Dale
Hey everyone. Welcome back to Founder's story.
Host
Today we have Cecile, George and Cecile.
Dale
This is very interesting what you do, and I can't wait to dive in.
Host
But you co founded in center with.
Dale
Your husband Kodo, and you share the ancient mystery teachings. I have to read this because I want to make sure I get it right. And healings that they received through modern mystery school with people who seek lasting transformation from both within and without. Normally I don't read the bios directly.
Host
But this sounds very interesting and I.
Dale
Wanted to make sure that I was accurate in what I said. So can you dive into exactly what is in center and what are these ancient mystery teachings?
Cecile
Yeah, I mean, my husband and I both had like a corporate career if you want, but at the same time we were looking for, you know, ways of impacting the world and generally manage stress and get more balanced as human beings so that we can have a better life and feel more fulfilled. And so we were always traveling the world and working with, you know, different shamans and people from all over the world, really, and looking for the source of kind of the ancient ways of working with people that have been around for thousands of years. And, you know, there's sacred sites, there's lots of places in the world where you can get a sense of something like that happening. But where is the actual teaching behind that, you know, so we went to Egypt, Peru, also so many different places in the world until we actually found these teachings from the Hermetic lineage of, you know, we say it's the lineage of King Solomon, which is the Western form of mysticism. And, and we found those teachings so impactful and so helpful to support us in our growth, in our personal growth in our life, in our businesses, in everything we're doing that. At some point we decided we need to start sharing that, you know, more broadly so that people actually know this exists so they don't have to search as long as we did to find it. So, yeah, that's kind of how we decided to found incenter.
Dale
So I'm very interested to hear when you tell people this, what is their reaction? And are you finding as the years have gone on, people are more open to it?
Cecile
Definitely. I mean, we've been doing this for 10 years now, and in the last, I would say two years, we noticed a massive shift in terms of how people are like seeking this out or responding to this initially. People are always intrigued, right, because they, they know us, they, they know we kind of like, you know, people have built businesses, have done things we're kind of like, you know, in the world. So there is. That gives credibility in itself. So people were always kind of interested. But I would say now there is much more of an awakening happening. And people are really like. To this type of work really at the moment.
Dale
No, that's amazing. I. I think, like, I know some people that are really heavy into this type of thing, and then some people that are like, I, you know, their trust factor, they're just not sure. But the people that I've known that have done something maybe similar, it's really completely changed their life. So who are the people that are mostly coming to you or seeking you out?
Cecile
You know, it's so funny. It really. I couldn't say that there's a type because I've worked with people who are like, you know, janitors in care homes and then people who have built asset management banks. You know, like, there's just like such different types of profiles that I've worked with, but they all have in common that they seek beyond the obvious. They seek to try and understand life on a deeper level. And they've tried. Most of them have tried or applied lots of different methods to do that, and some of them successfully, but they keep seeking. So that's probably what they have in common, is that they are curious and inquisitive and they want to understand what actually really drives the human condition, drives human behavior, and also how to potentially impact, you know, have a positive impact on the world. I think most of the people who see goes out, they want healing for themselves, but they also want to kind of contribute in a way that it's positive for society.
Dale
I love that. If we all seek to not only make ourselves better, but society, how much better would the world be? Right.
Cecile
Exactly. Yeah. Yeah.
Dale
I'm curious onto the sacred geometry. What is that and how can we use that?
Cecile
I mean, Pythagoras, who was, you know, in the mystery schools tradition, he said, sacred geometry is music made visible. I mean, music is vibration, right. And vibration made visible, you could say, is the first form of creation. So the sacred geometrical shapes are actually in everything. You know, if you look at the DNA, if you look at atoms, if you look at the universe, if you look at the formation of planets, there is sacred geometry in everything. And so in a way, you could say it's the fabric of life. So when you study sacred geometry, you're basically essentially studying the blueprint for life and you kind of realigning yourself with the purest expression of that, and that helps us to shed things that aren't actually truly in alignment with who we are. So we work with sacred geometry a lot in different forms.
Host
That's incredible.
Dale
I never thought about the scientific piece. It's like crossing two worlds of spirituality mixed with, like, the universe mixed with science, like, coming together. I never would even have, you know, thinking about DNA and the shapes of these things.
Host
So what are. What are some of the benefits that you are seeing?
Dale
You know, like, what are people telling you that. That are coming to you and saying, like, wow, oh, my gosh, this is what happened after. You know, after we. After I met you and we went through everything. This is what happened.
Cecile
So a lot of time, people say they have more clarity about the way forward. They have more peace of mind. They feel more centered. Sometimes people have some kind of emotional release at the beginning of our work together, because sometimes there's stuff that just needs to be cleared or needs to come up. So that happens. But in general, people have more vitality, more drive, more connection to their purpose. They feel more aligned with who they are, and they start to make positive changes. That can be things like diet or habits, you know, even potentially, you know, even leading to things like people stop certain addictions, but that's always kind of driven by their own choices, really. Like the sessions and the work we do. Always there to support people, but then they have to take that and do something with it. Because we work in a way that is empowering. So we. We share tools, and the tools we share, people can apply them on a daily basis and without coming to see us.
Host
Right.
Cecile
Once they know how to use them, they can start working with those tools, and then that's kind of what creates the new pattern, that's creating the new way of living, and that's where the changes come from.
Dale
No, that's amazing because it reminds me of, like, the world is just. It seems to be, like, more anxious, more depressed, more angry, divisive. Just everywhere around the world, people are lost.
Cecile
Yeah.
Dale
I think we all have so much trauma in our lives that we never dealt with. And I know a lot of people who are single up into, like, their 40s. They. They tell me they can't find someone. And I wonder if it's, you know, something within themselves versus, you know, the other person. But what do you say to people who are. Are just lost right now and. And sad and anxious, and they're just trying to figure things out?
Cecile
I mean, there's definitely hope. There's so much hope. You know, there's. If you seek to change if you seek to heal and if you realize that most of the obstacles that you're facing are actually like internal, you know, if you start to take responsibility for your own healing, there's so much you can do that is the foundation, you know, it's the foundation. And I used to be trained as a therapist and now I don't do that anymore. I really work with this kind of more energy based tools because my experience is that empowering people to realize that they can be their own healer, they can be their own therapist with the right tools that support them in their reflection so that it becomes a daily habit to become aware of the thoughts that you have, the self talk and to shift that so that you can create a new reality. Because we all are individually and collectively creating our reality. Obviously that's kind of the premise for me. I'm just saying this as if it was an obvious fact or truth, but that's how you know, I live my life with this belief system and it's.
Dale
Kind of served me Whether you're starting.

Belief systems are really important and they affect us in many ways.
Dale
I can totally relate to that. My wife would always yell at me like, you just put it off because you don't believe in it. But if you believe in it, it might actually come true. It might be beneficial because sometimes we just want to push off things like, oh, I don't understand it, I don't know it, you know, it scares me. But there was somebody who also an energy healer, like, they really positively impacted my life on levels that I can't even explain. So I'm just totally, you know, into the healing. And I really dedicated my life now to being able to get people to, to meet someone like yourself and what you and your husband are doing. Podcast Summary: Unlocking Ancient Wisdom for Modern Transformation and Overcoming Trauma/Anxiety with Cecile George | S2 Ep. 149
Podcast Information:
In episode 149 of "Founder's Story," hosted by Dale from IBH Media, listeners are introduced to Cecile George, co-founder of Incenter, alongside her husband Kodo. The episode delves into Cecile's journey from a corporate career to founding Incenter, a platform dedicated to sharing ancient mystery teachings aimed at fostering lasting personal and societal transformation.
Cecile shares her transition from a corporate environment to seeking deeper fulfillment and balance in life. Alongside her husband Kodo, she embarked on a global quest, collaborating with shamans and mystical practitioners to uncover ancient methods of personal growth and stress management.
Cecile [00:46]: "We were always traveling the world and working with different shamans and people from all over the world, really, and looking for the source of kind of the ancient ways of working with people that have been around for thousands of years."
Their extensive travels led them to discover the Hermetic lineage—rooted in the Western form of mysticism associated with King Solomon. Recognizing the profound impact of these teachings on their personal and professional lives, Cecile and Kodo established Incenter to make these ancient wisdom traditions accessible to a broader audience.
Over a decade of practice saw a significant shift in public receptiveness. Initially, Cecile notes that credibility stemmed from their entrepreneurial backgrounds, but in recent years, a widespread awakening has heightened interest in their work.
Cecile [02:12]: "In the last, I would say two years, we noticed a massive shift in terms of how people are like seeking this out or responding to this."
The growing openness reflects a collective yearning for deeper understanding and holistic approaches to personal growth.
A pivotal topic in the discussion is sacred geometry, which Cecile describes as the "music made visible." Drawing parallels between vibration and visible patterns, she emphasizes that sacred geometry is omnipresent—from DNA structures to planetary formations—serving as the blueprint of life.
Cecile [04:32]: "Pythagoras, who was in the mystery schools tradition, said sacred geometry is music made visible. Music is vibration, and vibration made visible is the first form of creation."
By studying sacred geometry, individuals can realign themselves with the fundamental patterns of existence, shedding misalignments and fostering genuine self-awareness.
Cecile outlines the transformative benefits clients experience through Incenter's teachings:
Cecile [05:58]: "People have more vitality, more drive, more connection to their purpose. They feel more aligned with who they are, and they start to make positive changes."
The approach is inherently empowering, equipping individuals with practical tools to sustain their growth independently.
Dale raises the prevalent societal issues of anxiety, depression, and trauma, questioning their roots and offering Incenter's perspective on healing.
Cecile [07:50]: "There's so much hope. If you seek to change, if you seek to heal, and if you realize that most of the obstacles you're facing are actually internal, you can take responsibility for your own healing."
Cecile emphasizes the importance of self-responsibility in healing, advocating for energy-based tools that enable individuals to become their own healers. This self-empowerment fosters daily awareness and positive cognitive shifts, essential for overcoming internal barriers.
Transitioning from traditional therapy, Cecile discusses the shift towards energy-based methodologies that promote self-healing. These tools facilitate introspection and cognitive transformation, allowing individuals to reshape their realities.
Cecile [08:53]: "Empowering people to realize that they can be their own healer, they can be their own therapist with the right tools."
The emphasis is on creating sustainable change by integrating these practices into daily routines, thereby establishing new, healthier life patterns.
As the episode concludes, Cecile provides listeners with resources to engage with Incenter's offerings. Interested individuals are encouraged to visit their website, incenterlondon.com, for more information and to connect with trusted practitioners for in-person energy work.
Cecile [13:26]: "Our website incenterlondon.com is kind of the starting point. We have got a lot of resources on there as well, a lot of material to read."
