Joey P. Zappia
Welcome in everybody to Fantasy Pros. This is the Fantasy Football Podcast. It's me, Joey P. Joe P. Zappia and today we are going to take a look at some Dynasty buy lows and sell highs. This is that perfect time with the NFL draft around the corner, the combine behind us, and rookie drafts on the horizon to take a look at some of the assets that we might have on some of our long term rosters, what we can move for them, what we could get back for them, and who should be going away, far, far away from any of the rosters we have. Now could be the time to really make some big changes that could impact you positively in 2026 and to help us identify some of those pieces, Scott Bogman, Pat Fitzmorris, two of our gems from the Dynasty podcast. And of course, if you're watching this on the Fantasy Pros feed, don't forget you can also watch it on the Dynasty feed as well. We've got our own channel now for Fantasy pros Dynasty, so make sure you check that out. Subscribe on the YouTube channel to Dynasty Fantasy Football over here at Fantasy Pros and of course to the podcast feeds for everything as well. Gentlemen, is a really interesting time of year, right, because we hot off the combine, very excited about all the prospects, we're doing, all the mock draft shows, all that stuff's going on. But Boggs, this is also a great time to start evaluating the rosters that we have and starting to make some maneuvers to see what kind of picks we want to acquire in 2026 and beyond, what kind of players we think might be assets and undervalued right now, 100%.
Scott Bogman
I mean, it's a great time to kind of reevaluate and look, you know, all the mock drafts are pretty fun until free agency. And then after free agency it's like, okay, now let's look for some accuracy out of these, these mocks, right? So it's going to be a fun time, a great time, and it's a good time to evaluate your team. Take a look at who the free agents are, who's kind of solidified in some of their spots, who is maybe wavering, maybe a guy's going to sign there that could impact their future. So it's a good time to kind of go and a sneaky time to buy and sell.
Joey P. Zappia
Well, speaking of sneaky here, we're going to start with the buys and we're gonna start with a running back. And Fitzy is coming out of the gate hot because this guy, I mean, it's certainly a buy high. I mean, it might be the highest his value has ever been in his career. And Fitzy, you're still buying this guy. The last game that we had of the 2025, slash, 2026 NFL season, this guy ended up with a big award. So let's talk about Ken Walker and why you think he's a buy despite the fact that value is at an all time high.
Pat Fitzmorris
It is a buy high, Joe, but mainly it's because I, I don't think he's going to wind up going back to what was kind of a frustrating spot for him last year. So Kenneth Walker ranked 28th in PPR points per game during the 2025 regular season. As good as that playoff run was, Zach Charbonnet was the Seahawks designated goal line back and cut into Walker's regular season workload to some degree. But then Charbonnet tore his ACL early in the Seahawks first playoff game and Walker went completely nuclear during Seattle's playoff stretch. Better than 100 rushing yards in Seattle's three playoff games. 139 yards from scrimmage per game, four touchdowns. But the Seahawks did not tag Walker. They did not give him the franchise tag. So they're going to let him test the market. And you know, Seattle has a decent amount of cap space, but the Seahawks probably are going to sign Jackson Smith and Jigba and Devon Witherspoon to big contract extensions at some point in 2026. So maybe they don't splurge on resigning Walker. And you know, if they let Walker walk and he is a who that man. So if he gets a bigger workload with some other team and maybe isn't getting poached at the goal line the way he was in 2025 or if he comes back to the Seahawks, at least he would figure to be a workhorse early in the season while Charbonnet works his way back from the knee injury. So either way, I think we're going to see increase for Walker. And yes, he's not going to be cheap now, but I, I don't think you're like walking in any blind spots if you buy him now. I think his workload is going to be bigger and the role is going to be better than it was in 2025.
Joey P. Zappia
All right. You use two puns when talking about Walker. Third one, you're out. We have to cut you on the show. I'm just telling you right now. So let's talk about what that price is because I imagine it's pretty high. Right. We've been talking about that performance. We were talking about eye opening to a lot of other NFL franchises, but also to fantasy managers as well. So what would it take to get Ken Walker in terms of players picks? Like, what's a combination in your head to make that deal happen?
Pat Fitzmorris
So I know a lot of people are expecting a breakout season from Marvin Harrison Jr. And think it's imminent. And I think you know our trade value charts. I'm not sure about our trade value chart. I know some of the other ones in the market have Marvin Harrison Jr. Valued higher than Walker. I would give up Marvin Harrison Jr. Straight up for Kenneth Walker right now. I wouldn't even think twice about it. Especially with the possibility that Malik Willis goes to the Cardinals and then you're going to see passing volume plummet like the Cardinals led the league in pass attempts last year. That's not going to happen if Malik Willis is their quarterback. And you've also got Trey McBride and Michael Wilson there. So I'd give up Marvin Harrison Jr. For him. I think I'd give up Zay Flowers for him. That seems like kind of an even exchange.
Joey P. Zappia
All right. Yeah, actually, the Zay Flowers maybe throw in like a 5th round pick or something like that. Maybe to sweeten it up a little bit if you have to. Let's talk about a running back that you want to buy. Scott Bogman, who is that guy for you that you circled?
Scott Bogman
Yeah, it's Chase Brown and I know there's some worry about love being in the Bengals vicinity during the draft, but I can tell you two things that long. Bogs number one, he ain't lasting pass. I think he gets picked at three. I think the Cardinals take him at three. So I don't think he's going to make it to the Bengals. And even if he did, with them not franchising Trey Hendrickson and letting him walk, they have to do what the Panthers did last year. I feel like all their money that they have in cap space, all their draft picks need to be spent on the defensive side of the ball. And if they are spent on offense, they need to be fixing that O line that you cannot draft skill position players out of this class for this team that already has better skill position players. So you know Chase Brown last season, 10th in touches. He was seventh in points per game in PPR, which is most IC leagues for running backs. Seventh points per game, seventh and total points as well. And he's ranked as RB12 now. That's where I have him as well. I think there are better backs than him still. But this dude has had increasing touches for three straight seasons. He was over 300 this season and 10th in total touches. So he's 25 years old. He's in the prime of his career. He's on a good offense with a defense that still has to outscore, has to have their offense outscore the opponent because the defense is a sieve. They can't stop anything. So, so I'm adding Chase Brown if I can pretty much at any point. And I think the price point on him. And let me ask you, Fitzy, who would you want in this draft over Chase Brown? Jeremiah Love? Is there another player?
Pat Fitzmorris
Oh, a running back. Good Lord.
Scott Bogman
Any player. Is there a wide receiver you'd want over him? Would you take like Tate Lemon and and Tyson ahead of Chase Brown? That's fine. But that still is only four players.
Joey P. Zappia
I think I would, I would. I don't know where Fitzy is, but I think I would. Especially depending on landing spot. How about you?
Pat Fitzmorris
It's close. I think the value is close. I mean I just because Brown is a couple years into his career and wide receivers generally age pretty well, I think I would value Tate Lemon and Tyson just a little bit higher than Chase Brown.
Scott Bogman
But it's in the ballpark and nobody else for sure. Right. Like Sadiq ends up maybe in his dream scenario of like Philly when they trade A.J. brown or something. Right? Like something like that. I, I, I could see, but I Think for the most part your top four or five picks in the rookie class. If you're not picking in that group, I would trade that pick to get Chase Brown in a non super flex.
Joey P. Zappia
Well, box, let me put this to you. Would you rather have an early second round, 2026 pick or Chase Brown? Right.
Scott Bogman
I think that's early 2026 or Chase Brown is Chase Brown all day.
Joey P. Zappia
Okay, what about late first round 2026, Chase Brown?
Scott Bogman
Okay, I'm telling you, after pick five, if this isn't super flex, you know, just the picks are worth a little more in super flex.
Joey P. Zappia
Even so it's not a great quarterback class, right?
Scott Bogman
Yeah, 100%. So but just, yeah, I think post those top five or, you know, four or five players. To me it's four and then I want Chase Brown. So really you could even say it's one. If you don't need a wide receiver, it's just Jeremiah, Love that you take over Chase Brown. That's it.
Joey P. Zappia
The, the problem with the quarterback class is the inexperience too. Like Ty Simpson, you know what, 14 games as a starter or whatever it was.
Scott Bogman
Right, right, right.
Joey P. Zappia
The. The guys with that track record going into the NFL is not good. I think the only guy to succeed was Cam. Cam Newton. But again, his tools are kind of off the chart. So I don't know if that's a good comp to, you know, the, the fact that, you know, when guys don't play a lot of college games, they typically tend to struggle in the NFL. You can go through the list of
Scott Bogman
guys, a lot of clipboard holders in this year.
Joey P. Zappia
A lot of guys with long NFL backup careers, let's put it that way. All right, Fitzy, let's talk about a wide receiver that you want to buy right now. And as a guy start off like gangbusters in the beginning of the year and then faded dramatically in the second half. And Mecca Egbuca talk to me about his value in Dynasty going forward.
Pat Fitzmorris
Yeah. So with a book, I think this is maybe a good time to move in before free agency because the Buccaneers are not expected to resign. Mike Evans, they don't have a ton of cap room. They're in pretty good shape at receiver even without Evans with, you know, ibuka Godwin, Jalen McMillan, Tez Tez Johnson. So they, they've got a lot of other needs. I don't think they're going to add any wide receivers and they're going to let Evans walk. If Evans does in fact leave, Abuka is going to have A chance to establish himself as the number one receiver in Tampa. And yeah, as people are going to remember, Ibuka was a standout in training camp last year and got off to a blazing start. Five touchdowns in his first five games. He was the wide receiver three in PPR through the first five weeks of the season and then things kind of went sideways. Abuka tweaked his hamstring in week six. He tried to play through it but just wasn't as effective. Baker Mayfield's performance kind of fell off after a hot start, which might have been because the offensive line had a bunch of injuries. I think things are going to look a lot better for a Bukin. We're going to see something closer to the Mecca Ibuka we saw in the first five weeks of 2025. I think this is a good time to buy.
Joey P. Zappia
What would it cost to get a Mika Buca in your opinion?
Pat Fitzmorris
Yeah, I mean I would trade James Cook for him and I think James Cook's value has never been higher in Super Flex. If I had a little bit of depth at quarterback, I'd be willing to trade Bo Nix for a Mecca Buca and I would certainly give up any draft pick in this year's rookie draft other than the one on one or 102.
Joey P. Zappia
And I'd even say this is the guy that like if you've got the 104 and you're sitting there and you don't love this class, Igbuka's a year in and you've already seen some success. I would, I would make that flip in a second.
Pat Fitzmorris
I mean and I'd even consider the 102. Like if I didn't need a quarterback and it was either Mendoza or Buka and I needed wide receiver help more than quarterback, I might do that deal. Although I'd probably try to ask for a little bit more.
Joey P. Zappia
Bob, you agree with that evaluation of.
Scott Bogman
Absolutely 100%. I mean I still have a Mecca Buka at pick number 12 or wide receiver number 12. Excuse me. So I have him as a wide receiver one in this, you know, currently in Dynasty. And I also, I think it's just like Chase Brown. Like the only player that I would guaranteed for sure want over him in this class is Jeremiah Love. And the fact that Mike Evans said he's going to test the free agent waters is could throw his targets through the roof if Mike Evans signed somewhere else. So yeah, I'm all about getting a mechag Buka. I think he's the best player on this buys list that we have.
Joey P. Zappia
All right, let's go to another wide receiver here. Bagman. All off season, there's been a lot of buzz about Alec Pierce. It seems like Indianapolis could be in his future, but then again, maybe not. We all know that the NFL is a constantly moving animal. So what's their take on Alec pierce here in 2026 and beyond?
Scott Bogman
Well, I think, you know, he's just being viewed as less than he should be right now. He's currently ranked as like a wide receiver 4, I believe. I think his ECR would be wide receiver 43. I have him at 34, so I see him more as a wide receiver 3. And the performance with Daniel Jones was great last year. Obviously, you know, they had a lot of struggling quarterback issues before this season. And then Daniel Jones came in and was awesome before tearing his Achilles. But he put up his best weeks with Philip Rivers in the last month of the season. Now he had massive swings again, like guys like Alec Pierce do, where he was just, you know, getting you close to the donut and then a wide receiver one performance and then another donut and then a wide receiver one performance. So he was inconsistent with a guy like Philip Rivers. But I think the ability to put up those big numbers, become such a red zone threat that he has become and a deep play threat. You know, he's always going to be a little bit less valuable in a PPR league because he's just not a guy that's going to get, you know, 100 catches in a season. But I think if you view him as if he's being viewed as a wide receiver four, wide receiver five, somewhere in that range. And he's more of a wide receiver 3. There's value there to be bought. And I kind of, I think he can be successful in most places. He, I. He's not 100% completely quarterback proof. I don't think anybody is. Justin Jefferson proved that last year. Right. But I do think if you perform with Philip Rivers and his, you know, the ghost of Philip Rivers past or whatever, he, he was not. He was a bad armed quarterback at this point. So if you can perform with him, I think he's going to be able to go almost anywhere and perform well.

Boggs, you know, I I am pro Alec Pierce. I I kind of think he's the Discount Jordy Nelson, but.
Scott Bogman
Oh, here's the but.
Pat Fitzmorris
Would you would it dampen your enthusiasm at all if it were the Titans who he signed with? Because the Titans have a ton of cap space and a pretty barren wide receiver room right now. I mean, they I I don't know what Calvin Ridley status is, but you know, last year was Shamir DK and Alec I a manor, right? They could use a veteran, you know,
Scott Bogman
a veteran more cap space than anybody either, right?
Pat Fitzmorris
For sure. But you know, Cam Ward and Cam Ward played pretty well over the last month, or at least much better than he had. But the first few months of the season were pretty alarming. Like, would it diminish your enthusiasm at all if you signed with Tennessee?
Scott Bogman
Not at all. Actually, I kind of think Tennessee would be a good landing spot for him because, you know, the thing that annoys you about Cam Ward would be really good for Alec Pierce Fitzy Cam Ward holds the ball too long. So if he's getting, you know, an extra step on that DB because Cammore is holding the ball, he's going to have some big, big plays for Tennessee if he does land there and they have a lot of cap space, so that is a very decent landing spot for him. I think I'd be more concerned if he went to like Pittsburgh. You know, we don't know who the quarterback is there. DK Metcalf kind of does the same stuff that Alec Pierce does and it's probably going to continue to be run first offense the way the offensive line has been built. So I think there are other places that Alec Pierce could go that'd be worse than Tennessee. I actually think Tennessee would be an okay place.
Joey P. Zappia
Fitzy, I'm not going to lie. The quarterback that you've tagged here for a buy I absolutely love was a guy that I was in on last year and just redraft leagues and I feel like we're starting to get back to the elite level of this player potentially soon, especially if he has a little bit healthier offensive line in 2026. Let's talk about Justin Herbert, what it's going to take to get him on your roster and why you want to buy him in Dynasty.
Pat Fitzmorris
Yeah, it's going to take a lot. He's by no means a buy low, but I think it's worth making an offer for Justin Herbert, even though it's not easy to buy good established quarterbacks in Dynasty. But Herbert is going to get offensive tackles Joe Alt and Rashawn Slater back from injury. He's going to be throwing a lad McConkey, Quentin Johnston, Aranda Gadz in the second and second year guy Trey Harris. Herbert's going to have Mike McDaniel as his offensive coordinator, which is exciting. And here's where maybe the pre free agency buy target angle comes into play. There are only nine teams with more than $40 million in cap space according to Spotrac. I don't know if that's totally up to date as of now, but last time I checked, which was like a day ago, There are only four NFL teams with more than $80 million in cap space. The Chargers have 84.9 million, fourth most in the league and they're not far behind the number two commanders and number three Raiders Titans mentioned earlier are number one with a bullet with about 90 million. So Herbert, the reason he might actually be attainable like his first three seasons in the league. His yardage totals range from about 4, 300 yards to 5,100 yards last two seasons has not reached 4,000 yards. First two years in the league 31 TD passes as a rookie, 38 TD passes in year two. Hasn't thrown for more than 26 TD passes in any of his last three seasons. And yet his passer rating, his YPA, some of the other passing metrics suggest he he's been just as good if not better than he was in his first few years. Again, not that I think anyone is down on Justin Herbert and looking to ditch him, but I, I do think maybe, you know, he's attainable with a very generous offer. Bottom line, I think the Chargers are going to buy themselves some interior offensive line help which they need badly. Like the play they got from their center and guards last season was just abysmal and that's going to change. Like I think of what the Bears did last year when they bought themselves an entire interior offensive line with Joe Thuney and Chris Dallman and Jonah Jackson. And I think the Chargers are going to do something similar this year and that's going to set up Herbert for a big bounce back season. What would it take Joe? I trade CD Lamb for Justin Herbert. If I needed QB help I, I would give up Trey McBride for Herbert in a super flex league in a heartbeat. And I know that some trade value,
Joey P. Zappia
even a tight end premium one,
Pat Fitzmorris
I'd consider it. I just, I think we probably just saw the best season Trey McBride is ever going to have.
Joey P. Zappia
I would possibly agree with that. Certainly his values at a peak. Let me throw this one out. You this is a little outside the box this time last year everybody was talking about how good the quarterback class of 2026 is going to be and we have Arch Manning and this guy and all you guys and a lot of guys didn't either come out or perform very well. Would you leverage say if you had, I don't know, a late first round pick this year with a first pick in 2027, not knowing how that's all going to shake out. Like we all think it's going to be good. We can all hope that it's going to be good and work out and all these quarterbacks that we're excited about end up playing well in college, staying healthy, having good years and then being top draft stock. But would you do that for Herbert who still got his prime years ahead? I feel like it's something worth considering if you had like a late first this year and then a 2027 first and then keep all the players you have and try to win now with Herbert.
Pat Fitzmorris
Look, man in in super flex quarterback is the name of the game. I think I would give up a 2027 first even if I was sort of on the come up and that first round pick could potentially be. I mean I, I'd be a little heartsick about it if it turned out to be the one on one and Jeremiah Smith. But yeah, I think I would make that trade.
Joey P. Zappia
Fair enough. All right, let's get to a quarterback that Bogman has his eyes on to buy. He's been a very popular guy. Malik Willis Bogman. Let's talk about what it would take to acquire him and why you want to purchase. I assume based off of what you saw in some limited starts this year for the Green Bay Packers.
Scott Bogman
Yeah, I won't put anyone else through my J.T. mcCarthy rhetoric here but look, Arizona is the rumor. The Cardinals have Trey McBride. They have Marvin Harrison, they have Michael Wilson. They still have James Connor and Trey Benson on that line. They have the number three overall pick that might be there for Jeremiah Love. And I think they're going to fix up that, that offensive line and spend a lot of draft picks on defense as well. So perfectly, perfectly reasonable to sit and wait. Right. And see where Malik Willis ends up before you go and trade for him. But the only game he finished with more than 11 pass attempts, we saw him hit QB3 for the week he had. That was week 17 against Baltimore. 281 yards and a touchdown and also two rushing touchdowns and 60 yards rushing on nine attempts. This dude can win with his legs. He can pass the ball well and he's learned a lot after sitting and waiting behind Jordan Love the same way Jordan Love sat and learned behind Aaron Rodgers. And you know he's going to go, he's going to sign somewhere to go and start. Pittsburgh's the rumor. The jets, the Cardinals, there's Miami. There's so many teams that absolutely need a quarterback. So I think wherever he ends up, he's going to be a pretty good value. I don't think and I think Fitzy will be with, with me on this. I don't think I'd give up a 2027 one from Malik Willis just yet. Right. Like I know quarterback is the name of the game and we're right there. I would in a super flex I would give him up for anyone. That's not Jeremiah Love. As is as has kind of been the theme here, you know, with this current draft class. There's a lot of talent in it but you know, it's. It's not next year's draft class and there's proven talent in the NFL. So I think I would rather have Malik Willis than the rest of the rookies, but in a super flex in particular. But it is the upside. The upsides there. It's waiting for him to take it. He has to unlock it. Maybe this could be a bust. But I think from what we saw out of him, I'm really excited and I'm a Steelers fan. I want them to sign him. Don't think it's going to happen, but I'm. I'm really hoping for Aaron Rodgers to make a retirement decision so the Steelers can give him the full court press here. Should have been who they drafted over Pickett, by the way, but.
Joey P. Zappia
Well, that's fair. It also feels as though, yeah, who knows if they could have developed him and how that would have worked out. Sure, yeah.
Scott Bogman
100% the.
Joey P. Zappia
Because they would have to throw him to the wolves the way they Pickett did basically too. So it might not have been the best situation. This path for him to, you know,
Scott Bogman
might be the right one.
Joey P. Zappia
Lafleur and. And love might have been the best case scenario for him. But I will say this too. I think every year there's always that one quarterback or one guy that people are like, oh, this is like the trendy guy. Right. I think the dangers don't overpay for Malik Willis too. Would you agree with that sentiment? Because there is a lot of unknown still. I know he's a quarterback. I know quarterback is king in the super flex dynasty, but gotta be a little.
Scott Bogman
Everybody thought they knew what Daniel Jones was. Right. And so no one paid for Daniel Jones, even me. My, my, my thought process was let's give Anthony Richardson this job with style and see what happens here. And it didn't work. Daniel Jones took it and ran with it. Kind, you know, so kind of like that situation. I would say the Arizona situation is very nice for a quarterback. Right. Malik Willis is the big rumor right now, but I might be interested in whoever ends up taking that cardinal shot because the weapons are there. But I'm also interested in wherever Malik Willis ends up because there is. There's a lot of talent with this guy. And if he is going to run, if he goes to an OC that will let him run, he could have a massive impact on the quarterback market.
Joey P. Zappia

Scott, Bobby, why don't you go first here with the running back Josh Jacobs. Why is it time to get out from old Josh, who's been pretty steady for the pack these last couple years,
Scott Bogman
man, he really has been and this isn't like necessarily a you have to trade Josh Jacobs. This is just in in typical running Back fashion. This is the last time you're going to be able to get probably enormous value for him. Maybe next year when he turns 20, 29. But that transition year of 28 to 29 is typically where running backs start to lose some steam. Right? And Josh Jacobs has played through everything and we saw him play through everything this year and he was still awesome. But the dude has had over 2000 touches in his career. 21:09 exactly. And this might be the last time to get a good haul for him. There's also a weaker running back class coming in through the draft. So there's not as many options to pick up and run with through the draft this season. So I think that this year with the weak draft class, you know, there's some guys that may get jobs in the free agent market, but I don't think anything that is anywhere close to what Josh Jacobs is. So this is probably the last time that you have to go and get peak value for Josh Jacobs. That's why it's not that I dislike him, I don't think he's going to fall off a massive cliff or anything, but this is typically when the guys do it and you can still get a haul for him. So if you want to, you know, avoid that falling knife and all of that, this is the time to go ahead and trade Josh Jacobson, try to get your roster a little bit younger.
Joey P. Zappia
Well, he's going to be 28 this year, so theoretically there should be at least another year or two there. So I can understand. I would think Boggs the ideal team is a. You're shopping him to a team that can win now, right?
Scott Bogman
Right.
Joey P. Zappia
Like that. That's the best case scenario. You're looking around for a roster in your league with a team that's that you think is going to be very competitive this year and you take draft picks or you take guys or works in progress that you think are going to be better long term investments. So yeah, I could see that going through. All right, let's talk about a running back that Fitzy wants to get rid of before it's too late. Fitzy, who's that guy for you?
Pat Fitzmorris
Yeah, we've been doing some big game hunting with the the buys and sells to this point. This is more like low level swap meet St but like I if I've got Jakori Crosby merit I would be willing to see what I could get for him because right now the Commanders only have two draft picks in the first four rounds of the draft. They don't have A second round or a fourth rounder. But Washington does have a ton of salary cap space. Third most. And I think they're going to. Or maybe second most. Sorry, I think they're going to sign a free agent running back. I don't think they're going to draft Jeremiah Love when they've only got these limited early round draft picks. And if they sign a free agent running back, be it Tyler Algier, even someone like Aaron Jones, I think that further blocks Jacori Crosky, Merritt, who was already losing early down work to Chris Rodriguez last season, even though some of the efficiency metrics for old Bill were sneaky good like success rate and yards per carry. But I would cash him in for a younger receiver who hasn't really popped yet, like Trey Harris, maybe Tori Horton. And I'd probably even take a late second rounder for him. Heck, I'd probably even take a 2027 third for Jakory Crosby. Merritt.
Joey P. Zappia
Yeah, it definitely seems like Washington's gonna look somewhere else. That running back position. We already had some running back movement this offseason too. David Montgomery's already moved on to a new spot here via trade with the Houston Texans. So it's going to be interesting. I think it's gonna be a lot of rb, little chess game getting played here right there. So those are two running backs the guys are looking to sell. Let's talk about a wide receiver. Scott Bogman, why don't you kick us off?
Scott Bogman
Let's go with Cortland Sutton. Another age concern here for. But also the Broncos are likely to add some talent. They don't have a lot of needs in the NFL draft right now. They don't have a lot of needs in free agency. This team was very good. I think maybe a backup quarterback should be on their list of things they need to buy after watching the AFC title game here. But the one position they have that, that I think a lot of people are mocking for them is linebacker. Well, if they sign a linebacker now, it's kind of just take BPA and they could take a wide receiver. They could assign a wide receiver. I think Franklin and Bryant should improve. But a speed weapon like Casey Concepcion, Chris Bell, something like that would pull targets away from everyone. Cortland Sutton just turned 30, right. So we're getting into another guy that this might be the last time where you can get massive value for him. If they add another wide receiver who's younger, faster, like if they would have added Ikbuka last year, he would have been the wide receiver One for the Broncos. Right. Like, I don't think that that's really a question. So I love Cortland Sutton. He's done a lot of good for me. He's been a cheap buy that has provided you way more than he's given you. But if you. This is kind of the last stop. I feel like if you want to get good value for Cortland Sutton, this is the last time you're going to be able to trade him.
Joey P. Zappia
Well, I think, like Jacobs, too, it's always good when you're trading a guy in a situation where he's still playing well, you know, before you miss that window. So if you're out a year too early, okay, well, whatever, you know, it happens sometimes, but it's better than being out a year too late. And these guys, especially if you can figure that out. So if you're trying to cover your bets right now, make sure you draft some wide receivers and look to move on from Cortland Sutton. Next guy on the list, another guy who's getting a lot of buzz this off season certainly was a busy boy because everybody else around the New York Giants wide receiver Cora got hurt. So let's talk about Wandell Robinson. Fitzy, what fits in terms of. For you moving on with him?
Scott Bogman
Yeah.
Pat Fitzmorris
So dynasty leagues are typically PPR leagues, so people pay attention to reception totals. And Wanda Robinson has had more than 90 catches each of the last two seasons. He's at exactly 140 targets in each of the last two seasons. Last year, a career high 1014 receiving yards. And Wondale had, I think, the best possible run out he could have had with the giants the last two seasons. In 2024, it was basically Wanda, Malik, Neighbors, and no one else catching passes from Daniel Jones. And last year, Neighbors gets hurt early. Wanda has 66 more targets than anyone else on the Giants last year. So now he's a free agent. Sounds like the Giants are not interested in resigning him. I think it's inevitable that wherever he goes, Wanda Robinson is going to see major target share slippage in 2026. So if anyone is still, you know, transfixed by those 90 catches the last two years, like, I think it's a good time to sell. And I wouldn't even, you know, I'm not holding anyone's feet to the fire for Wandell Robinson. Like, I'd even. I'd take Zach Charbonnet coming off the AC Altair. I take Dalton. Dalton Kincaid. I'd take Kincaid, even though his usage is kind of suboptimal in Baltimore. Heck, in a super flex league, Joe, I think I would even gamble on Scott Bogman's boy, J.J. mcCarthy for Wanda Robinson straight up.
Joey P. Zappia
Well, look, I mean, sometimes there's just principle buying, right? Like where a guy stock is rock bottom, like Anthony Richardson's. Another one of these guys too, where it's like, yes, buy it, buy it. Because I'm not saying that these guys,
Scott Bogman
the cost is so cheap. Even if he. Even if they never come, it doesn't
Joey P. Zappia
cost you anything to be wrong. But for some reason they figure it out. Especially because they're so young still. I mean, both those guys, like you just kind of like, you know, you just wait a little longer and see maybe they land in a good situation where they start to develop a little bit better. And you know, look, Baker Mayfield at one point was a rock bottom buy. You know, Sam Darnold was a rock bottom by now. I'm not saying either of those two guys are nearly as talented as JJ McCarthy.
Scott Bogman
You take that shot, right? Yeah, take that shot.
Joey P. Zappia
Baker Mayfield, much better prospect. Same thing with Sam Darnold even. But it's, it's the theory of it. And it's gonna cost you even less than it did to buy those guys.
Scott Bogman
And I think if you go back to that question that Fitzy asked me about Alec Pierce, right, Like Alec Pierce going to Tennessee, would that bother me? Not really. Because of the way Alec Pierce plays. If Wanda goes to Tennessee now, I'm. I'm pretty concerned for him, right? Like, oh, yeah, because you're going to have. Tennessee is going to draft some wide receivers as well. We know that. I think Shamir DK could take another step up. But that now you're competing with DK for, for these slot touches, right, because that's what Wanda is. He's a slot merchant. So if he goes to the Jets, Garrett Wilson is there and easily your number one. If he goes to commanders, they have Terry McLaurin, right. These are the teams with money.
Pat Fitzmorris
Your Steelers need a slot guy. Boggs.
Scott Bogman
Yeah. How often are they going to throw to him? As often as Calvin Austin probably got the ball. So, yeah, there are many, many scenarios that I would dislike for Wanda Robinson to end up in. You know, he worked well with Malik Neighbors, so maybe he could work well with a number one like Garrett Wilson. But who's throwing him the ball with the Jets? So, you know, I think I'd rather have Russell Wilson and Jackson Dart throwing me the ball than whoever's going to be slinging it for the jets. Unless it's Malik Willis this year.
Joey P. Zappia
All right, so there you go. Those are wide receivers and running backs. And remember, when you're trying to make these moves, use the tools. Don't be a tool. The Trade Analyzer is there for you all off season long. So if you make a 2 for 1 deal or swapping a couple draft picks for a stud player, one of these buys that we're talking about. Use the draft tools that we have here. Use the trade tools we have here. Fantasy Pros the Trade Analyzer will help you optimize your rosters so you can make the best decisions. You can check it out right now on the Fantasy Pros app or you can just go to fantasypros.com myplaybook to use the Trade Analyzer. Again, all the tools here for your drafting, for your rookie drafts in a couple weeks around the corner, everything's going to be here for you. So make sure that you again, sync your leagues for free. Use all the tools for Dynasty and for your redraft leagues too. All right, let's close things out here with the QBs to get rid of here. Scott Bogman is a big name here, a guy who's been really good the last couple years in Fantasy. Obviously last year was a little bit of a disappointment for this team collectively. So even in Super Flex, you're willing to part with Jalen Hurts. This might cost a lot of people some draft capital, I think.
Scott Bogman
Hey, look, there's, there's a theme with my, the, the players that I picked for this cell, right. And it's, this is kind of the last time you can get a big haul for these guys, I feel like. And Jalen Hurts might be that way this season. He's gone from Quarterback 2 in 2023 to Quarterback 8 in 2024 to QB 10 in 2025. Tell me how he's declining and that is going to get better. If they trade AJ Brown, which seems inevitable at this point, or if they
Joey P. Zappia
ban the tush push.
Scott Bogman
Yeah, I don't think that's going to come up again. But, but, but I mean that could run out of steam, right? And may maybe people learn how to stop it or at least the offense could run out of steam a little bit. If you don't have A.J. brown here. I just don't see a world where this quarterback Jalen Hurts improves without his best target. And A.J. brown is his best target. Who are you bringing in? Like, you know, you trade up for Carnell tate. He's not A.J. brown. Right. Like there are, there are guys that are going to replace him. But right now on the roster, it's devonte Smith. You also are losing Dallas Goddard. Right. So you have two awesome weapons. So you still have Devontae Smith, the Heisman winner. You still have Saquon Barkley, a guy that is MVP caliber. Right. But had a down year because of so many touches in 2024, plus the playoff run. I think he'll be better in 2025. But is that going to make Jalen Hurts that much better? I don't think so. So still A, you know, QB1 even, you know, with the declining numbers that he has here, we know the potential is very high because he runs and because he gets those rushing touchdowns. I just have a lot of concern if they trade AJ Brown and try to replace him without signing or getting a stud back. And I just don't see where that's coming from. So I think right now is the last time to trade Jalen Hurts and get a massive haul for him.
Joey P. Zappia
All right, so let's talk about that massive haul for Hertz, too, because it seems like, you know, that would. You seem like you could get a ton for.
Scott Bogman
I think what you said you got for Herbert, you could. You could probably potentially get for Jalen Hurts. Right. Like, you know, you should.
Joey P. Zappia
Sure.
Scott Bogman
What do you think about that fits a late 26 and then a 2027 shot for Jalen Hurts?
Joey P. Zappia
I think.
Pat Fitzmorris
Yeah. What about CD Lam?
Joey P. Zappia
You usually want to CD Lamb Deals.
Pat Fitzmorris
Yeah.
Joey P. Zappia
That's another one, though. That's another guy that's in flux a little bit. I. I think the. To Bagman's point too. If you are on the other side of that and you're in a rebuild and Hertz is your best piece and you feel like the last couple years are going in the wrong direction a little bit, that is the draft pick. You. You want as much draft capital as you can get in the first round of next year. Theoretically. Again, theoretically, we could have said that last year this time, but again, it's lightning. Probably doesn't strike twice here and kill us. I don't think.
Scott Bogman
I don't think so either. There's. There's so much talent in next year's quarterback class and I think. I think they're going to stay that way. So I think this is a time to trade Jalen Hurts specifically if you're rebuilding and get the best haul because you want to get into that 2010, 27 first round. And even if it's, you know, you're trading him to a good team and it's a back half. Okay, well, the glut of quarterbacks at the top is going to push the talent down the board to the late first round for you. So you're going to get someone that you probably would have got in the top five picks in the 2026 class, the 2024 class, 2025 class, you're going to get at the back of the first here. So the 27 classes, theoretically second to none, as every class is, but really this class looks stacked in 2027.
Joey P. Zappia
All right, 50, let's close out with another QB here. You're looking at kind of seeing what you can get on the open market.
Pat Fitzmorris
Yeah. Joe, just a few moments ago you hearkened back to the days where Baker Mayfield was a good buy, low target and he was undervalued, maybe buried a little prematurely. Now I think the, the Baker Mayfield pendulum might have swung back a little too far in the other direction. Like I tend to think he's a little overvalued and I don't want to be inconsistent with the advice here because I, I mentioned a me as a, a buy target. And I do think Baker Mayfield is certainly good enough to support, you know, high end wide receivers. We've seen that with Mike Evans recently. But hard to ignore how Baker Mayfield season took a downturn last year. And yes, part of that was the the Buccaneers did have a lot of offensive line injuries, but Baker was not playing well as the season went on. Good start, but from week seven on he averaged 195.8 passing yards a game and just 6.2 yards per attempt, which is a pretty alarming Bryce Young caliber number. Basically he turned bad before the leaves turned colors last fall and now he's almost certainly going to play the 2026 season without his favorite security blanket, Mike Evans. So might be a good time to move on if you got some quarterback depth in super flex like I'd be willing to take. Tell me if this is a light return for Baker Mayfield, the starting quarterback and super flex. I'd take Harold Fannin for him.
Scott Bogman
I think that's fair. I mean what do you think? Two years it could be a little light. Like I think, I think by perspective it's a little light too. So at least ask for a pick back. Get a second or third or whatever
Joey P. Zappia
coaching regime coming in and Fannin's got some question marks. There were quarterback and coach and yeah,
Scott Bogman
but he was good with garbage quarterback play last year. He was.
Joey P. Zappia
But who knows what garbage are going to dig up in Cleveland this year.
Scott Bogman
It can't be worse than last year. It can't.
Joey P. Zappia
You know what? The Cleveland Browns have been saying that for 20 years.
Scott Bogman
You're right.
Joey P. Zappia
Just keep that in mind before.
Scott Bogman
Before I plant a flag. You are correct about that.
Joey P. Zappia
So, yes, sorry, Cleveland prowess fans. I mean, you. You're the first ones to say it, so let's not pretend like you're not wrong. But it is an interesting discussion. This has been a great conversation. Make sure you drop your comments below in the YouTube which one of these guys are you buying? Which one are you selling? Who? Your favorite Buy lows and sell highs in Dynasty right now. Now is the time to be making these moves because sometimes there's some value to be had before NFL free agency really kicks into gear in, you know, less than 24 hours from when they show airs, I believe. And then on top of that, you've also got the NFL draft coming up and guys are gonna land in certain spots and it's going to change people's values artificially. So make sure you Again, stay tuned to our Dynasty channel on YouTube. And of course, subscribe over there. Ring the bell till it goes ding. And of course, subscribe here Fantasy Pros as well.
