If you want to generate more business in 2025, it's not about meeting your clients expectations, it is about exceeding them. And this is going to show you exactly how to do that. I can tell you this, once you start doing this, you're going to generate more business. Referrals are going to start coming in and you're going to not have to chase your commission. It's going to start being expected in earned. So number one, communication. You have to actually listen to your clients. And here's a pro tip, you need to listen to them before you meet with them. So when you meet with them, you come prepared. Most people do not do that. So put your phone down, put it on lock. Focus. This is kind of one thing I got to work on. But I'm just telling you it will make a difference, all the difference in the world if you do that. So make sure that you're not just thinking about the answer while you're actually listening to them. Actually listen, and here's why. Because when you can give more of a personalized experience that actually meets the needs of what they want, because you're actually listening, this is how you are going to overcome competition and win every listing and win every client. There is no one size fits all in real estate. You actually have to listen to the client and curtail what you're doing to their needs and their wants. And that is why 85% of agents are no longer in the business and they leave within the first five years. And number three, you don't have to be the one sending the emails, sending the text messages, doing all the things, setting the appointments. You can use your CRM artificial intelligence to do it for you, to save you time and actually look like you are on top of things. Now here's the deal. When I was an agent selling, my best month was 26 homes in one month. I had an assistant doing that for me, acting as though she was me. Your assistant now is your CRM and AI, Are you using it? Number four, use what they're communicating to you to actually showcase that you're listening. If they're a young kid and they want to go to bars, don't take them the family community. Give them what they're interested in. Show that you're actually the community market leader. You know more about the city, the neighborhood than anyone else is. And that's why they should choose you. And that's why they're using you. Anybody could use Zillow or different algorithm. They're using you because you know the area you know things that the computer can't know you. You know about that crazy busy street. You know about that psycho neighbor across the way. You need to tell them, showcase it, be communicative of it and know what's going on. And number five, give them a gift they're actually going to use and remember you. Every time they look at it, they're going to think about you. Don't give them just a bottle of champagne. I mean I love champagne, but it goes away really quick once you pop the cork. Done. Give them something that they can look at, see, think of and remind you of. That makes sense. Here's the deal. Exceeding clients expectations. It really isn't that hard. It involves listening, taking what you're learning and actually applying it to their interaction. Applying it to them, making sure that you are doing everything to make the transaction super valuable, super personal and then taking it and also doing it thereafter. And here's the deal. Everyone always says that it's so competitive in real estate and you know what? That's why it's not. Because everyone else is doing the exact same thing. You need to be different. You need to be unique and showcase that not only when you're working with them, but way before. So if this is helpful, do me a favor like and subscribe.
