You have teams beginning to negotiate with free agents on Tuesday of next week, March 7th, and then on the 9th, they can begin to sign. So next week is exciting. Next week is going to be fun.

And today we're going to predict the destinations for some of the big names. Alshon, Jeffrey and many others. So very excited for that. And we'll see. We'll see who's the most, you know, who can see the future.

Yes. Quick question of the day. Josh Gordon is applying for reinstatement.

I know what it's like to apply for things a lot and get rejected.

If he is back, where does he go? And is he worth the risk in fantasy? Here's the reminder, right, the token reminder. 87 for 1,646 yards and nine touchdowns back in 2013.

That reminder. I was going to say that reminder keeps getting a little less important every year that goes on. That was now four years ago. And also he's not going to get reinstated.

I don't think so. I think the. The last time, which was already time after time, you know, time after time. That's.

They have the money, the cap space. They have a quarterback that might be an interesting piece to add to their two already good wide receivers.

Yeah, I would. I mean I lean that he would be reinstated but I don't know if the Raiders, that's tough. I mean he's going to play like the slot or something. I mean you have Crabtree and Cooper there.

All right, let's start with some news that broke this morning. ESPN's Chris Mortensen is reporting. These Saints are discussing a trade involving Brandon Cooks with both the Titans and the Eagles, two teams that are looking for a wide receiver.

There was a lot or there has been a lot of smoke on the Brandon Cook side of things and just I believe even started last offseason of just. Well, should they trade him? What are you talking about? You have your first round pick. You traded up to get him. He's produced, he's been a good part of your team. But just way too many reports of will the Saints be trading Brandon Cooks? They're looking to move and you know they're fired.

You know they're fire. This is the type of team that is absolutely. They shipped out Jimmy Graham when he.

Was peak Kenny Stills.

[Andy Holloway]

Kenny Stills was a guy that Mike and I really believed in. We'll talk about him later. But he was what, 23, 22 when they shipped him out after having thousand yard season with the Saints, Darren Sprols.

Reggie Bush, both showing the door. Yeah, it's, you know, they drafted Michael Thomas. Michael Thomas. So very interesting. Let me put you to the test, Mike.

Because you said on our Overreactions episode that the Titans would land some receiver and that people would discount Rashard Matthews. So Brandon Cooks lands in Tennessee.

I would love it. Because the overreaction will come in hard and heavy for Brandon Cooks.

So you'd be still on the Ryan Matthews train.

You have Steve Smith leaving the. Obviously retiring this past year. You know. Do you buy into Mike Wallace over Perryman?

Just based on the rapport he seemed to have with Flacco so far.

And it was year six or seven when the rushing totals saw a significant drop. So it would. This, this doesn't shock me at all that if Cam is going to start taking care of his body. We saw what happened to him last year.

Would that, would that up any of the wide receivers there if he's forced to throw the ball more.

Let's give our projections. What we're going to do is kind of pick a team that we believe could sign the player and then what they would be as a fantasy commodity at that location is a fun episode. It's a fun one to make predictions. We all like hypothesizing and picturing players in different jerseys. So I'm going to kick it off. I think Alshon Jeffrey lands in San Francisco. I think it's the best destination for him. I think you have Kyle Shanahan coming in. You want to make a splash. They have the money to spend and I think if he goes to San Francisco, Kyle Shanahan can give him an, you know, the volume will be there to be in the wide receiver. One consideration, it's the back end of that wide receiver 112 to 15 range, so maybe a high 2. But San Francisco is the destination I have for him. They have the second most cap space in the league.

[Andy Holloway]

I think that would be a very good location for him, fantasy wise.

[Al Robinson]

Depends on the quarterback.

[Andy Holloway]

Certainly it will, but I mean, long term it will be. It will be good. I believe a great destination for him. A team that can afford him and that could put him in the role that he has truly thrived at would be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, because when he was playing with Brandon Marshall, Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffrey were an incredible duo. And if he can go and sit there and across the field is Mike Evans. The Bucks have to spend their giant cap money somewhere, and they've still got two years of Mike Evans on his rookie contract, which means they're not paying extravagantly for that position. You get Jameis Winston with a Mike Evans. Alshon Jeffrey. I would like all of those pieces.

[Jason Moore]

Mike's eyes light up with Jameis Winston.

[Al Robinson]

Yeah. And what on my Dynasty team. And actually, I like that for Mike Evans. I'm not one of the people who said, well, I need an Alpha and I need garbage around it because then.

[Jason Moore]

All the targets like Kenny Stills or something.

[Al Robinson]

Yeah, all the targets are force fed to the top guy. I like some of the covers being put on the other side of the field.

[Andy Holloway]

Absolutely. And that bears out. If you look at last year's top 12 wide receivers, you have, you know, Amari Cooper, Michael Crabtree doing well. Well, the problem, Devontae Adams wouldn't. When you've got those multiple good pieces, it just makes the offense better. You score more.

[Jason Moore]

All the logic makes sense. But when two Alphas are on one team, the problem becomes they want target. Yes, they want to produce at that level, but definitely a rumored destination. They have a ton of money. Mike, where do you have Alison Jeffrey landing?

[Al Robinson]

I've got him landed in Philadelphia. Him partnering up with what seems to be an up and coming quarterback. And Carson Wentz know that Philadelphia is in. They're a little tight with their, their cap, but as we know, teams, if they want to make something happen with the salary cap, they just, they make it happen. And Philadelphia is, they are absolutely in the market for number one. I would love this not only for, for Alshon's outlook moving forward, but I also think it would be a great bump for Jordan Matthews. I kind of talked, we just talked about. I like.

[Jason Moore]

He's definitely not more than one piece.

[Al Robinson]

Right from the slot and Jordan Matthews can get back to the role that he excels at.

[Jason Moore]

Sure. Okay, let's move on to Kenny Stills. I have Kenny Stills landing in Tampa, so I have him spending some of that money, probably overspending that money for Kenny Stills. Not that he's not a good wide receiver. Just that when a wide receiver enters this kind of a free agent class and the numbers get thrown around, he'll probably get paid a couple million more per year than what he's worth. But they can afford it. I think he goes there. He's a good compliment to Mike Evans and the rest of that offense. I admit there's a wide receiver three in fantasy though.

[Al Robinson]

Oh, come on.

Besmirch the name of Kenny Stills.

[Andy Holloway]

What do you have him as?

That was the Besmirch Stills. Yeah, well, I have him as a wide receiver three.

But here's the thing, because I have Kenny Stills going to the Los Angeles Rams.

And my note here is with my sadness, Kenny Stills will pack that in his suitcase as he travels across the country. And Jared Goff will do Jared Goff things and not get Kenny Stills the ball. Although, I mean, Jared Goff can throw, he can throw the ball far if there's one thing that he can do. So maybe Kenny Stills can be good for a couple of those, those touchdowns. Jason appears to be dying in the middle.

It was that garbage, that garbage that. It just got lodged in the throat for me with Kenny Stills. I think he is going to resign with Miami. He's already been on two teams. I think Adam Gase likes him. I think the Dolphins, they have said they would like to resign him. The question is, will someone crazy overspend for him? Because if Tampa Bay throws the couple extra million dollars that he does not deserve and they give him that $12 million a year, then sure, he's gone. If not, I think that the Dolphins can resign him for, you know, 10 million a year, 9 million a year, too much money.

[Al Robinson]

It's not 700 yards, nine touchdowns.

[Andy Holloway]

I think I have said this in our studio off air before, but the Dolphins offense is to me something to watch out for. Because you saw year one when Kyle Shanahan went to Atlanta. Their offense was, it was all right, it was top half, but it was nothing prolific. Matt Ryan was the 22nd ranked quarterback. Adam Gaze is the same type of legitimate offensive mind, new generation type of coach. And he's coming into a team where this last year they were working some kinks out this next year, year two in that system. Ryan, Tannehill, Landry, Stills, I think they've got the weapons with the jai and I'm excited to see what the, what that offense can do. That being said, if he resigns, I see him as a wide receiver. 3 creeping on the wide receiver.

[Al Robinson]

Let's talk Desean Jackson. Let's talk to Sean Jackson. I think he returns home. I think he's the guy that goes back to Philadelphia. Wide receiver, two in Philly, same D jacks, right? The big games and the disappearing games and the occasionally injured games. So that's my home for DJax. Where do you got a mike?

[Al Robinson]

The nice thing for desean Jackson is we were talking about this. He's. He's still got it. Oh yeah, he still is desean Jackson.

[Jason Moore]

And once he doesn't have it, we will know because teams won't want the rest of the package. Yeah, right. You know, you don't just take along the attitude and the Things that you get with Djax, unless he still has it. So if he gets paid, you know, he still has it.

[Al Robinson]

There's one thing that we agree on here is apparently that Tampa Bay is going to sign one of these free agent wide receivers. Because I'm buying into the narrative of the rumors that desean Jackson is going to go down to Tampa Bay. I would love Alshon down there. I just am not sure that they want to run into that. The money problem that you're going to have to pay Alshon and you will have to pay Evans in a couple years. I think they can get a slightly cheaper deal for desean Jackson and shorter. It's just that would be a monster boost. Monster boost for that offense.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, that would be good. I like Andy, have him going home, except I have him going back to Washington. I don't. I think they're going to sign one of Pierre Garcon or DeSean Jackson. I don't think both are going to leave. They certainly could. I looked around and I just could not find a good landing spot for desean. The one that I want him to go to is Carolina. I think it would be great there to stretch the field with the strong arm of Cam Newton. But historically Carolina does not pay for wide receivers. They've been bottom five the last several years in, you know, as far as percentage of their cap going to wide receivers.

[Jason Moore]

All right, 28 year old Kenny Britt.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah.

Still just 28 years old. Mike and I share the same destination for Kenny Britt.

I've got him going to Washington. Kenny Britt is going to be the diamond in the rough of this free agent class. I think that he's going to be overlooked. He's going to be overlooked by the general public. Kenny Britt had over 1,000 yards last year on the ramp, on the ramps with Jeff Fisher, with Case Keenum, Jared Goff. Jared Goff, an abomination of. Of an offense. Terrible Todd Gurley. I went full Trump right there. Terrible Todd Gurley was stinking up the joint and somehow Kenny Britt still managed to put up a solid season. He's a Jeff Fisher guy. So I just. There's all the talk is that the Rams will not bring him back.

[Jason Moore]

They admitted this morning that they're not. They're not going to pretty much that he's going to hit free agency and well, they're trying to aim for this life partner for Jared Goff right now. Okay. And Kenny Britt is. Doesn't represent that. And so that's why they're going to let him go. He was the best receiver on that roster. He was force fed the ball.

[Al Robinson]

They just, they like the name Kenny. That's why they're going to replace him with Kenny Stilts.

[Jason Moore]

Okay. Okay. That's strong. Strong analysis from Mike. Another reason why he's unverified. All right, I have. If Brit goes to Washington, I see him as a wide receiver. 3. Mike, you see him as a 2. Jason has him returning home.

I do. I have him going back to home. In Tennessee where they know he was a good wide receiver. They need another wide receiver.

Exactly. He's a beast of a man. He's had great seasons for fantasy before. He just put up a pretty decent. Yes, but he put up a pretty decent fantasy season this last year. I was starting in many, many weeks and happy to do so with Jared Goff if he were to be able to go to a team like Tennessee and pair with Marcus Mariota. I think, I don't think his draft value is going to soar and I think he's going to be a very good value.

So Kenny Brett is the.

I agree with Mike. He's the bargain. He's the bargain on the free agent market.

My question for you is, as Kenny Britt, you have him at Washington, you feel like he's a wide receiver. Three. So who was the one there?

Okay. Because Kirk Cousins. Kirk Cousins had almost 5,000 yards.

Let's talk two more wide receivers before we turn to the big names at the running back position. Let's talk Pierre Garcon. Let's talk Terrell Pryor. I'll start with the latter. Terrell Pryor. I see him just staying in Cleveland. I see him as a wide receiver, too, due to the inconsistency at the quarterback position. But I think Hugh Jackson likes Draw Prior. He had a big hand some.

The only one who does.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, he had a big hand in the transition from him being a quarterback into a wide receiver. It paid off big last year. To me, it's. I would say my confidence level of all these picks is the highest that Charles Pryor goes back to Cleveland.

[Al Robinson]

Yeah, I'm on board with that. I have him going back. I just. I don't think anyone. It's reported he's trying to get 10 to 11 million dollars. I don't see people lining up for.

[Jason Moore]

A guy who $106 million of cap space.

[Al Robinson]

Yeah, the Browns. I don't know. I thought there was rules about how much cap you had to spend. And yet the Browns are over there just sitting on their Scrooge McDuck bank vault as their team stinks into eternity.

[Andy Holloway]

I think they'll make a run. And you guys are probably right that he'll go back to Cleveland. That was my auto. You know, I started to type that in. But the more that I thought about, I mean, if he is 10 million a year, he is like a Kenny Brett. He's not replaceable. He is a freak athlete. And you saw some real good signs of him being a quality wide receiver last year for the hapless Browns. So I have him maybe getting that contract from the San Francisco 49ers and saying, hey, with Kyle Shanahan, let me get this crazy freak athlete wide receiver. I mean, he's no Julio Jones, right, coming from Atlanta, but you've got a young piece. And while the Browns do have the most cap space in the league, the second Most is the 49ers. So they've got the money to spend on the possibility of a real superstar type wide receiver.

[Al Robinson]

Well, Taro Pryor is not that young.

[Andy Holloway]

He's not that young, but he is that freakishly good.

[Al Robinson]

He will be 28 entering the season.

[Jason Moore]

All right, let's talk Pierre Garcon. I think if Brit is a bargain, Garcon is going to be a bargain, especially for a team that wants to contend and add a piece that is probably less expensive than, you know, you talk about Kenny Stills wanting how much?

[Al Robinson]

12 or. We don't know what he wants. He probably wants 25.

[Jason Moore]

Well, okay. But Garcon is going to cost eight or nine at this stage in his career. I see Baltimore as a great destination for him. A stabilizer, somebody that you can lean on. You saw Derek Mason and Joe Flacco and that relationship earlier in his career.

[Al Robinson]

How much is this related to Anquan Bolden's success?

[Jason Moore]

Oh, and Bolden, that's another great example. I mean, sure handed, great route runner, team leader, somebody that Harbaugh I think would really love. You know, Baltimore is the place that I think he can go and have an instant impact, replace Steve Smith as that veteran leader. So I'll go with Baltimore for Pierre Garcon. I think there are a lot of good destinations for him though.

[Andy Holloway]

I love the Baltimore pick. I'm actually going to go with Baltimore as well because I think he wants to go to a decent team. But I'll throw out the Chicago Bears. You know, when you're in the stage of your career where it's like maybe you get one giant contract left, you might go and take the money and the Bears are going to lose Alshon and they've got a lot of free agents, so he could end up in Chicago.

[Al Robinson]

I'm going a team that has really not been discussed much with any fantasy or any free agent action. That's the Buffalo Bills. And the Buffalo Bills, I mean, yeah, you got Sammy Watkins, but Robert woods, free agent Marquis Goodwin, free agent Justin Hunter, who they had caught a couple touchdowns here and there. Free agent. I mean, their, their wide receiver core, much like Chicago could be depleted by free agency. And I think that Pierre Garcon would be a fantastic combination with Sammy Watkins. You have the, you have the fire and the ice. Because I'm calling Pierre Garcon ice because he's just. I appreciate that. Just because he's reliable possession receiver to go with the, with the big play guy. I think that would be a fantastic move for Buffalo.

[Jason Moore]

All right, let's move on to the running backs. Let's talk about Jamal Charles. We brought him up in the news and notes. I have Jamal Charles not re signing with Kansas City, although I think that's a possibility. He wants to play for a winner.

[Andy Holloway]

Yes.

I look at what teams around the league would consider bringing him in and I think Seattle is a great destination for him. I don't think Jamal Charles is going to be expensive by any means. And you look at a team that struggled with a. Using a myriad of backs last year. You know, Rawls was injured, Pro size was injured.

[Andy Holloway]

You need Mike.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, see, Mike was there for a little while. You have some younger players. I think Jamal Charles going to Seattle is a great option. Fantasy wise. I don't think he's anything more than a wide receiver. I mean a running back. Three in a perfect scenario.

I would be very sad if he went to Seattle.

[Jason Moore]

Sad for whom?

For Jamal Charles. Okay.

You have a team that's one year removed from the Super Bowl. He wants to go to a winner. And while I would love to see. I mean, better not go to Carolina. I wanted to put him on the Patriots, but, you know, he's got so many skill sets, you know, similar to the Dion Lewis and the James White.

[Jason Moore]

You just call that backfield injured reserve. That's what you call that, the injured reserve. All right, let's talk Latavius Murray. Okay. Okay. You still in love with Latavius Murray, Jason, or were you in love with that O line? Because I don't think. I think Latavius Murray gets paid a little bit. Lands in Minnesota and runs for about three a carry this year.

[Al Robinson]

Three a carry is. That's the rosy side?

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, in Minnesota. That's really good. I think AP ran for like 1.9 a carry in Minnesota.

And I'm. I'm with Andy. I got Latavius going to Minnesota. They know that Jerick McKinnon is not the answer. Asiata, I believe, is a free agent. We'll see if they bring him back. But I have him as a. I have. I would have Murray as a 2 if he goes to Minnesota. Is that O line is atrocious. They just. You can't run the ball unless if Jericho McKinnon will continue to be that the space back the satellite guy and Murray is not getting his dumped. A bunch of targets then running back to. Who's going to disappoint you a lot.

I'm going to spoil a couple of my free agent running back picks because I've got. And this has happened before, but I have a triangle of three teams that are all shifting the running back one team. I have swapsies, swapsies. I've got Latavius Murray landing in Green Bay. I think that he does a lot of what they want. He can be the bigger back like, you know, like an Eddie Lacy was. He could catch the ball like a James Starks did from time to time. They've got a great offensive line. He could pass block as well. So I think if he goes there, if he ends up in Green Bay, I've got him as a running back one. I think that would be good. I think they would be able to pay for him. They have a lot. I mean they have no money right now to the running backs. They have pretty much time Montgomery and no other running back on the roster.

[Jason Moore]

There Is pressure on the general manager there in Green Bay to spend some money and not waste away these Aaron Rodgers years. They are traditionally unpacker like, yeah, they're very conservative in the free agent spending, although I think you don't have to spend that much to bring in a guy like Latavius if you choose him over Eddie Lacy, who we'll talk about next because we have all these picks completely reversed here because I have Mike and I have Eddie Lacey staying in Green Bay. You have a team that you have to objectively look as Adrian Peterson will for a contender. They're absolutely a contender. You look for a team that does not need him to carry the full load, but he could if he had one of those, you know, AP type of years where he gets into great shape, has the potential to do it. I think he can come right in. You have an amazing offensive line, the inverse of what he had in Minnesota. And they have. I think he comes in, he could be an RB2, RB3, and he could go to Oakland.

It would not surprise me if he can go. If he goes to Oakland, I think he could have some decent production. I just don't think that Oakland wants him. I'm following the train of Adrian Peterson already. Before the release, the. There was some leaks happening that he would like to play for the New York Giants. When.

You know, he's still a tight end. Two to me because I think he's. He's hitting miss week to week.

Yeah, I would agree that he'd be a two. The thing about The Bennett brothers, we know they like their money like that Jetta, I don't blame them. But they like their money. And he's got the ring. I mean, that's a wrap, man. I'm going to go get that huge contract. And Jacksonville has the space on the roster to acquire him, and they have the space in their salary cap to give him a huge truckload of money. So I like that. The hypothesis I'm throwing out, though, is like, the Oakland. We've talked about them a lot, but I like the idea of them adding an even more dominant blocking piece to that offensive line. Look, if there's one thing Cutler knew how to do, it's chuck the ball at Alshon or whoever's one is.

So my, my whole off season narrative, I've been buying into the Jay Cutler to the New York Jets. But as soon as Kaepernick strangely opted out of the. Of the contract. I don't think that he can get anything close to what he was going to make. I think that Jay Cutler could be a good fit for, for Kyle Shanahan as a bridge quarterback.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, that's, you know, when it comes to Jay Cutler, it's hard to imagine teams paying up for a guy who has, you know, every destination he's been. The teams got to a point where they hated him and they could not get out from under him because he was still a little bit better than their backups. He was paid enough, and so it's tough for me to imagine someone paying him. I'm thinking you got to be a team that just really hates your current quarterback and needs to. Needs to do something a little bit better in your eyes to justify pay for Jay Cutler. So I've got two. I got the Texans, right. The. Not Brock and I've got the Bills if they, I mean, going to both. I still think, I still think, you know, Tyrod Taylor should be their, their quarterback and probably will, but there's plenty of reports saying that they don't, they don't want him there. And if they could go get Jay Cutler, I don't know Jay Cutler, he should be a backup somewhere. He should take backup money and go be a backup.

I think that was the best summary of Jay Cutler's career right there.

He can run the ball and he looked good enough to get your fantasy numbers, but nothing you can count on, certainly not on a team that, you know, if they cut Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker or they change up their wide receiver core, there's going to be a lot of question marks. So I don't think we can project him as anything outside of a, you know, QB2 fair.

All right, we'll pick that nobody to somebody name. It's not going to be Ryan Fitzpatrick. I don't think he's the impact free agent.

Now, for me, the free agent that isn't a free agent yet that I think will be is Ryan Matthews because. Wait, what? Yeah, Ryan Matthews will count for 5 million.

He's not a great long.

Do a lot of people use him as that? Like, yes, that's.

I saw it. Yes. I saw a Twitter report saying that. That's what they're hearing a lot of times. Sign someone like a Brian Hoyer and.

Draft quarter like, pops up. He goes, hey, guys, I'm right here. They're like, no, we need someone like a Brian Hoyer.
