Today we are joined by Shaye Lynne Haver and Tina Parker. We discuss their experience in the military and how they got into leadership. Each share their experience in the Forefront Cohort.

About Shaye Lynne Haver:

Shaye Lynne Haver started her Army career as an Apache helicopter pilot and transferred into the Infantry after becoming one of the first two women in history to graduate from the US Army Ranger School in 2015. Ranked 34th on Fortune magazine's 2016 list of the World's Greatest Leaders, Shaye continues to serve as an active duty Army officer and pioneer roads less traveled in service to others. She is currently pursuing her Master of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania where she is studying the intersection of human performance optimization and wellbeing.

About Tina Parker:

Tina Parker is a seasoned coach and founder of Lead Outside the Lines. With 20+ years as a leader and trusted executive advisor across private, public and non-profit sectors, Tina has served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, as the Chief Customer Officer for the Department of Defense’s DevSecOps team, Platform One, and as the Chief Marketing Officer of the acclaimed non-profit, The Mentor Project.
