Stop overthinking. Don't you notice that sometimes you overthink things so much that you don't do anything? It's like analysis paralysis because all these thoughts are constantly going in your head. What if it doesn't work? What if I can't do it? What if they don't like me? What if I'm not successful? I've already messed up in the past. Where do I start? What's the right thing? What's the wrong thing? You get the point. There's too many things that we start thinking about. And oftentimes when you think too much, we also let feedback fear get in the way. So how do we stop overthinking and just start doing number one? It's progress, not perfection. I want you to be perfectly imperfect. Get mo good enough to move on. So many times our thinking is because we want things to be perfect. We want to have all the answers. We want to know everything that is not how things work. Do you know that W. Clement Stone, he was actually a billionaire back in the 1900s. In fact, he was such so rich that he actually gave millions of dollars to charity back in the 1900s. To do the math on how much money that was, he had this thing where he would say, do it now, do it now, do it now. In fact, he lived in San Francisco on the high rise buildings and he would say do it now a hundred times before he ever got down to the first floor. He believed in the power of not overthinking and taking actions and doing things quickly so much that he made every one of his employees say, do it now, do it now, do it now every single day. So start just doing it right. Stop overthinking. You don't need all the answers. Things don't have to be all in the right place. You don't have to know exactly what's going to happen at the end. So many times people are thinking so much about things that they absolutely do nothing and they stop. How has this been affecting you? What kind of things are you thinking about? Are the thinking, is that thinking helping you? Is it adding to your success or is it hurting you? Is it causing you not to be successful? Right. We have got to stop overthinking. We've got to start doing right. The results don't come from the thinking. Well, you know what I mean. Yes, of course, sometimes they do, but the results come from the doing. You can think your way right out of things and that's what I see people do all the time. So we think about that's our attitudes, our feelings, our thoughts, those that thinking creates a feeling and that feeling of excitement. Yes, yes, yes, I can do this. Yes, this will work. Creates an action of do right which creates a great result. Now the opposite of the feeling of the thinking of ooh, can't, no, won't work hard. Not gonna work. Creates a feeling of ooh, don't do it. Scared, fear, lack, not doing well. And that feeling creates you to take an action of freezing and not wanting to do anything because you're overthinking it to begin with. Okay? And then that result is bad. So the idea is stop overthinking and start doing. Notice what you're saying to yourself, do you need to have all the answers? The answer is no. And even if you think you have all the answers, guess what? You're going to learn so much along the way. So by stopping and actually doing and stop thinking so much and doing the thing, you are going to learn so much along the way. Trial error. What? What works? What doesn't work so that you can improve upon it. So you're overthinking it, you're overanalyzing it. You're over what if ing it and you're not doing it. You are going to be stuck, complacent and not having the kind of life that you desire. So stop overthinking, start doing, stop snap as much if you need to to get yourself to take action.
