Sl: Pod svetlobo jutranjega sonca, ki se je sramežljivo prebila skozi oblake nad starodavno Solunom, so Mateja, Luka in Nina previdno stopali po kamnitih tleh ruševin.
En: Under the light of the morning sun, timidly breaking through the clouds over ancient Solun, Mateja, Luka, and Nina cautiously stepped on the stone floors of the ruins.

Sl: Okrog njih so dihali spomini preteklosti, pomladni vetrič pa je nosil vonj cvetočih mandljevcev.
En: Around them breathed the memories of the past, while the spring breeze carried the scent of blooming almond trees.

Sl: Mestni trg je bil poln glasne glasbe in pisanih tržnic, saj so ljudje praznovali Veliko noč.
