Story Transcript:

He: בבוקר אביבי בו השמש זורחת בעוצמה מעל תל אביב, יונתן עמד מחוץ לטרמינל של נמל התעופה בן גוריון.
En: On a spring morning when the sun was shining brightly over Tel Aviv, Yonatan stood outside the terminal of Ben Gurion Airport.

He: האנשים סביבו עטו תחפושות ופנים שמחות לרגל חג הפורים.
En: The people around him wore costumes and happy faces in honor of the Purim holiday.

He: גם יונתן, עם המסכה הסגולה על פניו, ניסה לשמור על רוח החג, אך בלבו נעו תחושות של שמחה וחשש.
En: Yonatan, too, with a purple mask on his face, tried to maintain the holiday spirit, but inside, he felt a mix of joy and trepidation.

He: יונתן היה בדרכו לניו יורק, לפגוש את מאיה, אהבתו רחוקת המרחק.
En: Yonatan was on his way to New York to meet Maya, his long-distance love.

En: Maya laughed, but her eyes shone with warmth and affection.
