I'm going to show you how to make the most amount of money in real estate and why most agents fail and have a ceiling to how much money they can make. And here is the principle is that they do not know how to market and they are doing everything one to one, okay? I call this the monetization multiplier. And the goal is, is for you to get to this level, want you to think about something, okay? The more people you can reach at one time and the more value you can provide, the more you're going to influence people to want to work with you. Now here's the thing. Most of you are doing everything one to one. Door knocking, one to one, cold call, one to one open house, one to one. Everything is one to one. And once you stop doing that, everything stops. So I want you to think about how you can reach the masses, market to more than just one person at a time, reach more people over and over again. And while you're not even working. That's the goal. Okay? So first of all, the first level is called transactional. What this is, is typically people make between 50,000 and $100,000. This is one to one marketing. There's a ceiling to how much you can make here. This is, as I said, door knocking, cold calling. It's kind of like my daughter. My daughter cuts hair. She can only cut one hair at a time. She's great at cutting hair. She does a great job, but she's never going to become a millionaire. Most likely just cutting hair because she can only do one haircut at a time. That's what most real estate agents are doing. That's what most businesses are doing. All right? And again, she's reaching one person, she's adding value. But she can't influence a large amount of people to work with her because she can only do one thing at a time. All right, now the next one, and that's very, that's very transactional. Most real estate agents are doing everything in a transactional manner. The next level is relationships. Okay? This is people that say, oh, I get a lot of referrals. You know, I do pop buys. People refer me. I do it through relationship building. And typically you can utilize the transactional aspect and relationships and you can do between 100,000 and maybe 500,000 because you're marketing one to few. You're doing it through relationships. But again, there's a ceiling to how much money you can make to do a good job with relationships and get referrals. It's just you're Only one person right there. You know, you can't do massive amounts of talking to people, copy dates, you know, blah, blah, blah. So again, there's a cap to how much you can make. Your goal is to get to level three and level four. Now, communication and marketing, when you utilize your voice like I'm doing right now. Okay, what's happening right now? Right now you're watching this video. And I'm able to have hundreds of people, thousands of people watch this video at one time. They're consuming information, they're getting to know me. And they can watch and consume while I'm not even there, while I'm sleeping. I can run ad campaigns or organic marketing and I can add as much value as possible, reach way more people, okay? And influence them to want to work with me. This is how you make a lot of money. And when you use communication, think about it. Actors, singers, salesperson, that is you, they make the most amount of money because people perceive them as more important. So they make more money. When you can utilize communication and learn how to market yourself one too many, that's when you can make between 500,000 to $1 million. And I know this because I've done it. I've had million dollar months, okay? I've done. My average was. My most was 1.8 million as a real estate agent because my price point was kind of low. All right? So the goal is now I want to learn how to market to the masses, Communicate, add more value to them, educate them, get. Let them get to know me while I'm not even working. Right. Views. While you snooze through my content, reaching multiple people at one time, adding massive, massive value, getting them to, influencing them to want to work with me. Now if I can do that and I can use innovation and differentiation at the same time, that is when you can make millions to billions of dollars. Okay, let me just throw our caller back one second. So you will notice that as you move up the ladder, the dollar signs go up. So the goal is, is to do this. Okay? Why is innovation and differentiation important? Because all real estate agents are doing the same thing. You need to reach the moat. The most amount of people at one time, one to many marketing and be so different and so unique that it makes it impossible for them not to want to work with you. Right? And how do you do that? Number one, you learn to be a marketer. You learn to show that to a seller. All right? Show up and show them different things that other people are, aren't doing. Talk to them. About proper marketing, geo targeting, how you pixel, how you retarget, geographic detailed targeting. Talk to them about those type of things. Talk to them about how you utilize artificial intelligence to go after sellers and buyers who have been showing the intent, type of behavior to look online to purchase and how you know how to target them. Be different. Be innovative. Do not just be a commodity. Most real estate agents are a commodity. They're doing the exact same thing. Kind of like self service and you know, Netflix, Internet, gas, it's all the same. So people look for the cheapest price. When you can reach the masses, educate them, show your authority and then show how different you are. People will not see you as a commodity and that is how you will earn a higher price commission. All right, so this is Marketing Principles 101. You want to be a top producer, be a top marketer and if you want to make the most amount of money, you need to do two things. Learn how to market to the masses and differentiate yourself. Also side note, you need to think about how to make money without working. And how do you do that? You create residual income. Episode Title: How to Make More Money in Real Estate: The Secret Strategy Revealed!
In this episode, Krista Mashore dives deep into the strategies that real estate agents can employ to significantly increase their income. She highlights the common pitfalls that limit agents' earning potentials and unveils the secret to breaking through these barriers by leveraging effective marketing techniques.
Krista begins by addressing the prevalent issue among real estate agents: reliance on one-to-one marketing methods. She emphasizes that while personal interactions like door knocking, cold calling, and hosting open houses are valuable, they inherently cap an agent's income.
"Most of you are doing everything one to one. Door knocking, one to one, cold call, one to one open house, one to one. Everything is one to one. And once you stop doing that, everything stops." [00:01]
Using the analogy of her daughter cutting hair, Krista illustrates that focusing solely on one-to-one interactions limits scalability:
"It's kind of like my daughter. My daughter cuts hair. She can only cut one hair at a time. She's great at cutting hair. She does a great job, but she's never going to become a millionaire." [00:02]
Krista introduces the concept of the Monetization Multiplier, which revolves around increasing the number of people an agent can reach simultaneously and the value provided to them. By doing so, agents can influence more individuals to choose their services without being confined to one-on-one interactions.
Krista outlines a tiered approach to marketing, detailing how each level correlates with potential earnings:
Transactional Level
Relationship Level
Communication and Marketing Level
"Actors, singers, salespeople—that is you—they make the most amount of money because people perceive them as more important." [00:05]
Innovation and Differentiation Level
Krista emphasizes the importance of shifting from one-to-one to mass marketing to break through earning ceilings. She advocates for:
Leveraging Digital Platforms: Utilizing video content and online campaigns to reach a vast audience.
"What's happening right now? Right now you're watching this video. And I'm able to have hundreds of people, thousands of people watch this video at one time." [00:04]
Automating Marketing Efforts: Implementing systems that continuously engage potential clients even when the agent is not actively working.
Adding Value Through Education: Providing educational content that builds authority and trust with a wider audience.
Krista underscores that effective communication and innovative marketing differentiate agents from their competitors. By showcasing advanced marketing techniques like geo-targeting, pixel tracking, and artificial intelligence-driven strategies, agents can target individuals demonstrating purchasing intent online.
"Show up and show them different things that other people aren't doing. Talk to them about proper marketing, geo targeting, how you pixel, how you retarget." [00:07]
She cautions against becoming a commodity, where agents compete solely on price. Instead, by establishing authority and uniqueness, agents can command higher commissions and attract more clients.
Beyond active marketing, Krista touches on creating residual income streams. Although this is a complex topic, she encourages agents to think about ways to generate ongoing revenue without continuous active effort, further enhancing their financial independence.
To illustrate the effectiveness of these strategies, Krista shares her personal achievements:
"I've had million dollar months... My most was $1.8 million as a real estate agent because my price point was kind of low." [00:05]
Her success underscores the potential of transitioning to mass marketing and leveraging innovative strategies to maximize earnings.
Krista concludes by urging listeners to adopt mass marketing techniques and differentiate themselves in the market. She invites agents to join her live virtual events for in-depth training on:
"If you want to make the most amount of money, you need to do two things. Learn how to market to the masses and differentiate yourself." [00:06]
By following these principles, real estate agents can elevate their business, achieve financial independence, and stand out as market leaders in their profession.
