It's now gaining 52. The Nasdaq is up 286 points. But oil prices are mixed. WTI is down more than 3%. But Brent crude, which is more closely followed overseas, is rising 4% at the gas pump, a one penny decline.

Hyundai's recalling more than 421,000 cars and trucks because of a problem with the front camera software. It can make the forward collision avoidance system too sensitive and trigger sudden braking, increasing the risk of a rear end collision if another driver happens to be following too closely. The Recall is for 20, 25 and 26 model year Tucson Compact SUVs and Santa Cruz pickup trucks. Hyundai's federal filing says it's had 376 reports about the problem with four rear end collisions and four injuries. In those cases, owners will be able to bring their vehicles in for a software update. Chris Foster, Fox News.
