Story Transcript:

Ja: 夏の北極ツンドラ。
En: The summer hokkyoku tundra.

Ja: 太陽が地平線の上で優しく輝いている。
En: The sun gently shines above the horizon.

Ja: 氷の白さがどこまでも続く。
En: The whiteness of the ice stretches endlessly.

Ja: そこに、一台のソリが滑っていく。
En: In this vast expanse, a sled glides along.

Ja: そのソリには三人が乗っている。
En: Three people are riding on the sled.

Ja: そのうちの一人、ユウタは熱心な科学者だ。
En: One of them, Yuuta, is an enthusiastic scientist.

Ja: 彼は北極の気候について研究している。
En: He is researching the climate of the Arctic.

Ja: しかし、今回は特別な任務を担っている。
En: However, this time he is on a special mission.

Ja: それは、誤って北極に運ばれた大量のラバーダッキーを回収することだ。
En: It is to retrieve a large number of rubber duckies that have mistakenly ended up in the Arctic.

Ja: 「ラバーダッキーなんて」サクラが笑う。
En: "Rubber duckies, of all things," Sakura laughs.

Ja: 「どうしてそんなに大事なの？」
En: "Why are they so important?"

Ja: 「このアヒルたちは重要なんだ」とユウタは真面目な顔で言う。
En: "These ducks are crucial," Yuuta says with a serious face.

Ja: 「きっと画期的な発見につながるよ。」
En: "I'm sure it will lead to groundbreaking discoveries."

Ja: 「まあ、冒険にはなりそうね。」ケンジが笑う。
En: "Well, it seems like it's going to be an adventure," Kenji laughs.

Ja: 彼は地元のガイドで、いつもユウタとサクラを助けている。
En: He is a local guide who always assists Yuuta and Sakura.

Ja: 「極地探検はエキサイティングだよ。」
En: "Polar exploration is exciting."

Ja: 三人はソリに乗って氷の上を滑走する。
En: The three glide across the ice on their sled.

Ja: 氷の風景が美しく流れていく。
En: The icy scenery flows past beautifully.

Ja: しかし、途中でユウタは遠くに動く影を見つける。
En: However, along the way, Yuuta notices a moving shadow in the distance.

Ja: 白熊だ。
En: It's a polar bear.

Ja: 「白熊がこっちに来ている！」とサクラが叫ぶ。
En: "A polar bear is coming towards us!" Sakura shouts.

Ja: 「急ごう！ラバーダッキーを回収しなければ！」とユウタが言う。
En: "Hurry! We have to retrieve the rubber duckies!" Yuuta says.

Ja: 彼らはソリを走らせ、ラバーダッキーの元へ到着する。
En: They rush the sled to the location of the rubber duckies.

Ja: 色とりどりのアヒルたちが氷の上に散らばっている。
En: Colorful ducks are scattered across the ice.

Ja: しかし、白熊はすぐそばまで来ている。
En: But the polar bear is approaching fast.

Ja: 「あっちに行け！」ケンジはユウタに言う。
En: "Go over there!" Kenji tells Yuuta.

Ja: 「アヒルの鳴き声を真似して！」
En: "Mimic the sound of the ducks!"

Ja: 三人は一斉に「クワック、クワック」と叫ぶ。
En: All three shout "Quack, Quack" in unison.

Ja: なぜか白熊は驚いて後退する。
En: For some reason, the polar bear is startled and retreats.

Ja: 彼らは急いでラバーダッキーを集める。
En: They quickly collect the rubber duckies.

Ja: 「ほら、無事に回収できたね」とユウタが言う。彼は笑顔だ。
En: "Look, we managed to retrieve them safely," Yuuta says with a smile.

Ja: 「まぁ、これもチームワークのおかげね」とサクラが言う。
En: "Well, it's all thanks to teamwork," Sakura says.

Ja: 「一人じゃ無理だった。」
En: "It wouldn't have been possible alone."

Ja: ケンジは笑いながら「これで科学のためにまた一歩前進だ」と言った。
En: Kenji, laughing, says, "This is one more step forward for science."

Ja: 三人は笑い、満足そうに帰路につく。
En: The three of them laugh and head back, satisfied.

Ja: ユウタは気づく。科学は大事だ。
En: Yuuta realizes that science is important.

Ja: でも時には少しおかしな冒険も必要だ。
En: But sometimes, a little silly adventure is necessary.

Ja: そして、友達と一緒なら何でもできる。
En: And with friends, anything is possible.

Ja: 北極の白い雪は、今日の不思議な冒険の証人となった。
En: The white snow of the Arctic has witnessed today's unusual adventure.

Ja: 太陽は再び、地平線の彼方に消えて行く。
En: The sun disappears again beyond the horizon.
