El: Στην καρδιά της ’Ανοιξης, στην Πλατεία Πλάκα της Αθήνας, ζωή πλημμύριζε παντού.
En: In the heart of spring, in Platia Plaka of Athina, life was overflowing everywhere.

El: Ο αέρας ήταν γεμάτος άρωμα από ανθισμένα λουλούδια και ο ήλιος έλουζε τις αρχαίες πέτρες με χρυσαφένιο φως.
En: The air was filled with the fragrance of blooming flowers, and the sun bathed the ancient stones with golden light.

El: Τουρίστες και ντόπιοι περιπλανιόνταν, ενώ οι πωλητές φώναζαν φιλικά για να προσκαλέσουν τους περαστικούς στα εμπορεύματα τους.
En: Tourists and locals wandered, while street vendors shouted friendly invitations to draw passersby's attention to their wares.

El: Στην άκρη της πλατείας, δύο μουσικοί, ο Αλέξιος και ο Νίκο, ετοίμαζαν τα όργανά τους.

El: Ο Νίκο πάλι, πιο χαλαρός, χαμογελούσε και κουνούσε ρυθμικά το κεφάλι του στον ρυθμό της μουσικής που ήδη είχα αρχίσει να παίζει στο μυαλό του.
En: Niko, on the other hand, more relaxed, smiled and nodded his head rhythmically to the music that had already started playing in his mind.

El: Είχε μια αβίαστη χαρά για τη ζωή και την μουσική, μια χαρά που συχνά έσυρε τον σκοτεινό Αλέξιο στον χορό της.
En: He had an effortless joy for life and music, a joy that often pulled the brooding Alexios into its dance.

El: Καθώς άρχισαν να παίζουν, η πλατεία ήταν γεμάτη από ήχους – οινοπνευματισμένοι πλανόδιοι, γέλια παιδιών, φωνές αγοραίτηδων.
En: As they began to play, the square was filled with sounds – tipsy street performers, children's laughter, and vendors' cries.

El: Ήταν δύσκολο να ξεχωρίσουν από το χάος.
En: It was difficult to stand out from the chaos.

El: Ο Αλέξιος τραβούσε μια μικρή λύπη στην καρδιά του, μια μορφή αμφιβολίας που τον έκανε να διστάζει λίγο.
En: Alexios carried a small sadness in his heart, a form of doubt that made him hesitate a bit.

El: «Ίσως πρέπει να παίξεις εκείνο το κομμάτι που έγραψες», πρότεινε ο Νίκο, βλέποντας την αμφιβολία στον φίλο του.
