A little later show today, but we are here. We're ready to go. We had week 10s in the books. It's over.

Who went out with a. Went out with a crash.

And I can't believe that my hunch was kind of right.

Oh, your hunch was. Was on point. You said it'd be closer than we thought. It was closer than the Texans thought.

It just didn't seem possible. It was in Cincinnati. They'd been playing so well, and then, as J.J. watt put it, the Red Rifle became the Red Rider BB gun, and they got it done. And no touchdowns. That's, I believe, the first time in an extremely long time, or ever, that an undefeated team at 8. No. Didn't score a touchdown like on the game. They lost some. Some stat where it just highlighted how.

[Andy Holloway]

Ridiculous it was, how bad.

[Jason Moore]

The Bengals were just terrible. And it was part Dalton, but it was a team effort.

[Andy Holloway]

It was a real. It was an offensive effort. Their defense, just fine.

[Jason Moore]

Well, they needed.

They needed to score, what, 11 points to win the game.

[Jason Moore]

Mm.

That's pretty.

Maybe less if Yates hadn't come in. So disappointment abounds for all fantasy owners of Cincinnati Bengals, without question, right?

[Andy Holloway]

Oh, yeah.

And Hopkins owners, they finally got on track. That game was freaking them out for a while because he wasn't on the stat sheet till, I think, four minutes left in the second quarter or something like that.

[Andy Holloway]

TJ Yates, you come in as the backup and you just know, oh, I just got to throw it to Hopkins every play.

[Jason Moore]

I. You know, that's what Hoyer started doing. When Hoyer came in after Mallet, he was throwing it to Hopkins every play because Hopkins is good.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, he's. That. That touchdown catch, that was incredible.

[Jason Moore]

And he's made a bunch of them this year, so there's a reason he's at the top of the fantasy leaderboards at the wide receiver position. Today's show, we got our review of source, our news and notes. Because he can't do that every game his entire career.

He cannot continue to score a touchdown every game of his career. Which he has.

Oh yeah, I know what he says to that. Yes I can. Well thus far. Yes I can.

One of us will be right. But he would be the only the fourth touchdown scored from the running back position against the Patriots on the year. So they are third best in fantasy against the run. I'm going to say Carlos Williams does not get it done this week.

[Jason Moore]

All right. So rest of season Carlos Williams is a running back. Number.

[Andy Holloway]

Number handcuff. I would say he's a really.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah. Would you flex him? Yeah, he's a deeper league flex.

[Andy Holloway]

Absolutely. He scores enough to merit a deeper league flex in a bad situation. If I've got a guy who has the ball, has a little bit of workload, I'm not, I just, I'm not going to chase that touchdown over a guy that I know is going to touch the ball more.

[Jason Moore]

It's interesting though. He is, he is getting a little bit more involved in the passing game. You saw that last game. He from an efficiency standpoint, I think he's one of the best in the league in terms of just like yards per carry. He's out rushing McCoy on a PER carry basis. Obviously that not sustainable if he was between the tackles every game. But pretty impressive rookie.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah. Yeah. He's looking really good and he's a big strapping young lad. I mean when you watch him he's, he's a. He's a big dude.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah. Yeah he is. And he Gets downfield quick. So. All right, let's go ahead. And once a week we like to read a review from the listeners. News and notes from around the league.

All right. Peyton Manning, no longer a starter. He's been ruled out already? I guess not. No longer a starter. He's injured.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah. And it could be, you know, we said yesterday it would be, you know, he's going to miss at least a week, and it seemed like a week, but this could. This could linger a little while longer.

[Jason Moore]

And so does that depend on how Brock Osweiler performs?

[Andy Holloway]

Of course not, Andy. They would never admit that. But, yes, if Brock Osweiler comes in and does what I expect him to do, which is target Demarius Thomas a lot and go from his height to DT's height and performs well and they go out and maybe score more than the teens, then, you know, hey, Peyton.

[Jason Moore]

Needs another week off.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, you need to really rest. That thing. I pushed you in too quick. That was my fault. As the coach, I'm not going to let you repeat a mistake.

[Jason Moore]

So the matchup this week for Osweiler is the Bears. Do you have any solid opinions on how it affects position players in Denver? Are they going to lean on the run more?

[Andy Holloway]

No, I don't. I don't think you can lean on their run exactly. The problem. I don't think you can. I expect to see a lot more of the same. The only differences that I would expect would be, I think, some of Emmanuel Sanders targets. He is super hurt right now. He had the concussion midway through the game, a finger problem, and that has nothing to do with the two injuries that were supposed to keep him out.

[Jason Moore]

Last week, banged up.

[Andy Holloway]

So I expect some of those targets that Peyton goes as a safety valve to Sanders to go Demary Thomas's route. We saw that right when. When Osweiler came in the game, he was really targeting dt. So I expect that to continue. And then you always wonder, who's that? Who's that, you know, B level wide receiver that when the backup quarterback comes in, just, you know, that practice squad guy who's got the rapport with him.

[Jason Moore]

What about Vernon Davis?

[Andy Holloway]

It's probably not Vernon Davis.

[Jason Moore]

No, I mean, what did he have, four catches last week or two? I thought he had a few catches.

[Andy Holloway]

I mean, I thought he was mostly worthless, but perhaps he said he was.

[Jason Moore]

Very surprised that he wasn't used more because he's supposed to be involved more and More in the game. He had two catches for 19 yards on four targets. Yeah. All right. No fantasy relevance yet.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, none there.

[Jason Moore]

Should he be owned and stashed or just ignore him?

[Andy Holloway]

I would completely ignore him personally. I mean, you could. Here's the thing. I mean, Osweiler could maybe use him as a safety valve, but I just don't see that happening.

[Jason Moore]

And today we're going to talk about waiver wire. So there's probably guys on there that you'd rather have than burn in.

[Andy Holloway]

Exactly. Yes.

[Jason Moore]

All right, big news. TJ Yelden in a walking boot for an injury to his foot. He is highly questionable for Thursday's game.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah. And I think as we get to the waiver wire, we'll talk about the backfield situation there and who we should have. I don't believe they have a good matchup this week, so that kind of hurts the value of, you know, a Denard Robinson or a Toby Garrett.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, but, man, a starting running back, if you can get one.

[Andy Holloway]

Absolutely. They're valuable, worth a shot. Got a spin for?

[Jason Moore]

Unless it's out for blue. All right. The Rams have benched Nick Foles for Case Keenum.

[Andy Holloway]

Good for you. You go out and trade for a guy and then you pay him and sign an extension for him, and you have to swallow praise palm. You have to swallow pride to do the right thing.

[Jason Moore]

And the truth is, eight straight games with under 200 yards.

[Andy Holloway]

Foot Clan. Can I just give a little soapbox, you know?

[Jason Moore]

Yeah. I wish I had the drop for you. I'm going to make that one.

[Andy Holloway]

Well, it's not a fantasy soapbox. It's a human soapbox.

[Jason Moore]

Okay.

[Andy Holloway]

Pride is a killer. Pride is going to kill you. You swallow your pride whenever you can and you eat it, and you will be better off for it. And so I believe that Case Keenum will be a far better option than Nick Foles. And it should be good for the Rams offense now, by far better. I mean, he'll be, you know, the quarterback, 26, 25. I'm not saying start Case Keenum, but I am definitely saying better than Nick Foles.

[Jason Moore]

And isn't there a bit of irony in the fact that now TJ Yates and Case Keno are getting starts this week, and somewhere Matt Schaub is remembering his backups.

[Andy Holloway]

You know, I don't want to go too far in what I say, but I like Case Keenum as a quarterback. I mean, I never thought he was. He just never got the respect that I believe he deserved with his play.

[Jason Moore]

Somewhere, he's recording this.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah.

[Jason Moore]

And going to play it back over and over again.

[Andy Holloway]

Well, Hakeem Nix has shown his face once more in the classic James Jones fashion. He is now signed by the Giants.

Probably meaningless, just taking the roster spot of Victor Cruz. No fantasy relevance.

Yep.

All right, Alan Hearns. There's been a lot of reports, if you've been following on various apps or Rota World, any of those places. Hearns had visited a specialist about his abdomen and there was concerns about sports, hernia surgery, those type of things. What's the latest on Hearns?

[Andy Holloway]

The latest on Hearns is that he is actually expected to play. It was looking highly doubtful, but the truth is, all year, Hearns has been injured all year. He has missed practice all year. As the weeks have gone on, every week, it's more and more likely that he's going to sit and he hasn't sat and he hasn't not been in the end zone the entire time.

[Jason Moore]

It's 7, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

[Andy Holloway]

6, 7 with a touchdown. So Alan Hearns is a guy that you do need to monitor. You need to make sure he's active, but if he's active, he's in your lineup. And so another public service announcement. When you have injured guys, you are so much more weary to put them in your wide receiver spot. You want them in your. In your flex spot because you feel like it gives you more flexibility. This is a Thursday night game. Put him. If you're going to start him, do not start him in your flex spot because then that takes. Come Sunday and some other injury happens during the week. Oh, no, I can't put a running back in there, which I needed to do. You know, put him in your wide receiver spot. Leave your flex open. Never start Thursday. Guys in that flex.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, completely. A great tip. Alan Hearns or Eric Decker this week?

[Andy Holloway]

Eric Decker.

He's your favorite player.

I love him so much. And he has a. Actually, both of these guys have a really good rest of season and a good fantasy playoff schedule. You know, there's so many questions. Who are you guys targeting in the playoffs? Both of those guys. Hearn scares me a little bit more because it's hard in the NFL to withstand that many injuries all year long and never actually miss the game. Decker is healthier, so I would prefer Decker, but both of these guys are guys that I would target because you can still somehow get them cheap. People don't always believe in those wide receiver twos.

[Jason Moore]

Now, last bit of news that I have here, they're on by this week, but the Browns have come out and said Johnny Manziel will be starting in ahead of Josh McCown. I'm not sure what to make of it. Manzel has looked okay and he offers fantasy owners his legs. He just offers them to you.

[Andy Holloway]

He says you can have them, you can shave them, you can do whatever.

[Jason Moore]

You want with them with Harry's, but yes. So Manziel last week is a pretty good example. He threw for some yardage, but he only had one touchdown pass.

[Andy Holloway]

He had a pick and a fumble and he still.

[Jason Moore]

But he ran for, you know, like.

[Andy Holloway]

20 yards, something like that.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah. So I don't know. They're trying to keep him in the pocket. He's playing okay. I don't have big expectations. I guess there's a chance he's a streamer one of these weeks.

[Andy Holloway]

Yep. I expect that as the year goes on, we will pick him to be a streaming candidate and he will perform great in certain matchups. They often are unless there's a major injury at the running back position. Speaking of major injuries, though, Julian Edelman is gone. Poof.

Poof. And he was kind of a running back through the air. Runs through the air with Bill Belichick on that team.

[Jason Moore]

That. You're right. So Danny Amendola thrust into the spotlight showed us a little of what to expect last week when Edelman went out because he went out early and Amendola was 10 for 79. And he's 21% owned in leagues right now. I am shooting myself for not signing him last week when I lost Dion Lewis because my head told me Amendola is the guy to grab and wait. Your roster.

[Andy Holloway]

I think your roster position requirements told you it need to be James White.

[Jason Moore]

I felt like I had to substitute running back for running back, and I kind of regret it because I'd rather have Amendola. And I did not foresee an injury coming, obviously, but this is a big deal. So would you sign him A and how high of A priority and then B, is he start worthy this week?

[Andy Holloway]

I. A, yes, I would sign him. I would put him as my first priority, depending on situation. Right. And that's something everyone listening. You know, we give the best advice we can, but everybody listening. You need to take what we say and then look at your team and make the right decisions. Yeah.

[Jason Moore]

Filter it through your league. Your master. What do you need?

[Andy Holloway]

Do you need a running back? Do you need a guy for this week or do you need a guy for long term? Because even at wide receiver, that changes. So that goes to question B. I think he has a great week this week against Buffalo. I would play him, I would start him. I wouldn't worry about this. Here's a little bit of Danny Amendola. Okay. He scores 1.6 fantasy points. This isn't a half point PPR, 1.6 fantasy points. Is that good or bad?

[Jason Moore]

Poor.

[Andy Holloway]

Okay. Dion Lewis was there for that game. Then the next game he scores 14. Good or bad?

[Jason Moore]

Good.

[Andy Holloway]

Good. Deon Lewis wasn't there. 18.6. Good. Bad. Pretty good. Dion Lewis wasn't there. Oh, Deon Lewis comes back, he gets 1.6.

[Jason Moore]

Yep.

A correlation because that short, quick passing game, what Brady needs to do, I mean, he cannot, much to my own fantasy team chagrin, he cannot throw it a Gronkowski on every single play.

Yeah. And so you know Amendola, great guy to have. He's going to have his bad games, but he can be one of those guys you get off of waivers that could put up a 25 point game and really win you a week. So he's got to be for me, I would have him as my top waiver priority this week.

[Jason Moore]

I agree with you completely. He's on a powerful offense, an offense on an undefeated team that has to kind of remake itself a little bit without Edelman and Lewis. And he's going to be a key cog. Brady loves him. He said he always makes big plays, which has been the case. And now he's going to have to do it more consistently. So I look for Amendola to fill in the gap mostly there. Lafel's target should increase. If not, you know, be fairly consistent. So Kamar Aiken is on our waiver wire pickup list because he's only owned in 45% of leagues.

[Andy Holloway]

Yes. Still. Still the majority of leagues have him on waivers now.

[Jason Moore]

Seven catches last week, his season high. No Steve Smith.

[Andy Holloway]

Yep. And that's what's going to happen. He's going. He's going to average 10 targets a game from here on out the rest of the season, which is just unheard of of finding that on the waivers because you don't really get wide receiver ones for an NFL team on the waivers. You can get him. So here's the difference between Danny Amendola and Kamar Aiken. Do you need a guy for this week and you need a spot start, then I would go with Danny Amendola. He can be plugged in your lineup.

[Jason Moore]

Much better matchup.

[Andy Holloway]

Much better matchup. In fact, Kamarikin might be involved in a new segment tomorrow. Just a little spoiler for our Wednesday show, our revamped Wednesday show.

But Kamar Aiken, rest of season, if you need a wide receiver that you can rely on from here on out, I would put Aiken actually above Amadola. Would you?

Because I expect more targets and more consistency. Amidola, I still think is going to have his up games and his down games and it's going to be really hard to predict, as it always is with the Patriots because you just don't know what Uncle Billy's going to do.

All right. Michael Floyd flashed on Sunday Night Football in a big way.

But then it was marred by a hamstring injury.

Yeah, he would have, he would have gone for, you know, he would have.

Two or three more catches at least because Jaron Brown came in and took those. Floyd 7 for 113, two touchdowns on the radar. And just to make it more obvious his relevance, John Brown decided to go zero.

Yeah. Just goose egg. That's what I was going to bring up. It seems to to me that Michael Floyd has overtaken that number two spot. Bruce Arians actually said.

[Jason Moore]

Well, and John Brown. Yeah, yeah.

[Andy Holloway]

But I mean even before Floyd got back, he. He basically said that Floyd was going to take that spot and. And that John Brown would go to that wide receiver. 3. We weren't sure if that was true, but it seemed to happen. So if he's healthy, definitely a valuable ad, I would grab him on the waivers behind those guys.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, yeah. And you need to monitor his injury situation for the upcoming game because he's a Sunday night game against Cincinnati this week. And so starting him, you need to watch practice reports and listen to the show.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah. So let's go deeper. Let's say you're in a league that's super competitive. Those guys have been on my teams for weeks.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah. And that's your voice that. Well, only those people.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, I'm competitive. Fattest football player. You think those available in my league. You got crazy.

All right. So going deeper, Dwayne Harris is somebody I want to bring up on the show because I don't want to ignore production. You might ignore depth chart spot, you might ignore, you know, different things. About his target numbers and consistency of catches.

Five receptions, six receptions against New England last week, six for 82 and a touchdown two, three weeks ago against New Orleans. Two touchdowns. Okay. He's being involved now. He's got a couple games in there that make you really not want to start him. You know, over the last seven weeks, he's had five double digit games and then two games that were basically goose eggs. So you're playing with fire a little bit. But I, I don't want to ignore production. He's got to buy, so maybe you wait. I don't think you got to go. He'll be ignored in a lot of leagues. So if you need a start in the future, in the right matchup, just keep him on your radar. That's all I wanted to say.

He had a bad game last week, but you know, that was his first game back for a while and he was the third wide receiver. Right. So if Alan Hearns is gone and he is out of this game, you also have what's his face is Brian Walters.

Do you have Brian Walter been in that third spot. He has a concussion, so you literally might not have your second and your third. So if you're looking for a spot.

If Helen Hearns is out, if you're a Hearns owner and you want a start for your Thursday night game, grab him. And I think I would be confident starting him if Hearns was out.

You know, my biggest worry about Hearns being out is the impact it has on Bortles because obviously the touchdown numbers have been there for Hearns every week. Where do those go? You know, Julius Thomas hasn't been involved very much. Is it going to be Marquis Lee? It could be. You know, you're going to always put your best guy on Allen Robinson and let the chips fall where they may on that offense. And if Yelden's gone as well, if.

[Andy Holloway]

You lose Yelden, your wide receiver two and your wide receiver three, I don't think you put your best guy on Alan Robinson. I think you put your best two guys on Allen Robinson. You just take him out of the game. In which case Thursday night, which seems like a juicy matchup of, you know, Blake Bortles has been throwing a lot of yards. I think it could be a trap game where it's a really low scoring affair on a short week, you know.

[Jason Moore]

Dorial Green Beckham was hot this last week and he put up zero catches for zero yards and will be going back on the waivers to many a person. But people don't realize that was the Josh Norman effect against Carolina. He shuts down the best. And Doyle Green Beckham is not the best. So if those other two wide receivers are gone. I like DGB this week.

I agree with you. But would you start him over Kamara Aiken?

[Andy Holloway]

Yes.

[Jason Moore]

This week against the. Aiken goes up against the Rams. He's got Jenkins.

Yep. I would start DGB now.

That's assuming that Kendall Wright is not.

I have that decision to make in one of my leagues.

So I'm just trying to help me out. All right. A couple other guys just want to mention them. If Golden Tate has slipped onto your waiver wire, I'd pay attention to him a little bit. He's got a good matchup this week against Oakland. Also, Lance Moore keeps scoring touchdowns, so I think I like Tate more than.

Moore, but he gets more targets, and you just can't predict those touchdowns, so you got to go with tape.

[Jason Moore]

And then I want to mention the number two in Baltimore now, Chris Givens, who's building some rapport with Joe Flacco this week. Honestly, if Kamar Akin gets the number one DB in St. Louis, Chris Givens might have some targets. But what we've seen from Flacco is that he tends to dump the ball to the running back or the fullback or the Crockett Gilmores of the world, which we'll bring up. And at that point in time, I just don't know how much you could. But deeper leagues.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah.

[Jason Moore]

You want to talk running backs.

[Andy Holloway]

That's everyone's favorite position. Probably the most important position.

[Jason Moore]

All right. The forgotten guy is Sean Drone Chandrone, because he had kind of a surprising good game.

[Andy Holloway]

He was the used man. He was the. He was the guy that got the carries for the San Francisco 49ers. You didn't know who it was going to be with all the injuries there.

[Jason Moore]

Two weeks ago, though.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah. Because they were on by.

[Jason Moore]

Right.

[Andy Holloway]

So they go to buy. And you forget who Sean Drone is. So the real question for me in whether or not you like Sean Drone this week is Carlos Hyde. What is. You know, we got to monitor and see if Carlos Hyde is actually going to be practicing this week, if he's going to be playing this week, because obviously, if he plays, Sean Drone's worthless.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah. I mean, that is. That is completely the truth. If you're in a pinch and, you know, height is out, they say he's feeling better. He's day to day. That's the reports. Right. But we're coming through a bye week, and we need to see what he does this week. I don't. I don't think Carlos Hyde plays this week. And so let's pretend Carlos Hyde is rolled out. You could kind of throw him out there or. No. Because he's playing the Seahawks.

Yeah, exactly. So, you know, Sean Drone is a guy that we should talk about just so you know who he is for the future. But I was going to have you ask me what kind of faith I had in Sean Drone and what's.

[Jason Moore]

Okay, what kind of faith do you have in him?

[Andy Holloway]

None. Next, who else?

Here's some guys that I don't have a lot of faith in. Despite their numbers this past week. The Matt Jones, Alfred Morris dance, they're.

Going to be on a lot of waivers. They get a lot of use and this last week they put up a lot of yards. Andy, tell me why you don't have faith in that combo. And if you had to have faith in one, who would it be?

[Jason Moore]

I guess if I had to have faith in one, it's going to be Matt Jones because he's going to be involved slightly more in the passing game. Okay. Kris Thompson is really the passing game back. Jones is younger. Jones showed a big playability this past week that you just don't have with Alfred Morris. Alfred Morris isn't going to catch a screen pass and go 70 something yards for a touchdown. The reason I don't have a lot of confidence in them is because we've seen Matt Jones flash earlier in the year and just put up dud after dud after dud after dud after dud. The running game hadn't been able to perform and they faced New Orleans, who just fired Rob Ryan, by the way. Farewell, you silverback gorilla. And he. That's not nice at all. It just came out. I'm sure he'll get a job somewhere.

[Andy Holloway]

Because of his name.

[Jason Moore]

He's Rob Ryan. But anyway, I just don't have confidence in the running game going. If they have a game where they're running super well, then you have a game like this, you know, happened once this year.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah. And you know, when it's not going to happen. It's not going to happen this week against the Carolina Panthers.

[Jason Moore]

No.

[Andy Holloway]

So yeah, I agree.

[Jason Moore]

I'm not saying you don't sign them because there's not a lot of running backs that are available, but I dropped Matt Jones last week and I'm not resigning him.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, Matt Jones, if you want to sign him, he is a worthy sign to have on your roster in case of injury or good matchup. He's a potential. Here's what he is. He's a guy that you can stash on your bench and if you need a start in a week or in two weeks, let's say, you know, you've.

[Jason Moore]

Got an injury and he's in a good matchup.

[Andy Holloway]

He's a guy that when you put out, sure, he could put up two points but he could also put up 20 on some breakaway run. So he's worth having.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, he's the classic case of if you chase the points with Morris or Jones this week, you're going to be bummed. You're going to go, oh, my gosh. That's what the amateur fantasy football player is going to do, is they're going to sign Matt Jones and start him this week because he scored what he did last week.

[Andy Holloway]

And no one that listens to our show is an amateur noob fantasy football player. Not by this point.

[Jason Moore]

Let the other guys in your league sign him and play him against you.

[Andy Holloway]

If you want to sign him, no problem with that. Do not play him.

[Jason Moore]

All right. I want to bring up James White again. I know he didn't have a big week last week, but the truth is he was on the field. James White, running back for the New England Patriots. He was on the field for 28 snaps. LeGarrett Blount was on the field for 38 snaps. Okay, that should tell you something. James White is being involved a little bit more. He had a reception, very few touches. I think he had two touches in the game. That being said, you just lost Edelman. My opinion is if this team has to start leaning on additional pieces, he's going to be involved. I think he's worth a flyer if you're running back. If you're in a deeper league with running back needs, I agree.

[Andy Holloway]

I would take James White over Matt Jones, Alfred Morris, Sean Drone, all of those guys. James White would easily be my number one claim. Even if I'm. Even if I'm just saying, who do I start this week? I would prefer James White over the other guys. Just this week and rest of season is definitely the first.

[Jason Moore]

All right, so what do we do with the TJ Eldon situation in the waiver wire? Because if you're a Yelden owner. Do you now handcuff him?

[Andy Holloway]

I think you do. I think Denard Robinson, we saw him get injured a little bit earlier this year. TJ Yelden wasn't sure if he was going to play and Denard got, you know, like seven carries. Toby Gerhardt was used. But then what happened? Toby Gerhardt had his infamous four time.

[Jason Moore]

Stuff on the goal line.

[Andy Holloway]

Four stuff in a row on the goal line. What happened after that? You had some coaching changes. What happened after that? You get two healthy scratches of Toby Gerhardt. Healthy.

[Jason Moore]

I like a healthy scratch.

[Andy Holloway]

Healthy scratches. Not active for the game. They said, you know, Denard Robinson is the backup here. So now while I expect if. If Yelden is out, Gerhardt's going to be active. Gerhardt will get some touches because they have to have, you know, another running back to spell him. But I think it's going to be Denard Robinson. He looked great in preseason last year when he came in based on injury in front of him. He looked great. Jacksonville's not a great match. You think it is.

[Jason Moore]

You mean you meant Tennessee or.

[Andy Holloway]

Yes, Tennessee. Tennessee, you think is a great matchup because they're not that good of a team overall. They're actually pretty tough against the run. So I'm not. I'm not in love with Denard. However, I believe they play the Chargers the week after that, so this is a good time to sign him. If TJ Yelden's foot seems to be something that keeps him out for multiple weeks. I actually like Denard Robinson. I put him right behind James White for me. And if, you know, I.

[Jason Moore]

So quick, quick aside, then, because we're talking handcuffs. This is the time of year, it's week number 11 coming up. Playoffs are about to begin.

[Andy Holloway]

Playoffs.

[Jason Moore]

And we're really big on ensuring your roster to the sense that sign a handcuff that is relevant to your team. Okay. We're not really big on. Go try to figure out the handcuff for Latavius Murray. Okay. That's not a very fun situation right now because you don't know if it's going to be Taiwan Jones one week or Marcel Reese or the guy's name I can't even pronounce, Ola Walla. And those are the bad situations.

[Andy Holloway]

If you don't know who the handcuff.

[Jason Moore]

Is, don't worry about it.

[Andy Holloway]

There's no handcuff.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah. There's no handcuffs, so. But there are a number of handcuffs that I want to bring up. So Denard Robinson is attached to Yelden. The basic philosophy here is you're going to head into the playoffs. A lot of people have fab budgets that are spent out. Okay. Or close to spent out at this point in the season. So if you can sign your handcuff now, just do it.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, you got to sign the roster spot up before they're valuable, before other teams are even looking at them.

[Jason Moore]

And so you guys know this. If you're listening to the show with one of the big guys, you probably already have them. But Devonte Freeman, you're handcuffing him with Tevin Coleman.

[Andy Holloway]

Got it?

[Jason Moore]

No doubt. And he's your biggest number one handcuff, right.

[Andy Holloway]

Tevin Coleman is my Number one, handcuff. He is a good enough handcuff where.

[Jason Moore]

I think if Freeman went down.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah. If he's out there and you don't have Freeman, I would snake him. If you've got an open roster spot for him after that, I would go with Jay Ajayi. I think Ajayi has looked amazing. Now, the head coach came out and said, look, Lamar Miller is the guy. He is the starter, he is the workhorse.

[Jason Moore]

But the fact that conversation had to happen.

[Andy Holloway]

Exactly. Yeah.

[Jason Moore]

It tells you a guy's performing well and that they don't need to necessarily put the workload on Lamar Miller to the Instagram if he gets hurt.

[Andy Holloway]

Disclaimers are there for a reason. Every time you see a disclaimer, you go, I wonder what happened to make them have to say this. Well, that's what happened. Ajayi looks as good as he did in college, which was incredible. He's just a handcuff. If Miller gets injured, you got to have him.

[Jason Moore]

Here's a guy that might blow your mind. Tim Hightower. 11 carries for 46 yards last week. And honestly, he must. He's the Mark Ingram handcuff. Andy, uh. Oh, yeah.

[Andy Holloway]

I don't know who Tim Hightower is.

[Jason Moore]

That's not the voice of public opinion. That's the voice of ignorance.

[Andy Holloway]

No, I think that most all Cardinal fans. I think the voice of public opinion, you know, we. Yeah, as a Cardinal fan, we know Tim Hightower exactly.

[Jason Moore]

Because he rumbled into the end zone in the NFC title game to send us to the super bowl three weeks ago.

[Andy Holloway]

Tim Hightower wasn't even on a team. So.

[Jason Moore]

But the fact that, I mean, the Cardinals were not exactly in the super bowl last year. This was a long time ago. I. You know, Tim Hightower has fought back from injuries. He was resigned for some reason. CJ Spiller is just not the guy for that team.

[Andy Holloway]

I wonder if Drew Brees hates him or if he got hurt because of some missed pass protection.

[Jason Moore]

Do you think the coaching staff had CJ Spiller on their fantasy teams in recent years and that's what is going on?

[Andy Holloway]

No, they wouldn't have signed him. Oh, good point to New Orleans. But C.J. spiller is clearly not the handcuff. So if now Ingram got hurt last game, I don't know if you realize that. He started the game on fire, had like 98 yards and a couple of carries, and they didn't play for a bunch of. That game came in a little bit later in the fourth quarter, which is great for just injury purposes. I don't expect him to miss any time, but he does have a history of injuries and.

[Jason Moore]

And he's had a lot of carries this year.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah. So Hightower might be worth someone now.

[Jason Moore]

That being said, I don't know who I'd rather have to be honest.

[Andy Holloway]

Between them, I would rather. If Ingram goes down, I think Hightower is a worthy start and, and, and he will be fine. But I'm not going to roster Hightower.

[Jason Moore]

Right.

[Andy Holloway]

I don't think he's a handcuff the way we're talking about. You don't. You're not sure, then he's not one.

[Jason Moore]

Okay, so another situation then. Adrian Peterson, do you handcuff him with McKinnon?

[Andy Holloway]

I don't, but that would be the guy if you were to handcuff him. McKinnon. I think it's going to be McKinnon and Asiata in a split.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, we saw that before. It wasn't great.

[Andy Holloway]

Right.

[Jason Moore]

McKinnon is a. Is the better talent. Justin, for set, you got to have him handcuffed. You got to have Javarius Allen on your roster. He's another guy.

[Andy Holloway]

I think Charles Sims is a guy you have to have. If you've got Doug Martin.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah.

[Andy Holloway]

Doug Martin goes down, Charles Sims is going to be great.

[Jason Moore]

That's a hard one, though, because Sims has been startable in a lot of leagues and he's probably signed by somebody else. You got Thomas Rawls from Marshawn Lynch. He's obviously shown that he can. I mean, I think Rawls is a guy in dynasty leagues you need to look at because lynch is going to move on from this team eventually. And Rawls has just shown a ferocity and an ability to kind of be a mini lynch out there with some breakaway speed. I'm really impressed with him. Gore. Frank Gore in Indianapolis. It's going to be tough sledding on that offense, but you got to have him handcuffed, don't you?

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah. Ahmad Bradshaw is the clear guy. They cut Josh Robinson because Ahmad Bradshaw is a fully capable workhorse back should Gore go down. So that being said, I would try to hold off a couple weeks if you need that roster spot just because Andrew Luck's not there. So it's going to hurt the whole offense.

[Jason Moore]

All right. Shady McCoy, we've talked about him already. You know, Carlos Williams is probably signed in your league, hopefully by you, but he really ensures that backfield. If you have McCoy and Carlos Williams, you probably are very confident moving forward into the playoff.

All right, let's move on to the waiver wire at the tight end position. One guy that kind of stands out to me that we got to see a little bit more of this week was Crocky Gilmore. He's been brought up on the show before, but now Steve Smith is gone. There's a reliance on Crockett Gilmore in the offense.

[Andy Holloway]

I love Crockett Gilmore and not just.

[Jason Moore]

Because his name is Crockett, but mostly.

[Andy Holloway]

But mostly, you know, he gets targets.

[Jason Moore]

Joe Flacco, what are his odds on a coming on party this week?

[Andy Holloway]

I think they're. I think they're decent. Crockett Gilmore should have. Now he goes up against the Rams. The Rams are usually pretty good against the tight end. Obviously Zach Miller ate them alive this last week, but that was on some, some broken plays. So Crockett Gilmore is a guy you can sign. You could start for me. You want to know who I would sign over him would be Eric Ebron.

[Jason Moore]

Absolutely.

[Andy Holloway]

Ebron had a terrible game. Had a case of the butterfingers like crazy.

[Jason Moore]

So they call those the Mike Evans now.

[Andy Holloway]

You know, I wanted to bring this up, Tyler Eiford last night. You talk about drops. I mean disgusting super drops. He had three of them.

[Jason Moore]

Oh, and they were crucial. They were like third down drops going down the field.

[Andy Holloway]

Three of them. Do you realize how many six is in a game for Mike?

[Jason Moore]

Oh, you talking about Wayne Evans.

[Andy Holloway]

He had double that egregious amount of drops anyways. That was just amazing. No, Eric Ebron. Here's the deal. He still gets a lot of targets. He had eight targets last game. He's heavily used in the passing game. And this week he goes up against the Oakland Raiders who minus one week have been a six sieve to the tight end position. So I love Eric Ebron this week.

[Jason Moore]

As a waiver signing and as a streaming.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, I probably have him as a top five tight end this week.

[Jason Moore]

Really?

[Andy Holloway]

Probably.

[Jason Moore]

Really?

[Andy Holloway]

I haven't done my rankings yet, but.

[Jason Moore]

I'm guessing bold, my friend.

[Andy Holloway]

I don't think it's that bold. He's been good on the year and he's going up against the worst defense against tight ends. How do you not give him a touchdown?

[Jason Moore]

Yeah. Yeah. So it's more matchup.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah.

[Jason Moore]

And enough usage. So let's talk about quarterbacks. The guy that's standing out to me Obviously is. Jay Cutler is available in a lot of leagues and he's just been very, very consistent. He's found another weapon in Zach Miller. He's got Bennett, he's got Jeffrey that's been back and mostly healthy. And Langford is obviously giving him points out of the backfield on the passing game. And you're going to get that from Forte when he comes back. I'm surprised, I'll be honest with you. This team seemed like it was in crash and burn mode.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, I thought they were going to be playing for a new quarterback, and now it seems like they've got theirs.

[Jason Moore]

He's certainly playing well. He's got the Broncos this week.

[Andy Holloway]

Ouch.

[Jason Moore]

But his playoff schedules, Washington, Minnesota, Tampa Bay. It's not the end of the world.

[Andy Holloway]

That's far from the end of the world. That's gorgeous. Yeah, Minnesota is not that great. But Washington and Tampa bay in weeks 14 and 16 feast.

[Jason Moore]

So Cutler this week against the Broncos. Aki to leave his back. Are you sitting him or are you staying in the flames? Because this is a perfect example of.

[Andy Holloway]

Perfect example of staying in the Flames.

[Jason Moore]

He's been playing so well that maybe, you know, maybe Oswald gives him a short field a couple times. Look at mistakes.

[Andy Holloway]

You bench him against the Rams and you did and you got burned because he was continuing to play great. The difference to me is that it's in Chicago that it was broken plays a lot of what happened. So if you watch the game, he looks great. From an NFL quarterback standpoint, I am really liking what I see from Jay Cutler this year, but I grab him. I sign him off of waivers as a stash for the playoffs and as a streaming going forward. But I don't play him this week. You know who I do play this week? You'll find out in just a second on our streams of the week. So let's talk.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, we'll skip that. Defenses, the Brayers, the Brears. The Bears have the Broncos at home without Peyton. You know, when there's a new guy coming in, there's always opportunity for a mistake or a fumble, those type of things. Their offense obviously was very bad last week. So I think that the Bears are a really great streaming play. I really am on board with that. Jacksonville plays Tennessee on Thursday Night Football. I don't know how I feel about that one.

[Andy Holloway]

Well, I mean, you got a lot of missing weapons for the Titans. I'm not in love with that. But, you know, you've seen the Titans give up a lot to fantasy Ds. That's A, that's a high risk, high reward type of game because they could score negative or they could end up with 15 Thursday night games. You get a lot of bad offense. Bad offense leads to mistakes, to turnovers. So, you know, how about the Falcons against the luckless Colts? What do you think?

[Jason Moore]

I'm okay with it. I like that they're at home. If they, if this game was flipped, if it was in Indianapolis, I would not probably want to stream them, but it's okay. I mean Hasselbeck has shown some ability to get things done in that offense, but I doubt high scoring is involved. So I think you got a baseline with Atlanta.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah. Yeah.

[Jason Moore]

So. All right, let's go ahead and take a few minutes, tell you which quarterback streamers that we are on board with this week. And you know, there are some interesting names, especially Jason's.

[Andy Holloway]

I like one of the reasons that you like this guy this week, the last reason you have listed on our show, Doc.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah.

[Jason Moore]

So talk to us about your stream of the week.

[Andy Holloway]

Okay.

[Jason Moore]

I'm amazed that he's allowed to be your stream of the week, let's just put it that way. But I mean it is what it is.

[Andy Holloway]

But it is really true. He is available in the majority of leagues. He is available in almost 60% of leagues. You can go right now on your waivers and sign Tony Romo. He is a streaming candidate because in most leagues you can stream him. Now once you have him, you will probably keep him and probably play him. But grab him, he's one of the highest, he should be one of the highest waiver claims this week. If he's on your waivers, you should be checking him out. If you've got a great quarterback. I mean, we talked about handcuffing your running back position. Let's say you've got Aaron Rodgers and you like him. You know, normally we don't say, well go get Jay Cutler and put him on your bench just in case. But Tony Romo is, you know, when he's playing and he's healthy and he's got Des healthy, which he does now, you know, he's a, he's a top.

[Jason Moore]

What's the reason you put in there?

[Andy Holloway]

So here's what I got. I got he needs to win. The Dallas Cowboys need to win. He has Des back. And the final one, which I think is what you're talking about. Yeah. Is he's Tony Romo.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah.

[Andy Holloway]

Now he's also playing against Miami, a winnable defense. So hopefully he can be the Kirk Cousins Pick of last week, this week.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah. And just highlight the kind of situation for Romo. He is eligible to return this week from injury and it is expected he'll be back this week. We don't have confirmation yet. Is that correct?

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, I mean, I guess he has not been marked active, but he was leading the practice squad last week, the scouting squad, as a quarterback. They say the bone is completely healed. Everything said. I mean, I don't see him not playing so much so that I made him my stream of the week.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah. And I believe Ed Werder reported that he will play on Sunday against the Dolphins. So. Yeah. Stream of the week. Tony Romo from Jason. I've got. I'm cheating. Okay.

[Andy Holloway]

I felt like I was cheating.

[Jason Moore]

I know I'm cheating a little bit too. My, my technical stream of the week is Matt Stafford, which is a painful thing to even say out loud. There wasn't a lot of options. I love this week, but I do like him at home. He had a pretty good week last week. I like Golden Tate coming back this week. I think that game's going to be more prolific and he was competent last week. So Matt Stafford is at home against Oakland. I don't mind that they're coming off a big win and obviously you've got Calvin Johnson involved in that. However, I want to mention Russell Wilson. Okay. Because he is owned in more leagues. That made him, you know, he wasn't eligible for the stream of the week, but he's not started in very many.

[Andy Holloway]

Right.

[Jason Moore]

Okay. He was started in 39% of leagues. And so Russell Wilson sitting on your bench. And so if he's sitting on your bench, put him in the lineup and he's a stream. You know, you're streaming quarterbacks. This is a week I love him. He's at home. They came off a tough loss against the Cardinals. He is facing San Francisco in Seattle. They Give up the 11th most points to fantasy quarterbacks. I just think he has a baseline for you with his rushing attack, you know, his, his legs.

[Andy Holloway]

Very safe play with a high ceiling. I mean, what do you want more than that? And we have a stream of the week from Mike.

[Jason Moore]

We do.

[Andy Holloway]

We do.

[Jason Moore]

Did you reach out?

[Andy Holloway]

No, but he put it in the doc and that's for this week.

[Jason Moore]

Oh, we do have one Mike coming through with the Mike saying Ryan, the Disneyland pick.

[Andy Holloway]

Fitzpatrick says Houston could have an emotional letdown and Fitz has been a steady but low end number one quarterback. I love this. In fact, he mentions another guy. Fitzpatrick and this other guy were both in consideration when I chose Tony Romo. But the other guy is Mark Sanchez. Mark Sanchez is going to be at home. He gets Tampa Bay a winnable.

[Jason Moore]

I don't mind it. I don't mind it.

[Andy Holloway]

You know, he could put up points. So if you're, you know, a lot of these things, if you're in a two quarterback league, you know, maybe Mark Sanchez is definitely going to be on the wire.

[Jason Moore]

So let's put these guys in order for the, for the fun of it. Romo, Stafford, Fitzpatrick, Sanchez. How would you rank them?

[Andy Holloway]

Staff? I would go Romo.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah.

[Andy Holloway]

Fitzpatrick.

[Jason Moore]

Okay.

[Andy Holloway]

Stafford, Sanchez.

[Jason Moore]

All right. Yeah, I guess I have to go. I still think Romo is the better pick there. So I'd go Romo, Stafford, Sanchez, Fitzpatrick, myself. So some different streaming options for you. Obviously, last week was a big week with Kirk Cousins.

[Andy Holloway]

Those were his phasers.

[Jason Moore]

His phasers, yes. Unfortunately for the world of the fantasy football world, the Saints aren't playing this week.

[Andy Holloway]

I know.

And so you can't just pick the opposing quarterback. To the Saints. That was our cheat code.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, that was a.

Well, at least it was lasted. It was for Kirk Cousins.

But you know who you look to after that? Who's playing? The New York Giants.

[Jason Moore]

What about the guy playing the Browns?

[Andy Holloway]

I know. Seriously.
