They gave up. They didn't try and stop the clock. They didn't do anything. They said, nah, we know this isn't happening. I guess. I mean, I commend you for knowing who you are with Mark Sanchez.

You said they were down 15. Yeah, well, I mean, the maximum points scored on a Mark Sanchez drive is three. So that's a five score game. That's what that is.

Yeah. So back to the game real quick, Adrian. Like, like I said about how Washington kind of gave up. Adrian Peterson had a vintage AP all day run of a 90 yard touchdown where he looked like an absolute beast running down the field. I mean, that was.

The speed was impressive.

That was old school. Agent Peterson, a 90 yard touchdown finished the game with 98 yards.

I don't know how you do that. Yeah, yeah. Get to 100. It was also Josh Adams, 2485.

Yeah, okay. Not a very efficient game, but you like to see that the volume was there. Even with the. The timeshare collector Darren Sprouls getting in there.

And scoring the touchdown. My big takeaway for the Eagles, besides the sustained volume for Josh Adams looks like you can at least trust him as that fringe RB to RB3. Golden Tate, welcome to the Eagles, my friend. Seven for 85 with the touchdown, I.

Mean, caught all seven of his targets.

Incredible efficiency. Meanwhile, Alshon Jeffrey continues to vanish and pull a Houdini on the field. I don't know where he's gone.

Well, last night, I want to give a little bit of credit to Josh Norman. Norman, I mean, he had the end zone slant target that Norman picked off, right. So you can look at the matchup, but a player like Golden Tate, you manufacture touches for screen passes. You know, he's running behind, you know, into rounds. Alshon Jeffrey was just bottled up again, so I don't know what you can do with him in the playoffs. Yeah, when you looked at snap counts before this week, Aguilar was still out snapping Golden Tate. But Golden Tate, obviously a breakout game for him. Zachary was great as always. Didn't score, but looked good. Carson Wentz put in a good game. 306 and 2. Otherwise, takeaways are that you're in trouble if you're trying to start. Washington Redskins here on out. Oh, Colt McCoy, Cole McCoy, the injury, unfortunate, had his first opportunity to start there at five years in the system. Broken fibula out for the season. Chris Thompson, he was back. Hopefully he didn't count on him 3 for 3. That's nice.

Also on Jeffrey, over his last five games after him, he came out absolutely on fire for his first four games, averaging right around 10 targets a game. Last five games, 37 yards a game.

This is a good team. Ex Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt passed through waivers unclaimed. Now technically free to sign with any team. They're investigating multiple issues. Mike mentioned it on the show. He expects the suspension to exceed the normal. Domestic violence. Six games. This could be a situation where he is suspended for 10 games. 8. Eight to 10 games to start next year.

Yeah, I mentioned it on the show. A full season with everything coming out. A full season won't shock me. But you're. It's at least going to be a double digit suspension if. If he even gets another opportunity.

Chris Carson is expected to play in week 14.

Those of you counting on him for fantasy playoffs, you know you'd like him to play if you count on although Tariko and had a pretty good game with Chase Daniel. So maybe Chase Daniel is just, he's going to go quick to Tariq because it always works if you watch that game. I don't know how many wheel routes.

Yeah, he's going to win. Wide receivers, how do you, how are you thinking about waiver wires this week heading into the playoffs versus, you know, our week to week show? We're always talking about kind of a plethora of guys you can take a chance on at this point in the season. You're not looking for the, you know, the staff.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah. You are not stashing. You are looking for immediate relief to your starting lineup or, or at least stashing handcuffs and defenses, things like that. So I'm looking at wide receivers that I can play immediately. Hopefully I don't need to, but it's Tuesday. So these are the guys we got to talk about.

[Andy Holloway]

One of the big names was the number one overall wide receiver from last week, Dante Pettis, San Francisco 49 or wideout. This is somebody that, to give you some context, you know Matt Harmon, who does reception perception for the ultimate draft kit. When talking about him earlier in the off season, he talked about Pettis being extremely good after the catch. He made at least one defender miss on 42.9% of his in space attempts. He mentioned before the season that could land him a role. He's shown that on his big plays, you know, the ability to take the ball kind of do what Beckham has done for years and what Beckham did as a rookie, take the slant route and then do something special with the ball. He was out wide for 51 of 71 snaps, was on the field for 93% of snaps.

[Mike Wright]

That's, that's where it's really interesting for Pettis because he had, coming into the season had been pegged as okay, well, let's see what Pettis can do from the slot.

[Andy Holloway]

Deal with Marquis Goodwin, deal with Pierre Garcon, deal with Trent Taylor.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah. So the Fact that Pettis has been outside and having success is interesting. Gets to take on Denver. The matchup is not fantastic. I mean, he would have avoided Chris Harris Jr. Should have regardless. But now Chris Harris Jr. For the Broncos will not be playing. Pettis is interesting as a flex play. I don't know if I'm to the point where coming off of this game, I'm going to go, yeah, he's right into my starting two wide receivers, but.

I would consider him targets.

[Mike Wright]

Yes.

You know what, five to eight targets.

Yes, he's definitely. My. My list pretty much consists of three, maybe, maybe four guys.

All right. We'll get right into it that way. So. Well, I'm looking at this list. Maybe it's larger. So Dante Pettis is interesting. Cortland Sutton gets to take on the San Francisco 49ers. I mean, obviously he's on the other side of the game. Finally came through 4 for 85 with a touchdown. That's what we've been waiting for.

People dropped him last week, I'm sure. And then they shook their head with him performing on the waiver wire to this four for 81.

Right. And these guys were talking. Pettis is available in your league. Cortland Sutton available at about 50%. The guy I would really want would be Chris Godwin, who is available in just over 50% of leagues, gets to take on the Saints. We don't know the status of desean Jackson.

[Andy Holloway]

I don't think he's going to play.

[Mike Wright]

I don't think he's going to play either. DeSean Jackson. If at this point of the season, DeSean Jackson has an out, you think he'll take it? I think he'll take it. Sorry, that's just. That's just my impression of the way he would handle the situation. And I mean, he legit has a hand injury.

Wouldn't you rather have the wide receiver eight in fantasy football since week eight.

Adam Humphries pronounced with an Humphreys. I mean, he's. He's sneaky good. I would just. If desean Jackson is out, I'd rather have Chris. God, when. If D. Jackson. I would rather have Adam Humphreys.

No, no, no. I'm just. I'm not shaking my head. And like, I disagree that you can think about him. I'm shaking my head because I'm thinking about, like, it's just kind of a coin flip on who's going to have a game.

Sure, you'll play either one, but they're playing the Bengals.

Because you know you're in a half point, you're in a full point, Eckler should do enough. Obviously, very disappointing. But you're playing Pittsburgh. Are you scrambling? Are you fighting to get both guys on your roster?

No. If I have Echler, I believe I'm just going to be content for the week. Because while Justin Jackson looked like the far more impressive running back for Los Angeles, he would look awesome. And then they would still put Eckler right back on the field. We don't know if the Chargers will change up the game plan. Last week for Justin Jackson. He was 8 for 63 with a touchdown. I mean, that's super efficient. But he only played for 14 total snaps. Meanwhile, Echler was out there for 48 snaps. I want the opportunity and I think that Echler will still be the primary go to guy. However, if I have Eckler, if I have Gordon and Echler, if Jeff Wilson, if I'm able to get him even against Denver, I know the matchup is awful and the Echler matchup is so delicious with the Bengals, I might lean towards going with the full time volume of Jeff Wilson Jr. 15, carries, eight receptions. I mean, that's the type of work that you need. How do you feel about those two guys heading into the week?

I'd play Jeff Wilson Jr. Absolutely. I mean, even though it's Denver, San Francisco running backs, they've averaged the third most rush yards in the league. We were talking about this. You know, Shanahan, it doesn't matter who.

Every single time this season that I've thought Arizona and the defense, which by the way, once again, it went on the road. It held. I believe they have held the Chiefs to the fewest points of any team this year at Arrowhead or anywhere. Then they went on the road and stopped whatever thing.

They got McCarthy fired. And so you want to say that you believe in it. Here's the risk with Arizona's defense, which is fine. Their defense is fine.

No, no. And this is what I'm getting at. The problem is the offense and which just lost Christian Kirk. It puts their defense in terrible positions. They can have a great week, but Rosen can give. Give the ball up and short fields for Detroit. I don't want to play Arizona. I would rather play Detroit on the road. Their defense against Josh Rosen.

So if you're risky, though, this depends on your scoring format, where if you take a huge hit for yards and scores against your defense, I'm probably would not consider it. But if it's that, if that's minimal and interceptions and those things are huge for your defense, then I would still go with it.

Because his first six games before these past two, I mean, he was averaging 25 rushing yards a game, which, that's a nice boost. But that's like Alex Smith and Aaron Rodgers.

You remember he's coming back off of an injury.

Yeah, but I'm saying even, even to start the year, that's what it was. But now 199 yards against Jacksonville, 135 against Miami. That's what I mean. Who should I target? Allen? Jackson? Mullins? Look, I'm not worried. We. We talked about it can happen to anybody. Look at last week, it wasn't just it was Drew Brees, it was Andrew Luck, it was Matt Ryan, Kirk Cousins. It was Kirk Cousins. This can happen to anybody, any time. And you're not going to play somebody different than Newton. Newton has a fantasy playoffs that, you know, that's all you can do. You don't control anything else.

Because if he throws to Demetrius Harris or Chris Conley or Spencer Ware or anybody else, you're extremely happy. And if he doesn't, you're extremely not vulnerable to the damage that Kelsey and Tyreek Hill can do.

You all, I understand the thought process between this where like I don't want my quarterback thrown to my opponent, but you still have to take the stronger play and Patrick Mahomes is a stronger play than anybody.

[Andy Holloway]

Well, and the thing is, it's hard to do this and I get all the logic and strategy, but at the end of the day, let's say the week is over and Jameis Winston scores 30 points and Pat Mahomes scores 45 points. 45 is always more than 30 from my understanding of mathematics.
