As things change week after week, Jason will have to, you know, he'll have to work through some of the injuries on his roster and make decisions that will inform and help you as a listener.

I know that all the other teams in the NFL, they can't like the Patriots. They have to, right? They dislike the Patriots. So how much better was this offer than the other offers? I just don't like. Would you send him to the Patriots for a fifth versus like to the jets for a sixth?

Is that that pick is probably pretty close, right? I mean, right. A late fifth, Patriots fifth and the jets sixth is probably within eight to 10 picks.

So how do fantasy owners think about this? I mean, yesterday I said I traded Josh Gordon last week for an injured Doug Baldwin who should return soon.

I know my, my fantasy take on this. Obviously going to the Patriots, it elicits hope of Randy Moss. This is clearly the best physical, athletic wide receiver that he's had since Randy Moss. And so the upside is enormous, is tremendous. And the fact that the Browns basically traded him for nothing says that the cosmos will come together to make sure he has a good season. All that being said, if I am a Josh Gordon owner right now or it's a waiver day. Look, a lot of people probably dropped Josh Gordon when he was cut thinking it's suspension related. His career is over. So scour your waivers, make sure you can grab them if you can. I'm looking to trade Josh Gordon for the hype price because if you can trade him as a wide receiver one, then worst case scenario, if you get that value, you still got something back. And if he pops, maybe you'll be sad that you missed him, but if you, if you made a good trade, you got value out of that. But the. It has not materialized yet. He does not know the playbook. He hasn't been there yet. And with Josh Gordon there is inherent, inherent risk that at any moment in time, a misstep, things could go wrong. And so to me, if I could package like here's, here's a. I was driving in, I was thinking about like what would be a fair trade, that.

Maybe that's what people want to know.

[Mike Wright]

Maybe you could pull off and would you do it? And so for me, the one guy that kept coming to mind was David Johnson. If you could pair Josh Gordon with.

Something and you're buying David Johnson right now?

Yes. For Josh. Are you telling me, I mean, who would you rather have? Josh Gordon. Tremendous upside, but it has to be a package.

[Jason Moore]

There's no way.

I take that back because I'm sure there's going to be some leagues where a one for one could get done. But in the majority of leagues, Josh Gordon for David Johnson is not going to happen. So you're going to have to send Josh Gordon and a starting running back to buy David Johnson. Yeah, but you're willing to do that?

[Mike Wright]

I'm willing to do that because I don't think you have to send a star running back. I don't think you have to send.

[Jason Moore]

You don't have to send a superstar, but you're going to have to send a starter.

[Andy Holloway]

Marshawn Lynch.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah, exactly. And I would, I would do that too.

[Andy Holloway]

And look, here's the, here's how I read the Gordon situation. There's. For Gordon to be successful in the NFL and for fantasy, he has to be committed both to staying clean and to learning a very complicated system in New England. He has to be committed to learning it. Yes, you can just have him run a nine round. If he just runs nine rounds, I don't think he's going to have the fantasy relevance that you need. Tom Brady, you know, say what you will, I don't know if nine round deep balls all day long. Here, here's the impact. To me, I would be just a quick follow up.

I would, I'm very interested to know what does Randy Moss's route tree. Route tree look like and his time.

[Andy Holloway]

I know, but he's not Randy Moss. Josh Gordon's not Randy Moss.

[Jason Moore]

Nobody is Randy Moss.

[Andy Holloway]

But here's the impact. It impacts Tom Brady for fantasy in a positive way. And more than anything else, in my opinion, it actually impacts Rob Gronkowski the most. You have a secondary field stretching 6 foot 4 monster to come to help. Look, he was double teamed. Gronk was double teamed the entirety of the Jacksonville game. You have to have somebody else that the team has to worry about that helps Gronk. And I think you're going to be banking on a big play from Gordon for a while. Whereas the impact it has on Gronk and raising his baseline is big. So that's my takeaway.

And we, there was a report, we don't know how valid it is, but there was reports on Josh Gordon's hamstring. The original reason that Josh Gordon was going to miss this past weekend, that it's good enough to play this weekend so we could see Josh Gordon suit up as a Patriot as early as this weekend. I am very interested to see what Gordon does.

[Mike Wright]

So. Yeah, for what?

We're talking about waivers, Jason, and I know you're talking about trading him away. Get the value right now because nothing has actually happened.

[Mike Wright]

I'm okay with that. Yes, but. And I want to make sure I'm not, you know, being misunderstood. Only if you can trade him as that wide receiver. One value. Trade him as a star wide receiver because I want you. Yes, I want him. This is not me saying Gordon is not going to be valuable. Trade him because he's going to bust. I think he's going to have a solid fantasy season, but there's a lot of risk, and if you can capitalize, then. Yes, but.

And I want you to. Yeah. I want you to replace Mike McCoy with Brian Schottenheimer. Welcome to a living nightmare. Russell Wilson. This is what you're facing. You don't have weapons right now. Enough of them. You don't have original play caller. That gets you outside the pocket. And unfortunately, last night, you also had to face Khalil Mack. And it was a rough night for Russell Wilson. He Salvaged your fantasy night with the garbage time. But I mean, what do you. What do we say from the Seattle side? You had Rashad penny 10 for 30, Chris Carson six for 24. Second consecutive year. That the backfield in Seattle is a complete and utter fantasy trash.

Yes, and I will agree with that. But the question is Rashad Penny inefficient?

Three yards a carry, but he took over in that second half. Chris Carson once again was the more productive running back, but they only gave him six carries and, and he took.

That's my. That's. I think the big fantasy question for this game is did they. Did they see how terrible the offensive line was and then. And then decide, well, we didn't spend that pick on a lineman, so probably we should get our first overall pick in the game and see what he can do.

Yeah. What can you even take out of it? C.J. pro size caught three passes. Penny caught zero passes. Mark Mike Davis got in the game. It's just, it's a mess. Like, if I had to start one next week, I'd start Penny.

Look, I don't want to take anything away from the Bears, okay. Because the Bears defense looked great. Their defensive line was fantastic. And I think that there are brighter days ahead for Seattle with Pete Carroll, with Russell Wilson. They're going to figure things out, and I think you'll have more fantasy production.

Pete Carroll is planning his retirement.

I don't think I. I mean, I'm genuinely asking, like, I, I don't think that there's anything to figure out there. They. He was sacked. He's been sacked 12 times through two games.

I think a big part of that performance was the combination of Khalil Mack and Doug Baldwin. Not having your number one target and having someone that is in the backfield every single play, I just don't think that's going to be an every week occurrence.

But what if Baldwin misses three more weeks?

Yeah, it's going to hurt. I think you've got to.

Then you're trying to survive.

Wilson actually wanted to ask you this question because one of the things that happened in our league of record was you had so many picks, right. And you had the opportunity to lock your team up early, which meant that you were pretty much the second guy to take a quarterback in our league.

Right.

[Andy Holloway]

And it wasn't because it wasn't like you. You implemented some strategy of like, I'm going to get an early round quarterback. It was because you had so many picks that you, you, you had to.

Yeah, I had three guys on my bench and then I'm grabbing Russell Wilson as a second quarterback off the board. But your question, I'm sure is at what point do you pivot? Are you willing to. Yeah.

[Andy Holloway]

Well, how do you feel about Russell Wilson as an every week start? Because obviously you were, you know, thus far. You draft him to start him. You didn't have the flexibility probably mentally to sign a Pat Mahomes last week or to go out and stream a guy. How do you feel about that situation right now?

[Mike Wright]

You know, I temper expectations, but I'm okay with Russell Wilson. I mean, next week, the Dallas Cowboys and the Arizona Cardinals. After that is his upcoming schedule. You're going to play him in both.

[Jason Moore]

Of those three to nothing. That game's going to be great.

[Mike Wright]

You're going to play him in both of those matchups. I think you're okay. And even if it takes garbage time, you know he wasn't the best because there were the best this week meant you had five touchdowns. But he wasn't putrid for fantasy the way that he was for the NFL, for the actual game while you watched it.

[Andy Holloway]

All right, Mitch Trubisky. An up and down game. If I had to rate it, I'd say probably more down than up.

[Mike Wright]

Stinks.

25 for 34. But his yards per attempt is the second worst in the league behind Sam Bradford.

The last couple of games for Chicago have been the same game script. They've gotten out to a lead, then they've tried to protect that lead. So I don't want to say that like, I'm curious what will happen when they're down. I'm curious what will happen to the yards per attempt and to, you know, those aspects of the offense.

[Mike Wright]

There was one play that was probably the most worrisome for me. I'm obviously paying close attention to Trey Burton. And it was this designed call for Burton. It was a play action. Burton was lined up, you know, tight in the line, and he goes just straight out, just flying a nine. And he was open play action. And Mitch, Mitchell Trubisky was afraid to throw that ball. And I mean, you're talking about a 40 yard designed play. Perfection. Could have been a touchdown. And he didn't throw it, and he ran around and did nothing. And I worry about Trey Burton. Not because of him, not because of scheme. I saw some people saying, why aren't they using him Like Kelsey, if you just keep your eyes on Burton, they are. They're running him all over the place. Mitchell Trubisky is. I just don't think he's a good enough quarter. That was my worry in making him my. My guy. And I would be at least, you know, testing the waters of. Look, he had a touchdown, four receptions. He's going to be one of the higher tight ends this week. Shockingly. I would be seeing if people want to buy in and if I can.

[Andy Holloway]

Upgrade that position from a confidence level in the quarterback, which makes sense. I mean, the decision making for Mitch Trubisky has been a problem.

[Jason Moore]

Yes.

Because sometimes he's, you know, this yards per attempt is super low. But then he's, you know, he's chucking it. He's chucking it randomly. You know, two interceptions. Should have had a third down on the goal line on that.

Ridiculous. He did a scramble and then decided that he thought he had Josh Allen's arm.

Let's talk about some players that are probably owned, but maybe not, maybe not in your league. These guys are all in the 49 to 65% ownership range, so there are still a number of leagues in which they're available. And we're talking about players like. And all of these have had multiple pretty solid weeks. Tyler Lockett, 5 for 16, a touchdown this week. Quincy and Unwa, 7 for 92 again, seems to be the safety valve for Sam Darnold.

Yeah, Keelan Cole, 50% own seven for 116 and a touchdown. I talked to somebody yesterday, picked up Keelan Cole this week. Kenny Golladay.

Six for 89 and a touchdown. And you know what? I'm starting to buy in on Kenny Gollady. You want to know why? It's not because I don't like Marvin Jones or Golden Tate. It's because I think their defense stinks. And I think that Matthew Stafford is going to be catching up all year long.

And their running backs stink.

To continue speaking on Kenny Galladay. I think we worried about where are the targets. Oh, Kenny G. So Kenny G was so smooth, just looking so fine. Adult contemporary star Kenny Golladay. We were worried about where these targets, you know, going to come from. If Marvin Jones is doing what Marvin Jones does and he still is, and Golden Tate is what Golden Tate's always been and he still is, how could Kenny Galladay be a thing? Andy, you bring up the defense, but I think in addition to that, it is the absence of Eric Ebron. Luke Wilson has no.

[Jason Moore]

He has nothing.

[Mike Wright]

He has not taken over that role. It's Kenny Golladay who's. And I think you're going to be able to play all three of these guys. Will you have disappointing weeks from all three of them over the course of the season? Absolutely. But I feel like the majority of time you're going to be okay. And the way that Matthew Stafford was looking to Galladay, you know, it wasn't like he was always the third read. He was often the first or second read if you look at the nine targets he received last week. So I agree. But of all the players that Andy mentioned already, Tyler Lockett, Quincy and Unwa. Keelan Cole, Kenny Golladay, Mike Williams, desean Jackson. If you had to pick one out.

[Jason Moore]

Of that group, who are you Quincy. Targeting Quincy Golladay Cole is how I would rank them. My top three.

[Andy Holloway]

Oh, I would. I would rank them Keelan Cole, Quincy and Noon. Joaquini Galladay.

[Mike Wright]

That's exactly how I would do. Keelan Cole has the highest upside to me. Quincy is the safest.

[Andy Holloway]

Are there. Are there any gaps between them where you're saying you'd rather pay up for one as opposed to trying to get a bargain on the best that. Let's say they're all on your waiver wire. Would you just put in A, you know, a $5 bid on all three of them.

[Mike Wright]

I'd put in less on Golladay. I would put in a $5 bid on Cole and on a Noonwa.

[Andy Holloway]

That's based on the fact that Anunoa and Cole represent the number one target in their offense, whereas Galladay is still the third option.

And I think it's going to be more and more this way. Maybe the wide receiver of choice for Joe Flacco. Four for 92 and a touchdown. But the 10 targets is what I'm talking about.

I like it. And they're deep.

Yeah.

And he just makes plays. When John Brown's been healthy in his career, he makes plays. That's just what happens. The problem is he's dealing. He has the sickle cell and deals with injury. But if he's on the field. Do you like him more than Michael Crabtree?

I do. I certainly do. I mean if you. If they're both basically getting the same target volume, I'm going to take the guy that gets the deeper targets. If he's getting the same volume.

[Jason Moore]

Agreed.

Brandon Marshall last night, 4 for 44 on six targets. The way the game started, I was thinking, wow, he's really more the beneficiary of no Doug Baldwin than Tyler Lockett was. By the end of the game, Locking had the touchdown. Do you care at all about Brandon Marshall right now?

[Jason Moore]

I'm okay caring and being interested in.

50% owned, but this list of wide.

Receivers is so vast right now. He's not. He's not anywhere close to the top five.

Yeah, no, I do agree. I think that Brandon Marshall, he's not a speedster. Right. And so when you slowster, when the offensive line slug is in Russell Wilson's face in 0.1 seconds, Brandon Marshall's route is not complete. And so I think that's going to make it really hard for him.

So my favorite is Chris Godwin. Chris Godwin. I've been saying, you know, for the last couple of weeks, his talent is so strong that I'm willing to take the shot this coming week.

It's the Steelers, and we've seen nothing but shootouts for Pittsburgh so far. I think that Chris Godwin's going to keep it going.

[Jason Moore]

Week one wasn't really a shootout.

[Mike Wright]

It was a shootout. Considering the weather conditions and the rain the point was the defense. It was not, you know, the defense was the weather. That was the best defense on the field. And so I think that Chris Godwin's going to keep it going with Djak stretching the field and Mike Evans as the number one. I mean, you just throw it to God when he's never going to be double covered. And he grabs those.

[Jason Moore]

But what if Winston is back next week? We've talked about Jameis Winston. Does he favors the tight end? Well, more than most quarterbacks when it.

[Mike Wright]

Comes to wide receivers. And this is more of a strategy, fantasy football, you know, thing. I'm not usually looking long term because I'm fine. Next.

You're just like Chris Godwin. Yes, exactly. Pittsburgh. I'll play Chris Godwin. You know, like, I really like Tyler Boyd. He's available in every league. He's clearly the number two. John Ross is not the number two. But, you know, going to Carolina, no, thanks.

Yeah, but the people. I think people want to know, like, is he a must start guy? He places Kansas City this week. How confident are you with Matt Breida as an RB2, for instance?

Yeah, I'm confident with Matt Breida as an RB2. The most important part of the game because he had one really long run. That is padding the 138 yards. It's the four targets. You know, look, I know that Matt Burrida did not. He's not in and of himself, this excellent pass catching back, but he is the best of what San Francisco has and that role is important for a Kyle Shanahan offense. This is why we were so excited about Jerick McKinnon, who would be crushing it right now if, you know, just because of his physical superiority to Burrito and Alf. But Yeah. I am starting Burrito because if they get down, which they probably will, to Kansas City, in Kansas City, then Burrida is going to be the back that's used there in the passing game.

[Andy Holloway]

I agree. I agree. So what would you say if he's out there? Well, 62%. I mean, what would you spend on him if he's on your wire right now? Because obviously people reacted. I would. I would be willing to go a little bit higher than that. I think I would be willing to.

Go 30 because Breeda and Philip Lindsay are both on the waiver wire. How do you handle.

[Mike Wright]

I'm taking Breida over Lindsay because Breida is the best running back on that team, I think. And nothing is going to be the.

[Jason Moore]

Best on his team, too.

[Mike Wright]

Sure. I mean, maybe he is, but I'm not concerned with ALF coming in and taking over and really dominating Breida. Whereas with Philip Lindsay, who has looked great and is clearly the leader right now, I mean, Denver came out after that game and said, we're riding the hot hand.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah.

[Andy Holloway]

We're not going to name him the starter. We're not thinking about naming him the starter.

[Mike Wright]

So if you know Royce Freeman, you know your guy. Royce Freeman is hot. They will ride him. And I believe that I. So I'm less confident that I can start Philip Lindsay week in and week out, just off of two good at home weeks.

[Jason Moore]

But I've heard that Philip Lindsay puts those. When you're up north, you buy the hand warmers.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah.

[Jason Moore]

And you put them in your gloves. He does that and then he shakes Vance Joseph's hand at the beginning of every single game and he goes, oh, that's a hot hand.

[Andy Holloway]

I'm very excited as well because look, they need a spark at their running game.

[Jason Moore]

Yes, Jamal Williams is the better pass protector. I get it. But Aaron Jones is. It's clear he is the best running back on the team. I'm very excited for him to come back. I want him on my bench. But I don't know if Green Bay feels like they want that they're going to play Aaron Jones or I think.

[Andy Holloway]

That they're going to play Aaron Jones or you think they're going to play I Smash Jackson.

[Jason Moore]

I do not know.

[Mike Wright]

I am very confident. I am very confident that Jamal Williams will retain the role and Aaron Jones will be utilized on a small touch every game basis. That's. I'm confident in that. Now, I agree with you that Aaron Jones is their best running back. But I am less excited than you two guys because I do not believe that he will get the workload to, you know, really capitalize on the fantasy value. But I would put him on my bench for sure because should he get that workload, he would be very valuable.

[Andy Holloway]

Geo Bernard.

[Jason Moore]

You say we've buried the lead because Geo Bernard is the number one.

[Andy Holloway]

Here's the number one pickup of the week. Yeah, let's name our favorite two or three pickups. Gio Bernard is 28% owned. He's going to be given an opportunity. With Joe Mixon out for two weeks to start, they play Carolina and Atlanta both games on the road. I expect Mixon to miss both of those games. Therefore, Gio Bernard is heat. Let's say you pick him up. Do you feel better starting Geo in that backfield? Now he's probably going to split some time with Mark Walton.

[Jason Moore]

Not much.

[Andy Holloway]

But do you feel better with Geo or Matt Breida going into week three?

[Jason Moore]

He's the pass catching back. He'll be the primary running back. I mean, when mixing was out last year, it was the Gio Bernard show.

[Andy Holloway]

How much do you spend on him?

[Mike Wright]

It's tough because it's only two weeks or three weeks.

[Jason Moore]

You know, it's at least two weeks. Yeah.

[Mike Wright]

But once that is over, Geo goes back to irrelevance, unlike Coleman. So to me it's a little bit team dependent. Okay.

You're, you're owing to Jason, you need to.

Hypothetically, you're owing to.

And also in reality Dynasty league I.

What are you going to drop for two games?

I would not spend more than 20.

Okay. I, I was thinking in that 25.

To 35, if you're the Joe Mixon owner, what are you spending on Geo?

A lot more.

That's great news. That means that the running backs are not completely dead yet.

[Mike Wright]

So let me ask you this. Would you spend. Let's talk about those in a waiver wire priority league who next year hopefully upgrade to a fab system.

[Jason Moore]

Of course.

[Mike Wright]

But this year they're in it. You've got the number one waiver priority which we all know if you've played in those leagues that's so valuable because you get the pick of the litter. But as soon as you use it, you go to the back of the line usually. Would you spend it on someone this week?

[Jason Moore]

If I have one starting running back that I'm confident in and one where I'm. I've got three guys or so that I'm hoping to plug in the best situation at the running back to. I'm. I would spend it on Geo. I would take. I would buy those two weeks and evaluate from there.

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah, if you're an active player, I want to win. Right now you're listening to like a very accurate, entertaining podcast on a regular basis and you're all over giving you hot hand jokes, high hand jokes and kittles. I would be playing. I play more often than not with the buy a week by a week by a week mentality. Now obviously you'd love to have. You'd love to buy 10 of them, but this is kind of. I mean, it's the same thing with a streaming quarterback. You're trying to buy a quarterback like Pat Mahomes that you can just start the rest of the year. But I'd be trying to buy weeks because you can react, you can trade, you can make adjustments, you can do that stuff. I want to know what you think, Mike, about Austin Eckler.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah.

[Andy Holloway]

Two weeks now of great production from Austin Eckler Behind Melvin Gordon, 11 for 77 on the ground, which was a massive. He was super efficient performance considering Gordon was not efficient on the ground.

[Jason Moore]

Right.

[Andy Holloway]

And Melvin Gordon, is he an AD to you?

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, I would add him, especially if you have Melvin Gordon who dealt with an alleged upper body injury. We don't have any more news on what happened to Melvin. He got banged up, kind of exited the game. The game was well in hand against the Buffalo Bills, so perhaps it was more a matter of that. There's no reason to force Melvin Gordon to go back out. But if. But if Gordon takes a tick back in his snaps this week or anything like that. Austin Eckler is proving to be a very reliable running back for this team. He's a great pass catcher. So yes, I think Austin Eckler is a. I am for sure adding them. I didn't buy in last week, but I am. I'm in this week.

[Andy Holloway]

Did you drop Jordan Wilkins for Austin Eckler?

[Jason Moore]

Yes, I would.

[Andy Holloway]

Would you drop Jordan Wilkins for Corey Clement?

[Jason Moore]

Oh, that's a tough call.

The Eagles have signed a running back off their practice.

[Jason Moore]

Yeah, Josh Adams. He's got some juice.

Well, I read into the injury.

[Mike Wright]

I agree. I didn't know that they had signed someone up from their practice. Squad Based on that, then I would rather have Clement.

[Andy Holloway]

Theo Riddick is targeted a lot. Do you have any interest in Theo.

[Jason Moore]

Riddick in PPR only?

[Mike Wright]

Yes, in full ppr. He should be owned. I want to say get him off the field, put carry on on. But he's got, I mean he's got 19 targets over the first two weeks. That's great for a wide receiver.

[Jason Moore]

[Andy Holloway]

It's annoying watching them. It really is. Javari Salon.

[Jason Moore]

Yes.

[Mike Wright]

Should be owned. He's only 8% owned. He's available in almost every waiver wire. He should be owned. Even though he was, you know, six carries for eight yards. I mean, some of that, you know, when you get a goal line carry for one yard and you get the touchdown, obviously good for you. But he's there pass catching back, you know, seven targets last week.

[Jason Moore]

He's a pass catching back and he also gets goal line carries.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah.

[Jason Moore]

So yes, you should add, you should add Javorius, Buck Allen tight ends.

[Andy Holloway]

Who are your favorite pickups this week? Are there any that you're, you're excited about? I mean, O.J. howard had the big week, 3 for 96 and a touchdown and four targets. He has big playability. Eric Ebron, 3 for 26. Another touchdown. I think Ebron is a week in, week out threat to score. Ebron or Rudolph, who'd you rather start based on this?

[Mike Wright]

Last week, Rudolph came around. You know, he was, he was targeted a lot. I mean, they were down and I don't think Minnesota is going to be down as much. You know, they were playing the packers, but it was, it was nice to see that they've got, they, they can scheme him and use him should they get down. I'd rather have Rudolph.

[Jason Moore]

As would I. Yeah, I would too. I'm taking a look here at Pro Football Reference. They've got Eric Ebron logged in at 26.2 of the offensive snaps this past weekend.

[Andy Holloway]

Yes, Doyle was really bad production wise too.

[Jason Moore]

But he's always on the field and in a position. If it's at this point and I'm going, man, who am I going to add off the waiver wire? I need to get a touchdown from the tight end position. I want a guy who's playing more than 26% of the snaps. I know he's come through back to back weeks, but you're playing a game of probability.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah. And Austin Safari and Jenkins didn't have a monster game 3 for 23, but did get the touchdown. And keep in mind he had a touchdown week one as well, that was called back. So if they are using him in.

[Jason Moore]

The red zone, I would much rather have Jenkins than.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah, and that's a guy that's playing, you know, he's on the field most.

[Jason Moore]

Of the game and mid-80s percent of the snaps.

[Andy Holloway]

Defensive pickups for week three. You got to like Seattle at home against Dallas. Hopefully they get Bobby Wagner back in that game. Cincinnati takes on Carolina. Do you like them at all? Not really.

[Mike Wright]

You don't like them a lot in Carolina, but the reason they're on this list is because they've been surprisingly good and, you know, over the last decade, Cincinnati usually has a good defense. They lost some pieces, so you thought, oh, maybe they're not a good D. And for fantasy purposes, the first two weeks, they've put up solid scores.

[Jason Moore]

The Cleveland Browns are shockingly the number one play of the week at home versus Sam Darnold and the Jets.

[Mike Wright]

That's who I'd pick up.

[Jason Moore]

And I may be tipping my cap here to my co hosts, which is super unfortunate, but I'm playing fantasy football. I'm looking forward a little bit, and I see who's playing the Buffalo Bills next week. That is the Green Bay Packers. Just throwing it out there. You might want. If you've got a burner, like, if I have a burner spot.

So what you meant was tipping your hand.

All right, who's your quarterback? Stream of the week. There are. There are a few options out there that could be interesting. Jason.

Yeah, for me, I'm definitely sticking with the man.

Blake the Snake Bortles. He runs the ball. He's looked great. Here's the thing that you have to keep in mind. Blake Bortles gets a lot of grief for being bad. And I get it. But for fantasy, he's never really been a bad quarterback after his rookie season. I mean, he. The last three years, he's averaged the quarterback eight. His worst finish was last year as the quarterback 13. And that was basically because the first half of last year was all Leonard Fournette. They didn't use Bortles at all. Second half of last year, wasn't he like the second or third best quarterback.

[Jason Moore]

In fantasy through the final about 25% of the season?

[Andy Holloway]

Yeah.

[Mike Wright]

I mean, so he's. I'm not saying he's going to have monster games the way he did this week, every week, by any means. No way. And I wouldn't expect it anything like that against Tennessee. He plays against Tennessee. Who has given up multi touchdown games to the quarterback both weeks. They're going to do it again to Blake Bortles. He's at home. You still don't know the full health of Leonard Fournette.

[Andy Holloway]

Corey Grant offers him yardage out of the backfield. The thing about Bortles that has made him successful and maybe the reason they decided not to bring back Allen Robinson is he functions best when he takes what the defense gives him. And he has other weapons. You have asj, Kim, Moncrief and Cole and dede. You have his ability, solid team. He gets to spread the ball around without having, you know, you remember Allen Robinson. Every overthrow, every miss, every time he didn't get a target, he was throwing a fit.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah. And look at this. Here's his schedule. You pick him up to stream him this week and you might be surprised how long you hang on to Blake the Snake because he goes Tennessee at home, the jets at home, then Kansas City, Dallas. I mean, you could have the next month as a great streaming option.

[Andy Holloway]

Maybe you spend spin to grab them. Five bucks.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah. I mean, you spend a couple. Couple bucks. I don't think people are rushing. You know, your league, if you're in one of those reactionary leagues where Blake Bortles puts up 46.1 fantasy points and everybody goes after him because they're just.

[Jason Moore]

Chasing points or they say Blake stinks. I don't want in on that.

[Mike Wright]

Yeah. But I'd grab.

[Jason Moore]

It has absolutely been an incredible, exciting start to the season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And now he gets to play Pittsburgh. So I am standing in that fire.

He's at home, too, right?

[Jason Moore]

Yes. And no. 1, the Pittsburgh Steelers, no defense is seeing quarterbacks go deep more frequently. That's what Ryan Fitzpatrick has been all about. He's got the weapons to sustain him as well. One more. This might be the last rodeo for Ryan Fitzpatrick while Jameis Winston's finishing up his suspension. So he's going. He's got to give everything he's got. He's trying to earn everything he got. He's trying to earn that starting spot. And I'm still going with it. I understand. This is a fool me once, fool me twice thing with Ryan Fitzpatrick.

[Mike Wright]

We saw.

[Jason Moore]

I'm going for it.

[Mike Wright]

We have seen a full season where he was a good fantasy quarterback. We have Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker. So this wide receiver core of.

[Andy Holloway]

I mean, yeah, look, are you starting Mike Evans?

[Mike Wright]

Yes.

Are you starting Chris Godwin?

[Mike Wright]

Yes.

[Andy Holloway]

Are you starting to Sean Jackson?

[Mike Wright]

Yes.

And I was thinking about O.J. howard.

Absolutely.

Okay, so probably plays quarterback and Peyton Barber run it all.

So I'd play ryan Fitzpatrick, too. 23% owned right now.

[Mike Wright]

Pick them up.

I'm shocked that it's that high.

[Andy Holloway]

Now. I. I'm going to go a little deeper, but I'm going to stay in Florida and I'm going to stay with a quarterback with the first name of Ryan. And I'm going to go with Ryan Tannehill against Oakland. 6% owned. This is your deeper league play. I much prefer Bortles or Fitzpatrick over Ryan Tannehill. I like the Tannehill call, but he's been fine. He's been totally fine. You Always have the opportunity for a Kenny Stills game. Breaking play. Just missed on one last week. That would have put him in a 30 point week. He still had 22 fantasy points in our league of record. I think Tannehill is somebody that you can sneak out there if you're in a deeper league. If you're in a league where people are rostering two quarterbacks and you don't know who to play or who to sign, look, he's going to be available. So if Fitzpatrick and Bortles are gone and you have to stream somebody, he's available.

[Mike Wright]

Here's what I love about Ryan Tannehill. When I was stating him out for the season in the draft rankings the first go round, the very first, you know, we just finished all 32 teams and I look at my rankings and see who's where. Ryan Tannehill shocked me. He was like my quarterback 15. I was like, oh, that's just. This is. I've made a mistake. Something is wrong. But what happened when I looked deeper was I was giving him his rushing yardage that he's used to, and I backed off of that number because of the knee injury. If he is a rushing quarterback, he's going to be really valuable. Last week, 44 yards, eight carries on the ground. He's not afraid of the knee. That is very telling. So, yeah, if you're in a deeper league and these other options aren't there, I think Ryan Tannehill could have a good game. I ain't mad at you.

[Andy Holloway]

All right. Those are our streaming quarterbacks this week. Mike Tomlin, More news. He did confirm that Antonio Brown was not present at practice on Monday. He refused to say whether it was an excused absence. It did not sound like it was. And he refused to say. Yeah, he's hoping to meet with Brown on Tuesday to discuss the situation. I mean, we all expect Brown to be fine and playing, but it's very interesting what's happening in Pittsburgh. Bad vibes.

[Mike Wright]

They could go oh and three.

[Andy Holloway]

Well, no, they really can't go.

They would still be 03.
