I saw a Facebook post this week that said “Where you are a year from now is a reflection of the choices you make today,” and it caused me to reflect on what I envision the next year to be like. Let’s be honest, though. None of these ideas will come to fruition without work, dedication, discipline and accountability. All of those things that a coach can help one with. If I handed you a blank Wheel of Life graph and asked you to rate the categories on it, from 1 to 10 with 1 being low and 10 being perfect, how would you rate each of these? Friends and Family, Significant Other or Spouse, Personal Growth, Fun & Leisure, Home Environment, Career, Money, and Health. Please be sure to be honest, too. One of the four objections to most decisions is readiness. Are you ready to begin living the life of your dreams? If not, what is your reason and if so, are you ready to take action now? What happens if you do nothing? Where will you be one year from now? Maybe the same place or maybe not where you are today.
