dunes, A.
Jamie Eisenberg
Burden is safer, but Slayton has more upside.
Adam Mazer
I want to ask Dan about this on the Mailbag, but I've talked about this with. With Slayton, right? So two weeks ago, he comes back and basically shares snaps with. With Isaiah Hodgins. Last week, both Hodgins or. Sorry, two games ago. And then last game, because they had the buy. Last game against New England, they both. Hodgins and Slayton both played a ton, but that's because the Giants were in three receiver sets at a. At a much higher rate than normal. They were trailing big the whole game. So my concern with Slayton is if they're in two receiver sets more often that he's again sharing with Isaiah Hodgins because he only has five or six targets in his last two games.
Jamie Eisenberg
I think the. The one thing to look at, though, two games ago was the game removed after he missed for a hamstring injury. So were they limiting his snaps in that one?
Adam Mazer
Yeah, maybe.
Jamie Eisenberg
And Jameis and Hodgins have a very good rapport.
Adam Mazer
It's really just about playing time, though. I'm not saying to start Hodgins or anything.
Jamie Eisenberg
No, no, no, no. But. But Jamis was talking about. Was talking up Hodgins going into the Patriots game because he was coming off that decent game. Game two. Two decent games previous. The two games prior where he had played well. Yeah.
Adam Mazer
All right. A few more questions here.
Dave Richard
He's had a safe floor with Dart in their last three games together.
Jamie Eisenberg
Dart Slayton has scored 11.2 PPR points in three straight games with.
Dave Richard
That's it.
Jamie Eisenberg
Yeah, with Dart and scored a touchdown last time.
Adam Mazer
You know who else gets a lot of targets more from Dart than he did, much more from Dart than Winston is Theo Johnson. So I do have a Theo Johnson question. Theo Johnson. Isaiah Likely or Kobe Parkinson?
Jamie Eisenberg
So if you're looking for the safest floor, it's Theo Johnson. If you're looking for the highest ceiling, it's Isaiah Likely. I would play Likely.
Adam Mazer
Dart or Purdy.
Jamie Eisenberg
They are back to back. I like Purdy slightly better.
Dave Richard
Agreed.
Adam Mazer
Olave or Wandale?
Jamie Eisenberg
Olave.
Dave Richard
Olave.
Adam Mazer
All right, we're moving on from this game. Let's go to our next game. Sit the DSTs. And our next game is Carolina at New Orleans.
Dave Richard
What a buildup.
Adam Mazer
Yeah. Dave, who are the. Who are the best? Who are the easy calls in Carolina at New Orleans?
Dave Richard
Neither of the quarterbacks. Rico, I think, still qualifies as a low end, number two running back. Devin Neal is definitely a number two running back. Olave is a must start at wide receiver. Tetaroa is a low end number two wide receiver in ppr. Might be a high flex. Non ppr worried about volume and efficiency with him. Am I missing anybody? I don't think I am. Juwan Johnson is okay. Not a top 12 tight end for me this week. Saints DST we talked about on the beat waiver show. Great schedule the rest of the way. 10 or more fantasy points in three of their last four. Carolina does give up numbers to DSTs because they've got some issues on offense. I don't mind taking a stab at the Saints DST if you really hate your other options.
Adam Mazer
The Panthers are actually a pretty tough team because everybody wants to know about Rico Dowdle. Everyone wants to know about Tedro McMillan. Jamie, who do you like better, Dowdle or McMillan in this game?
Jamie Eisenberg
I like Dowdle better in this game. My concern is that what we saw from the Panthers against a great defense of The Rams is 40 touches for their running backs and minimal pass attempts for Bryce Young. And that is not a good formula for the Saints because they won't have a lot of time in possession and I don't think they'll have to have the opportunity to rush the passer as much as you would like from a DST playing against any team. So if the Saints are able to get ahead in this game and we're seeing Bryce Young throw similar to the Falcons game, for example, then yes, there's opportunities for the Saints DSD there's opportunities for Tetterall McMillan, there's opportunities for still the running backs to be successful because of what they'll do in the passing game. But I would think that the Panthers, their formula for success all season for the most part has been to run, run and run some more. And if Chuba's healthy and looking the way that he did and you're still going to give Dowdle 15 plus touches, like it's very hard to expect them to not try and do that against this defense.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, Dowdle, I think this might be kind of a Jobu game for him. People are going to really lose confidence in him if he doesn't have a good game here. And Chuba Hubbard had such a great game last time.
Jamie Eisenberg
Define good game. If he has the similar game that he had against them the first time around, which he didn't run very well in that game, but he scored touchdown.
Adam Mazer
He had 18 carries, 53 yards and a touchdown. I would say, you know, 16 or more touches and good efficiency. If he doesn't score, he doesn't score. Whatever. But to, to own, to really own the early downs role and to, to run well because he hasn't really been running that well lately, you know, save for six carries at four at the 49ers. You know, he's been, he's been pretty bad per carry the last four games and he's Rico doubt. I mean, he's a good player, but he's not some superstar or anything.
Jamie Eisenberg
So he's also not the one that they're committed to. So, you know, Chuba's still the one with the contract and if he has another strong game, like yeah, you're right, it could be the Chuba show rest of season.
Adam Mazer
But we like.
Dave Richard
I would, I would expect them to almost rotate drives.
Adam Mazer
I, I would hate that. That's not what was said during the buy. But that doesn't necessarily mean you're wrong. So Devin Neal versus Dowdle, what was your answer from earlier?
Jamie Eisenberg
Dowdle right now.
Dave Richard
Agreed.
Jamie Eisenberg
All right.
Adam Mazer
And Chuba is, is really just a flat, like a Montgomery type of flex here. All right. Tedro McMillan, we talked about him a lot on, on Wednesday show, I believe with the tough calls. But you know, look, you're not expecting a lot of, a lot of targets. That's just because you're not expecting a lot of volume, as Jamie said.
Jamie Eisenberg
And they scored in his last two games without a lot of volume. So, you know, the, you kind of got bailed out a little bit there with, with the touchdown. He's still their best receiver. He's still going to have a lot of involvement. Like, wouldn't shock me if there's a Xavier league yet game or a Jalen Coker game, because we've seen those guys pop up at times, but you can't trust them at all. Like, they're not even, you know, it shouldn't be in consideration in even three receiver leagues. But I think if you're, if you're hopeful for McMillan again, you're hoping that the Saints offense shows up and puts up points early in this game and that Bryce Young's forced to throw.
Adam Mazer
You're starting McLaurin over McMillan, right?
Jamie Eisenberg
Yes.
Dave Richard
Oh, yeah.
Adam Mazer
You're starting Michael Wilson over McMillan. Would you start Cortland Sutton over McMillan?
Jamie Eisenberg
Yeah, I have them back to back right now with McMillan one spot at.
Adam Mazer
Would you start McMillan or Wandale Wando?
Dave Richard
Dave Wando.
Jamie Eisenberg
Okay.
Dave Richard
It has to be that way.
Jamie Eisenberg
But it should be.
Adam Mazer
You know, I've got some concerns about Olave. Simply put, Tyler Schuck does not target him nearly as much as Spencer Rattler did. It's, it's like a 32 target share down to a 24 target share. And he's having the least efficient year of his career. He's actually been a very inefficient wide receiver. But there's no way I'm sitting Chris Olave unless I'm loaded.
Jamie Eisenberg
It's also the emergence of Devon Vale over the last three weeks. It's also what Joanne Johnson has done. Like, you know, Rattler didn't have that second receiver to the same. Well, I guess he did. Yeah. Yeah, that stupid comment by me.
Adam Mazer
No, that's all right. But Vale, would you start Vale over, let's say the number one Bears receiver? Nope.
Jamie Eisenberg
No, but I'd start him over the number two Bears receiver.
Adam Mazer
Would you start Vale over Debo Samuel?
Jamie Eisenberg
No.
Dave Richard
No way.
Adam Mazer
Would you start Vale over like a Kyle Menangai or a Zach Charbonnet in ppr?
Jamie Eisenberg
In ppr? It would be close, but I probably would take the chance. Like there's going to be one of these backup running backs that goes nuts this week because of either touchdowns or game script. I don't, I don't think it's going to be injury related, but, you know, you're looking at tuba's one. You know, just we, we don't know exactly what's happened. Manangai could easily have the, you know, two touchdown game and 50, 60 yards receiving. We saw it from Quorum last week. You know, that type of game. Charbonnet. Given his situation against the Colts and how they lean on him, I wouldn't be surprised if Bashel Tutin has a big game, too. Just because if the Jaguars are dominating the Jets. Oh, wow. And how bad that run defense is. Like, no. ETN still gets his numbers, but like, Tutin has like a quorum type of game. You know, just getting some opportunities late in the game and just fourth quarter breakaway run.
Dave Richard
Something like that. You're thinking.
Jamie Eisenberg
So to your point, like about Vale versus those guys, like, I'd probably take my chances with the running backs.
Adam Mazer
Juwan Johnson or Theo Johnson.
Jamie Eisenberg
I still have Juwan Hire, but they're like the same type of player.
Dave Richard
They're back to back for me. Juan Hire.
Adam Mazer
All right, questions from the chat. Panthers or packers defense?
Jamie Eisenberg
I go Packers.
Adam Mazer
Dowdle or Emmanuel Wilson? Be Wilson. Sorry, I think I asked that one earlier.
Dave Richard
I agree.
Adam Mazer
If Jacobs is out. Dowdle or Judkins. Half ppr. Juwan Johnson or Colston Loveland?
Jamie Eisenberg
Lovely.
Dave Richard
Agreed.
Adam Mazer
What if Odunze plays lovely?
Dave Richard
Yeah.
Adam Mazer
Chris Olave or Christian Watson?
Jamie Eisenberg
Olave.
Adam Mazer
Olave Dowdle or Devin Neal? We did that. We said Dowdle. Juwan Johnson or Brenton Strange.
Jamie Eisenberg
At the same guy? I don't.
Dave Richard
I have. I have Joanne a little higher, but I think I might also have Strange. I have Strange outside of my top 15. I don't know if he should be that far down.
Adam Mazer
Chuba Hubbard or Jacoby Myers?
Jamie Eisenberg
Kobe Jacoby.
Adam Mazer
Chris Olave or Jameson Williams?
Dave Richard
Jmo.
Jamie Eisenberg
Okay.
Adam Mazer
All right. Moving on to the next game because Tyler Shuck and Bryce Young are numbered. You know, they're like, they're.
Dave Richard
Chuck's been playing well and he runs. If you're desperate at quarterback, I think.
Jamie Eisenberg
Yeah, I would play shock over him.
Dave Richard
Yeah.
Adam Mazer
All right. Colts are at the Seahawks. Are we starting anyone other than Jonathan Taylor for the cold?
Jamie Eisenberg
Warren? I mean, this is. I. I'll go back to it. Max Brosmer was completely atrocious in that game against Seattle, and it's TJ Hawkins's best game of the season. Certainly his best game in the second half of the season.
Adam Mazer
Okay. But you know who else is really bad against tight ends? The Jacksonville Jaguars. And Tyler Warren just had one of his worst games of this.
Jamie Eisenberg
I mean, the quarterback was lost in the middle of the game. Like, it's hard to say. Like, that's the one you want to use as the example here.
Adam Mazer
Why not? I mean, it's. It's a great matchup, and he had two car. Two catches on six targets.
Dave Richard
He doesn't really get I think you're starting Tyler Warren. I just think you're doing it with less excitement than you were a week ago. Two weeks for sure.
Jamie Eisenberg
For sure. Yeah. Yeah.
Adam Mazer
So but you could, you could consider. Would you start Dalton Schultz over him?
Jamie Eisenberg
No, I have Warren over Schultz. I would start Dalton Kincaid over him. I would start fanning over him. I would have started pits over him.
Dave Richard
How about likely?
Jamie Eisenberg
I have likely behind him one spot.
Dave Richard
I've got him one spot ahead.
Adam Mazer
All right. Taylor's about 12th in the rankings, so likely Scott, Cincinnati. You know, you'd have to be pretty loaded to sit Taylor. You should figure Taylor. If you all remember at the end of last year, Taylor had I think three straight games with 30 or more carries, something like that. So I wonder if they try to do that. Obviously it's a super tough matchup. But look, good luck if you have Taylor. There's not much you can do.
Jamie Eisenberg
Yes, they try to do that. I mean, of course they're going to try and do that. They're not going to try to put this on Riley Leonard or.
Adam Mazer
No, expect. I expect to be at 20 carries. I don't know about 30. The other aspect here is they could get blown out and he could be taken out of the game in terms of his carries. Any where's pit? Where are Pittman and Pierce?
Dave Richard
Dave, number three receiver range. Maybe they go up a tad if it's rivers under center.
Adam Mazer
Maybe for the last time, I'll say this this week until I say it on the mailbag. And then Sunday, the last three games, Daniel Jones threw for 181 yards, 201 yards, and then the quarterbacks combined for 196 yards, so about 190 yards per game. 193ish. Three straight games. Pittman and Pierce both had two games with 13 or more PPR fantasy points out of three downs has been bad. Warren has been, you know, pretty bad. But those two guys have come through. So there's at least that in tough matchups, which this is. I mean, Seattle, Seattle's been probably better than Minnesota lately against wide receivers. Pierce has been better than Pittman in tough matchups. Pittman's been pretty bad this year. Pierce has been surprisingly good, I guess in tough matchups. But still, I mean, Seattle is just, I mean they have held Marvin Harrison Jr. Puka Nukua, Devonte Adams, Justin Jefferson all to, you know, pretty bad games for them recently. They've been so good on the other side.
Dave Richard
You're hoping for volume, which is how Pittman and Pierce have gotten their numbers more so Pittman than Pierce. Thirteen plus, whatever you said two of their last three games each.
Jamie Eisenberg
You're.
Dave Richard
If it's Riley Leonard, you're hoping that Leonard just spams targets to both of these guys inside of 15 yards and then maybe there's some garbage time numbers on top of it. If it's Rivers, I'm just going to assume that the old man will be in YOLO mode and he'll just fire all over the place. And that always opens the door for some decent numbers from these guys.
Adam Mazer
All right, Sam, starters at Sam Darnold.
Jamie Eisenberg
Jamie low end starter in that C.J. stroud, Mariota, Trevor Lawrence range. It's a great matchup. I mean, you're down two cornerbacks for the Colts. You know, no Sauce Gardner, no Charity Sword. We'll see if the Force Buckner plays, but I'd be surprised. And so you know what it is with, with Darnold, like when the matchups have been good. He's been great at times. Yeah. Volume has been an issue. I was surprised he threw the ball 30 times last week. So, you know, we'll see, you know how this game unfolds. This defense could clearly dominate this offense based on the quarterback play, especially if it's Riley Leonard. So, you know, it's, it's, it's risky, but I start. I would start Donald over Brissette. I would start Donald over Caleb. I'd start Donald over Nicks. You know, those quarterbacks. I just think that there's a higher ceiling for him if things go well.
Adam Mazer
Dave, I think this will be the last question for this game because start the Seattle dst. You're not going to trust AJ Barner, obviously. Jsn, but not the other receivers. So Ken Walker and Zach Charbonnet. Now, we've talked about Judkins, Dowdle, Swift.
Jamie Eisenberg
Right?
Adam Mazer
These guys that were nervous about starting. Is Ken Walker in that group? Ahead of that group? Behind that group.
Dave Richard
Behind. Definitely behind that group. And there's a part of me that wants to put Charbonne ahead of him. Walker doesn't look great. He's not getting the touchdown opportunities.
Adam Mazer
I disagree. David.
Jamie Eisenberg
Oh, dude.
Dave Richard
Last week he, he was dancing in.
Adam Mazer
The backfield because they were, they were surrounding him in the back. Didn't you feel like his, his offensive line just really? I. I felt like he was. He had no chance last week.
Dave Richard
Okay. Can you explain any of the weeks prior?
Adam Mazer
Yes. He's been great. He's been running so well this year.
Jamie Eisenberg
He runs better than Charbonnet. He just doesn't get the touch.
Dave Richard
Right, right, right, right. He's not getting the opportunities. And then last week he didn't run better than Charbonnett.
Adam Mazer
That's only one week. He's been so much better than Charbonnet for much of this year.
Jamie Eisenberg
He's not getting the three games prior to last week. You know, the involvement in the passing game was great. Like that disappeared last week was frustrating.
Dave Richard
Yeah.
Jamie Eisenberg
You know, so wouldn't, Wouldn't shock me if this is a huge game for Ken Walker. Just because what they've looked like without Buckner wouldn't shock me if it's another oh crap, why'd I start Ken Walker week again.
Sponsor/Ad Voice
Right.
Adam Mazer
Of course.
Dave Richard
Yeah. You're just gonna get, you know, getting a fool Jew again. Last week ended up being a blowout win for Seattle and Walker still didn't have the type of game that you would expect him to have. And that's happened so many times this year. And I think it's going to be a blowout win for Seattle. As much as I wish Philip Rivers would come in and keep the game close, he never scores three touchdowns.
Adam Mazer
He never scores. And last week Charbonnet had a carry from the two yard line. Walker has what, four touchdowns this year? You know, so what it comes down to, I understand he's, he's tough to trust. And that's it. All right. We'll move on to our next game. Tennessee's at San Francisco. Stat of the game that matters. Cause you're probably going. I don't know if Brock Purdy's going to throw a lot. And you're right. But C.J. stroud, Drake May, Daniel Jones, Justin Herbert, Sam Darnold, Trevor Lawrence, they all scored 21 or more fantasy points with fewer than 30 past attempts against the Titans. You just don't need to throw that much to have a good game. That's why we like Purdy. It's that of the game that might matter next week because you're not going to sit McCaffrey. The Titans are allowing 3.3 yards per carry to running backs since week nine. All right. This is the easiest game on the schedule. Jamie, sit all Titans.
Jamie Eisenberg
I would. Yes.
Adam Mazer
And then Purdy, you know, we've talked about a lot. Where do you have him?
Jamie Eisenberg
Top five.
Adam Mazer
Wow. Dave, where do you have Purdy?
Dave Richard
I don't have him top five, but he's top ten.
Adam Mazer
All right. He's a good start.
Dave Richard
He's sixth.
Adam Mazer
Sixth. Wow. I am a little nervous that you might be. A little. Just because he might throw 24 times.
Jamie Eisenberg
Okay. But stack him up against Dak against Minnesota and Jared Goff against the Rams and, you know, Mahomes and, you know, there's just a lot of guys that are questionable.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, no, definitely over Mahomes. McCaffrey is a start. Juwan Jennings is a start. Juan Jennings is over McMillan. I think we said over McMillan. Right?
Jamie Eisenberg
I would. Yes. I mean, he scored a touchdown in four of his last five games. He's averaging seven targets per game over that span. Like, there's. There's enough to trust here against this defense. They're 20. Number one guy, most points allowed to opposing receivers.
Adam Mazer
Yeah, I think if you're concerned about him is that he's. He's actually having a very inefficient year. 6.6 yards per target for Juwan Jennings. Career average is 7.8. So the yards have not been good. He is scoring touchdowns, but he's been over 54 yards once since, like, week two or something.
Jamie Eisenberg
If this was a tough matchup, I would say that's probably not something you want to bank on. It's such a good matchup, and George.
Adam Mazer
Kittle is a must start, and the 49ers DST is top four for Dave and Jamie. I don't mean to shortchange this game, but I don't really think there's much else there.
Jamie Eisenberg
I. I would love to see, and I know Matt's curious about this in the chat. I would love to see Pierce all have a good game. It's just hard to trust. Yeah, he's just been so disappointing, but, you know, he's. He's a good DFS start throw. He's certainly somebody that, if you're just wanting to see a player step up based on matchup, he could definitely do that. But it's hard to expect that now. He talked about some of his struggles, and he's just happy the team's winning, blah, blah, blah. But there's. There's such huge opportunity that you hope coming off the bye week. And another guy. You know, you talk about John Taylor, how he closed the season last year. Pierce Hal's last two games last season were fantastic. So let's see if he can have a. A good finishing kick here. But with kittle healthy, with McCaffrey doing what he's doing in the passing game with Jennings, like, it's just hard to say. I'm starting Ricky Pearson. My fantasy playoffs.
Adam Mazer
Okay, last one here. Oh, I guess I'll read this half ppr Tyler Warren or Jake Ferguson?
Jamie Eisenberg
Warren.
Dave Richard
Warren.
Adam Mazer
Right now to this game. Ricky Piersoll. Darius Slayton or Devon Vale?
Jamie Eisenberg
I would take the chance on Slayton in his matchup.
Dave Richard
Hey, Slayton.
Adam Mazer
Burrow or Purdy?
Dave Richard
Burrow.
Adam Mazer
Jennings or Wandale?
Dave Richard
Wanda Jennings.
Adam Mazer
Purdy or may.
Dave Richard
I go purdy?
Adam Mazer
Purdy or Dak?
Jamie Eisenberg
I'd go Purdy, Dak.
Adam Mazer
Niners or Broncos? DST Niners, 49ers. All right, that's it for today's show. Dave, do I have to tell the story?
Dave Richard
If you don't want to, you don't have to.
Jamie Eisenberg
It's yours, but you have to tell it.
Adam Mazer
I don't mind. I really don't think it's a good story. But, you know, look, I'm a very. I'm a very, like, happy Friday guy week. Work week is tough. You know, the Friday, I just love. I love Fridays. I got a big tennis match tonight. Like, I'm just in a great mood. I wake up. I finished all my work last night, you know?
Dave Richard
Do you, like, put on the Cure song every Friday morning when you wake up?
Adam Mazer
No, that would be Saturday.
Dave Richard
Around the room.
Adam Mazer
Saturday, I'm in love, right? Oh, no. Friday, I'm in love. Of course. Yeah.
Sponsor/Ad Voice
My bad.
Dave Richard
Yes.
Adam Mazer
I am in love with everything on Fridays. So I took my son to the. You know, the bus this morning, I come back in the house, everything's great, back, get ready to do the show. What is that smell? So usually that smell is a dead mouse in the wall, which happens a lot in our house, which is great. But, no, it didn't smell like that today.
Jamie Eisenberg
I said, oh, in the wall?
Adam Mazer
Yeah, the mice die in the wall. It's horrible.
Jamie Eisenberg
How do you get them out?
Adam Mazer
They decay.
Jamie Eisenberg
They.
Adam Mazer
They do not come out. Yeah, it's a very common thing up here. They just. They die in the wall. They smell.
Dave Richard
You just live with the smell of a mouse carcass in your wall.
Adam Mazer
Goes away after. After, like, a day or two. But this was not that. This was poop. And this was my cat taking a crap about two feet away from where I'm sitting right now. About five minutes before I was about to go on the air, she took a pretty huge dump right on the carpet in my office. And I've recovered since. But I did light three matches, and then I was, like, choking on the mat on the stench of the match. So it was tough.
Jamie Eisenberg
Yeah, nice.
Adam Mazer
People are really freaked out by the mice, but this is what happens. Like, they die. It's disgusting.
Jamie Eisenberg
And like, potentially behind you right now is, like, 10 dead maps.
Adam Mazer
Yeah. I mean, yeah, they're everywhere. It really sucks because in the cold weather, they come into all the houses and, you know, they're in the crawl space and stuff. Like, it just sucks.
Jamie Eisenberg
So basically, since you're a cat, you're living in Tom and Jerry's house.
Adam Mazer
That's the thing about having the cat. While she does, she has three litter boxes she can choose from. She decided to crap on my carpet.
Dave Richard
She do anything to get rid of the mice.
Adam Mazer
She will kill them if she sees them. So that's why they don't. That's why they stay in the walls in the crawl space. Because Zoe is a that's how I knew I had mice. Because one day she came up from upstairs with a little gift for us in her mouth. She had murdered one and she was presenting it to us as a trophy. Anyway, this is a peek inside my life in the woods. We'll talk to you on the mailbag and have a wonderful day, everybody. Good luck in week 15.
Jamie Eisenberg
See ya.
