Sl: Triglavski narodni park je spomladi čudovit.
En: Triglavski narodni park is beautiful in the spring.

Sl: Divje cvetlice cvetijo povsod.
En: Wildflowers bloom everywhere.

Sl: Barve so živahne.
En: The colors are vibrant.

Sl: Nebo je svetlo modro.
En: The sky is bright blue.

Sl: Sneg se še drži na visokih vrhovih.
En: Snow still clings to the high peaks.

Sl: Cele narave veje pomladna toplina.
En: The whole of nature radiates spring warmth.

Sl: Mateja hodi po ozki poti.
En: Mateja walks along a narrow path.

Sl: Je velik ljubitelj narave.
En: She is a great nature lover.

Sl: Vsak vikend raziskuje lepe pokrajine Slovenije.
En: Every weekend, she explores the beautiful landscapes of Slovenia.

En: "Mateja, are you okay?"

Sl: " vpraša Klemen.
En: Klemen asks.

Sl: Zaskrbljenost je v njegovem glasu očitna.
En: The concern is evident in his voice.

Sl: Mateja prikima.
En: Mateja nods.

Sl: "Samo malo prahu v zraku," pravi.
En: "Just a little dust in the air," she says.

Sl: Trudijo se doseči najlepši razgled v parku.
En: They strive to reach the most beautiful view in the park.

Sl: Mateja je odločna.
En: Mateja is determined.

Sl: A nato začne kašljati.
En: But then she starts coughing.

Sl: Zdi se, da vsak cvet sprošča več peloda.
En: It seems every flower releases more pollen.

Sl: Matejine oči srbijo.
En: Mateja's eyes itch.

Sl: Nos jo srbi.
En: Her nose itches.

Sl: "Potrebuješ odmor?
En: "Do you need a break?"

Sl: " vpraša Anja.
En: Anja asks.

Sl: Mateja zamaha z roko.
En: Mateja waves her hand.

Sl: "Lahko nadaljujem," stisne zobe.
En: "I can continue," she grits her teeth.

Sl: Čez uro so na osamljenem delu poti.
En: An hour later, they are in a secluded part of the path.

Sl: Simptomi se poslabšajo.
En: Her symptoms worsen.

Sl: Mateja težko diha.
En: Mateja has difficulty breathing.

Sl: Klemen in Anja postaneta resno zaskrbljena.
En: Klemen and Anja become seriously worried.

Sl: "Mateja, moramo se vrniti," reče Klemen.
En: "Mateja, we need to go back," Klemen says.

Sl: Mateji pogum pade.
En: Mateja's courage falters.

Sl: Noče biti breme.
En: She doesn't want to be a burden.

Sl: A njen obraz zardi.
En: But her face reddens.

Sl: "Prav, vrniva se," končno reče tiho.
En: "Alright, let's go back," she finally says quietly.

Sl: Pot nazaj je dolga.
En: The way back is long.

Sl: Anja in Klemen jo podpirata.
En: Anja and Klemen support her.

Sl: Klemen ponuja vodo.
En: Klemen offers water.

Sl: Anja govori, da bi jo pomirila.
En: Anja talks to calm her.

Sl: Na koncu prispejo do parkirnega vhod, kjer je več svežega zraka.
En: Eventually, they reach the park entrance, where there is more fresh air.

Sl: Matejin strah se umiri.
En: Mateja's fear subsides.

Sl: Ko pridejo do avta, Mateja spozna.
En: When they reach the car, Mateja realizes.

Sl: Prijatelji so najpomembnejši.
En: Friends are the most important.

Sl: "Hvala," reče Mateja.
En: "Thank you," Mateja says.

Sl: "Drugič bom pazljivejša.
En: "I'll be more careful next time."

Sl: "Klemen jo objame.
En: Klemen hugs her.

Sl: "Naslednjič izberemo lažjo pot," reče Anja.
En: "Next time, we'll choose an easier path," Anja says.

Sl: V avtu so tihi.
En: They are quiet in the car.

Sl: Skozi okno gledajo na pomladne barve parka.
En: They look out at the spring colors of the park through the window.

Sl: Mateja se nasmehne.
En: Mateja smiles.

Sl: V sebi čuti toplino.
En: She feels warmth inside.

Sl: Razumela je: ni vedno treba biti močna sama.
En: She understood: it's not always necessary to be strong alone.

Sl: Triglavski narodni park se ziba v svoji lepoti.

Sl: Matejin svet je prav tako lep zaradi prijateljstva.
