DBro
I got a water this morning, baby.
Joey P
Yeah, but it's never like a normal water. It's like liquid death heavy metal water that Derek Brown has to drink. This morning you're shoveling out your driveway. I heard this morning as well. So obviously we are getting close to playoff time.
Pat Fitz Morris
Yeah, not quite to the level of shoveling, Joe, but about two or three inches right now. Snow in Chicago and more if you're near the lake. But yeah, winter. Considering last week, Friday, I think it was like almost 60 degrees and now it's this. Yeah, it's a little, it's a little bit of a wake up call and makes me think that fantasy playoffs are just around the corner.
Joey P

And we'll be announcing the winner right here on the channel. So make sure you again, ring that bell till it goes ding. So you never miss a piece of content here on the channel. And you could be, who knows, the next Rudy kota. All right, a lot of fun stuff going on the NFL, and we're going to start with a Tampa bay buccaneer who o the bucks took a tough loss yesterday. Oh, man. God, you love to see it. You love to see it. Had a little vacation, a little refresh, and I came back and now The Patriots are 8 and 2. 8 and 2. Boy, could you imagine waking somebody up from a coma from the last couple years? And they're like, oh, I hope everything's all right as long as the patriots aren't in first place again. Well, they are. So. But let's talk about Tez Johnson, because Tez Johnson is that guy right now who's making the big plays for the buccaneers. And I know the bucks outcome was not what they wanted, but Tez Johnson's certainly a guy worth looking at in the future here. Tez Johnson had a couple touchdowns yesterday, and, Pat, I know it's always a dangerous thing where we're saying, okay, can't chase touchdowns, but in that mold of Jameson Williams, there are these big play guys, right? These guys that can be great flex plays, and they can give you that over the hump point total in a certain week that you need. And Tez Johnson, it seems like, has really grown a good rapport here, especially in these big spots, these big moments with Baker mayfield, as evidenced by the touchdowns that he's getting here in these spots.
Pat Fitz Morris
Yes, Joe, Tez Johnson is punching well above his 165 pound weight right now in fantasy four touchdowns over his last five games with more than 40 receiving yards in all of those games. He hasn't gotten to 60 yards in any of those games, but still the usage over that span is pretty decent. 5.4 targets a game, 3.6 catches, 49.4 yards per game. And yeah, Tez has had some pretty touchdown dependent value, but he's currently the number two receiver in a good offense with a good quarterback in Baker Mayfield. And if Mike Evans comes back it probably wouldn't be until week 14 or 15 and it doesn't seem as if Chris Godwin is going to be back from his leg injury real soon. So Ted should be the number two receiver for at least another couple of weeks and maybe through the end of the fantasy regular season.
Joey P
Now Tez Johnson is a guy we've talked about before but he's still just 51% roster on sleeper. That number is lower when you move over to Yahoo and some of those more shallow leagues. So so dbro I think it's safe to say you can make a case for him here in this stretch run of having a presence on a fantasy bench or as a flex play for sure. I know Kate otten also had nine receptions to 82 yards. I don't know if that's another guy you want to talk about too having a role with Mike Evans out because Baker Mayfield can't just rely on a mecca. Igbuka Egbuca is terrific again led the lead, excuse me led the team 115 yards and a touchdown yesterday in terms of receiving total but Tez Johnson again making those big splash plays. So talk to me about Tez Johnson that role even maybe when Evans returns potentially what that looks like if it looks at all and if Kate Otten is another guy too worth stashing on this Bucks team.
DBro
Yeah Kate Odin's definitely in the conversation and I talked about him in the primer. It was a great matchup. He was set to smash the only the where I think we talked about the the touchdown hot streak with Tez Johnson but I think he can continue is going back like tying Kate Otten into this conversation. Kate Odd only has one red zone target and one deep target. He's not getting high leverage usage. So like he's soaking up all of this low calorie underneath work and that's fine but that's not going to put you over the top in fantasy. Whereas Tez Johnson he's getting deep targets, he's going to get re he's getting red zone work and he's coming down with touchdowns, man. So yeah he's can stay in that wide receiver three flex conversation. When the touchdowns run hot like they've been doing, he's going to have some wide receiver two weeks, the upcoming matchups. Like is anybody scared of the Buffalo Bills secondary? Okay, the Rams, yeah, sure. But the Cardinals are banged up beyond repair. The Saints, the Falcons, the Carolina Panthers twice and the Dolphins. Like Tez has got a really good run after the schedule and I think he keeps up this type of production because like we've kind of talked about here, I don't know when we see Chris Godwin, I don't know if we see him for the rest of the year. And the same thing could be said for Mike Evans. Like we're talking about it like he comes back but there's a possibility where he might not come back in the regular season. It could be the Bucks like shelve him for the playoffs.
Joey P
Well let's also for perspective remember that we were told that you know he start the year on the on the PUP list, put him on the IR and then we back around week five it's week 11 so if you don't think he can miss the rest of the season then you haven't been paying attention because this is double the amount of time here that we've been waiting for him and it has not happened yet. But again Theo, excuse me, Tez Johnson certainly a guy to be looking at also Theo Johnson. I want to talk about all the Johnson's here at the top of the show. This is what I want to talk about because Theo Johnson continues to be a guy that I think has a lot of fantasy upside and I know normally on the show, you know we kind of hit some of these tight ends a little later but again it's a little light in terms of waiver wire this week. So I want to talk to the tight end position specifically here we mentioned Otten but Theo Johnson, hopefully we get Jackson Dart back sooner than later. I mean typically Pat, whenever you have a quarterback with a concussion they tend to miss at least that one week as they should. It's better for these guys to be safe. The Giants aren't playing for a playoff spot or anything like that that. But Theo Johnson just rostered in 31 of leagues. It seems like another player too. He's got touchdown equity, he's got five touchdowns on the ear. Really he didn't do much the first month of the season but Jackson Dart certainly has been a guy that has looked for him and obviously without the big pieces around him without the cam, scatter, booze and Malik neighbors. Theo Johnson's role has grown for the Giants. So do you think it can continue to grow considering he's available in 70 of leagues right now?
Pat Fitz Morris
I do, Joe. And the only real reservation about Theo Johnson going into week 10 was that his production had been so touchdown dependent. He had scored five touchdowns in his previous six games, but there had only been one game all season in which he'd had more than 34 receiving yards. Well, Theo Johnson didn't score a touchdown against the bears in Week 10, but the volume was really encouraging. Eight targets, seven catches, 75 yards, a 22.2% target share. And you have to figure that Theo is going to be prominently involved the rest of the way since the Giants have Wondale Robinson and Darius Slayton at receiver and not much else. And the schedule looks pretty good for Theo. He doesn't have a glaringly unfavorable match up the rest of the way, although he does have a week 14 buy.
Joey P
Speaking of buys too, we've got the Saints and Colts on a buy. Jonathan Taylor deserves a buy. That guy was working pretty damn hard in that game yesterday. Man, what a performance there. Jonathan Taylor, certainly the fantasy mvp. I know Pat Fitz Morris is loving it every time Jonathan Taylor breaks off another run there. 200 plus yards for him yesterday. Incredible performance. Oh, just three more touchdowns. No big deal. I mean, like to me, he's the MVP of the league. I know he's not going to win it, but I mean, he's the MVP of the league. Sorry folks, it doesn't have to be a quarterback.
Pat Fitz Morris
The, the magic numbers for him, Joe, 2,000 rushing yards, 25 touchdowns. If he gets there in a, in a year where maybe the quarterbacks are sort of splitting the vote a little bit.
Joey P
Oh, absolutely.
Pat Fitz Morris
As I think is kind of happening right now with like Mahomes and May and Darnold, I think, I think Taylor could sneak in and win it.
Joey P
I, I just have a hard time believing anyone's going to vote for Darnold. Josh Allen after yesterday. That was, that was a brutal loss there for the Bills. And so it's not all Josh Allen's fault. He needs some more help down the field from somebody that they don't have on that roster. But Jonathan Taylor's MVP, folks, at least right now. But again, we know how that goes. But I want to talk about somebody else from that game on the other side of the football. Tyler Algiers. We get to the 36% roster percentage of Tyler Algier who again frustrating for Bijan Robinson owners because 11 carries for Algier, 57 yards and not one but two touchdowns in that game yesterday. So Debro, let's talk about it because I know we've mentioned Algier before and we've talked about, well, okay, you know, sometimes he has these little one off moments and we talk about if something should ever happen to Bijan, how valuable Algier could be because we've seen him have thousand yard rushing seasons here with this Atlanta Falcons team before. So let's talk about as we get to Pat's favorite time of year, the stuffing and cuffing. How important is it that if you have Bijan to have him and if you don't have Bijan to have him.
DBro
I mean I think that you can make cases that he needs to be rostered on every single team like in every single league. I'll put it that way. Like, because regardless of whether you have Bijan and you're talking about handcuff status or you're talking about okay, bye weeks hit me and I need desperation RB2 for the week. He has flex utility like in games. Atlanta's one, he's had these spikes in production as well as last week. He gets a lot of the red zone work. And I know if you have Bijan on a team, like I have a lot of Bijan exposure this year. In fantasy, it's incredibly frustrating because you're like, oh dude, why, why do they hate Bijan Robinson? Like you're gonna. I understand limiting Bijan's volume, but in, in the red zone near where it's like touchdown time, that's not where you limit his volume. It's in between the twenties.
Joey P
But look, I'm not one of the.
DBro
Atlanta coaches so we can take advantage of this in fantasy. How's your coming away with the two scores last week? And he does have favorable matchups that where we can either project like Atlanta is going to be in positive game script or it's good rushing matchups moving forward. They get Carolina, New Orleans, the Jets, okay, Seattle, they're probably trailing. Same thing with the Bucks. But then they get the Cardinals, Rams and Saints. So two matchups with the Saints and a bunch of other games where they should have positive game script to help Algier increase the volume. So whether you want to talk about handcuff status or flex play status, Algier really fits into both of those buckets.
Joey P
Pat. I want to also talk about Brian Robinson Jr. For a second too because I think a lot of folks were saying, okay, well, you know, I guess the Giants one off, whatever game script of that game, blah, blah, blah. Five for 53 to touchdown. Well, yesterday Brian Robinson Jr. Had eight for 41 in a touchdown. So this is another player who is rostered in about 33% of leagues right now on sleeper. Who would be more of a priority for you based on, you know, what's in front of them in the situation? Would it be a guy like Algier or would it be a guy like Brian Robinson Jr.
Pat Fitz Morris
If I didn't have Christian McCaffrey, I would rather have Tyler Algier, who I think offers more standalone value like in certain matchups. And he's got a couple of those matchups coming up, the Saints and the jets, like you could absolutely start Tyler Algier in those matchups and feel okay about it. Brian Robinson, I don't think you can start. And I don't think he has any, he doesn't have any standalone value. It's all just waiting for an injury for Christian McCaffrey. But if you were the Christian McCaffrey stakeholder and you have had the lucky run out to this point where McCaffrey has not gotten hurt, dinged really, I don't know if he's missed a practice this season, which is kind of stunning. Stop playing the game of chicken, go get Brian Robinson.
Joey P
Yeah, well, I think the other thing is, you know, DBro, when you've seen the San Francisco 49er backfield over the years, right. You've seen when McCaffrey's out, you've seen Jordan Mason, you've seen Eli Mitchell, you've seen Isaac Garrendo, you've seen everybody basically be successful in this quote unquote system of Kyle Shanahan. And it feels like Brian Robinson from the last two weeks, you get an inkling that, yeah, I, I think the 49ers would still keep kind of trucking along if Brian Robinson had to take over the full time duties.
DBro
Yeah, I agree. I think that. Now, I'm not saying they wouldn't miss a beat, but I think you'd look.
Joey P
Well, of course, let's understand, nobody's Christian McCaffrey, but nobody's Jonathan Taylor. I think that's the real answer to the question there. But of course you're not replacing Christian McCaffrey. But we've seen all those guys step in and be RB2ish with a little bit higher upside sometimes. Yeah.
DBro
But could B. Rob be Jordan Mason if CMC were to miss time? He absolutely could be I mean, you could make a case that he's a better player than Jordan Mason and I don't think that's crazy either. So high end handcuff value as well as if San Francisco and we always talk about this guys, and I know we haven't seen it come to fruition, but if they do limit, like not limit, but take a little bit off of CMC's plate down the stretch because San Francisco keeps winning games. Now I know they didn't take down the Rams this last week, but the rest of their schedule looks good. Like they're probably a playoff team and if that's going to be the case, they know that if they want to go deep in the playoffs and stuff, like they got to put up points, they need cmc. So we could see B. Rob a little bit more involved down the stretch than maybe we've seen, I guess, the rest of the totality of the season so far.
Joey P
Pat, I want to talk about Sean Tucker, who I believe you mentioned was the first running back all year to have more than 50 yards rushing against the Patriots. That's kind of a stunning little trivia piece right there. Nine carries for 53 Rashad White in the same backfield, 10 for 38 yesterday. So obviously Tucker had a little bit better of a day. But how much we want to take out of that considering the Bucky Irving status. Sean Tucker available, by the way, in 90 of leagues. So if you need some RB depth here as we're getting into November, it feels like Sean Tucker's at least a guy in deeper leagues to speculate on. Would you be spending on Sean Tucker this week?
Pat Fitz Morris
I would want to check the latest reports on Sean Tucker right before I put in that fat bid.
Joey P
Okay.
Pat Fitz Morris
Because like we it seems as if Bucky is getting close, although we haven't gotten any real definitive word about what the timetable is, how soon they like him back and as soon as Bucky comes back, Tucker's value goes up in smoke. But if he if Bucky does not come back this week and let's say you have Jonathan Taylor on by and need a one week band aid at running back, if Bucky doesn't come back this week, Tucker gets a pretty good matchup against the Bills, who've struggled against the run all season and just got laid to waste by Devon Achan.
Joey P
It's hard to look at the Bills right now and think that they're a team that can win a Super Bowl. Watching them this year, I just don't think with the way the defense is played, and with the way the weapons around him have acted, I just. It's tough. And I know a lot of Bill's mafia thought this was like, this is our year. Pathways clear. You know, maybe the Chiefs aren't what they used to be, and they're looking around the afc, but, you know, it's. It's not just this loss against Miami, too. I think it's been just how they've played all season. It's a loss at home to the Patriots. There's a few other games where they just look a little lackluster this year, and the defense has not played well. I want to talk about somebody to drop, too, because, you know, Trayvon Henderson, pretty good. I mean, this was a tough matchup, too. This. This Bucks defense, on paper, very good against the run. 14 for 147, two touchdowns. Now, I know he had two breakaway runs, but Debro, that's what Trayvon does, right? That's why we've been pounding the table for weeks and weeks. We've talked about buying low everywhere for Travion for a few weeks now, and now they've got that. It's. It's kind of like when Doc Brown, you know, takes the tarp off the DeLorean and we're all like, whoa, look at this. Oh, my God. Like, this is so cool. Oh, yeah. He's also really fast as breakaway speed. Does this mean the death of Ramandre Stevenson? Should people be dropping Ramondre on their rosters?
DBro
Yeah, man. I. I think you got to consider it, depending on what's out there. I definitely think it's possible, like, if you don't have an IR spotlight, because if toe injuries can be problematic.
Joey P
Sure.
DBro
He's not even practicing right now. Even if he gets in limited practices this week, is he going to be back this week? When he comes back the week after that, is he gonna. What type of role is he gonna assume? Like, Trayvon, I mean, dude, the speed was definitely on display, and I want to give a hat tip to the New England Patriots offensive line. Like, they opened well.
Joey P
Yeah.
DBro
Massive holes, dude. Like, just got him in the second level, and he just ran away from dudes. So Ramandre, like, it's. I mean, God, man.
Joey P
Like, we.
DBro
We've had so many iterations of, like, Ramandre Stevenson this year. It's like, okay, he lost the job. He's got the job. He can't fumble away at the job. The job is his. No matter how many times he fumbles. Now he's hurt. And now Travion's exploding and it's like, okay, what are you hoping out of keeping Ramandre Stevenson on your team? Like, he's gonna vulture a touchdown or two.
Pat Fitz Morris
Wait, wait, wait, wait. Can I push back on this for a second?
Joey P
Oh, yeah, I want you to. I want to throw out one thing, too. Since 2021, actually, I should say in this game, I want to say it was the Kyle Williams player, the Matt Collins play, one of those was the most explosive play, quote unquote, that the Patriots have had since 2021, which has been a huge problem with this offense. Right. So now Trayvon Henderson, of course, in that game between the Hollands, between the Trayvon Henderson, all the explosive plays. Right. You saw it on display. So, Pat, I want to put in context for you, too. If you have a Brian Robinson Jr. On this out there on the waiver wire, which you probably do, if you have a Tyler Alger on the waiver wire, would those guys be theoretically more valuable than Ramon Dre Stevenson down the stretch run for you?
Pat Fitz Morris
Possibly. Because the only thing is, like, we're not really in the business of predicting injuries.
Joey P
Sure.
Pat Fitz Morris
So, like, what if Trayvon Henderson gets hurt and then Ramon Dre. I think Ramon Ray is still going to be at least somewhat involved when he gets back.
Joey P
Joe.
Pat Fitz Morris
And the. Let's look at the Patriots schedule the rest of the way. It is extremely running back friendly. Jets, Bengals, Giants. My week, Bills, Ravens, Jets. There are some really good matchups in there. And if anything happened at Trayvon Henderson, you would want Ramon Dre. And Ramon Dre still might have standalone value, even with Henderson's breakout. So I think I kind of still want Henderson. But Joe, since you are the bellicose God of player drops, the Aries of dropped players, if you will, can I appease you with a couple of different running back sacrifices?
Joey P
Sure. Bring them to the altar of Joe, and I shall make the fantasy football.
DBro
What have you done? What have you done?
Pat Fitz Morris
What about Jordan Mason? He only played a third of the Vikings offensive snaps against the Ravens on Sunday. Aaron Jones was the lead back. And Jordan Mason gives you nothing as a pass catcher. You know, he has to do it all on the ground, and he's not getting enough snaps or carries to do that.
Joey P
Look, again, I think theoretically, Mason has more upside to me than Ramondre does just from like, I just feel like the writing's on the wall here where they. They try to do the reminder thing as long as they can before somebody became undeniable. And I think Travion's becoming Undeniable at this point, the last two weeks. But to your point, Mason, we also said this too early on. We're like, look, this upcoming schedule here is really brutal for Mason. And we talked about that after he kind of quote unquote, got the job because Aaron Jones was hurt. And when Jones back in the mix, I, I think both those guys, to be honest with you, again, it's. It's. I don't want to start any of those guys at this point. I. If I'm just looking for a bench guy with huge upside, it's Algeria, it's Robinson. Because if something happens to one of the guys in front of them, these guys really become appealing to me to play D Rod. Do you feel the same way?
DBro
Yeah, I'm kind of like, if either one of these guys, Stevenson and Mason, I think you can put these guys in the same bucket at the Pats point with Stevenson's schedule like Mason. Weeks 14, 15 and 16 against the commanders, the Cowboys and the Giants.
Joey P
Yeah.
DBro
But Jones misses any more times, that's a problem. It's pretty good. So I think both of these guys, it's a contextual thing with your roster. Are you ever flexing them? Are you ever starting them? If that's not the case, then would you rather have a high end handcuff if the starter goes out to where you're getting not okay. Do I start him? Do I not? What's the role? Okay, I'm leaning on schedule versus a guy that's gonna get maybe.
Joey P
If ever.
DBro
If injuries happen. Which guys? Okay, fine. This last week, we didn't see any catastrophic injuries. We've been getting those in groups of two and three over the last, like, almost every single week somebody's getting hurt and lost for the season or multiple weeks. So to me, it comes down to contextualizing your roster. And if they're never going to hit your starting lineup, I don't know. I can make cases, both sides of it.
Pat Fitz Morris
Better off.
Joey P
Who else do you want to sacrifice? Anybody else?
Pat Fitz Morris
Chuba Hubbard, who now has no standalone value on the altar.
Joey P
But you know what? I feel like that's something we called two weeks ago on the show, where it was.
Pat Fitz Morris
We did.
Joey P
Rico's the best. Oh, yeah, we did. Yeah. Let's not pretend like I don't care what the money is in this scenario. It's so obvious that Rico is helping this team and you have to get in the football more. So like Chuba, I'm that one. I'm on board for what else?
Pat Fitz Morris
I mean, if you in a short bench league, maybe in a league where you have deeper benches, you want to keep him as a handcuff to Rico Dowdle. And I totally understand that. So those were really the only two running backs I had in mind, Joe, but I thought that might be they.
Joey P

All right, let's get to the Wide receivers here. And let's start with Darius Slayton, 51% rostered, and Jerry Judy, 52% rostered. So these guys obviously still kind of, you know, hanging around some waiver wires maybe recently dropped. I know Judy had a little moment yesterday. I don't know if we want to chase that. Darius Slayton might have to play next week with Russell Wilson. Why we don't see Jameis Winston. I don't understand why we don't see James Winston. Why not? What do we have to lose here, boys and girls? But if it is Wilson this week, I don't know how that impacts potentially what you guys think. So, D, bro, why don't you kick this off here? Any love for Judy or Slayton on the waiver wire here with 50 roster shoe?
DBro
I got a lot of love for Slayton because even if we go and get one week of Russell Wilson, we know Jackson Dart's coming back.
Joey P
Dude, he played great yesterday. He played terrific before he got hurt.
Pat Fitz Morris
And.
DBro
And the thing with Slayton is that he could have had a bigger game. He missed part of that game with a hamstring issue, which has been kind of problematic for him, missing parts of games and stuff like that. But, like, he's had some big moments. I think it could have been an even bigger game. But, like, the upcoming matchups are pretty good, too, man. Like, packers secondary is taking a little bit step back. They get the Lions, the Patriots, the commanders who don't have a secondary anymore. The Vikings, the same thing, and the Raiders, then the Cowboys. So Slayton is going to continue to have wide receiver 3 strong flex appeal with the. I mean, he's gonna have spike weeks in these remaining games. So I really like Slayton, Judy. I feel like we're chasing here. Like, I get the fact that he got a 37.5% target share. He actually did something with it this last week, which is not something we could say for pretty much the totality of the rest of the season for Jerry Judy, I guess if you want to. If we want to have the glass half full approach with Jerry Judy, if Dylan Gabriel continues to not play great, we are going to see Shadur Sanders. And Shadur Sanders cannot be any worse than what we've seen out of Dylan Gabriel. So if we wanted to, you know, believe in Jerry Judy, and I'm not saying that he's not rosterable. It depends on what you. Who do you have on your team and stuff. And if he's out there, pick him up because the schedule is good. And if the Quarterback play improves at all. He probably does have decent flex value because they get the Ravens, the Raiders, the 49ers are not a good matchup for our outside wide receivers within the Titans, Bears, Bills, Steelers and Bengals to close the season.
Joey P
Pat, I know two weeks ago before I went on vacation, Jerry Judy was a guy you wanted to drop. We had that discussion here on the show and I think after this past week's games, people are wondering should they be chasing that? So Judy or Slayton? Let's say both these guys are out there in a shallow league. Would you pick up either one of them?
Pat Fitz Morris
I would pick up Slayton because the reasons DBRO laid out and Slayton is a vertical receiver and Jackson Dart is not afraid to go deep. Like he will throw deep. And by the way, like, yes, if. If Russell Wilson does have to start because of Jackson darts concussion against the packers, you're not going to want to play Slayton. But if they decide to start Jameis Winston, like I want Darius Slayton in my DFS lineups next week.
Joey P
Yes.
Pat Fitz Morris
So that would be kind of a hidden bonanza. So worth putting in a bit on Slayton. As for Judy, Joe, like he's been playing a lot of snaps, running a lot of routes, seeing a of lot good number of targets and getting a lot of air yards all season. It just hasn't amounted to anything until week 10 when he had a season high six catches, a season high 78 yards in his first touchdown of the year. Even with a good day against the Browns, Judy is averaging 5.1 yards per target and 0.86 yards per route run. Those are atrocious numbers, but Judy has a good schedule the rest of the way. Like no more poor matchups and several good ones. So like he might be usable, but you're just never going to feel good about using him.
Joey P
If the Browns had kept Joe Flacco, do you think they'd still be 2 and 7? Just out of curiosity, guys, they'd probably.
Pat Fitz Morris
Have another win or two.
Joey P
Probably they had another two. They would be four and five. And that's the same record of the Ravens right now who are at second place a game behind the Steelers. Just putting that out there, Just putting that out there. Everybody better off.
DBro
They lose.
Joey P
Yes, it is, but just wanted to ask the question there. All right, let's talk about some guys kind of in that weird middle range here. Christian Watson, 37, I know he's gonna play tonight. He was questionable going into the week. Calvin Austin, who played last night, again, just not a lot there for not a lot there for Aaron Rodgers to work with, but I don't want to make excuses for Aaron Rodgers and Luther Birdie 14 rostered. So Pat, these are three guys kind of in that mid tier range here. I know. I think we all look at Christian Watson being that playmaker guy. Let's see what he does tonight. I think if he has a big game on Monday people are going to chase it even more, which might not be a bad thing because nobody's really kind of stepped up for Jordan Love to be that consistent threat. So do you think Christian Watson can be that guy? Do you have any love for Burden or is it Calvin Austin maybe as well for you?
Pat Fitz Morris
You said consistent threat. I don't know if Christian Watson can be that because the profile is so Boomer bossed Jordan Love spreads it around and Watson's average depth of target since coming back 23.1 yards. So while he is not a high volume target earner, but he earns the sort of targets that can lead to splash plays and he might only need one or two catches to give you good numbers on the week. So he's interesting. Luther Burden is interesting too because I have no idea why Alameda Zacchaeus continues to play more snaps than Luther Burden, but the gap is closing. Zacchaeus played only six more snaps than Bird in week 10 and hopefully Ben Johnson like fully flips the Burden switch this week because he is lightning in a bottle and I'm just really intrigued by the talent. And then Calvin Austin I'm not too excited by but I think the reason to maybe be interested in him in deeper leagues. He gets the Bengals and the Bills the next two weeks and in the game against the Bengals he probably is not going to be the one to catch coverage from DJ Turner who's been like the one tough matchup in the the Bengals secondary.
Joey P
Debro, you know if you miss out on Tess Johnson, is Christian Watson kind of a good consolation prize at this point?
DBro
Yes sir. And Pat talked about the the 23A dot. I mean Christian Watson is performing as the Jameson Williams and the packers offense now. Can they be volatile? Yes, absolutely can be. Are there going to be weeks where you say oh good lord, why did I flex him? But if you look at the remaining schedule guys, their next seven weeks, five of those games against the Giants, the Vikings, the Ravens and they get the Bears twice. All of those teams are nestled comfortably Inside the top 12 and deep ball completion rate allowed. So if we're talking about downfield usage and that the field stretching component of this offense, and that's what Christian Watson is doing. He's going to have spike weeks. He's going to have good, really good flex weeks upcoming. I'm not saying he hits in all of those, but that's a really good schedule for his role.
Joey P
All right, let's dig deeper here because in some of the, I guess, more competitive leagues or deeper leagues, the waiver wire is a little tricky. I want to start with Tyler Lockett. 5% roster. Tyler Lockett obviously kind of filled the voyage. Kobe Myers got sent packing, and off the scrap heap comes Tyler Lockett to lead this team. Now, it wasn't a very impressive number. It was 5 for 44 because it is the Raiders. But there is a rapport there. There is a history with Geno Smith, and I think a lot of people Debro will think about that and go, oh, Tyler Lockett, maybe that's somebody worth adding here potentially. And I don't know if they're wrong. I think that might actually be a smart way. And looking at the roster percentage again, he is only 5% roster on sleeper, which means he's probably 1% rostered everywhere else, if that. So Tyler Lockett, widely available. Is that a guy that you would consider adding for a couple bucks this.
DBro
Week, T bro, absolutely. You need to consider adding him as a flex play for this week. And I'm not talking about upcoming weeks and all that kind of stuff after that for this week. Tower Lockheed gets the Cowboys this week. Do I need to say anything more, guys? I will, but I mean, do I need to say anything more? It's the freaking Cowboys. But we have talked about and preached religiously since the Trey Tucker breakout game. And we all said like this. This is an outlier. This is false. Do not chase this. Do not spend your fab on this. Tyler Lockett in his first full game of the Raiders, shove Trey Tucker into a corner. Dude, he had a 22% target share hit. Which double? Trey Tucker 1.91 yards per route run and a 21% first reach here. So you're telling me Tyler Lockett gets the Cowboys this week who have allowed the second most PPR points per target to opposing slot wide receivers. Yeah, he's a good flex play.
Joey P
Okay, Pat, your thoughts on Tyler Lockett here. Again, sometimes we see this, right? It's just a player off the scrap heap. But sometimes, you know, when you have those little rekindling of old relationships, you know, these two guys getting back together there, there is a timing, there is a rapport, there's a confidence in each other here and it's with Pete Caro again, too. So the same head coach. I, I know a lot of people want to put those pieces together and have it, you know, work. To Debro's point, it should at least work for next week. And I think that's the thing we're trying to look for right now.
Pat Fitz Morris
Yep, he's a deep league pickup and it, it certainly seems like Tyler Lockett is going to be a lot more involved in Las Vegas than he was in Tennessee and very matchup dependent. But the matchup against Dallas, yes, that is a spot where you can play him so far.
Joey P
Dallas Cowboys too. Just to, you know, kind of pour salt in the wound here in terms of the yardage given up. It's. It's been a lot. It's been a lot here. Just looking at the receiving. It's, you know, it's crazy too, you know, just a little bit. Just a little bit. Well, you know, and some of those moves early too, you know, when we're talking about, you know, like the, the Sauce Gardener trade, like, certainly he didn't stop Drake London yesterday. Like some of these trades this week on the defensive side, I think kind of scratched my head. The Cowboys won and I think the Colts giving up two first round picks there for. For Sauce Garden, I thought was a little absurd. Did you. I assume, like I wasn't here to talk about it, so I didn't get any, you know, of your feelings or thoughts. I saw that. I was somewhere in Universal Studios when I saw that with my kids going two first round picks. Was that the general tone here on the program?
DBro
I assume I. Two first round picks for. And I'll just say this as a blanket statement, two first round picks for any freaking corner. It with the volatility of that position on year to year is just absolute insanity to me. And then you talk about like, yeah, Sauce didn't, didn't do anything to Drake London because they didn't have him shadow him. Like, if you're going to run a lot of zone coverage and you're not playing, man, and he's not going to follow him everywhere, then are you really even taking advantage of the picks you just gave up to get a shutdown corner?
Joey P
You know, it's funny though, looking at receiving yards given up too. The Cowboys are actually not the worst in the league. It's the Commanders. The Commanders, the Steelers and the Colts have all given up more, which I think is really sneaky. And I, and I know, you know, Cowboys off this week, so we're not going to catch up. But still, I mean, it's, it's a good margin there, so keep an eye on that. Those other teams, too. Some good matchups to play against. All right, let's talk about Jalen Naylor, Devon Vale. Two more free square guys. Pat, there was a lot of hubbub on the broadcast yesterday with McCarthy's like, where they were talking about, you know, McCarthy really likes, you know, Naylor, and they've got a really good, you know, chemistry growing. Is that something you want to buy into? Is Vale somebody you want to buy into?
Pat Fitz Morris
Nope.
Joey P
Okay.
Pat Fitz Morris
Not chasing the number three receiver in a low octane passing attack. And J.J. mcCarthy has averaged 173 passing yards in his four starts.
Joey P
Yeah, and I know Vale kind of was, you know, taking up the mantle there for Shahid, being moved on. So whenever, you know, a guy gets traded, sometimes somebody else pops up. So Vale is. I mean, I, I know the Saints won yesterday. Tyler Shuck had a couple moments. Olave had a couple moments. Hey, they won. I know much of the chagrin of you, Darren. Happy about that, but you're not a fan anymore. I thought you renounced your fandom. I thought we were past that.
DBro
I, I am. But the more they lose, the, the greater the chances that Mickey Loomis eventually has to pack his suitcase.
Joey P
All right, But Naylor, they're no go's for you as well right now.
DBro
I'm not chasing either one of these guys like Vale. Like, look, he, he led the team in snaps and routes and all that kind of stuff. Only earned three targets. Now, I'm not chasing that and I'm not chasing the Jalen Naylor stuff, but.
Pat Fitz Morris
I would say for valet at least the Saints have a really skinny target tree. It's basically a lave. It's Juwan Johnson and I think Vale is the number three guy now. So in a deep league where there's tumbleweeds on weight, the waiver wire, Vale is a decent speculative ad, I think.
Joey P
I can't believe how unprepared or ill prepared the, the Carolina Panthers were yesterday. Like, that was just. I, it just reeked of. They just didn't take the preparation seriously. And, you know, Tyler Shuck went in there and, and beat him and just crazy town, man.
DBro
Can you imagine when your entire offense is just, run the ball, run the ball, run the ball. Eventually you have to understand a defense to is going, going to say, okay, fine, we're just going to set up, stop the run and force you to pass. And that's where it's like, well, Bryce, John can't do that. So what you going to do?
Pat Fitz Morris
Can you imagine someone on this show being dumb enough to have taken the Panthers in a survivor pool yesterday?
Joey P
H Boy, oh boy, I'm. I've been out of my Survivor 3, so I know it's not me, so. And only leaves one other person there.
DBro
This show count as a health check. You know what?
Joey P
But Pat, you got this far. You got this far. I mean, you don't have a lot of choices left on the table. So, you know, going against the Saints was not a bad choice.
Pat Fitz Morris
I was trying to cut corners and it did not work.
Joey P
It never does. It never does. All right, two more guys. I want to talk about if we should chase them or not because I'm sure a lot of people will want to or desire to potentially. Matt Collins, 6 for 106. Kyle Williams, one catch. But it was a big one. One for 72 yards. Again, the most explosive play they've had in almost five seasons and for a touchdown as well. So one for 72 in a touchdown. Now here's the thing. Keisha Booty was out this week. They do play on a short week. So do either of them have at least streaming appeal for week 11?
Pat Fitz Morris
Pat Booty was hamstring, right?
Joey P
Yeah, yeah.
Pat Fitz Morris
So, yeah, he's not coming back this week. I'm interested in Kyle Williams. You know, the these two guys. One who had one catch and one who had six. I'm more interested in the one catch guy.
Joey P
Interesting.
Pat Fitz Morris
Kyle Williams and not Demario Douglas was the Patriots third receiver yesterday. And that fits what the Patriots coaches had been talking about in the run up to this game and wanting to get Kyle Williams more work. He played 56% of the snaps, Douglas only 21%. And man, Kyle Williams was flying on that long catch and run for the touchdown. That acceleration was really impressive. And Drake May is another quarterback who just likes to throw to the open man and spreads the ball around to a bunch of different pass catchers. Which isn't the worst thing if you're talking about investing in like the fourth or fifth option in this passing game. So like as a speculative ad, I don't mind Kyle Williams, but you can, you can miss me on Matt Collins. Like.
Joey P
Yeah, I would miss on both.
Pat Fitz Morris
Personally, I'd rather. Yeah, give me the fast, athletic guy. Like if you play in a league where your guy gets points for the vigorous celebration of run of the mill catches, Matt Collins is absolutely your guy. But if you get his barefoot.
Joey P
He's living life, Pat. You know Pat, when we go to our meetings in New Orleans in January, I want to watch Pat Fitz Morris walk around the hotel barefoot. That's what I want to see. I want to see getting off the shuttle bus. Pat Morris barefoot, walking around the hotel.
DBro
Joe, you could you clown me about walking around barefoot inside of hotel rooms.
Joey P
Pat's cool. There's the difference. You're. You want this. I wanted to go full Matt Collins. I think it'd be hilarious, man. You can miss me with both.
DBro
You never ground in a hotel.
Joey P
You just don't do it.
DBro
No grounding in a hotel.
Joey P
Would you stream like they're playing the jets this week? Obviously the jets are gonna be without Garrett Wilson, so offense is gonna be tough. I imagine the game script is going to be, you know, pretty good for the run. But you never know, it is against the Jets. And if there's one thing, you know, sometimes the Patriots like to do is take out the, you know, the whooping stick and whoop on the Jets a little bit.
DBro
Yeah, I mean, in most leagues, I'm not chasing either one of these guys. I will say in this last week I was Big Mac over Kyle Williams and both these guys popped off for rest of season value. I don't really want to chase either one of these guys, like in deeper formats. If you want to take the speculative ad on Kyle Williams, I get it for this week. If you wanted a flex play out of these two, which I. I don't really want to bid on either one of them. I don't want to feel like I'm point chasing with Mac Collins, but I would lean to Mac Hollins getting a 32% target Share this last week. Guys like that, that's sizable.
Joey P
Yeah.
DBro
Shoes or no shoes? Guys like 32% target share. He popped off for over a hundred receiving yards. And to me, it comes back to the coverage matchup. The jets have had a lot of weeks where they've been very too high heavy. Mac Hollins, his numbers have been extremely good versus that and that's why that I wrote him up in the primers of flex play for the last week. So, yeah, I mean you could flex Mac in a deep league, but in most respects, I'm not chasing either one of them.
Pat Fitz Morris
And in fairness to Mack, he is going to be on the field a lot because he is a demon as a run blocker and there's going to.
Joey P
Be a lot of run the football probably too. What about dropping guys? Is Trey Tucker a guy we drop for gone Tyler Lockett. Is that the move we would make? Okay, yeah. All right, so we're all in agreement on that one. So three for three. Okay.
Pat Fitz Morris
How about Darnell Mooney?
Joey P
Oh, I dropped him two weeks ago before I went on vacation. We already had this conversation, so people.
DBro
People are gonna say, oh, but he got eight targets last week.
Joey P
He didn't do anything with him too long to Darnell Mooney, I think. And I understand why. Darno Mooney, I think, has some talent, but the way this offense runs to me sometimes is a bit of a. Just enigma. But I'm with you. Anything else you'd like to sacrifice on the wide receiver altar?
Pat Fitz Morris
Yeah, Mooney's the only one. I mean.
DBro
No, no, they're offering.
Pat Fitz Morris
Mooney had that egregious drop on the. The late drive where the Falcons were trying to. And he almost gave Drake London a concussion on that touchdown celebration. Like, what are you doing, dude?
Joey P
I get nervous, too, when the guys do the backflips, too. I'm waiting for some guy to tear his ACL backflip.
Pat Fitz Morris
Tez Johnson is like a gymnast.
Joey P
I know. And I just like, oh, stop doing that.
DBro
The backflips don't bother me. The handstands on the neck.
Pat Fitz Morris
That.
Joey P
That.
DBro
That's what makes me worry.
Joey P
I'm telling these guys, look, do not get hurt celebrating. I need you for the playoffs, okay?
DBro
You don't want your kids cutting backflips after they score touchdowns.
Joey P
Look, high fives. Do whatever you want to do. Some funny stuff, but not with the backflips. I mean, not tearing ACLs and all these things, man. Oh, my God. All right, let's get to the streamers of the week here. Dbro, start with you. Who's a quarterback you want to stream in week 11?
DBro
It's gross, man. I mean, right now, I'll just say that. That it's not a great week for streaming quarterbacks, but I'll take Marcus Mariota's chances against the Miami Dolphins. Too high coverage. He's got answers in that receiving room against Too high. They don't have any answers right now against single high. So I'll take Marcus Mario to the rushing equity and a pretty good matchup.
Joey P
Fitzy, how about you? And a tough week for streaming QBs. Who's at the top of the list?
Pat Fitz Morris
Aaron Rodgers against the Bengals. I know he played a poor game against the Chargers, but look, the Bengals are not the Chargers, and it's a home game. And the hope is that the Bengals score enough points to push Rogers into a shootout. And with Joe Flacco quarterback for the Bengals, pretty decent chance that happens.
Joey P
All right, well on one streaming quarterback this past week had a fun day. Davis Mills had a good day and he threw a touchdown. Adult and Schultz. And that's what you want to stream this week, Fitzy, right?
Pat Fitz Morris
Yeah. Give me Dalton Schultz. I know the Titans are not necessarily a great matchup for tight ends, but Schultz has eight or more targets. In three of his last four games, including a pair of double digit target games, he has become the Texans number two pass catcher behind Nico Collins.
Joey P
Oh, it's so sad to say that. All right, I know he bro. Who are you streaming at tight end this week?
DBro
I'm gonna go with Colston Loveland and I know a Cole Comet back, he was still splitting snaps with him but at a 61 route share was very efficient with his targets. Minnesota Vikings have given up the seventh most schedule adjusted fantasy points per game over the last five weeks. So I'll just take the match up.
Joey P
All right, streaming defense Debra Bonix has.
DBro
Been prone to doing really stupid things with the football boys, so I'm gonna go with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Joey P
Okay, Chiefs for Debro Fitzy for you.
Pat Fitz Morris
Spend a little extra fab money on the Falcons this week. Their next three games are against the Panthers, Saints and Jets. Drop three or four bucks on the Falcons and you will not have to worry about picking up another defense until week 14.
Joey P
That's really good.
DBro
I got really good.
Joey P
Actually. Let's talk about kickers because we have to. Fitzy, give me a kicker.
Pat Fitz Morris
Evan McPherson. Since Joe Flacco arrived in Cincinnati, the Bengals have averaged 32.8 points per game and McPherson has averaged 10.3 fantasies fantasy points per game.
Joey P
Yes. And the defense is average giving up 400 points per game. So way to go. Way to go. All right, D bro, give me a kicker for week 11.
DBro
Speaking of points and bad defenses, Caro Santos against the Vikings. The Bears are going to have to put up points and get in the red zone and they're gonna have to give them kicking opportunities in this game.
Joey P
All right, don't forget everybody, Waiver central is there on the tools. To help you go to fancybros.com myplaybook or just download the app. If you need more help with your waiver claims this week, Waiver central is the tool to help you. And of course if you're still playing old school waiver games out there with the list of the top five this week. Pat, Fitz, Morris, give us your top five ads for week 11 in the NFL.
Pat Fitz Morris
Tez Johnson, number one, Tyler Algier, number two. I'm going to say Kenneth Gainwell, number three. I kind of have reservations on this just because Caleb Johnson was getting some run against the Chargers. But like the Pittsburgh Steelers, their schedule is so running back friendly the rest of the way. I give anything happened to Jalen Warren Gainwell, and maybe Caleb Johnson could be gold on the stretch receivers. It's really hard to pick from all these guys beyond Tez, but I think I like Christian Watson the most. So he's at number four and then Colston Loveland at number five. I think his time has come in Chicago.
Joey P
Yeah, it certainly seems like it, too. Chicago's another weird one. They got a good record. I'm still not sure how good of a team they are, though. Just I'm still very skeptical. Dbro Top 5 ads for the week.
DBro
Yeah, I think those wins are a little bit overrated. But anyway, we could have a Bears conversation for another day. But Tez Johnson, number one, Christian Watson, I'm gonna put up to number two because I think he's gonna have some very high inflex moments for the rest of the season. Tower, I was your number three. Brian Robinson. I'm gonna sneak in here at four in coastal Loveland for the same reasons Pat talked about number five.
Joey P
All right, join us 3:00pm Eastern tomorrow here on the YouTube channel live. Debra and I will break down all of your questions on the waiver wire.
