Lt: Rytas virš Vingio parko buvo ramus.
En: The morning over Vingio parkas was calm.

Lt: Ploni sniego lopinėliai dar glostė žemę, nors saulė jau pradėjo šildyti orą.
En: Thin patches of snow still caressed the earth, though the sun had already begun to warm the air.

Lt: Dovydas buvo pasiruošęs šiam bėgimui.
En: Dovydas was ready for this run.

Lt: Dar ryte jis šnibždėjo sau: „Šiandien aš pasieksiu rekordą.
En: Early in the morning, he whispered to himself, "Today I will set a record."

Lt: “ Šiandien Vingio parke vyko labdaringas bėgimo renginys.
En: Today, a charity run event was taking place in Vingio parkas.
