Lt: Ruta ir Gediminas stovėjo miško pakraštyje netoli Vilniaus.
En: Ruta and Gediminas stood at the edge of the forest near Vilnius.

Lt: Pavasaris buvo pačiame įkarštyje.
En: Spring was in full swing.

Lt: Gėlių kvapas ir paukščių čiulbėjimas pripildė orą.
En: The scent of flowers and the chirping of birds filled the air.

Lt: Miškas buvo žalias ir kvietė į nuotykius.
En: The forest was green and invited adventures.

Lt: "Ruta, ar tikrai nori eiti ta nepažymėta taku?

Lt: Galime rasti ką nors įdomaus," šypsodamasi atsakė Ruta.
En: We might find something interesting," answered Ruta with a smile.

Lt: Verkšlenimas jos stiliui nebuvo būdingas.
En: Complaining was not typical of her style.

Lt: Ji buvo kupina nuotykių ieskojimo aistros.
En: She was full of a passion for seeking adventures.

Lt: "Džiaugiuosi stovykla šioje pievoje.
En: "I'm content with camping in this meadow.

Lt: Tai jau pakankamai įspūdinga," Gediminas stengėsi subrėžti ribą, bet Ruta jau žengė pirmyn.
En: This is impressive enough," Gediminas tried to set a boundary, but Ruta was already stepping forward.

Lt: Miške takas buvo siauros, apaugęs medžiais ir krūmynais.

Lt: "Mes turėtume tai laikyti paslaptyje, tiesa?
En: "We should keep this a secret, right?

Lt: Kad niekas nepakenktų paukščiams," jis sakė, pritariančiai žvelgdamas į Rutą.
En: So no one harms the birds," he said, looking at Ruta in agreement.

Lt: Ruta linktelėjo.

Lt: "Sutarėme.
En: "Agreed.
