Okay, far as in the party bus and far as in some of these vehicles and stuff like that. And what happened in the situation? The party bus took, I want to say, $50,000 in creation and $20,000. We were just paying employees. We were paying employees buying things from running the business when you're not there physically. When you're not there.

The reason why we never saw any significant money in an account is because we took a loan. And so this is what it is. We took a loan and we were paying $1,000 a week, $1,000 a week on loans that were coming through the account. We're making them. Never missed a payment. Sat there and made $1,000 a week, every week on this account. You know what I'm saying? Then we're paying another $3,500 in credit cards every month, then plus the employees, then plus the mortgage, then plus the lights, then plus all the things that it takes to run the business and be able to apply the supplies and

be able to run businesses.

I understand that, but it went to the downfall. And what happened after that? After we sat there and paid off all the loans, it was a financial freedom that we're going to go stand ahead. Then took on his head to put all the credit card payments, which they were all spreaded around through the month. How we supplicate, how we make money, how we separate and put the money in our accounts. We're making 400, 500, 500, 300, you know what I'm saying? Every other day. And what happened after that?

Such a mess. Okay.

You know, he put all the payments into one day.

You guys took on way too much risk, way too much debt to fuel this thing in an industry that if you did any research, you would know that Texas was trying to change the law on. This was just uninformed, moronic behavior across the board. Come on, dude. I don't smoke weed, but I follow Basic Texas news.

Between things getting stolen, between things messing up, between the business, employees, people I had to fire back and forth. It wasn't just that. But you're not, you're not running there. You didn't listen long enough for me to tell you.

But you didn't listen to anyone who's ever been a successful business owner once in their life. Because you know if you did, you'd have to a proper business emergency fund.

You wouldn't be going into a new asset in cash every single time without having an emergency fund to cover six months of that thing being broken to make sure your employees could have food on the table to make sure that you can replace a motor. You don't have assets that generate your income without the ability to do take care of this.

You said the consequence of it is it all failed because of that. Because the motor broke down. Now you're saying you could have taken care of it. What are you talking about? You're contradicting yourself.

I'm telling you, when the motor broke down, we took it to a mechanic shop. Guess what happened to the mechanic shop. The guy did not give me back the truck for three and a half months. It wasn't our fault.

So you shouldn't have had an emergency fund to pay the employees that three and a half months?

[Ricky]

We did.

Then what was the issue?

We spent the money that the emergency fund went out and depleted.

Did you have an emergency fund because you've made $0?

I had emergency fund and I paid out of my pocket for my employees. I paid out of my pocket.

I also pay for the employees. I wired you 50 ish grand and you used it to pay off the employees.

Yes, we paid off the employees, but we also put $20,000 down onto the building that we were buying. We also put. We also paid for the wrap that was on the Bus, you know what I'm saying? And then we paid for the van that was coming out to the shop. That took too long. That's where all that money went to. That money went structurally to every spot and everything that we needed for it.

Why were you evicted from the building then?

I didn't get evicted from the building. We left the building by our own choice to save money.

It was seller of refinancing. We weren't able to make the monthly.

[Ricky]

I can make the monthly payment. I was able to make the monthly payment. I did make the monthly payment.

I told him specifically, we're not going to pay another monthly rent because we don't have all of our full employees. We don't have all of our full product. It does not make any sense to pay the rent for the next month if we don't have the things to operate the business with.

So I asked the financial owner, I said, hey, look, you can keep the money that we have and I'll take the loss with not having that money back, but give us a couple months to come out own this business unscathed so we can be able to leave. Because. Because we can't handle the mortgage.

On the personality side, I've met a lot of people like you. I have family members like you. The reality is, and it has to. It comes down to some privacy.

Lean tight all your energy, focus on what you do best and what makes the most amount of money. Stop trying to do all these different things. People like you and me, more entrepreneurial people, we get excited, we see a business opportunity, we want to do it. This is a flaw. I have to stay stop myself constantly and I've surrounded myself with people who can tell me to shut the up. Yeah, because you need those kind of people around you. You need to not get excited. You need to focus in on a couple of the profit centers that do really well and are proven okay, yeah, that's what you're going to focus on. You're going to take the other money, invest it into that or just leave it on the side, maybe even pay it back. You might have to go through bankruptcy, man.

That is a very real potential. So we can just wipe clean. And these business profit centers we focus on and you're going to run it all in QuickBooks books. Getting away from the hemp. Maybe focus on the food truck and party bus, you know?
