This one mindset hack helped me go from zero to $67 million in seven and a half years. And here's what it is. It's called the Personal Empowerment Framework. All right? So first of all, what you have to understand is that you are in control. You have the ability to change any situation, any event or any circumstance. Now, I'm not talking about things that you have no control of. We. What the S stands for in snacks is the situation, the event, the circumstance. The N stands for the narrative. What is the story that you're telling yourself about the actual situation at hand? So that's the S and the N. The A stands for. For the effect. The effect the narrative has on what it is that you're saying to yourself. A about the actual situation. And the P stands for how do you proceed based upon the effect that it has on you, the feelings that you have is going to dictate how you're going to proceed, how you're going to take action or not take action, Are you going to proceed or procrastinate? That is what the P stands for. And the S stands for success. Ultimately, we all want success in our life. We want success. And so how do we work our way backward? Now here's what you need to understand is that the S the situation is. It is an indisputable fact. It's something that you can't. It's not like maybe it's like this is purple. Okay? It can't be like, maybe it's orange. Nope, it's purple. Okay? That is a proven fact. We all know that this is a purple cup. So it can't be something that is a feeling or it's, you know, it's got to be something that's real and true. In fact, if you were in court, you could say, I can prove this to be this. This is a cell phone, this is an iPhone. Okay? This is a solid boss lady. That is what the situation has to be. So let's talk about situations in your life. Now, the thing about different situations is that we can't control certain things. And once you understand that you cannot control things like the economy or the interest rates or how your boss is, you can't control those things. But what you can control is the narrative that happens around the situation. So, for example, let's just say the situation is, is that right now interest rates are at an all time high and that we have actually sold, if you're in real estate, we've actually, over the last three years, we sold 47% less homes in the previous three years. That's the situation. That is a fact. Okay? It can't be something like, oh, man, the interest rates are bad. Well, really, because, you know, 25 years of the interest rates were at like, 20%. So it's. It's really relative. So it has to be a factual situation, circumstance, or a bit. So now, based upon the narrative that I'm having, the story I'm telling myself in my head about high interest rates, I might be saying, oh, my gosh, interest rates are so high, that means buyers aren't going to buy houses there. Nobody is buying now. Nobody's selling now. It's a terrible time to buy or sell. Like, the economy's horrible. And so if you're having that narrative and that story, the effect that that has on you, it makes you feel defeated. It makes you feel, you know, like you don't want to take action. It makes you feel like it's doom and gloom. And so therefore, a lot of times the effect is that you freeze, you do nothing. That feeling, that effect from the narrative that you're having in your head regarding the situation that creates you to proceed, the action you will take. Are you going to progress? Are you going to procrastinate? What are you going to do? How are you going to proceed, right? And it all stems from the thoughts that are going on in your head, the story that you're telling yourself. So if you have a better story, a narrative about the situation, what's going to happen is it's going to have a better effect, a better feeling on your body. Now, this effect not only is a feeling of, like, emotional, but it also can have a physiological effect on you, right? And that physiological effect, that feeling is going to, again, dictate how you proceed. So if you want to take action, you want to progress, you want to proceed in a positive way, you have to have a. A good narrative, a good story that's happening in your head, that's at the end. Narrative, story, right? And then that how you proceed is ultimately going to give you the success, the results or lack thereof that you want. So what you have to understand is that you have the power. You have the choice. You are in control of how you deal with any, any circumstance or any situation, right? You are in control. You own. You're the master of the ship. So if you want success, which ultimately is what we all want, we want success in our marriages, in our relationships, in our life and our business, with our kids, with our friends as leaders, we want to be Successful, we want to have a positive, positive result, a positive outcome. So if you want to be successful in business and you want to make more money and you want anything that you're doing to work, you have to get crystal clear on the thoughts and the. What you're talking to yourself, what you're saying to yourself, what you're thinking, the story that's going on in your head, what that narrative is. And that is what the SNAPS framework is. It's a personal empowerment framework that gives you control over any situation that is happening. Okay? Now again, you can't control the interest rates, you can't control the economy, you can't control who the president is, you can't control crime. That's happening. You can't control any of that. But what you can do is you can control 100% what you are saying to yourself, the story that's going on in your head about the situation. And when you get this, and you are very crystal clear on this, you will understand that you have the ability to create or destroy anything in your life. You know, I actually wrote a book. It's called Stop, Snap and Switch, and it has something to do with snaps, right? So Stop, Snip and Switch is a strategy that you can utilize along with the SNAPS personal empowerment framework. And what this does is, is it helps you. You stop negative thoughts right in their tracks. Okay? That's what the STOP in Stop, Step and Foot stands for. It's. It's understanding that we have anywhere from 35,000 to 70,000 thoughts a day. Different research studies say, different amount of thoughts. Many of these thoughts that we have are repeated negative thoughts. And do you know about 85% of the thoughts that we have never, ever even come true? Right. All these negative things that we think about and worry about never, ever even come true. So we spend so much time working ourselves up over something that's never even going to happen. Okay? So we have to get into the habit of stopping and recognizing the things that we are saying to ourselves. You've got to be highly aware of what's going on in your head. And the reason I was able to. You know, I just realized today that I have had over 25 months where I've made over $1 million in a month. Now, you have to understand something. There's nothing special about me. In fact, I have not lived at home since I was 13 years old. I went to bed until I was over the age of 10. I had a learning disability and couldn't read until I was in the fourth Grade and I was in juvenile hall and group home for TR troubled girls and in a foster home from 13 years on all the way until I turned 18. And when I turned 18, I got kicked out of the house because. From the foster parents, even though they were very lovely people, but they were not getting paid anymore. So they. So I had to leave the foster home and I had to figure it out. I had a great upbringing, I have to say. I had wonderful parents and a wonderful mother. But my mother was also physically abusive when I was younger. And so that is the reason why I started running away and I left home. Now. Why am I telling you this? Because. Because I've had to work so much on my mindset. And when you have trauma, which all of us have, whether it's physical abuse, a divorce, bankruptcy, PTSD from war or. Or physical abuse, whatever it might be, from a partner, a spouse or. Or some random person that's physically done something to you, it causes trauma in our brains and it causes us to doubt ourselves. I was no different. I had to completely work on my mindset, how I felt about myself, feeling worthy and feeling loved and feeling valued. And I spent tons of time working on me and learning how to understand that I have the ability that I am in control and I can create or destroy anything that I want in my life. It all starts from the situation. Not the situation, but the narrative and the story that I have that's going on in my head from that situation. Because that story and that narrative is going to create, you know, a feeling. It's going to create how I'm actually. It's going to have an effect on me, right? And that that effect wanted to be a positive effect, not a negative effect. So that I take the right kind of action. I proceed not procrastinate. And that's how I get the success that I want. So stop snapping switches, stopping and recognizing negative thinking. And once you realize it, you stop, you snap the bracelet, you switch it to the other hand, and then you restate that negative statement into a positive one. So something like, oh my gosh, these interest rates are going to kill my business. No one's buying or selling houses right now. You know that's not true. People still are. There's just not as many of them. And you need to take over more market share. So that statement, once I recognize that goes from, hey, there's so many agents that are leaving the industry right now. All I need to do is I need to find a way to have more market share. I need to Position myself differently. I need to get more exposure. And because so many agents are actually leaving the industry right now, it's a great time for me to take over market share. Right? And when you have that feeling, when you that that gives you a much different effect on your body and that makes you want to take a different type of action. That is the whole idea around the Snaps framework. So you can utilize the Stop, step and switch to immediately change anything that's going on. You've got to be hyper aware, aware of what you're thinking, aware of what you're saying to yourself, aware of how you're talking. Also I always say be aware of your actions and be aware of your associations. But once you can get really aware of your self talk and what you're saying to yourself and understand that what you're saying to yourself greatly, greatly affects the time how you're going to proceed. Right? Positive or negative, proceed, procrastinate, progress. Okay? And that's going to have a massive effect on the success or lack thereof in your life. You are in control. And once you utilize how to learn this personal empowerment framework, Snaps and Stop, Snip and Switch into your life and your business, you can literally change anything. And you have to understand is that there's so much wealth and health and happiness. There's so much out there, enough to go around for every single one of us. There's limitless amounts of money and opportunity. And once you get this down, that is when you'll be able to create and build the business of your dreams. That's when, that is when you'll be able to have the body of your dreams, the relationship of your dreams, the confidence of your dreams. It all starts with you. And you need to know that nobody's coming to save you except for you. And you are the only one responsible for creating the life that you deserve. And you deserve it. And not only is this type of a lifestyle and business probable, not only is it possible, it is, it's more than possible, it is probable and it's predictable when you learn to control your thoughts because that those thoughts are going to control your outcome. So utilize the Stop, Snap and switch and the personal empowerment SNAPS framework to literally change any situation. And you've got to think about this like think about you and your life. What you focus on is what is the result that you get. So if you're focusing on negative and bad and horrible. I always tell the story about my husband who is my very best friend and we were married for about six, 16 years. And when you are married, you go through ups and downs, of course. Right. And my marriage is one of the most important things in my life, more than anything else is I. I value my marriage and, and the loyalty and the love and respect. But there's times where, you know, things weren't going as good and I was feeling like, oh, he's not telling me I'm pretty enough, or he's not doing this enough and he's not doing that enough. And we had a couple rocky months and I had to realize, oh, my gosh, all you're doing, Krista, is you're focusing on all the negative things. You're focusing on all the things he doesn't do and not focusing on what, what, how loving he is and how loyal he is and how he will drop anything at any time to help me, no matter what, and how they'll do the same for my kids. And I could just go on and on about how many things he's done to take care of us. And once I changed my thinking and the story in my head, our whole entire marriage just has continued to go up and up. And so when I notice that I'm having difficulty in certain areas of my life, I have to really be honest with myself and look in the mirror and say, what am I thinking? What am I saying to myself? What's my self talk? And I have to align myself back with the success and the result that I want. So one really great way to utilize the SNAPS framework is to start with the end in mind. What is the success that you want? What's the success that you want? What is the. What's the end goal that you. That you want? And then ask yourself, okay, for me to have that result, how am I. What do I need to proceed? What do I need to do? What actions and steps do I need to take to get that? And then in order for me to actually take those actions and those steps, you know, what do I. What. What feelings do I need to have? Right? What feelings do I need to have? What do I need to be saying and thinking and feeling and. And work backwards? And then what narrative. What's the story that I need to be saying to myself in order to be able to have that positive effect? And then no matter what the situation is, you will be able to have any outcome that you want. This is actually not fairy tales and unicorns. It's actual science. There is scientific evidence about our thoughts and how we speak to ourselves and how the neurotransmitters in our brain Those neuroscience, they have neuroplasticity, they can actually grow. Okay. It's called the left prefrontal cortex. It's a part of our brain that says like, you know, you can do it. It looks for solutions and answers and success. It literally wants you to build success. You research shows that the more that you have positive self talk and positive self thinking, it actually grows. Now you can do the reverse. It's called the amygdala. It's like all the negative wolf the negative both the amygdala can also grow as you talk negative and you sound negative and you say negative things. So I hope this was helpful. Please tell me like first of all, what are you dealing with or struggling with that maybe I could help you with and how I can help you work through the SNAP spring work and the Stop, Step and Switch framework. What are you dealing with? And then tell me how are you using this to actually positively affect your life? And what you'll understand and notice is that when you start using stuff Stop, Step and Switch, that then you can start using it for positive things like noticing what you're doing well. Right? Research shows that what, what gets celebrated gets replicated. And the more that you give yourself a pat on the back and you tell yourself good job and you recognize all the things that you're doing well, like, like that's a whole other, a whole other topic. But it's amazing what can happen. So I'm just the reassure. I love helping people make more money, be a better marketer and master their mindset. Those are the things that we focus on in this channel. And the Stop, Step and switch in the SNAPS framework are the number one first catalyst of what you need to master.
