Well, I've always known this is a compliment. I've always known kind of the. Our family, we. I think I've said this on the show long ago. We dance like very tall birds.

Oh, yeah, the kick. The kick. Finger dance. Yeah, that's good stuff. Let's talk about Thursday Night Football. Let's talk about what we saw from this high powered, incredible Pittsburgh offense that we've been waiting to see. We saw it last night. Three touchdowns for ab. Hope you didn't trade him.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah, including a helmet catch. It was what's. So what was so strange about this game? 40 points for the Steelers. I didn't even think that Big Ben was playing particularly well. Like it just watching the game, I know his numbers, you know, 30 for 45. That's. That's solid 66%. Almost 300 yards and four touchdowns. So he had a fantastic game. But just the feeling out what the Steelers were doing on offense and the complete lack of ground game. Only 12 carries for Levy on.

[Andy Holloway]

I think there was two defining factors that made that game seem that way to you. Number one was the play where Lev Bell got in on the touchdown. Then they reversed it and he got this little dump like that. That's one of those goal line play action, extra touchdowns. And that was on the heels of what we saw from Mariota, which was four turnovers in this game, a couple big ones, short fields for Big Ben. You're right about Lev Bell. I mean, they chose. Disappointing Dick LeBeau chose to stop that piece of the equation, which is, look, it's what you got to do. You got to put it in the hands of Big Ben, who's looked really sluggish this year.

[Jason Moore]

Well, not only that, but if you look at how they came out, they were expecting the Dick LeBeau blitzes. Obviously, you know, being at home in Pittsburgh, they come out, they go no huddle. And during the no huddle, they look great. They drive down the field, they stop that. And for the rest of that first half, they're not moving the ball. Second half, they come back out and they go back to it, and they're able to move the ball. And this is a big reason why Big Ben at home versus Big Ben on the road makes a difference, is because of communication. They're able to get to the line quicker, have Big Ben talk, have. Have communication that, that he has with. You know, you saw him calling out plays at the line of scrimmage to juju or, or same with Antonio Brown. And, and I, I think that, you know, this is what you'll see more of, but only at home, because when they go on the road, they will have to focus more on Le'Veon Bell and the huddle.

[Andy Holloway]

Lev Bell, obviously, you know, you had the touchdown called back. You're still happy with Antonio Brown in this game. And I want to the juju truthers out there, which I am one of and Jason is definitely one of, I want you to not be alarmed by this not being an incredible performance because if you watch the game, I loved seeing where Ben was looking to juju, where he was in the read progression, had an end zone target broken up, had a pass interference call on a play that could have been a big play. Had a couple misconnections, but the target count was there.

[Jason Moore]

Caught another ball at like the two yard line for a first down.

[Andy Holloway]

Exactly. So I was actually really happy with utilization. It was an underwhelming performance, but you're going to get that from everybody. And so I would have been more concerned if I saw Martavis Bryant have a monster game last night. I'm not as concerned about juju, but obviously you're disappointed. And on the other side, speaking of disappointment, if you're not a Rashad Matthews owner, that's where the list ends. Right? On the Tennessee side.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah.

[Jason Moore]

Yes.

[Mike Wright]

Because it was Mario to actually still finish with an okay fantasy game. Despite four interceptions I mean, like, not great, but I'm saying despite having four picks, you're going, whoo. I think I dodged a bullet here with Marcus Mariota last night.

[Andy Holloway]

I doubt you're playing him with him on the road. Yeah, Pittsburgh on Thursday.

[Mike Wright]

Some, some people, you know, they're forced into a position where you got to play him. But DeMarco Murray, 8 for 10 on the ground now, he kind of bailed fantasy owners out with, with the five receptions. So you have to feel like you dodged another bullet with that. But what, what, DeMarco Murray, what is happening here? You, I mean, you have Derek Henry, who. He looked, Derek Henry looked better. Looked a lot better in this game. Seven for 32, including two off the top of my head, two bigger runs.

[Andy Holloway]

Here's the equation. If this team is in the position where, you know, we saw it last week, demarco Murray had the touchdowns that, that saved his fantasy week. If this team is down and they're throwing, you're never going to see Derek Henry. He's not going to be anywhere to be seen. You watched this game last night. It turned into a laugher and it was first. You know, every third down is DeMarco Murray. Even on down, even on drives where they give first and second down to Henry. Third down still DeMarco Murray. And then on drives where they're coming back, they need the pass catching ability of DeMarco Murray in there. They actually started out the game lining him up as a wide out, throwing in the ball and then he dropped it.

[Mike Wright]

I think I have found my new favorite thing in the NFL because this is being brought up a lot, I feel like in broadcast, like, well, this team, this team isn't built to play from behind. They're only, you know, they're, they're play. They're built to have the lead and then win. Like, how about you build your team that you can play from both, right? I mean, is that really that bold of an idea?

[Jason Moore]

We can only winning the whole time.

[Mike Wright]

We're going all in on. On only being able to win if we score first. So that's a bad idea.

[Andy Holloway]

I mean, that was kind of the lay of the land from last night. Moving forward, I'm still a much bigger DeMarco Murray fan than I am Derek Henry.

[Jason Moore]

Agreed. I'm also a much bigger Corey Davis fan than I am Rashad Matthews. Despite what I saw last night, the.

[Mike Wright]

75 yard touchdown when we got to that play, which I don't know, I kind of have a love hate situation going on with the New camera. All right. From behind. So it's. Maybe it's just taking time to get used to it. But on that particular play, I believe it was Corey Davis, but I saw him running an in route in the middle. I'm like, corey Davis is wide open. What are you doing? Throw the ball. But then, of course, Mariota saw that the safety had. There was no high safety, so Rashard Matthews got hit for the deep touchdown.

[Andy Holloway]

Last question here about Thursday night sky cam nearly the whole time. Do you like sky cam?

[Mike Wright]

That's what I'm saying. It's the love hates. I think once they perfect it, once they're like. Because, I mean, these camera people are trying to get used to doing this as well. Where I don't want. I don't want it zoomed in where.

[Andy Holloway]

The wide receivers are coming outside whiteouts. Yep, that's exactly my problem. But I love. I love it.

[Mike Wright]

And I did see a few times where the camera went in, but then you saw, like, they realized, oh, I need to back up so we can get a full frame of view. It's.

[Jason Moore]

I really like watching it live. Both. But I like when the replays, they show us kind of that above view. I didn't like the replays where they still were focused on that zoomed in view.

[Mike Wright]

To truly maximize it, they're going to have to be able to, I think mid play, be able to go. You're like, okay, we've got the lined up. We're seeing the play form now. The decision is made. The ball is going somewhere. Change to that side camera.

[Jason Moore]

So.

But that's really tough on a direct.

[Andy Holloway]

They said producer. It took like, you know, takes 280 man hours each week to set up and run that thing for a game.

[Jason Moore]

So mistakes were made. NFL.

This is if I have to project now next year for the Arizona Cardinals, dynasty leagues, things like that. It's Larry Palmer, David Johnson, Bruce Arians will be back. I think the entire crew is coming back for another year.

That's what this. Why would Larry sign on to be a part of a Blaine Gabbard experiment or a rookie quarterback? This is, hey, this is a lost season.

And they may not even view it that way at 4 and 5, but this is a lost season. We're going to come back here with all the pieces that brought us success in the past. We're going to give it another go. I don't see any other reason Larry would come back. And he's playing at an all pro level still. I mean, he's 1200 yard pace, a monster with the ball in his hands. I think it's exciting if you're an Arizona fan to see Larry come back, but the rebuild is not going to happen for another year.

And also with this comes like a, you know, it's important, but also wink, wink, it's not important. Assuming health for Larry Fitzgerald, he will end up as the number two all time in receiving yards.

Wow.

Like he had. He'll have enough time to get up there. I mean, he's not going to pass the goat. No Jerry Rice. Because nobody will ever pass Jerry Rice. But Larry Fitzgerald can make a strong stamp at number two.

Yeah. Jerry Rice is the Nolan Ryan. No one's breaking Nolan Ryan's strikeout record. And Jerry Rice is going to be hard to break that baseball.

That is according to the offensive coordinator from the Baltimore Ravens. And I think it's the right play. That's what I've been expecting and calling for. What that does mean is that should those players return, it's probably worse news for Buck Allen than it is for Alex Collins.

All right, we talked a little bit about the situation with Leonard Fournette. We're going to talk about injuries and whether we think they're going to be in and out right now. Kind of an interesting piece of news that broke a funny quote from Fournette. So we'll get into that.

Philip Rivers.

He's in. He practiced in full on Thursday. Still in the concussion protocol, but if you're practicing in full, that means you're on track to clear it.

Drew Stanton to shown Kaiser.

[Mike Wright]

Stanton's out. It's the blonde bombshell, Blaine Gabbard. He's going against the Houston Texans. Kaiser has practiced in full. I mean, he came basically right back in after the bruised ribs coming off. Possibly you'd say his best game as a pro.

[Jason Moore]

I would say definitely his best game.

So he's going to play. He will start.

But we're going on over a month now of this ankle injury where he. Oh, he could have gone back in. Sure, he could have gone back in.

That's why he missed the following week's game.

Are you raising your threat level for him missing this game?

I don't know if I'm going to put it at a miss, but this is. This is exactly why I talked about Blake Bortles as my start of the week. That they will be forced to use him far more than they want to as a team.

I would expect to hear things if he was practicing in a meaningful, full participant way. Getting first team reps, you know, getting those beat reporters would. Would be letting us know.

He's expected to play but whenever there's an injury in practice, you always need to keep a special eye on it. Not that very many people are rolling Stills out as a Wide receiver, three right.

Amendola, I would expect Chris Hogan. I would not.

Yeah, he's definitely out. John Brown, he didn't practice again Thursday. You know, if he plays because of this injury, I'm not going to play him, but I think he might miss Jordan Reed.

He's a game time decision. The last thing I had seen on Jordan Reed was that he had the setback and that he has pain when decelerating.

So well, if you just get tackled, you don't really ever have to decelerate on your own.

In fantasy, you put a guy in that position where everything's on his shoulders, you may get Dak out of the pocket more. You may have him, you know, having to escape, run, use his legs, great for fantasy. Use his arm, great for fantasy. You can't lean on the running game. Those narratives. And then you saw last week where under fire, sacked a lot, drives got stopped so you didn't have scoring opportunities. It's all on Dak and I would still put my fantasy chips on Dak. This is a divisional game. He, he has the ability to perform at an MVP type of level and I'm gonna put my chips on that. And then like you said, maybe they go down from giving up six sacks on that side to two. That'd be a nice two drives that don't get destroyed.

A quick idea for the coaching staff in Dallas. Put the running back on the left side, right?

Absolutely. I think that there's fantasy points to be had for the Giants. When we say it's going to be ugly, we're just talking about the actual NFL game.

I was actually going to say something about the weather. This is another one of those games that is over 15 mile an hour winds. So is what's being projected, which, you know, that's great for, you know, the Kareem Hunts of the world even. I would say when you look at someone like Tyree Kill, who is used to taking those kind of, you know, crossing routes or finding a seam where he'll get the ball 10 yards down the field and then he'll run the additional 70, I think that that could work in, in Kansas City's favor.

Eli Manning, starting stream of the week for me this week. So I think it's just going to be opportunity for him to throw the ball, probably some garbage time. And I think 252 is something you can get away with there.

I still think you need to stay with Orleans Dark. Do you?

I was just going to say I would probably look for a different op if Dark was like that third running back who you're kind of playing matchups with. I would prefer not to play him this week.

It's about the Chiefs defense. They're allowing the seventh fewest points to the running back position for fantasy. So that combined with the game script I'm expecting for the Chiefs, that just steers me away from dark.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Miami Dolphins Dolphins are one point home favorites in this game. We get to see this impressive Miami offense once more. Impressive right now. The Buccaneers defense, I think they surprised people last week. I know that the numbers are bad over the course of the year, but you do have to at this point in the season, you do have to be aware of these micro trends with teams and with defenses. Where we saw Houston right a couple of years ago be the absolute worst defense for the first half of a season and the best defense for the second half. I'm not saying anything like that about Tampa, but last week we expected Josh McCown to be streamable. We expected the Bilal Powell to be able to run the ball against Tampa. None of that happened. The Dolphins offense struggles. So I'm actually, I'm a little bit curious to see what happens here. I would not over. I'm not Going to over project Miami. I'm actually going to pump the brakes a little bit on the upside of these players. I know, Jason, you made Devontae Parker your start of the week. I don't really have any problems with that.

It's just Jay Cuddy has two passing touchdowns in the last four games. At least he has worked his career.

Into the point where we are very enthusiastic about that happening because that's pretty nice.

But they got boat raced last game and he is the garbage man this year when it comes to production like fantasy value, garbage supreme. And obviously it all counts. I'm not saying it doesn't, but I think that the. The defense for the Buccaneers after last week, the offense for the Dolphins, what we've seen. I'm a little worried that this is going to be a tough go.

Yeah. I'm more curious. It was last week the Buccaneers that were shutting down Josh McCown or was it more the weather? And so that's where it's like this is, you know, clear skies, no wind. This should be a chance.

You know, it's really tough because Doug Martin has not played well and he has not looked the. Doug Martin has always been an eyeball type player. When you watch him you can see if he's running, if he's. If he's good or evil version of Doug Martin for your fantasy.

I saw plays last week that were good Doug Martin. So I think we.

[Jason Moore]

But my point is in agreement with you, Andy, that when you've got a player getting 20 carries against the defense that looks like it's somewhat quitting and having a hard time to stop the run specifically, you're going to start Doug Martin over a lot of other parts. And I think you need that push because there's such a feeling as Doug Martin owners out there that say, I don't want to get Martin again.

Martin, sure. And I looked at my ranking. I do have Martin ahead of those guys. Including. Including Rex Goathead.

We'd agree they got boat raced against New Orleans in New Orleans two weeks ago.

I'm expecting a solid game, not that Antonio Brown three touchdown game. The biggest question for me on the Tampa offense, I guess besides Doug Martin, the enigma that is Doug Martin is Cameron Brait. Will he return to that 8 target, 9 target relevance or the past two weeks? I mean, one reception for 9 yards against New Orleans, one reception for 10 yards against the jets.

[Andy Holloway]

And without Jameis Winston, I have less confidence that that will happen. And you're almost in a reverse stay in the flame situation here with Cameron Brait. I'd rather find a better option. That's my opinion.

[Mike Wright]

Sure.

I do love the matchup. I mean, the Dolphins are not good against the tight end. Cameron Braid has been very good all year and you do have that game where Fitzpatrick. Right where Fitzpatrick was starting. But when Fitzpatrick came in in relief due to the injury and played the majority of the game against Cardinals, he used Cameron Braid a lot. So I don't think this is a situation. You know, you've got three games, one where Brait was involved, two where he wasn't. This is a matchup where the tight end is a really nice option against Miami. So I would. It was really tough for me deciding between Hunter Henry and Cameron Brait for my start of the week because I.

[Mike Wright]

That much confidence.

I do have confidence in starting them. I think you need to. Now I, I do go back and remember, you know, it was Fitzpatrick with the New York jets where they literally did not even remotely use a tight end. But that could have and probably was just the talent on the roster.

The Bills with Nathan Peterman behind center take on the Chargers. The 3 and 6 Chargers at home. Chargers are four point favorites in this one. The Bills are going the opposite direction of how they started this year and I would like to be playing the Chargers defense this week. Yeah, as in starting them against the Bills on the road with a rookie quarterback. What are your favorite plays in this game? What are the guys you're avoiding?

[Jason Moore]

Well, I mean I did give the vote of confidence for Hunter Henry bouncing back from his two poor games against the Bills, you know, so I'm fine starting him. I think Philip Rivers is a very good start. Keenan Allen, you know those guys. I think you need to play every single week. That's, that's my take. Just because of volume and talent.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah, it's. Melvin Gordon's really the only one I have confidence playing against the Bills. So the volume will be there. The Bills, we just saw what happened to them against the Saints and I mean this is a, this is a trend, right, for the Bills defense going back to last year where Le'Veon Bell, Jay Ajayi had those monster 200 games, 200 yard games against this Bill's defense. So it's really, it's. I think that they will lean a lot on Melvin Gordon and maybe I pumped the brakes on us and Eckler because I do believe he is a just a handcuff. But maybe Melvin Gordon gets so much done that Echler has value.

[Jason Moore]

But wait, wait, wait. Did I hear you basically saying what a great play Melvin Gordon's going to be?

[Mike Wright]

Yes, because of volume and against the bad.

I mean he's very, he's consistent, he's, he's good for your fantasy lineups, but he's just not giving you the, those 10 plus targets or 10 reception games.

[Jason Moore]

And as far as the wide receivers, from the Buffalo side of the ball, someone will have a decent game, but I don't think you can possibly know who to start with a brand new quarterback. My money's on Benjamin. Gonna be the guy involved. Is it?

[Andy Holloway]

You know, that's my, that's where my money is. Zay Jones, coming off an injury. Calvin Benjamin, he was involved last week and he's the big target. That's, that's a friendly target for a rookie quarterback.

So can you start Charles Clay?

Sure, you could start Charles Clay.

I think you can start him. But we don't know what to expect because it was Tyrod Taylor. Charles Clay connection.

This is like the beta test. Yeah, Bills this week because you're just with a new quarterback. I mean, I do expect Lashaw McCoy to be heavily involved. He's going to be helpful in the passing game. He's going to be the guy to take pressure off of, off of the quarterback.

Are you okay playing AJ Green against that fifth ranked fantasy defense in Denver? No problems there? No concerns.

But his floor is also surprisingly safe. You know, if you look at what he's done, he doesn't have a high ceiling. But I feel like if you're not banking on him as your running back one, if you've put him in that running back two or that flex role, usually you can do worse than that. I mean, he's been pretty consistent with Jeremy Hill on ir with Gio Bernard kind of getting phased more and more out. I think Joe Mixon is a guy that you rely on, but you get rid of all the upside hope. When you're constructing your roster, you don't look at him as one of those solid pieces. You look at him as one of those safer, low ceiling pieces.

Compare him to the Jamal Williams Samajp Ryan. Who would you rather play of those.

[Jason Moore]

Three out of those guys? I, you know, I don't trust the Green Bay packers offense as a whole right now, but I do like what's happening with the Washington offensive line. So I think I would probably be willing to put in Samaj.

[Mike Wright]

I will say, yes, I will say I'm fairly confident that Brock Lesnar would win in a fight.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, for sure. But my point is that even with Brock at quarterback, I believe that this game script will be close enough for CJ Anderson to get use maybe into the third and fourth quarter, which would be incredible because he's always been great in the first half and then they can't really use him. The Bengals have been a decent run defense, but they're middle of the pack. They're not, you know, a top 10 type of defense. I think they're 18th against the running back. So if you are one of those C.J. anderson owners where you never know whether to start him or sit him, last week we all knew to sit him. It was just a terrible matchup. Where you go, okay, the Eagles are going to be able to score. Plus they're a great rushing defense this week. I think you can start C.J. anderson in that RB23 range.

[Andy Holloway]

All right, we need to move on the Patriots take on the Raiders. I'm excited about this one. This is the game in Mexico City. We've talked quite a bit about it. The Raiders are four and five. They're six and a half point underdogs in the quote unquote home game. But what I like is that 53 and a half point over under and the fantasy points that should be. They should be prevalent. We expect a good game for fantasy owners. You know you're rolling out Tom Brady, you know that Gronkowski's getting the start. But when you sit down and you're making your start sit decisions and you're staring down Deion Lewis, James White, Rex Burkhead, why don't you Mike, put those guys in your Preferred order in that.

[Mike Wright]

Backfield, I would go Burkhead, Lewis, White.

[Jason Moore]

And just to chime in here, I would go Deion, Lewis, Burkhead, white.

[Andy Holloway]

Okay. All right. And then Chris Hogan, we don't expect him to play. Brandon Cooks is really the viable option there. Danny Mendola, if you're in a PPR league and you need an emergency play, otherwise they don't have a lot of confidence in what's happening there with him right now.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah, I mean even in PPR it's since there was this turn since week six, he just has not been getting involved and I mean playing sub 50% of the snaps. So I don't think he's that strong of an option even in a ppr.

[Andy Holloway]

Marshawn lynch takes on New England. He's been an up and down player. He did have the big multi touchdown performance recently. Is he a solid RB2 to you guys in this game. Darkwa or Lynch?

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, I think in that situation.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah is not an answer.

[Jason Moore]

In that situation I would go lynch because there's going to be enough points scored here. You know, the hometown crowd in Mexico City will be for Oakland and you know, if I had to peg one of those two to get in the end zone, I would probably put the odds in Marshawn Lynch's favor.

[Andy Holloway]

Latavius Murray, we talked about him yesterday. Would you rather start Murray or Lynch?

[Jason Moore]

I would. I like Latavius Murray. I mean he's my start of the week this week.

[Mike Wright]

Wow.

[Andy Holloway]

I would start.

Okay. I just wanted to get a lay of the land with Lynch. Crabtree and Cooper, their must starts in this game. I think both can be heavily involved. Derek Carr, I think he's a streamable option. We expect. What we know will happen is that New England will score points and that is a nice place to be in where at that point you're just hoping that the Raiders offense is functional and you don't get yourself into a low time of possession battle there. Gronkowski at the tight end position. Just to let you know where he's at. 73 yards a game, best in the league. You can. He's locked and loaded. And Jared Cook, that sneaky tight end play, 55.4 receiving yards per game, fourth best in the league. Patriots, he's keeping it up. Yeah, they'll give up some points to Jared Cook this week.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, I agree with that too. Jared Cook is a good play and I'll throw a more of a DFS play out there because I don't think you should pick him up and play them right now. But in this matchup with a lot of points, if you look at the snap percentages, Philip Dorset snap percentages were drastically up. They were well ahead of Danny Amendola's this last week. And you know, that could be a sneaky stack if you will with a Philip Dorsett brain.

[Mike Wright]

He's open for a bomb touchdown.

[Jason Moore]

Exactly. Yeah.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah. All right. The Eagles 8 and 1 take on the Cowboys 48 point over under in Dallas. 3 and a half point underdogs Dallas's and you've got Wentz returning from the by J A Jai Mike. You have him as your start of the week.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah, I love him.

[Andy Holloway]

Alshon Jeffrey should be a strong start in this game and then Zach Ertz will be healthy and back on the field. All the weapons there for Philadelphia. We talked at length about the Dallas offensive line situation. Where do you put Alfred Morris in the scheme of things this week at the running back position?

[Jason Moore]

It's a terrible week for Alfred Morris. I mean it really is. It's. You know, I just talked about C.J. anderson. You could see last week that the Eagles were going to be able to score. I expect the Eagles to win this game even with an MVP performance from Dak. I just don't see Cowboys coming up on top. Which means it's going to be the game script to have Rod Smith more involved. Rod Smith out snapped Alfred Morris last week and while Alf is still the clearest, clear starter, he's the more valuable fantasy asset in my opinion. He does not have the skill set to be on the field when they're down and this. And so you have the first part of the game where okay, you're going to be able to run Alf, you're going to want to establish that run, except you're going up against what could be the best rushing defense in the league.

[Andy Holloway]

Agreed.

[Jason Moore]

And so that's not valuable. And then later in the game he's not going to be able to be on the field if the game script works out where Dallas is down. So I don't really. I mean, alf's a startable flex type of player but I think you have to significantly lower. You know, he's going to be in that RB 20 to 30 range for me.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, I would say we basically have him at the RB 29 in our consensus. I'm at 30. You guys have him 28, 29. So he's like barely a 3 and not somebody you want to bank on to win you this week. The other question I have, Nelson Aguilar. Are you confident in starting him in this game? He was. He was the, you know, the new hotness for a while.

[Mike Wright]

Right.

[Andy Holloway]

I would actually be willing to play him. I mean, Dallas struggles against the wide receiver position.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah, I think you can play him. But the. That new hotness has faded a decent bit.

[Andy Holloway]

So Jason Whitten, start of the week. He's my start of the week at the tight end position. I think Dax gonna need help. And Jason Whitten is. Yes, he's calling. You call 911. He picks up.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah.

[Mike Wright]

When Chaz does not.

For the last 20 years. When Chaz. Chaz does not.
