About Dr. Tiana Rogers:
Dr. Tiana Rogers (she/her) is a serial entrepreneur, transformational coach, and applied social impact researcher; PhD–not MD, so she prescribes perspective not prescriptions. Dr. Rogers currently serves as Senior Director of Impact Strategy at the Sorenson Impact Center, located within the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Her career has centered on helping large- and small-scale public and private entities use data to address and solve difficult social problems. Dr. Rogers is also co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of BLK Haven, an online mental health platform connecting Black people to Black clinicians. Dr. Rogers is deeply passionate about making an impact and empowering underrepresented people in entrepreneurship, mental health, and wellness.
