Mike Wright
You are talking about the young men reaching their lifelong dream, right? That's the one they call themselves the Day three farts.
Andy Holloway
Day three farts.
Mike Wright
Oh goodness. You know, isn't Bucky, Bucky Irving at E3?
Andy Holloway
Yes. I mean there's a. It was, it was a joke.

Just.

So we've got a big time giveaway going on. A listener league entry will be given away. A chance to come and play with the three of us in our infamous listener league. A Jamar Chase signed mini helmet.
Andy Holloway
He's pretty good.
Mike Wright
Yes. And a Baker Mayfield signed jersey.
Jason Moore
Laser.
Mike Wright
Wait a minute, where's the laser? Jason. Thank you, Laser.
Jason Moore
So to end, your buttons weren't working.
Mike Wright
No, that was that user error.
Andy Holloway
That was just. I got to find it.
Mike Wright

Andy Holloway
Yeah.
Jason Moore
Okay.

Andy Holloway
It's not all black.
Mike Wright
It's not all black. You were in a lot of.
Andy Holloway
It's close to black.
Mike Wright
You were in a tan, dare I say nearly topless colored color. Yeah, yeah.
Andy Holloway
You know, mistakes have been made. This is all new to me now.
Mike Wright
You don't even know what these colors existed.
Andy Holloway
I thought only black shirts were allowed.
Mike Wright
All right, so quick question of the day. What is your favorite NFL draft memory? It can be fantasy wise. It could just be whatever.
Andy Holloway
Maybe it's recency bias. I don't know.
Jason Moore
It was really fun.
Andy Holloway
But it, I mean, it's. It was an incredible moment last year when Kyle, the Atlanta Falcons fan, flew to Arizona to watch the draft with us and watch his team draft Michael Penix with a top 10 selection after having just given Kirk Cousins that contract and just being there for the shared moment of shame and laughter. It was so much fun.
Jason Moore
It was so wild, man.
Mike Wright
And full circle now where it's like, yeah, that's probably. That was probably the right thing to do.
Jason Moore
Well, yeah, the full circle is you were going to find out. You were like, is the signing of Kirk Cousins bad or is the drafting of panics is bad? Because they both can't be good things, in my opinion. And the signing of Kirk Cousins looks like an absolute disaster.
Mike Wright
If you're Nico Harrison of the Dallas Mavericks, you are hoping that your, your trade of Luka Donjic somehow feels slightly more like the Michael Pinnicks selection does now a year from now. But it won't. To me, that was, that was the highlight of recent draft history.
Jason Moore
It was glorious.
Mike Wright
I do remember Jason being extremely excited.
Jason Moore
For that one too.
Mike Wright
For Josh Rosen at one point in time.
Andy Holloway
That was great. And that memory did come to mind. Like those for sure.
Mike Wright
Did you have a jersey?
Andy Holloway
I don't. I don't think I ever got a jersey.
Mike Wright
Maybe you just wore your Max hall jersey.
Jason Moore
Maybe.
Mike Wright
All right, Mike, do you have one?
Jason Moore
I mean, sticking with Arizona, years and years and years ago, there was a man who I don't think any of us had ever heard of, and then he goes to the combine and keeps running these challenges and you're like, holy crap, did you see this guy's vert? Did you see this guy's broad jump? You see his 40 at that size, it was unbelievable. And then the Arizona Cardinals drafted David Johnson in the third round. And then the meme was born. He was a hit. I mean, the career was short, but it was definitely an absolute fire pick for a couple of years there. And it was a great time for the show. Great time for everyone who had that RB one season With David Johnson.
Mike Wright
It's funny because players can be so good even in a short period of time where they dominate more of the fantasy football lore than they even did in the National Football League. And David Johnson was one of those players. Whenever you enter that number one overall pick category for any period of time, it's memorialized in fantasy football players minds for sure. So that's a good one. All right, let's talk some news.
Andy Holloway
News and notes from around the league.
Mike Wright
All right, the jets are picking up the fifth year option on wide receiver Garrett Wilson.
Jason Moore
Yep. He should get signed too.
Mike Wright
There was more talk. I actually didn't see this update. The Athletics reporting that there has, quote, certainly been dialogue with other teams about Mark Andrews.
Andy Holloway
Andy, you had tweeted out kind of the season by season the last four years.
Mike Wright
It was actually mind blowing to me.
Andy Holloway
Yeah. The last four seasons of Mark Andrews and his receptions per game dropping from 6.3 to 4.9 to 4.5 to 3.2. And as yards per game, you know, back in 20, 21, 80 yards per game, then down to 56, down to 54, down to 39. Last year, 3.2 receptions a game for 39 yards. He had 11 touchdowns, which really, you know, for fantasy bailed him out. But it's, it's been a trajectory.
Mike Wright
Yeah, I mean, this is your moment. If you, if you want value for Mark Andrews and you don't want to go on the ride again in Dynasty, I think you, I think he has value right now. It's still a big name and it's coming off of a season with a good fantasy finish. So if you, if you pay attention to the receptions in the yards per game, you know, the trajectory, but the touchdowns give you a moment here and it should, it might be literally right this moment because he could get traded at the draft and there's nowhere in my opinion that Mark Andrews goes in is better.
Andy Holloway
Oh, I can see an upgraded path for him if he were to go to say, the Chargers and go with Justin Herbert. I think that would be a wonderful situation for him.
Mike Wright
Yeah, I mean, it's, it's, it's coming to the end. It'll just be. Do we get another year or two of something relevant from him? What do we got about Kirk Cousins? What are we hearing about the Kirk Cousins rumors?
Jason Moore
Mike Shefty's out there, you know, dropping some, some bombs for us because look at the, the drafts coming up and so we're getting that hot tea right now. And it's as of right now, the Falcons are aiming for the other team that wherever Kirk gets traded to for them to take on the remainder of Kirk Cousins guarantees. That has been the like that's the biggest part of the deal for me. It's not really the draft compensation. It's will a team take on all the money for a player that has been benched. The Falcons are in a really tough situation of they like they've already said he's our backup quarterback. Michael Pennix will be the starter for the beginning of the season which I mean like that has its pluses and minuses too. You get to the entire off season you don't have to do a quarterback battle. You just go into all camps and Penix gets all the reps. But now all teams know that this is your backup and you're paying that backup so, so much money. He's just killing your cap. But is someone willing to take on last year's Kirk with that amount of money? I think there's very, very few teams that would be willing to even trade for him and then add in the money bit. It's pretty tough.
Andy Holloway
You still think he's going to the Browns, Andy? Yeah. And you think it's already done?
Mike Wright
I think he's going to the Browns all right. I think he's going to play for the Browns and I think they'll have Travis Hunter as another weapon in that offense.
Jason Moore
I can agree with that part.
Mike Wright
And who knows maybe Nick Chubb even even comes back to town. I would not be surprised if Chubb came back on like a one year deal. There is some rumors today about Brock Purdy and then making progress towards a deal. He doesn't have one yet. There were rumors about the Giants potentially trading up for Jackson Dart in the first round someplace Jackson Dart is going.
Jason Moore
To be so is going to be so entertaining to watch what happens the game of chicken of like once the Saints are on the clock it's going to be, it's going to be, it's going to feel real tense and then.
Mike Wright
I want to mention this one because I think it's a more interesting discussion because the whole universe has been just saying Ashton Genti's name alongside the Raiders and I've been feeling like maybe the Raiders are not as glued in on Genti as some people think and he and they're teasing that pick for a trade up from someone behind them. But then Daniel Jeremiah, who's outstanding from NFL.com he came out and here's the quote about Ash and Genti. It feels like Jacksonville to me which Jacksonville's at 5. Right. And so, you know, he said it would be a statement pick for Jacksonville. Jags are not committed to ETN long term. In his mind.
Andy Holloway
What about tanks?
Mike Wright
And they need to get Trevor Lawrence up and running to justify that extension. The team, you know, that's kind of like the Falcons going pits in the first, you know, six picks of the draft. To me it's a, it's a very loud offensive selection that has high risk, high reward.
Jason Moore
Yeah, I, I, I hope that clearer heads prevail because I think that like even the Raiders, which is like if you go to, you know, mock draft database, it's like 50% of mocks coming in right now. It's Ashton Gentee to the Raiders. And you're like, look what, look what Saquon did for the Eagles. Look what Henry did for the Baltimore Ravens. Those were super bowl teams. Those were super bowl contending teams. Like my example would be, look what the Giants did with Saquon Barkley.
Andy Holloway
Right.
Jason Moore
They spent the number two overall pick on this guy who was awesome, but a running back by himself. But did you can't change the destiny of your team is how I view football.
Mike Wright
No, I think it's an interesting.
Andy Holloway
You didn't turn Daniel Jones into a better weapon because you're not.
Mike Wright
But they didn't screw that pickup either.
Andy Holloway
No, no, no, they didn't.
Mike Wright
I mean it's easy to screw your first. I mean Daniel Jones was a screwed up first round pick.
Jason Moore
Yes.
Mike Wright
If you have the choice to pick like Genti can't fail at the NFL.
Andy Holloway
Level, I would agree with that.
Mike Wright
And so while team philosophy or team philosophy wise, I get that it makes sense. I mean another example would be like, I mean Zeke, Zeke was a foundational pick for Dallas and it changed the trajectory of their, their team.
Jason Moore
But they had like, they had the offensive line was already ready for Zeke.
Mike Wright
Yeah, no, I, look, you're not screwing the pickup with Genti. That's all I'm saying. You can't screw it up in terms.
Jason Moore
Of the player performing for your team. I tend to agree with that. You do screw up Jackson Value.
Mike Wright
I like him, could be a complete failure of a pick.
Jason Moore
But it's like Shador, same thing like salary wise. If Genti goes, if he goes five or six, he's already one of the highest paid running backs in the league. So that's. While I'm like, I agree with you, I don't think he can fail. He still is a player who hasn't taken a snap in the NFL. And you're making him one of the highest paid at the running back position.
Andy Holloway
It's also hard to invest in a running back that high when you have already invested in a first round running back. You've got Travis etn.
Jason Moore
Well that wasn't this crew though.
Andy Holloway
Sure. But I'm just saying they have ETN and they've got Tank Bigsby. You know you look at the Raiders it's like I mean they really have.
Mike Wright
A. Jason, don't you have a dynasty team that has ETN and Mark Andrews on it?
Andy Holloway
I do.
Jason Moore
Oh no.
Mike Wright
You might want to send those guys out on a few offers quickly.
Andy Holloway
Yeah, dude, if you give me your.
Jason Moore
Third, I will take etn.
Andy Holloway
Oh, that is. I'm gonna consider this put.
Jason Moore
Wait, I'll have to drop somebody off.
Mike Wright
Of my team trade offer here. You'd send ETN in a third? Mike, you would send nothing.
Andy Holloway
He would have to drop.
Mike Wright
Yeah but you would have to take the hit of dropping.
Jason Moore
I'll tell you who I'm gonna drop and I'll send them back.
Andy Holloway
Okay, perfect.
Mike Wright
Interesting. Intriguing offer. Probably you could do better.
Andy Holloway
I think so I'm going to hold off until after the draft because I don't think I'm getting anything for him now and I'm hoping he does.
Jason Moore
Genti to the Jags.
Mike Wright
If pick five will that'll be a new all time draft moment. Just watching Jason evaporating etn.
Jason Moore
You gotta trade ETN then you got. You better have something lined up to get you just anything back.
Mike Wright
Sixth is he remind me of ETN's contract situation.
Jason Moore
Well he was he a fifth year.
Mike Wright
Option last year or they he's in the final year of his deal now.
Jason Moore
There you go.
Mike Wright
I mean it's starting to make sense. Man, talk about identity change for that team. I think that the number one thing, the number one thing you could say the last two years is actually that they didn't have a working running game.
Andy Holloway
If if they were to take Genty at 5 which right now the betting odds he is tied with, you know as the favorite. I don't know that we've ever seen someone's fantasy value evaporate more drastically and quickly than Travis et who was supposed to be.
Jason Moore
He was a blue chip foundational first.
Mike Wright
Round running back RB3 in fantasy two years ago.
Andy Holloway
The running back three.
Mike Wright
Not just the prospect. He delivered an RB3 season.
Andy Holloway
Right? Yeah. Not his draft. He wasn't drafted as the RB3. He finished as the RB3 and then it's like never relevant again. He's Young and it wasn't like on his rookie contest.
Mike Wright
Yeah, I was saying it's not Philip Lindsay. It's not Steve Slayton.
Andy Holloway
Yeah, this is a first round pick.
Mike Wright
It's a first round pick and he.
Andy Holloway
Didn'T just miss half the season.
Mike Wright
Look, I still think last year it's hard to argue that he looked good. But the year he finished RB3, that was elite, electric stuff that he had. So, yeah, to see somebody go, he would be worth negative.
Andy Holloway
Oh, yeah. I mean, I genuinely don't have a running back. That's crazy. So, yeah, gentle rumors.
Mike Wright
Why don't you just snooch on back to Vegas?
Andy Holloway
Yeah, let's not go Duvall.
Mike Wright
All right, we'll take a break and we'll jump into an ADP price check segment. What's going on, Foot Clan? Springtime is here and baseball season is officially underway. You better check.
Mike Wright
Yourself before you wreck yourself. All right, this should be fun. We are going to bring up some names. We are going to guess their current adp, which is average draft position on sleeper. And just, you know, when you guess where players are going, it's a way of revealing what you think about those players. And so we'll each get a different gauge of what one another thinks, starting with Brock Bowers.
Jason Moore
How did this happen?
Andy Holloway
I accidentally said Bowers instead of Brock.
Jason Moore
It was more rhetorical. But I'm saying on this show, the greatness that is Brock, that's the powers.
Mike Wright
The juxtaposition is like. Yeah.
Jason Moore
What's his nickname? Well, it's a chicken sound. You say his name like a chicken sound.
Andy Holloway
What is he, a coward?
Mike Wright
No, no, it's great.
Andy Holloway
Dude's awesome. Bach.
Mike Wright
Bach.
Andy Holloway
Bowers.
Jason Moore
So I feel like that's better.
Andy Holloway
It's Brock.
Mike Wright
Brock.
Andy Holloway
Brock.
Mike Wright
All right, guess the ADP of Brock Bowers.
Jason Moore
Embarrassing.
Mike Wright
Who wants to start? He was the tight end, I guess the ADP tight end one last year, 112 receptions.
Andy Holloway
He feels really easy. He's got to be early. Second round.
Mike Wright
I would have said 202.
Andy Holloway
I'll go 203.
Mike Wright
Mike.
Andy Holloway
Oof. Don't you do me dirty, Mike. I put myself in a real sandwichable position.
Jason Moore
201 was what first popped into my head.
Andy Holloway
You're the meat sandwich.
Mike Wright
If he had. I've been called worse, by the way. It's 204. So if Mike had just done. If he had just done what you told him not to do, you would have nailed it. So is he worth that pick? I mean.
Andy Holloway
Yeah.
Mike Wright
Yeah, I think so, too.
Jason Moore
Next player.
Mike Wright
I mean, Brock Bowers. Last year, no quarterback, 153 targets. Dominated as a rookie. He's 22. I mean man, there's. Where did he go in the drafts last year, eighth round, something like that. Boy, I wish it had been me. I wish I had made that pick.
Andy Holloway
Yeah, I mean all of his stats are incredible and he has room to go north from a touchdown perspective. So I talked about recently the fact that like too much has been made about. Well, he didn't have a quarterback that could, you know, throw him an accurate ball, but he did, you know, he caught, you know, 72% of his passes. That's a great completion percentage. The thing that the quarterback he had couldn't do is in the shortened field in the red zone is throw touchdowns.
Mike Wright
And six total targets inside the 10.
Andy Holloway
Yeah. And so that's what I expect to be able to go north while retaining, you know, 130 plus targets at a good, you know, catch rate, breaking tackles, doing amazing things. So is he worth it? Yeah, I think him and Trey McBride in the second round I will have a hard time passing those two up.
Jason Moore
Let me give you your opportunity cost because these are the players going like pretty close to right after Bowers. We're talking about the sleeper adp. So Tyree Kill. I think for Jason that's an easy Brock Bowers. JSN Buck. Oh, how many bucks? Trey McBride, which are you battling?
Andy Holloway
I actually, I haven't started them out yet, but I presume I'll be Trey McBride ahead of Brock Bowers. But they are in the exact same tier to me.
Jason Moore
And then last one that you would even think about would be Ladd or T. Higgins.
Mike Wright
Yeah, that's, that's Brock Bowers.
Andy Holloway
I think Brock Bowers is going to be pretty cemented where he is and he'll, he'll be drafted on a lot of my teams.
Mike Wright
It is a very safe selection. You know when you talk about players that have gone around the 204 in recent years, there's been a lot of the Drake London's and the Garrett Wilson's and the players that you're hoping have a big season and it's like. Or you take the guy that just machine like outperforms your opposing team's tight.
Jason Moore
End every week on he to look at his stats a little bit deeper. His targets per route run same as Trey McBride. His target share overall is the same as Nico Collins. His first read target share is the same as Mike Evans. His first down per route run was the same as Justin, Justin Jefferson and his yak was the same as CD Lamb. And this is a, this was a tight End on a bad, bad team.
Mike Wright
First time playing at the NFL level.
Jason Moore
He is, he. He's different.
Mike Wright
Interesting name being brought up here. Our second ADP price check. Maybe the fact that I even said it that way reveals a lot about the view of this player right now. Tyrone Tracy of the Giants. I mean, if you watched him play, he had a ton of impressive plays. He was a top 25 wide out as a rookie running back. Yep. Even he did catch 38 passes. But yes, he's a running back. The first four weeks he barely even got any work. So this was a pretty impressive run for Tyrone Tracy. And yet it feels like. I don't know, to me, it feels like no one's excited about it.
Andy Holloway
Yeah, because you're all waiting.
Jason Moore
You're waiting for the shoe, right. For the draft. Like if we get out of the draft, it. I think people will look at that Tracy a lot different. But as of right now, the Giants have had like the information we have today. Giants have had four top 30 visits at the running back position. Judkins, Caleb Johnson, Scatterboo and Ollie Gordon. And then we talked about this a little bit on the Dynasty podcast, but Kyle the Borgogan did some deep diving and he found that when teams use three or more top 30 visits on a running back, which the Giants have done, you see a running back drafted by that team in the first three rounds 64% of the time. I mean, if you go to the fourth round now, you're talking 80%. So this team they're looking for like they another based on history, they will be drafting a running back. And the historical good bet to make would be in the first three rounds.
Andy Holloway
Yeah. And you look at the guys they're bringing in, Judkins and Scatter, they're looking at more like a first second down, a big bodied banger. The Tyrone Tracy was very utilized in the, in the receiving game. So I think they view him as, you know, that change of pace down, change of pace back. So yeah, I mean, where are we thinking he is ADP wise right now?
Mike Wright
I would guess. I would guess. I don't want to go first.
Andy Holloway
No, you got to go first because you.
Mike Wright
803.
Andy Holloway
I think he's above that. I think he's early. Seventh round. I'll go 701.
Jason Moore
And you were. Andy were 803. Ooh, 702.
Mike Wright
Oh, got him.
Jason Moore
I'll get you this time.
Mike Wright
Let's see RB21 right now. 608.
Andy Holloway
Oh, you went on the wrong side again, Mike. Oh, I went again.
Mike Wright
I guess it makes.
Jason Moore
I was going to guess way later.
Mike Wright
It was funny. I almost. I almost went ninth round, but I'm thinking about where. I think I'll end up more than where he would be today. Because right now he. I mean, look, 64% chance that's a little bit above 50, 50 that they go in and bring somebody in. That would make a huge impact. He still has the potential to be very valuable on the team. And, you know, a starting running back is probably not going outside the top six rounds until a compliment comes in there. Now, if Scatter Boo ends up as a giant, how are you going to view Tracy? I mean, it's complimentary. Third down, back dead. Oh, that's one way.
Jason Moore
Scat. Wherever Scatter Boo goes, nothing but a cloud of dust and just bodies left in his wake.
Andy Holloway
That's right.
Jason Moore
That's right, Mike, we gotta make this thing happen. That dude's a beast.
Mike Wright
You. You're saying you want Scatter Boo to dominate at the NFL level?
Andy Holloway
I think we just want him to keep doing what he's done his entire life. His entire life from high school, college. Just dominate as a running back against all odds. Yeah.
Mike Wright
He, by the way, Devin Singletary still on the roster.
Andy Holloway
Wink, that's.
Mike Wright
A poor guy.
Jason Moore
Yeah, man.
Mike Wright
Okay, next name on the list, Chris Olave. Chris Olave going into year four finishes in his career, 25 as a rookie, 19 as a sophomore, 93 last year. Missing half the season. Concussion issues. Quarterback that might not want to play for the team. The concussion issues will always be hanging over Chris Olave at this point at least for.
Jason Moore
Especially if Derek Carr is the quarterback.
Mike Wright
For the couple years yet when he plays, he's a very talented contributor. He's entering kind of a Terry McLaurin, DJ Moore stage of his career where you know how good he is. But he never delivers for fantasy.
Andy Holloway
Yeah, he never delivers on the promise. I mean, he has on a per game basis, been very, very good. He's an A in our consistency score.
Mike Wright
Yeah.
Andy Holloway
So he's, you know, he's obviously very, very good.
Mike Wright
He just. It's a risk. He's a risky player with a lot of upside. That's still young, ADP wise. I'll let you guess first this time, Jay. Okay, so where do you think he's going right now?
Andy Holloway
I. I think he's. You. He can't drop too far. He's too good to drop too far. But obviously he's not going to go in the top 10 wide receivers, probably not even the top 15. So I'm going to say he's fourth round. Smack dab middle four.
Jason Moore
Oh, I'll go six. I'm going to go 305.
Mike Wright
I was going to go 308. Okay, so there you go. He is going at 410. What?
Andy Holloway
I won again.
Mike Wright
What? Four hundred and ten.
Jason Moore
Four hundred and ten.
Mike Wright
Wide receiver 24.
Andy Holloway
I. So I have been living the Chris Olave experience. You know, our main.
Mike Wright
Are you talking about like when you traded like a pick and Addison away?
Andy Holloway
Yes. Thank you, Mike. Picks and Addison for. That's a plural S for Chris Olave. I invested heavily and it feels. It feels really bad, you know.
Mike Wright
So wait, what's going on with your Dynasty team?
Andy Holloway
I know ETN and truce.
Mike Wright
Olave.
Andy Holloway
Don't forget Breeze Hall. They are dying. Yeah. Your team is like, it's crazy because.
Mike Wright
They pick up the wrong.
Jason Moore
Your team is the wizard of Oz, man. It's this big scary machine, but in the back it's just this lumbering oohs operating. Yeah.
Andy Holloway
It's not like I'm. It's not like we're naming worthless players here. We're naming the running back three from two years ago. Breece Hall. Everyone wanted Chris Olave. Unbelievable. Mark Andrews, a top five.
Mike Wright
They picked up the wrong cup from Indiana Jones. They pass it to one another.
Jason Moore
This is the one for sure, guys.
Andy Holloway
I got to look at the rest of my roster, see who else is.
Mike Wright
About to trade it for Jake London or Drake. London. Because you had waddle.
Andy Holloway
Yes, I had waddle. Oh, man.
Jason Moore
So the. So 410 is Chris Olave. Going right around him, just before him would be Rasheed Rice and Cortland Sutton.
Mike Wright
I would take Olave all day at that, at that spot because it's, it's far enough down the draft board with enough reward where basically, you know, that that's. If he's on the field, he's going to outperform that spot. To me now, it doesn't mean he's going to be a top eight wide receiver, but he's outperforming wide receiver 24. If he's just healthy.
Andy Holloway
Yes.
Mike Wright
So that's a, you know, fool me twice situation. You could, you could end up with a player that look, one concussion for Crystal Lava and he's missing multiple weeks. This is not going to be a one week off thing.
Andy Holloway
No. I mean, at this point I fear that a concussion is a career ender. Like that's how it feels having him in Dynasty. So I didn't think he would be, you know, in the third round. When there's that much risk at any.
Mike Wright
Moment, why would you offer Andrews, ETN and Olave in a single deal to somebody?
Andy Holloway
Mike, Jamar, Chase.
Jason Moore
Oh, no.
Andy Holloway
Are you sure? All three. Three for one special.
Jason Moore
Very sure on that.
Mike Wright
Three for one. You're going to have to give him some picks and more players.
Jason Moore
Don't waste your time.
Mike Wright
Yeah, I mean, the quarterback situation is up in the air. I mean, you could have a rookie or a. I mean, the Derek Carr situation. I don't know if we've talked about it enough.
Jason Moore
It's been up on the show, but it is really weird what's going on of Derek Carr. I mean, news coming out that Derek Carr may have to miss the season from his shoulder injury. Then you got reports of, hey, this is Derek Carr. He's there. They're letting this out because they don't like the. What's going on with the Saints, even though the Saints gave him just so much money. And so. Yeah, like, what's going. If it's not a rookie, then who is it? I mean, like, who's on the roster right now? Kyle is just Spencer Rattler.
Andy Holloway
Yeah, it's Rattler.
Jason Moore
Oh, and heinous.
Andy Holloway
Yes, heinous is.
Jason Moore
That's a great one to remember every time. I'll forget tomorrow. And then I'll remember and I'll go, oh, yeah, it's heinous.
Mike Wright
Next.
Jason Moore
Which isn't actually his real name, by the way.
Mike Wright
What's his real name? Hayner. Oh, yeah.
Jason Moore
His name is not actually heinous.
Mike Wright
Because they ain't us.
Jason Moore
Yeah.
Mike Wright
All right. Brian Robinson Jr. ADP price check. Very, very good team. We talked at our running back ranking, our early running back ranking show from last week how important being on a winning team is. And I think last year at times, you saw why it was so valuable for Brian Robinson in this offense. He ended up at RB29, but he only played 14 games. There was a time at the beginning of the season where this was like a top running back.
Andy Holloway
Yeah, I mean, he was scoring the first seven weeks. He was 15.4 fantasy points per game. Looked great on a great offense. But I've seen, I don't. I don't know his adp, but I've seen him in ADP lists very late.
Mike Wright
I imagine he's a late fourth, early fifth. Oh, no, he's got to be ahead of. I mean, you got to put him ahead of Tyrone Tracy.
Andy Holloway
No, no, no, he is. When I've been looking through adp, just, you know, doing whatever stats docs we're making. He always sticks out to me as one of my favorite picks because it's like I think he's in the eighth round.
Mike Wright
Well, I would imagine an underdog, it's. It would be a. He's like the least desirable player.
Andy Holloway
So I'm going to go, I'm going to go 801.
Mike Wright
I'm gonna say 501.
Jason Moore
I will go. I'm going to put him in the seventh. I'll go.
Mike Wright
So behind Tyrone Tracy.
Jason Moore
Yeah, I'll go 703, people. What was Tracy?
Mike Wright
6:10. Was it?
Andy Holloway
Yeah.
Jason Moore
So the.
Mike Wright
Tracy was 608.
Jason Moore
So yeah, I'll put him behind Tracy. And they. Washington has had three top 30 visits with the running back or with running backs and then they also did a private workout with Bashaw Tutin. So like that doesn't count into the top 30.
Andy Holloway
That's going to be such a fun one.
Jason Moore
Tootin.
Andy Holloway
Tootin. I mean we're going to do some good work. We need.
Mike Wright
That's not on us.
Jason Moore
No, you know what I mean?
Mike Wright
We, we get dealt the cards, we got to play the cards. I don't get to pick new cards. This is just what we do, man.
Jason Moore
And when we got my lip curled.
Mike Wright
When you said his name, we got.
Jason Moore
We got aces right out the gate, boys, with Tootin.
Mike Wright
Brian Robinson's at 710. That's his ADP.
Andy Holloway
I win again.
Jason Moore
Do you. What'd you go with?
Andy Holloway
801.
Jason Moore
Oh, you went over Price is right.
Andy Holloway
Oh, is that the rules? Yeah.
Mike Wright
710 is, you know, is this dead zone problems? Brian Robinson isn't going to get all the work. He is going to score some. He was a low end RB1 through the first seven weeks and got a little banged up. I mean if they don't add anybody, he's going up. Right.
Andy Holloway
Very, very unsexy. I expect that they will draft someone, but I think it's important. When I, when I look at the lists of players, he is around. He's usually around other nebulous players in backfields that you don't really know who's the guy. But they're on terrible teams.
Mike Wright
They can hand the ball this to Debo.
Andy Holloway
This is a, this is a team that's going to score a lot of points.
Mike Wright
I just feel like, I think Ryan Robinson, Austin Eckler and some Debo mixed in is enough at running back for this team to contribute their picks elsewhere. But you know, if they draft somebody, you're going to be really doubtful of Brian Robinson's ability to contribute.
Andy Holloway
Yes.
Mike Wright
And he's not generally the kind of guy that gives you humongous weeks. He is.
Jason Moore
He's so strange because you can have like week two was the Giants where he had the, you know, a big 40 yard run. He was 17 for 133 yards on the ground. That's a 7.8 yards per carry. And you're just like, it's happening. It's happening for Brian Robinson. And then the next week, 16 carries for 33 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Mike Wright
I've always liked Robinson just a little bit more and I have always liked.
Jason Moore
Him just a little bit less.
Mike Wright
Yeah. So, I mean, I just think he's one of those players that plays really hard. A scatter boo, if you will.
Jason Moore
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. So put Scatterboard in Washington. See what happens.
Mike Wright
Yeah, well, cash those Super Bowl. Right now, he's 26th in yards per carry, 4.27, 34th in missed tackle rate, 30th in rush success rate among 54 qualifying RBs. This is just. This is like, you've got to run.
Jason Moore
He thumps. He's big. And he.
Mike Wright
If you take the default running back and Madden, that's. That feels like Brian Robinson.
Jason Moore
Yeah, that's. That's fair.
Andy Holloway
And I think that's like a poor man's Najee.
Jason Moore
Yeah. Okay.
Andy Holloway
You know, sure. And Najee is not someone that is exciting a lot of people out there.
Mike Wright
No, Najee is a poor man's something else. Something else. He's a poor man's Lindale White.
Andy Holloway
Oh, come now.
Mike Wright
All right, let's take a break and we'll bring up a player. I am. I don't know, I might be falling. I might be falling for him, and it's probably stupid. What's up, Foot Clan? If you've been having your McDonald's sausage McMuffin with an iced coffee from somewhere.
Mike Wright
Else, now is a great time to reconsider.
E
In the Pacific Northwest, it's never too cold for an iced coffee in the morning. Grab yourself a medium caramel, French vanilla or classic iced coffee for just $2.29. Warning beverage may cause craving for McMuffin or hash browns. Prices and participation may vary. Cannot be combined with any other offer or combo meal.
Mike Wright
All right, ADP price check on early off season darling A player I think I might be falling for Roma Dunes A of the Chicago Bears. Keenan Allen no longer a part of this offensive Dunes a last year a rookie. Caleb, the offensive line troubles. We've got a new head coach. I think this is the year Roma Dunes A takes a huge leap forward and I brought it up. I mean there are years with Roma Dunes A the talent where he's by far the number one ride receiver drafted. If this, if he was in this draft, he's ahead of McMillan. He is a top 10 pick. So we'll see what year two brings. Year one 54 for 734 and three, that's not that bad.
Andy Holloway
No, it's not.
Mike Wright
That's not that bad. Especially when 100 plus targets went to Keenan Allen and Caleb Williams forgot how to play football 50% of the time.
Andy Holloway
I think Roma Dunes is a probably going to be a really good pick this year because I don't think people are drafting him assuming success. They're drafting him hoping for success. And so which is a, it's a.
Mike Wright
Sweet spot for fantasy, taking a chance on certain players. Now where do you think he's going? ADP wise? I would guess fifth or sixth round is in the top of my head.
Andy Holloway
Fifth round, I think. And if we, you know, we gamify everything because we're competitive and we just like winning. But I'm sitting here looking at how these players were picked out and I'm like, okay, we've got, We've got a seventh rounder. We got a fourth rounder. I haven't heard a fifth rounder yet. He's got to be in the fifth.
Mike Wright
I'm going to say 506.
Andy Holloway
I was going to say that.
Jason Moore
All right. I will go.
Andy Holloway
502, 507.
Mike Wright
Ooh, we are way off.
Jason Moore
Oh, no.
Mike Wright
We are way off right now.
Jason Moore
Is it going later?
Mike Wright
It is, but I don't know if I trust it. 701.
Jason Moore
I win again.
Mike Wright
I mean, I don't think he won't go there. That's not where he's going to go in August. But it does show you maybe the apprehension right now.
Jason Moore
Yeah, I would say I'm. I'm skeptical.
Mike Wright
I mean, give me. Give me players in the fifth round at wide receiver. Not the ones going around him at 701, but players in the fifth round.
Andy Holloway
Jalen Waddle.
Jason Moore
Okay, you got it.
Andy Holloway
DK Metcalf, Devonte Smith.
Mike Wright
Yeah. All those guys are going ahead of.
Andy Holloway
A. Dunes, a Chris Godwin, probably ahead. Jordan Addison.
Mike Wright
Dude, Roman Dunes is going to end up on my guy, and it's not. It's against. It's going to be against my will. Some players. Just some players.
Andy Holloway
Not sure he can.
Jason Moore
Yeah, no.
Mike Wright
Have you seen the board?
Andy Holloway
Have you seen the board? Andy.
Mike Wright
What did you do?
Jason Moore
I didn't write anything on the board.
Andy Holloway
I'm just saying. I don't.
Jason Moore
There's marker up on the whiteboard. It's been there for. I saw it happen. It was a while ago.
Andy Holloway
It's been there for a while.
Mike Wright
What the heck are you talking about?
Andy Holloway
I'm just saying I don't. I don't think you're gonna get.
Mike Wright
I said on the show.
Jason Moore
Yeah, but he said it with the board. The board is the rules.
Andy Holloway
The board has always been the rules. I don't know what you're talking about.
Mike Wright
I mean, it's not. Mike.
Andy Holloway
Well, I mean, you know, go look at the board. Go look at the board. See what the board says.
Jason Moore
We need to send a spy. Okay. Jeremy's gonna go. Jeremy. Jeremy will go and he'll report back.
Andy Holloway
All right. Anyways, talk more about my dude.
Jason Moore
I mean, because look, there's. There's no way that we could have gotten that on the board. Since you just said, I think he'll be a my guy.
Andy Holloway
Right. That had.
Jason Moore
That would be a magic trick of. Of incredible proportions.
Mike Wright
Unless Jeremy's writing it on the board right now.
Jason Moore
That's a fair. That's a fair.
Mike Wright
I think he's going to snap a picture and share it on the show.
Andy Holloway
Okay. All right.
Mike Wright
Come on, man. I hate this guy. Roma dudes, they sucks.
Jason Moore
But, like, I am. I'm hesitant of Rome. All those names. Well, DK Metcalf is going to be tough, but all those guys I would have taken in front of Rome and whether the rookie season wasn't bad. It's just. I don't know. You want to see More than wide receiver 46 finish on the year of the guys who like we haven't. Let's see top 10 wide receivers with 100 plus targets as a rookie. Rome is the only one who is in the 40s. And the lowest finish of guys with 100 targets. That would be Drake London at before Rome did it this past year. I mean that it's a.
Andy Holloway
And then London rough season. And then London broke out and was.
Jason Moore
Was two years later.
Andy Holloway
Sure.
Jason Moore
But this was not the next year though.
Andy Holloway
You look at what the offensive line has, how that's changed here in Chicago, Ben Johnson coming in, the departure of other wide receivers.
Jason Moore
I think Rome the externals should point to Roma dunes a having a good season. I agree with that.
Andy Holloway
He's going to be underdrafted. You know, it's funny because a lot in the picture. Yeah, a lot of. A lot of comparisons were made, rightly or wrongly between him and JSN as far as he went to a team where there were other wide receivers that he was behind. You know, JSN was drafted behind DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. Whereas Rome came in and you had Keenan Allen and DJ Moore there already. And then you also had the Shane Waldron, you know, off coordinator thing. But JSN this last year was a top 10 wide receiver. So Rome is just what a great pick.
Mike Wright
Just to be clear, he's not on your Dynasty team, right? So we safe?
Andy Holloway
Yes.
Mike Wright
Okay.
Andy Holloway
Thank goodness.
Mike Wright
Let's do some mailbag.
Andy Holloway
Mailbag.
Mike Wright
First question coming in. Whatever happened between you and Jason, why aren't you guys friends anymore? Does it have to do with stealing Roma Dunesday? This is a question from the future. Gene. Gene just asked.
Andy Holloway
Gene just asked Doc Brown. Yeah.
Mike Wright
Here's exactly what happened. I'm remembering. Hold on. I'm remembering the discussion on the show, the discussion on the show a few weeks ago because I brought up that Rome might be climbing into my my guy. And you said, you know what, that's funny because I've got DJ Moore as my my guy.
Andy Holloway
I love DJ Moore.
Mike Wright
Maybe we'll have a competition about it.
Jason Moore
Yep.
Andy Holloway
That is, that is exactly what we had said way back then.
Jason Moore
It has been written right behind you for weeks. Weeks.
Andy Holloway
Yeah.
Mike Wright
Okay. Okay. Real question from Lex. I'm so upset. Lex in Maryville, Tennessee. Oh, no, I don't need a Rome question.
Andy Holloway
Oh, what is the question? Roma Dunzi or T. Higgins in a PPR Dynasty. Did you just put this in here? So this is super ironic.
Jason Moore
Rome or T. Higgins and dynasty.
Mike Wright
In a startup.
Andy Holloway
In a startup.
Mike Wright
I mean this is just. Do you believe or not T is going to be fine and good for your team?
Jason Moore
T is 26.2 years old and how old?
Andy Holloway
Yeah, I think I take Rome and.
Jason Moore
Rome is about to be 23.
Andy Holloway
Yeah. I mean I love both of these guys dearly. If this was a redraft I would flip them. But that age gap will really.
Jason Moore
Yeah, I'll go.
Andy Holloway
I'll play T. I mean T's had his own problems, you know.
Jason Moore
Yeah.
Andy Holloway
He.
Mike Wright
If you, if you are drafting but that, that win today, T is the better pick.
Jason Moore
The age gap of 23 to 26 is that. That doesn't scare me off of T. Higgins who is now connected with Joe Burrow like every. It's not just the Rome hope is not just Rome. The Rome hope is also in Caleb. That and I'm not, I'm not saying I'm betting against those guys, but I know who I know that Joe Burrow is a top five quarterback in the NFL and the dude just produces tons of fantasy points for his wide receivers with yes. And T has the injury problems but that's where I would make my bet.
Mike Wright
Ryan writes in off of Instagram. What's Drake Mays outlook? Rushing upside makes him feel valuable.
Jason Moore
Yeah, but that team is going to be there. I don't know that they're going to turn it around anytime soon.
Andy Holloway
Yeah.
Jason Moore
So it just like for Drake May.
Mike Wright
It would 421 yards rushing and two touchdowns last year in 13 games.
Jason Moore
That's pretty nice.
Mike Wright
Stefan Diggs coming to join the roster. Maybe some stability in the passing game. Much better. Head coach. We have a tremendous amount of confidence in with Mike Vrabel. What is his outlook? His outlook is he's a. He's a contender for a surprise season at quarterback. Yeah, that's fair. We're bringing his name up more often than you'd expect on the streaming prediction show on Thursday. And you know, to me I think that's really possible.
Andy Holloway
Yeah, I would expect him to finish somewhere around quarterback 15. The fact that he can run the ball and is really secure in his position.
Mike Wright
Let me guess, isn't my guy for you?
Andy Holloway
Do you wish he was? Because you could talk me into it.
Mike Wright
At a minimum, I'm going to take all that credit. What about Justin Herbert? Mike Benjamino writes in how do we feel about Herbert this year?
Jason Moore
I'd like to hear where Jason is. My God.
Andy Holloway
Yeah. So what we saw last year with Justin Herbert was quarterback 13 with the.
Jason Moore
First five games being real slow.
Andy Holloway
Yeah, that's what I was going to bring up. There was a shift. You know, this was the first time that, you know, G Row and Hard Dog, you come to the Chargers, they want to establish the run. You know, they start out and you look at the attempts, just the passing attempts, how much they let Justin Herbert throw the ball at the beginning of the year. 26 times. 20 times, 18 times, 27. That's like. That is not who Justin Herbert has been in his career. And they really unleashed him, completely said, look, this is, this is our leader. We're going to pass more.
Jason Moore
And you know what that unleashing worked out to though on a. I'm going weeks eight through 18, which eight was his first top 12 finish of the season where he put up 24 points. So I mean, 24 points and you're the QB. 12 is like, we had a big week. But from that, from those weeks, it's 4,200 yards and 26 touchdowns. Like, that's not.
Mike Wright
You cannot, you cannot do special with the current, with the current group like.
Jason Moore
Receiving, you need them to draft someone.
Mike Wright
They have to add somebody more meaningful. Lad McConkey by himself with, you know, Quinton Johnston. Yeah, you have to. There has to be a. Like, maybe you had one of the big tight ends in the draft.
Andy Holloway
Oh, I mean that's.
Mike Wright
I think you have to do that.
Andy Holloway
They're hoping if Loveland or Tyler Warren can fall to them, I think they would take.
Mike Wright
And if they're. The other hard part is if their defense plays the way that they want it to, they will not throw as much as you want them to.
Andy Holloway
That's true.
Mike Wright
They just will. If they can win not throwing it as much, they will.
Andy Holloway
Yeah. So from a fantasy perspective, I don't think that this is a team that would ever let Justin Herbert be a top three tight end. I do think though, you know, you talk about quarterback. Yes. Or tight end. I still stand by my statement 100%.
Jason Moore
I think you're allowed to go with that one. Good bet.
Andy Holloway
I'm safe there. But, you know, obviously 4,300 passing yards is fine. 26 touchdowns would be very disappointing for fantasy. But the touchdowns are the thing where, if he gets another weapon in the draft, I think the touchdowns can come up. I was just more talking about the passing attempts. The fact that, you know, after, after those, that their bye week when they kind of turned it over to him. He was at 31 passing attempts a game and that's enough for him to be pretty valuable. He also was running the ball a little bit more, which is great because he's got the skill set to do that. I mean, that, that time, you know, from week six on, he was on pace for almost 400 rushing yards.
Jason Moore
We have not seen Justin Herbert be anything special with in the touchdown percentage. Since his sophomore year, he has been.
Mike Wright
What did he throw his sophomore year?
Jason Moore
So sophomore year get to 40, that was 38.
Mike Wright
38.
Jason Moore
So 5.7% of his attempts. Like that's a really good percentage. Keenan, Michael Williams, the following three years though, it's league average or below. By the way, that's a long time.
Mike Wright
We're wrapping this show up. But I did, I did repost the picture of the three of us laughing at Kyle at the draft. For those that want to revisit that.
Jason Moore
Good times.
Mike Wright
