Foreign to the Fantasy Footballers Podcast with your hosts, Andy Holloway and Mike Wright.
B
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.
A
Guess who's back. Back again. Yeah.
B
Thank goodness.
A
Yeah.
B
You listen to that crap I put out there last week?
A
It was alright, we can.
B
I thought it would be way less awkward to do a solo podcast and all of a sudden every down moment of space I felt like I had to talk. Like there was no reaction time.
A
I think the listeners can use an educated guess to figure out who is the audio engineer.
B
No, it was not that obvious.
A
Footballers.
B
I thought it sounded pretty darn good. I took care of business.
A
Yeah.
B
What'd you say? I left some time in the beginning.
A
There was like eight seconds of blank space at the beginning and then the.
B
You know that's called no in the business.
A
What's that called?
B
Dead air Anticipation.
A
Oh, you're letting it build.
B
Maybe it is dead air. Maybe that's the word I was looking for. Welcome to the Fantasy Footballers.
A
Yes, we are back. I was on vacation from life and fantasy football.
B
Right.
A
Yeah. So it's November 25th. I am Mike the fantasy hitman. Right. My good co host, good friend, Andy Holloway. Holloway is here. I would like to start the show with a confession of the ultimate.
B
This is so bad.
A
Ultimate fantasy football blunder committed by yours truly.
B
I can't believe this. Like, of all the people I've ever met in my life who play fantasy football, I just wouldn't have thought it possible by you.
A
And so I. You need a little backstory of how this happened. I took my family to Disneyland and my youngest, who is 11 months, he still does not like to sleep through the night. He likes to wake up several times on occasion.
B
I like that. The setup.
A
Well, you have to come.
B
I know.
A
You have to understand because it's not just complete stupidity, which it sounds like there's at least some context to it. But before then, so the night before the drive to California, the baby woke up I believe five times. So I got maybe four hours of completely interrupted sleep, drove all day to Disneyland, then took the kids in. Then there was a whole fiasco of essentially how we had to stay up until 10 o'clock, low on sleep. California. So I'm already low on sleep and that's actually 11 o'clock our time. Go home or back to the hotel, put the baby down for just an excruciating double dose from him who he woke up I believe four times.
B
The payoff better be good here.
A
Well, you just saw go into Monday morning. I haven't slept really in about 72 hours. And I know that I'm not going to have much, much downtime for, for fantasy football. And so I, I, I'm looking at one of my leagues and I like, oh, I lost. Okay, whatever. So I need, I was, I'm having terrible running back problems. Everyone just keeps getting hurt for me.
B
This is one of your money leaks.
A
Yeah. So I threw in all these waivers and I'm like, oh, I also need to change my lineup. And the only spot that I could change at the time or would be Le'Veon Bells. I'm gonna have on. Bye. And I had Tally Farrow.
B
Gross.
A
I mean he was my literum. That's how bad it's going. That he's my only option. So I throw him in. I get a text later that night for my, from my friend who's the commission leagues. Like, why did you sit le'veon Bell.
B
Oh.
A
And I said, what are you talking about? It's like you, you played Taliaferro on his bye week. So I was so sleep drunk I thought it was Tuesday.
B
Oh. And little did you know at the time, Le'Veon Bell played that night.
A
So look, not only Le'Veon Bell. And well, so here's what happened. I would have won.
B
Yes.
A
I would have placed top six. I would have been in right on the cusp of playoff contention. But, but now I am not in the playoffs.
B
Because you made the worst fantasy blunder of your life.
A
Yes. Of my entire life.
B
Oh, my goodness.
A
So let this be a lesson. When you're on vacation. When you're on vacation and no sleep. Don't. Don't tinker. No. That was the problem. There was no thinking.
B
I just couldn't believe it when you told me. I was like. And it wasn't a small mistake. It was like Levy, Levy on went out and dominated.
A
Yeah. 200 yards.
B
Yeah. On your bench.
A
So that was.
B
Oh my good.
A
Very upsetting.
B
Yeah, that's pretty funny. And then don't let it happen again. Oh, now it doesn't matter. You're out of the plan.
A
And I also will want to rant a little bit.
B
Okay.
A
About Justin for set. He straight murdered me last night. Andy and I are in a league with the or we. I guess we introduced. We. We do some writing for fantasy pros and there's a league of correspondent, correspondent leagues, other writers where we're trying to flex our muscles. We're going up against a guy who happens to be undefeated just because of head to head matchups. We're up by 330 points. 9.
B
I forgot he was the undefeated guy.
A
We're up by 30.9 points going into Monday night and he has four set so impossible.
B
We think.
A
Yeah. And then four set puts up 31 points in that league.
B
We lost by 0.22. And then you lost because you lost because of him in another week too. Justin. Justin for set. Bravo to those who picked him up off the waiver wire. What an absolute monster.
A
He has been the king of the waiver wire. I already had just gut wrenching loathing for the New Orleans Saints. I already. And that's funny enough I cover them. But this is. I'm talking for a personal standpoint. Not right. I hate them because they killed Kurt Warner and Brett Favre and my dreams.
B
That's true. That's funny, by the way.
A
So I. I just don't like them. And then this. That go out in their defense sucks so bad that I lose everywhere.
B
That's their first three game losing streak at home in 17 years, I think.
A
Good. I'm glad.
B
Yeah. So let's get into some. Some other things going on.
A
Yeah. News and notes from around the league. Oh, I've been gone so I forgot that was coming.
B
No, I know. It's all good. We talked about four set obviously. But let's get into some injury news and notes here. This is tough for all those of you starting Ryan Mallet out there. Ryan Mallett's long wait to become a starter. Well, his opportunity's over. He has a torn pectoral muscle and he's done for the year.
A
Marshawn lynch is just. He's. Hey guy. Which we have to monitor. He's on the quick turnaround with a Thanksgiving game. His back his. Which is always a problem. So you can't. It's hard to really be really concerned about it.
B
I'm not concerned about it back. Yeah.
A
But he did miss a couple series because he was so sick during the. The Cardinal game. So just monitor him going. I believe he's gonna play but he.
B
Might not practice at all right before he plays. But I would expect him to play.
A
It's a hard matchup with the same with the 49ers San Francisco. And he's got these ailments. So just, just pay attention. Don't. Don't be an Arian Foster owner.
B
Yeah.
A
Who leaves him in the lineup.
B
Yeah. Seriously. Yeah. We may or may not have had somebody do that this week. Ryan Matthews, who's the normally dependable Ryan Matthews. Never been hurt before.
A
He's a tank.
B
Got a shoulder Injury. I'm hearing good things. He should be okay.
A
He did come back into the game.
B
Yeah. Although he tends to be a slow healer. So we want to keep your eyes on Mr. Matthews. And if Brandon Oliver is available somehow in your league, you want to snag him.
A
Matthews is like the opposite of Wolverine. Oh, you know who he is?
B
I don't.
A
He is Samuel Jackson from Unbreakable. Oh, what did. Mr. Glass.
B
Mr. Glass. Yeah.
A
Matthews.
B
Yeah. He's awful. I mean, and the funny thing is.
A
He'S very good football player.
B
He came out and played really well. 19 carries, 149 yards against who was it St. Louis?
A
Yes.
B
Yeah. 129 yards.
A
Who's in there?
B
A good run, D. Yeah, but. Yeah, he's an injury risk.
A
But heading into playoffs, Austin Safari and Jenkins, who is a. Is a known favorite of this podcast. He hurt his back. And I have recently saw that Tampa signed a couple of tight ends. So that is not sounding good for ASJ's availability this weekend. So I would plan to stream somewhere else.
B
We got Corduroy Patterson, who hurt his ankle. Not that you're really starting him at this point. He. I know he's come out and said that he still wants. He heard it on a kick return and he still wants to return kicks, which is something that sometimes really good players don't want to do because they want to be in the lineup. But, you know, we.
A
You always. Fantasy football analysts always have a lot of misses. This Cordrell Patterson makes me so happy.
B
About myself because it wasn't a miss.
A
I did not like him at all. No, I didn't.
B
He's not been good. I remember he came out week one and was really good. So it was like everybody freaked out.
A
I did not understand what was going on. People were going crazy for him. I'm talking well, respected professional analyst, I think people thought.
B
I think Castle going out though, had to impact him in a big way because you had nobody who. You bring a rookie quarterback in, it's not the same as the force feeding of, you know, Percy Harvin we saw a couple years ago. You have. I don't know, I just. But Castle, certainly you were right.
A
A couple games in, but that one just makes me feel good. Cooper Helfitt, you're not even gonna know that name. He scored the 20 yard touchdown against Arizona.
B
Tight end for Seattle. Fullback. Tight end.
A
I think he's a wide receiver. I don't even know what position he is. I just looked up injuries and this guy's name came up. And you're probably as confused at his name as I am, but he did score, so we're talking about.
B
His ownership percentage has got to be 0.01. It's his mom. His mom and his dad both own him in a fancy league.
A
He hurt his ankles. His ankle. All right, so let's. Let's talk up some. Some fellas. This week's fantasy stud muffins.
B
Oof. Lots of. Lots of interesting names. And this is like an incredibly important time of year for that emergency signing for handcuffing your guy for the playoffs. Or as some of you are in the position of, and I highly advocate this, by the way, destroying other teams dreams. Don't. Oh, be passive. Yeah, don't be a passive little. Oh, I'm. I'm out of the playoffs.
A
Yeah.
B
Your job is to compete. And even if you're not in a dynasty league, compete and knock people out of the playoffs. Take away people's waiver wire claims. Don't make it easy on them. And to that end, if you were one of the people who signed Latavius Murray last week. Like somebody I know.
A
Yes.
B
Who also started them. Started him like somebody I know.
A
Like you were a crazy person.
B
Yeah. Yeah. And it paid off, baby. It paid off big four for 1:12. Two touchdowns. The only two touchdowns scored against Kansas City in the last 15 games. Games or more. I can't remember the number. It's. They hadn't given up a rushing touchdown this year.
A
Yeah.
B
And he went out two minutes into the second quarter with a concussion. So, Mr. Latavius Murray, what's his outlook going forward? He's Mike Wright.
A
He has not practiced. I think we'll. We can talk about him a little bit more in the waiver section because he's clearly okay. Oh, he's going to be a hot name.
B
Sounds good.
A
As of now, he has not practiced. Other big guys that I just wanted to cover real quick. It's for people who need to pay attention. Zach Mettenberger, you probably don't have any interest in him, but the guy's putting up fantasy numbers.
B
I think the key there for him, too, is he's in a wizard hunt offense that cannot run, never can, and they just are going to hurl the ball around because they're going to be losing.
A
So the last two weeks, he's. He's over 250 yards with two touchdowns. So if you're struggling for a. For a quarterback or you're. Or you're streaming, look at Men Burger. He might help you out. Just a quick Rashad Jennings is back. Welcome back. He looked good. Yeah, he did.
B
Yeah. I was watching that game, and I.
A
Like this one very much.
B
Yeah, I know you do. It's only destiny that you end up with him somehow paying off. Isaiah Crowell. Oh, finally gets his day in the sun. And did he shine. Oh, my goodness. When I saw that touchdown run, did you see any of them?
A
Oh, yeah, I saw both.
B
So the one where he kind of cut back all the way across the field, I saw that play and all I kept thinking to myself was this. Ben Tate could not do that. Ben Tate could not do that. Not even close. Not even close.
A
Crowell is also a favorite of the Hitman, and I've been talking about him all season long. And finally, the Browns wised up. They cut Ben Tate and they stopped this. We don't even know who our running back is. Garbage. And they gave it to Crowell.
B
It should be said that I've been. I drafted Ben Tate in our main league and was riding high after. It seemed like he was going to be the bell cow. Kind of held on to him, hoping. Hoping that what I was seeing was an illusion once Alex Mack went out. But I will say this. I cut Ben Tate off my fantasy team one hour before Minnesota, or, I'm sorry, before Cleveland, cut Ben Date from the actual roster, which I thought was pretty funny.
A
You did. You were ahead of the curve on that one. Let's see. So. Oh, he's already kind of blew up. But we got to talk about that back home catch. Just touch on it.
B
It was the best catch I've ever seen.
A
It's the.
B
And I hadn't even seen the still shot of his fingers. Have you seen that?
A
Yeah, where he's cut. He caught the ball with two fingers.
B
Yeah, basically three. His, like, top three fingers. Top two fingers.
A
Yeah, the. I can't.
B
He's got some good. Stick them.
A
I can't.
B
My goodness.
A
I've seen great catches in probably more important situations, but as far as the guy's arm was being held with. With a complete blatant pass, interference, falling back. I mean, that was ridiculous.
B
I think all the. Like to stay in bounds and do all of that was just incredible. He is so good.
A
By the way, my favorite quote was rain someone. I don't know where they were doing it, but they asked Randy Moss about it, and Randy Moss said, he's. He's. I don't have a single catch in my career that compares to that.
B
Wow.
A
So when you got high praise, you got Randy Moss talking about how good the catches? You know, it was a good.
B
I try to think, like, I think the point people have made. Obviously it wasn't the most important catch. There have been a lot more important catches. But I cannot think of anything that compares other than the David Tyree catch.
A
Yeah, that's kind of the one that people keep coming up with.
B
But. And obviously that was more important. But from a pure athletic catch standpoint, I mean, this was just. Just stupid.
A
You have to add into the. The. The pass interference into it, which you.
B
Can'T see if you just fighting it off, reaching across. Yeah. What a catch. ODB is playing like a beast. And the other guy to mention just had another good week. We'll talk about him more in the waiver wire claims as well. Jarvis Landry.
A
Yes.
B
Wide receiver. Rookie wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins. Another one of the rookies kind of coming into his own towards the back half of the year. Like we already talked about. Odell Beckham. You've also got guys like Mike Evans. Yeah. Tannehill's playing. Well. Mike wants to remind me that we had a little Matt Ryan. Ryan Tannehill bet and I am losing. I'm the losing Ryan on that one. So. But. But just because you were gone doesn't mean our audience needs to forget a very important fact. I have something that you are getting watered.
A
Yes.
B
Because Kobe Fleener, my start of the week, had his greatest day as a. Yeah. From two weeks ago.
A
We need to specify.
B
Had his greatest day as a pro during my start of the week. And we bet Dennis Allen versus We did. Kobe Fleener, which Allen didn't even put up a fight because he got hurt.
A
So we have to specify. It wasn't this past week when I played Kobe Fleener and he got me two and a half points.
B
Screw you on Screw you twice.
A
Yeah. All right, let's move on. Pooped in his big boy pants.
B
Oh, these two guys right here, I love talking about them.
A
This is a curious case that they.
B
They go out for ice cream together, which these two guys are best buddies.
A
And what makes the situation even better is you are anti one of these guys and I am anti the other. So it.
B
I'm very not pro the other, so. Well, yeah, but you're right. Jay Cutler and Matthew Stafford.
A
Can we trust these guys moving into our fantasy playoffs?
B
Good question. The answer is maybe. The answer is no on Matthew Stafford, in my opinion, which is funny because I'm very anti Jay Cutler. Trust is a tough word though, this time of year with fantasy playoffs, because here's the problem. Do I trust Jay Cutler or Matthew Stafford? No. Do I trust Jay Cutler or Matthew Stafford? Compared to Zach Mettenberger or Ryan Tannehill or some of those guys, it's more up in the air. I probably put Tannehill above both of them from a consistency standpoint. But to say that out loud is incredible considering where these guys have been. Cutler is doing exactly what I've always said he will do, which is look amazing fantasy wise and look awful fantasy wise the next day. So Cutler is a guy that honestly if you're. If you've been riding him and you're in the playoffs because he hasn't buried you yet. I mean what do you do?
A
Yeah.
B
I don't think you have an option to start somebody else.
A
Because if you've been riding him you're. You're likely one of those. You're not a streamer.
B
He has some okay matchups.
A
Well he's actually. I think the past six weeks he's gone every other.
B
Yep. He has.
A
So three great games and three just now.
B
One thing to keep an eye on is I read that Marshall was limited again today. So if he's struggling again who knows. I mean that team is. That Tampa Bay game was a ugly game.
A
Yeah.
B
But would you start Cutler or Mettenberger this week?
A
Let's see what I'm trying to think what the matchup is. Cutler is playing the Lions. I know that.
B
Yeah. And Mettenberger is playing the Titans.
A
Titans. Where are the Titans?
B
Texans.
A
I would play Mettenberger.
B
There you go.
A
Because I think the text and then.
B
Bad and the other guy we that you're very anti is Stafford. And how many touchdowns does he throw in the last two weeks? 00 touchdowns from the. It's just.
A
How did.
B
Is this all coaching?
A
It's. It's Stafford. I have a theory which I don't necessarily have these backed up by numbers. I just have it backed up by my owning of Stafford. Where Stafford in December is no go. It's no good. He will let you down. He just.
B
He can't finish Strong pressure mixed with outdoors.
A
Yeah.
B
Some of those things.
A
Yeah. He just. Because his. It might be because his mechanics are so bad where he has such a strong arm that he thinks he can throw anything and he gets away with things a lot so he does. He's not gonna change how he throws but when you. When you combine those mechanics and then you actually get some bad weather and if Calvin Johnson is not playing it in absolute optimal Megatron form then Stafford's numbers are Garbage.
B
Yeah. I mean, what's happened the last two weeks is proven exactly what I said two weeks ago, which is. The Lions record was completely a product of easy opponents.
A
Yeah, they were.
B
They're a good. They're the goodest team.
A
The Kansas City Chiefs.
B
Yeah. They're not bad.
A
Last year.
B
Are you kidding me? In the playoffs, are they going to be Green Bay? No, no, no. Not even close. Andre Ellington, this is a problem. And I can tell you, we're both big Arizona guys. We watch Arizona all the time. I can tell you I see this clear as day what his future looks like. And it's not bright because they cannot run the ball. He's below 10 yards or. I'm sorry, he's below 2 yards of carry the past, I think, three games. And then the biggest thing I'm seeing is these timing routes where Carson Palmer got him the ball out of the backfield quickly so that he had fantasy production in the passing game. They're not there.
A
Right.
B
He had two routes this past weekend where Stanton missed him on basically what you'd call, you know, he just ran straight out of the backfield, almost in a seam pattern. Make a break. He just missed him.
A
Yeah.
B
Big gains that could have had him. So I'm worried about Ellington because that offense cannot run the ball.
A
The defenses can feel like they can cheat up, too, because no one's. I. I like Stanton. I think he's an adequate backup, but.
B
You know, you're picking your poison.
A
Yeah. And he's a 50% completion guy. As long as you don't get beat by his. When he. He'll take the chances and throw it over the top to Brown or Floyd. And if those don't beat you, then you're going to shut the offense down.
B
Yeah. And I guess we say all this to say Ellington, if he's your starter, he's your starter. He gets enough volume, play time to where you're not benching him. But I'm concerned for sure this week.
A
I'd play him. He's playing the Falcons.
B
Yeah. Yeah.
A
And they stink.
B
Another concern, Mark Ingram. Two fumbles.
A
Two fumbles. Pierre Thomas is back. I don't believe Kyrie Robinson's coming back anytime soon.
B
I'm actually not concerned about mocking him.
A
You're not?
B
No.
A
Even though he's. He's not been great the last couple.
B
Games, I'm not really that concerned. I feel like. I don't know. What you saw last night was a pretty ferocious Baltimore front. Front seven. And I think what he's still running with the same gusto we've seen over the. You know, he had a touchdown. He would have had a touchdown had he not fumbled on the one. I'm not that concerned. I have still an RB23 to me.
A
Yeah, I guess I can still play him there. But I do have growing concerns that the old Ingram is coming back. Desean Jackson has been terrible the last two games. I mean, this is.
B
Who is this quarterback? Is that what he's called now?
A
Oh, Mr. Griffin.
B
He can't throw the ball. Their passing offense is awful. And Gruden. I mean, Gruden's going crazy.
A
Gruden doesn't know. I just feel like he doesn't know what he's doing. If you can't adjust your scheme to the talents that you have around you, then you're just not a great.
B
Not a good coach. Yeah, I'm with you on that. You've been making that point for a while.
A
Sammy Watkins has nothing. He has huge big boy pants, but he's put up three duds in a row. Do you have. Are you still throwing him out there every week?
B
No. And actually, on the podcast about three weeks ago, I said I wasn't a big Sammy Watkins fan. I think we had one of the start sit questions. And the problem I have with Watkins is what you're seeing here, which is inconsistency from the quarterback position. A team that doesn't depend on his offense as much of his defense. Super good talent, but coming off an injury and a rookie and a quarterback like that, no, thanks. All right, let's start somebody else.
A
Yeah, so let's. Let's talk a little waiver wire. Put me in, coach. As we mentioned, we do. Andy and I do some writing for fantasypros.com which is a terrific fantasy tool on the Internet. They have all kinds of information for you where they take experts and they do a consensus, averaging out for rankings, for who to start, who to sit. But every week they come out with their waiver wire with it, which I believe they take kind of four analysts and they have them talk about who they would pick up, and then they make a list. So we're gonna go through that list and we're gonna give our opinion about if we agree or if we disagree.
B
Yes. And like we said, this is a crucial time of year to grab the right guy if you need one. So starting at running back, number.
A
This is just overall.
B
Yeah.
A
Number one on their waiver board is Latavius Murray. Do you agree or do you disagree?
B
I completely agree here. And Here's a couple reasons why. One is, did you see him?
A
Yeah.
B
Okay, so he. He's a talented running back who's going to be given the opportunity. The fans in Oakland want him. He was key to their first win of the year. And the other thing that I think bodes well for Murray is when Murray was knocked out of the game with concussion, Marcel Reese started taking carries. They're done with McFadden.
A
Right.
B
They're done with MJD and Tony Spirano. If you remember from his time in Miami, he likes to run.
A
He does like to run. I like Toronto, man.
B
Yeah.
A
He got a raw deal over there.
B
He's a fighter. He's a. He's definitely one of them fiery coaches, but he's. He's a good coach, gets people to play hard. And I just think Murray moving forward, he's going to have opportunity. He catches the ball out of the backfield. He's 6, 3 2, 34, 3 8, 40.
A
Yeah, I mean, those are pretty freakish measurables.
B
You saw him go 90 yards and pull away from safeties.
A
Yeah, the. I would actually make my number one waiver claim. Boom. Dan Heron. That's why I would go with over Latavius Murray offense then.
B
You're going with the offense?
A
I'm going with the offense. Heron is.
B
Do you know he was gone in our league?
A
Yeah.
B
Yeah.
A
I didn't realize that I had picked him up. Well, he was. During my debacle. Story of picking up waivers, that was. I was picking up Boom. Heron.
B
Nice.
A
But the reason I like Heron, number one is the offense. They scored tons of points. The Raiders do not score totally fair. Dan Heron, it seemed he's already got a role. He's already has the coast. The coaches trust. He has. He's. He's Ahmed Bradshaw now. And Bradshaw was.
B
You think he's out my Bradshaw?
A
I think he is. I think he was.
B
You don't think how much. You don't think that Richardson lost time because of his illness?
A
No, I don't.
B
Okay.
A
I'm not going to buy it.
B
I would if he didn't. Then I'm kind of on board with you.
A
The. I just saw a stat come through. How many carries? Trent Richardson has 230something carries as a Colt. He's averaging like 3.3 yards of carry. I mean, he just.
B
He.
A
He can't get it done. And Heron's got juice. He. If he. The. The only downside, I would say is Trent Richardson got the touchdown. It seems like he will probably still get the Goal line work. But I think Heron's gonna be herald start getting those dump touchdowns too, is what I think is gonna happen. I. It would not surprise me if Heron usurps him. Also, I will throw this out for those who are in some kind of keeper or dynasty league. I mean, if you're in dynasty, I'm sure he's probably gone. I don't really play any dynasty, so I don't have expert opinion on that. But if you're in a keeper league, grab Dan Heron immediately.
B
You like him.
A
Well, do you think Bradshaw's coming back next year?
B
I don't know.
A
And Trent Richardson's clearly not the guy. Right. I mean, right now you're looking at.
B
How old is Dan Hare?
A
I do not know that. But what I know is right now he's a super cheap option. He's on your waiver wire and like, part of why I picked him up for my, my money league. It's a keeper league. And here's a. Here's an opportunity for a guy who I can keep. He cost me nothing. And by the time the draft comes around next year.
B
Right, right. He might be in one of those.
A
He might be a top two round pick.
B
Yeah, that's a fair point.
A
So.
B
Fair point. Another guy we want to talk about is a guy that was on the Pittsburgh Steelers a week ago, LeGarrett Blunt. He came in, he got every, every garbage carry, which is a huge category if you're a New England Patriot running back is garbage time. And he. He took them all. Jonas Gray got no play. Because he was late. Yeah, because he was late. So what do I expect from this? I expect LeGarrett Blunt to get the work done the down. Do you? I do. And I expect it for a couple reasons. One is because Jonas Gray is a youngster and I think that we. You have to remember New England made the AFC championship game last year and they did it on the back of Leger Blunt.
A
They did.
B
And for him to come in, I just think that he'll go with who Belichick will go with who he trusts. So I. And he knows. Knows everything. So I'm not worried about a transition.
A
Yeah, I find it very difficult to get all in on LeGarrett blunt just because he's a New England backfield.
B
But yeah, all. All in isn't necessarily what I'm saying. But if there was a guy to choose going forward between the two, I'm picking.
A
So your points of he. That the Pats wrote him last year is I think is very Valid and somewhat sways my opinion because I was. I was going to say I'm not even. I'm not waiver prioritizing him. I mean, all right, he's going to be in my priority list, but he's going to be four or five.
B
Gotcha.
A
Where I'm probably not going to get him. So a couple wide receivers highest on the list is Jarvis Landry who has been playing very well lately. Ryan Tannehill is I think become.
B
Talk about him a little bit.
A
Tiny Hill has become an every week starter. To me he still has lower games but the. I'm not saying I'm putting Ryan Tannehill in elite Rogers Manning territory. I'm just. But I'm saying he's a. He's lower end of QB1. Who. I mean he torched the Broncos. Who. Not very many people saw that coming. And he runs. So if he gets you 40 yards, I mean if you're in a four point touchdown league, that's a touchdown pass. And so I've been on the Ryan Tannehill train. I've been driving that thing for a while. So I do like Jarvis Landry. Let's see on this list, Andrew Hawkins who benefit, I think benefits greatly now that Josh Gordon is back. We saw the underneath routes were there for Hawkins.
B
Yeah, that whole offense changes.
A
Yeah, they're. The Browns are man. They. They could be a good team. Allegedly Jordan Cameron's coming back this week. They finally have their running game figured out. So it's strange to say but you know, watch out for the Browns and you pay attention to them for fantasy.
B
They're just a lot healthier than they've been.
A
So that's always funny. James Jones, John Brown. I like John Brown a lot. This week in particular, I like Sean Brown a lot because I like the Arizona Cardinals and I've seen what he can do. He's very talented. But the. The Falcons are not good. I think John Brown is a good reach play this week. Justin Hunter. I'm still not. I'm not getting back on that.
B
Neither am I. He caught a deflected touchdown.
A
Anybody? Tim Wright. Man, it's hard to know with the. The state of tight ends. You. I guess you might as well take that. Take that risk on Tim. Right. Because if you don't have.
B
If you don't have one of the top guys. Yeah. You're just.
A
You're doomed.
B
Yeah.
A
Trouble and a last guy. Let's see. You should. Oh then we should take this moment. Fantasy fantasy football players. The bye weeks are over. Get Your handcuffs on your team.
B
I am always in shock when this doesn't happen.
A
We talk about this all the time. And let's say you wanted to have a couple flyers and things for bye weeks. Whatever. Get your handcuffs. You do not want to be that guy going into championship week. And your stud RB goes down and the backup because you left Nile Davis on the waiver wire for someone else to grab. So you.
B
It's just a risk you can't take. You cannot take it.
A
There's no reason right now to not have your. Your handcuff. Also, Andy and I are huge proponents of this. Of streaming defenses. Look ahead at the playoff schedules, try and grab a defense. Maybe even two defenses.
B
Could be the difference between a title.
A
Yeah. Defense wins championships.
B
Even in fantasy, real life, fantasy football. It's true. That's. Yeah. I mean, honestly, we've seen this in a couple of our leagues. That kind of preparation is what puts you through the playoffs. We faced each other in a couple leagues head to head in the title game the past two years simply because I think looking ahead a little bit more.
A
Yeah.
B
Which actually saying this out loud makes me worry that some of our league mates are actually going to listen to that because we're too late already.
A
We're both already ready. It's too late.
B
Yeah.
A
We got our defenses. But.
B
Yep.
A
I mean, like a couple years ago I went for getting into the playoffs. I looked okay. If I can make the title game. Let's see. I believe it was a Chargers versus jets matchup. And I grabbed them like week 13 just in case. And then I played them and they got me.
B
Plan to win. Play to win.
A
15 points.
B
That's right. So let's move it on.
A
Yeah. Starts of the week.
B
All right.
A
Starts of the week. Streams of the week.
B
There you go.
A
These are lower level players who we like that may be on your bench, maybe on your waiver wire. And we think they deserve a shot.
B
There you go.
A
My quarterback started the week. I'm going with Eli Manning. He's got a fantastic matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars. They're 24th in fantasy of going against a QB. And Eli torched the. The what? Dallas Cowboys. I couldn't think. That's weird. I was gonna say Mavericks.
B
Dirk Nowitzki, he was.
A
Eli's a way better football player than the mavericks, but we're 338 and 3, so I like Eli Manning a lot. As a spot start for. If you're gonna stream.
B
I. Quick, quick, aside. Did you. Have you heard any of these jets jokes that are going around. They're all over Twitter now where it says, what are the jets do? What do jets fans do after they win a game? No, turn off the Xbox. They've been pretty good and it's total distraction, but they are one terrible team. All right, my start of the week is, by the way, if you're looking for. If you're looking for defenses that are going to be good in the playoffs, you might want to look at those that play the Jets. Andy Dalton's my quarterback start. I hate to use him, but Tampa is just not that good. And Dalton's getting back into the swing of things now that A.J. green's back. And honestly, having Geo back for some of those dump offs, I mean, Andy Dalton was really bad three weeks ago, but he had a 30 point game after that. So Dalton is my start of the week. This week. This week.
A
One of the wacky Chicago DJs coming in.
B
I know. It's KSLX.
A
Whoa. Hey.
B
Just hitting your microphone?
A
Yeah, I did. Now I have to shift in my seat. My running back of the week. I'm going back to a guy who I've disliked. I tried, I fought, I scratched my way to not jump on this bandwagon, but I'm jumping on Denard Robinson. Oh, my goodness, he's playing the Giants. The Giants have an awful run defense. Denard's numbers have actually been going down every single week. But when you're going up against the Giants, you got to start them. So I'm going with Robinson.
B
Nice, Nice. I like it. I am going to go with Tre Mason against the Oakland defense. Tre Mason's been getting the work. I think that's all there is to it. That defense in St. Louis is keeping games close and keeping teams off the field.
A
Tre Mason did not get the work when the Saints could have kicked the field goal to tie the game on what, the two yard line or something. Four.
B
The saints.
A
Sorry, the Rams. St. Louis.
B
Oh, yeah, that was bad.
A
How do you not run there?
B
Yeah, they should have won that game, much less overtime at a minimum. That was ridiculous. They've had a lot of close losses. That team is good. They're not a bad team.
A
I actually was very nervous as a. As a Cardinal fan for that game because if the Rams were, I thought they would beat the Chargers. And if they did, I mean, they're right back in the hunt.
B
Are they really? What's the record?
A
I think they're at five wins. Oh, so they would have been at six, just like the rest of the NFC West.
B
All right.
A
My wide receiver, I talked about him a little bit earlier, earlier in the waiver wire. John Brown, he led the team in targets last year. Drew Stanton likes to throw to him. Drew Stanton likes to take chances with him. Atlanta is 26th against wide receivers. And if you watched any of the Seahawk Arizona game, you saw that John Brown has. He has some talent.
B
John Brown is going to be amazing. He's a rook.
A
He made some ridiculous sideline catches. Yeah, Sideline circus type catches.
B
Yeah, absolutely. My wide receiver. Start of the week, I'm going to go with a guy that was pretty unknown two weeks ago, Charles Johnson, the Minnesota wide receiver who has got a great rapport with Teddy Bridgewater. And he's actually got 18 targets over the last two weeks. He's getting massive snaps. He's playing pretty much the whole game. And he faces Carolina this week and Carolina has been vulnerable. So I'm going to jump on the bandwagon here and ride Charles Johnson as a streamer.
A
It's interesting that. And you also look like you have giant intestinal fortitude if you are starting Charles Johnson. And it pays off.
B
Intimidation factor.
A
Tight end. I'm gonna go with Brent Selleck. He is the on field tight end. And Dallas is 31st against the tight end. And Selleck actually has been having some production when. Since the Sanchez took over.
B
Yeah. And Ertz is banged up a little bit too. So Travis Kelsey's my start of the week at tight end.
A
Zeus.
B
Zeus. Even though Fasano's back, Denver doesn't know what they're doing against tight ends. And in six of the last eight games, he's had at least four catches and you're pretty much counting on a touchdown. But we just talked about tight ends earlier. They are a crapshoot outside the top five, so take your best odds.
A
I wish they would unleash Kelsey.
B
Yeah, they're just not doing that. I don't know what it is.
A
Defense. We just talked about the Rams, you know, taking Rams against Oakland.
B
Great start this week.
A
Oakland is 25th for giving up fantasy points. The Rams have a very good defense, especially a good run defense. So careful with Latavius, concussion Murray this week.
B
That's right.
A
And Derek Carr. I see at least at least one turnover coming. And some sacks for Derek Carr.
B
Yep. And my streamer at defense is the Vikings D. They are taking on Carolina. Carolina's offense is anemic and the Vikings have been playing good. They're at home. And I like what I saw last week against Green Bay.
A
Yeah.
B
Zimmer knows how to coach them up.
A
I like their defense so pretty good. Unfortunate there. They remind me of the Cardinals in the. In the Skelton years when we had a great defense. But you, you just.
B
The offense can put them in a bad position or give a turnover away.
A
Give them points and then your defense wears down. So your defense doesn't look as good.
B
It's true. They've been. That's pretty much the tale of the entire year. So.
A
The fantasy footballers versus the world taking on the world.
B
Boom. This is a section of the show where we. We do some. Basically some start sit. Yeah, Start sit questions and we'll both share our opinions briefly and then we'll go ahead and open it up to the consensus rankings on fantasypros.com where fantasy pros basically compiles the answer to these start and sit questions from the lists of the top hundred or so experts in the fantasy football world. See if we are going with the majority or against them and then you choose who you want to go with based on whether we convince you to go with us or not.
A
Yeah. So number one, a tale of two high level, high performing wide receivers. At the moment you have Mike Evans or Jeremy Macklin. Evans is taking on the Bengals and Macklin is taking on Dallas.
B
I think I'm gonna go with Jeremy Macklin and I'm gonna do that just based on. I think that. I think that the Evans train has to slow down a little bit and the Bengals have been playing well on defense and Macklin, I think he's had a couple less than explosive games.
A
So I think he. In three Sanchez starts, I believe he has two duds. One good game.
B
Yeah. I don't blame you for starting Evans, but for me, I'm just personally going.
A
Macklin, I am going to agree with you. I'm going to take Macklin off of that. Dallas, their. Their secondary is just, I don't know, it couldn't even hang with the Giants. And the Eagles are explosive. So I'm gonna go with Jeremy Macklin.
B
Well, it looks like we are in the minority, my friend, because the consensus rankings say 68% go with Mike Evans. So they're gonna keep riding that Evans train. And like I said, I don't blame you for doing that at all. The next one is Golden Tate or Brandon lefell. This one's not too hard for me. I'm gonna go Golden Tate all the way.
A
Golden Tate is taking on the Bears. Brandon lefell is taking on the Packers. They both had pretty good games. Just under 100 yards, I believe last week. Golden Tate seems to be carrying the Detroit offense right now. Calvin Johnson is allegedly back and healthy, but his statistics would not tell you.
B
That he's had a couple drops. 2.
A
We had talked about this. Is Calvin Johnson going to still be who we all think he will be?
B
I just think he's. I just think he's banged up and has a bad. Kind of a bad.
A
Yeah, I don't know. I'm getting that weird. Get that weird feeling.
B
Oh, I'd be so sad. Megatron happens to everybody be gone.
A
Look at Andre Johnson.
B
Yeah, that.
A
That thing went off a cliff real quick.
B
Fits to a lesser degree.
A
Yeah. For this competition, I'm gonna. I think I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go with Brandon Lefell.
B
That would be you. And 7% of experts, 93% have chosen golden Tate. So that's a pretty bold play. I. I don't like it.
A
I seem to recall a 90 plus percent for Cam Newton.
B
We don't talk about Cam Newton. Carolina fans don't even talk about Cam Newton. So this is a great one. I actually love this choice here. Josh Gordon fresh off his reactivation or Emmanuel Sanders versus the Chief. So Sanders versus the Chiefs, Josh Gordon versus the Bills. Wow, that is a. I have my answer, but that's a tough decision.
A
I'm not getting off that Emmanuel Sanders.
B
Neither am I.
A
He's just. He. He. Now, as. As correct as I was about Patterson, I was equally wrong.
B
You were dog people picking Mr. Sanders.
A
I did not buy into it at all. But he has been fantastic.
B
Looks like you and I are in the minority on this one.
A
Oh, get it off it with the Gordon people. He's good.
B
86% Gordon.
A
The Bills are good. Their defense is good.
B
I know.
A
That's crazy.
B
I know. Well, I think people are buying into the fact Gordon was so heavily targeted on only 69% of snaps. So let's go with this one. Mark Ingram versus I wish we could.
A
Water bet like the world.
B
Oh, right. I know, I know. Emmanuel Sanders been a PPR monster and he's scoring touchdown. Oh, yeah.
A
Just get out of here with that.
B
Yeah. You're choosing Brian Hoyer over Peyton Manning on that one.
A
Stop it.
B
Mark Ingram or Alfred Morris? Ingram has the Steelers, Morris has the Colts. And I. This one's not close to me.
A
Really?
B
Yeah, not even close. Morris all the way. After seeing what Jonas graded to the Coles defense and what I will say this. Oh, my gosh. Robert Griffin can't throw the ball.
A
Which is funny that I say that because I've listened. When I listen through the podcast, I notice how many times I say I'm gonna say this. And then I make a mental note. Don't say that because it's dumb. And then I do it anyways. I will take Morris if Robert Griffin is the quarterback.
B
Oh, you think he might not be?
A
Yeah. Well, he's. He's going to start, but he might get pulled in that game and, yeah, I don't know. I'll keep it with Morris. What do we got?
B
Well, the answer to that question is 29% Morris, 71% Ingram. So we are in the minority today, my friend.
A
Just makes it better when you win.
B
Crazy. And the last one here, we got Roddy White, who's been coming on strong, but he's facing the Cardinals. D. You got Jordan Matthews against Dallas. And I don't like. Honestly, I don't think I've seen a lot of people produce numbers against the Cardinals defense.
A
Not. Not since Patrick Peterson has kind of gotten right.
B
Yeah. So I'm going to go with Jordan Matthews on this one.
A
I'm going to keep Roddy White going. He's been playing great. I do like Jordan. This one's very tough for me. But I don't really blame you if you go either way. But if you just want my opinion at this moment in time, on Tuesday, I'm going to lean with Roddy White.
B
Well, the majority of experts agree. 68% say Roddy White is the pick there. And he's been playing great. He's been targeted a ton. Catching more of his targets than Julio Jones right now, too.
A
I mean, Julio's gonna get Peterson.
B
Yeah.
A
So Roddy will get. Not that Cromartie has been bad by any stretch this season, but I'd rather. As a wide receiver. You'd rather face old man Cromartie than Patrick Peterson. Okay. Mailbag.
B
Mailbag.
A
I was like. I was gonna say something, but I had nothing to say.
B
I noticed. So this is the final segment here. Again, you can email us at.
A
Again, we didn't even give our email address.
B
No, I know. You can email us@the fantasyfootballersmail.com that goes directly to us. If you want to submit your fantasy football question, we'll be happy to answer on the show. You can submit it with your normal name or you can submit it with. Are preferred. Give us a little. Mix it up a little bit.
A
We like funny names. And a reminder. Not a reminder, because I've never said this, but when you send me an email asking me A question. Not only does it make my heart happy, it vibrates my pants a little bit.
B
Literally. Literally. So there you go. You have all the incentive in the world to email or not email now.
A
Yeah. Get in there.
B
Get in there. Literally, get in my pants. Let's go ahead and look through some of these. This one's from Creed. No. Whoopsie poopsie.
A
Whoopsie poopsie.
B
Whoopsie poopsie. That's not a lot of effort by this writer.
A
Whoopsie poopsie.
B
Strange name. We did ask for that waiver wire question. Do you sign. Which of these guys do you sign? I assume that he wants to know one. Joy Cabell. Justin Hunter. Kenny Stills. Latavius Murray. Latavius Murray.
A
Yeah. Murray. Because running backs are harder to find. And then it would actually.
B
Why. Why are you discounting Murray just because he had a 90 yard run? What if he had two 50 yard runs?
A
It's not. It's not just the 90 yard run. It's just. I'm pumping the brakes.
B
I don't think. I don't think anybody's driving the car too fast.
A
Well, you are.
B
I'm just putting him on.
A
You are.
B
I'm just playing. I think you're pumping the brakes because I like him.
A
No, no, no.
B
Yeah.
A
I do the brakes because I don't.
B
Because he's a big man. Horse. And he runs really fast and he's incredible. And you don't like him.
A
He's on the Oakland Raiders and he scored. He's. He's on the Oakland A stop. Clock is right twice a day.
B
Not the Raiders. Not the Raiders.
A
The Raiders.
B
Raiders. Clock skips the right time.
A
I'm just trying to pump the.
B
So who do you take there? Murray?
A
I agreed. I said I would take Murray and then take Joy Bell.
B
Well, you said pick two. I'm saying if in order, I'd go Murray Bell, Stills, Hunter.
A
I think I would do the same thing, except I would leave Hunter completely off the list.
B
Yeah, he's not fun.
A
Is that. What.
B
Okay, well, I thought you were gonna ask the next question.
A
No. Okay, so next question comes in from Peter Piper ppr.
B
One of my favorite pizza joints.
A
Yeah, I'm actually a big fan of the Peter Piper pizza. Oh, man.
B
We need to get sponsor.
A
We should get sponsor from Peter Piper Pizza.
B
We'll call a whole segment the Peter Piper pprc.
A
Peter Piper pick of the week. That's gold.
B
Email us at the fantasy footballersmail.com/line Peter Piper sponsorship. If you are a representative of Peter Piper Pizza, and would like to sponsor the Peter Piper pickup or simply pepperoni.
A
Pizza into my mouth.
B
The pepperoni. Peter Piper pick of the week.
A
Peter Piper.
B
Peter Piper.
A
Peter Piper. PPR pick of the week.
B
Only BBR league. Only BBR league picks is what we do. Patrick Peterson, Peter Bay for pick of the week.
A
Do we got PPR start? Ppr Sammy Watkins against the Browns. Kelvin. Kelvin Dropsicans versus the Vikings.
B
How good would he be if he didn't drop so many balls?
A
Or he also has Jeremy Hill.
B
GEO combo and geo. So, like you did.
A
So pick one.
B
How funny. This guy. You should talk to this guy. He.
A
Yeah, man. I don't even know what to do with that situation.
B
I think it's Jeremy Hill right now. And that's my pick from these. These guys. A PPR start. It is. Yeah. Shoot. That's a tough decision. I go Kelvin.
A
Kelvin.
B
Yeah. I'm gonna go Kelvin and ppr.
A
Yeah. Hill's not getting as many catches as I would like to see. Why throw the man the ball. He can catch. I would. This makes me sad. I would roll with Jeremy Hill.
B
Wow. Okay, so you're just going. Opportunity.
A
Yeah. And I think he's gonna score at least once this week. And you need six catches for that one touchdown. I understand it's ppr, but say Hill gets two catches, but then he also runs for 70 yards and a touchdown.
B
Mm, I don't know.
A
I'm going with Jeremy Hill.
B
All right, well, the next one comes in from. Who's the bigger D?
A
Wow, you rushed through that one.
B
Who's the bigger D? I wish you would have had that one. Lions versus the Bears. Texans versus the Titan. Oh, what do we expect here? Where are those games played?
A
Titans are Lions is at home because that's Thanksgiving.
B
Oh, that's right.
A
Let's check on the Texans. Where are they at? Texans, Titans. I can't find them at all.
B
I go with the Lions.
A
It's in Houston.
B
I go with the lines.
A
I'm going with the lines as well.
B
I just. I don't know if Mettenberger is gonna be able to put up numbers against. I mean, Texans get turnovers and stuff, but they give up yards.
A
Yeah, the. And if you have the Lion's D like we were talking about, get ready for your playoffs by doing nothing else because you have the lines D. And they are. They have terrific matchups.
B
Yeah. Fourth question. Fourth question. Okay, I forgot. Good.
A
This is. This comes in from Jay Cutler's disappointed mom.
B
Oh, my gosh.
A
Do you start? So I guess she wants to Know, should. Should she start her son Jay Cutler against Lions or go against him?
B
Start Stafford against three worst quarterbacks in the league.
A
Stafford against the Bears. Well, I guess. No, this. This question is gonna be easy for you because Dalton's in here too.
B
Yeah, for me, it's Dalton.
A
It has to be dawn because he's your Cutler.
B
Stafford or Dalton?
A
Oh, Jay Cutler's mom. I'm very sorry for what is happening because you know that if. Dude, if Jay Cutler's your son, he has to be your fantasy quarterback.
B
If Jay Cutler's your son, you probably have no emotions either, because she probably doesn't care if she wins or loses, just like Cutler doesn't care if he wins or loses. Yeah, she probably just kind of grimaces a little bit on the sideline like he has an itch. Like she's got an itch under her arm. And then she goes about her day like, you know, getting married to models and not caring about anybody else.
A
Jay, you just. You just threw another interception. Jay, we just won the Super Bowl. Jay Cuddy.
B
Matthew Stafford. You just won a game.
A
Yeah. His response will be turn his baseball cap backwards.
B
I know. Anyway, I don't know. Our dogging those guys so bad. Andy Dalton is worse than both of them in actual scale, but I'm picking Dalton.
A
Looks like he's still pledging for a frat house. How old am I right now?
B
I know.
A
Turn your head around.
B
I don't even throw it normal. I throw it sidearm.
A
He does.
B
He probably think all the cool kids throw it sidearm.
A
This is the coolest. It's like being in the back of the bus.
B
Hat backwards. Let's go smoke under the bleachers. The hat's backwards. Sitting out of the playoffs with our snapback hats. Oh, Matt, you can email us@thefantasyfootballersmail.com if you got a problem. Matthew Stafford.
A
Stafford. Bring it on.
B
Bring it.
A
I'm gonna roll with. Man, it's hard because the Bears. The Bears defense is so bad.
B
I was hoping after all that, you just go, yeah, I'm gonna go Stafford.
A
I'm gonna take Stafford.
B
Oh, my gosh.
A
For one week.
B
There you go. So Dalton for me, Stafford for you. Cutler for nobody except for his mom. This one comes in from. What's that?
A
You get all the good names.
B
This is not a good name. This is just like the last one. This comes from. I've got problems with the runs. I thought it was. I've got problems with the runs.
A
Number two, I believe it's got Problems with the runs. Or you could.
B
Oh, I could have said number two.
A
I've got problems with number two.
B
You're one of these players, number two. Or is that just reference to what?
A
Because they're. Well, they're. They're number two running backs. If you read the whole question, you would understand why these people are so funny.
B
I wish I knew his real name so I could commend him on being so stupid. All right, so the running backs to choose from are problems.
A
Jericho with the runs, number two.
B
Jerick McKinnon versus the Panthers. Ryan Matthews versus the Ravens. Fred Jackson versus the Browns. I am starting them in that exact order.
A
Whoa, whoa, whoa. I think you're ignoring the Ben Tate factor. Did you know that Ben Tate's on the Vikings?
B
Yeah, and I know that he got no snaps, and I know that Derek McKinnon has never scored a touchdown. And I'm still taking him.
A
I am. Yeah, I think I'm gonna. I would go McKinnon, Fred Jackson, Matthews.
B
Okay. Yeah, I can see that.
A
I like. I kind of like the Bills, man. I think. I think they got some juice.
B
Yeah. Having Fred Jackson back doesn't hurt. So that's it for the mailbag section and this episode of the Fantasy Footballers podcast. You can visit us online@thefantasyfootballers.com we're now on Stitcher. You can listen to us if you're a Stitcher listener. We are on Stitcher. People are listening to us. I went and looked before the show, and we have some plays by Stitcher listeners.
A
I wonder if it's Jay Cutler's mom.
B
Not after this show, actually. She'd probably just go, they don't like my son. Ooh, what's that?
A
Ooh, a piece of kid.
B
My son has diabetes. Aww, come on now. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. That's not appropriate. You can email us at the fantasy footballersmail.com if you're on the anti Wilford.
A
So sad right now.
B
If you're on the anti diabetes discretionary. That's not the word I was looking for. I don't even know what word I'm looking for.
A
On that horrible note, please leave us a review.
B
Oh, yeah. Five star reviews on itunes.
A
It really helps the show get some.
B
Exposure and move up the ranks a little bit. Same with Stitcher, by the way, if you can give us a thumbs up on Stitcher.
A
More exposure.
B
Give me some exposure. Some exposure.
A
The more we move up the Our increased visibility, the more shows we can do. We can actually maybe do more than one show a week.
B
This is true.
A
Which would be.
B
That would be really fun.
A
That would be fantastic. More letters from Whoopsie Poopsie.
B
Yes.
A
And Jay Cuddy's mom.
B
Yes, exactly. Any. Anything else going on?
A
No.
B
All right, well, let's. Let's get to it. Good luck in your playoff games coming up. Probably starting in week four. 14. 14 for most people.
A
Just a quick note. If you play in week 17, you're dumb. Stop it.
B
Yeah, that's stupid.
A
Just stop it.
B
Quit that league. Join another league. Please. Please.
A
We should get sponsored from, like, FanDuel or DraftKings.
B
Even though we're in Arizona and we can't participate in them.
A
It doesn't matter.
B
I agree. That'd be awesome.
A
Oh, man. Fanduel and Peter Piper. That's living the dream.
B
I am very hungry now.
A
I'm contacting Peter Piper immediately.
B
All right. Yes. Peter Piper pick of the week. The Peter Piper.
