East Texas, definitely one of the cheaper parts of the state. Similar to like the southern part, really. You get outside of that Texas triangle from San Antonio to Austin to Dallas, over to Houston and back to San Antonio. That's where it's expensive. Everywhere else, massive wealth divide. So that 1900 actually does stretch a little further than you'd think. But it is also not great at the same time.
