The president on Truth Social yesterday said hopefully this process will all work out quickly, easily and smoothly. If it doesn't, we have the ultimate alternative, hopefully never to be used again. The latest from the Iranians, however, is that it will not be signed this weekend, the spokesperson for the Iranian foreign minister told state media. It could, though, happen in the coming days. According to a White House official, the terms include all of Iran's nuclear material is going to be destroyed and removed. The nuclear program is going to be dismantled. None of Iran's money will be released without full compliance. The Strait of Hormuz will be reopened again and then there will be no Iranian funding of terrorist groups.

Fox's Aisha Hosni Iranian leaders are disputing what's allegedly in that deal, claiming concessions about Iran's nuclear program are not part of it. The deal signing comes after the US And Iran resumed launching strikes across the Middle east last week. The New York Knicks are NBA champs after beating the San Antonio spurs in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.

On ABC, the moment the Knicks defeated the San Antonio Spurs 9490 in Game 5 of the NBA Finals, a series that was much closer than 4:1. San Antonio had a double digit lead in every game of the Finals and Saturday was no different, up 16 in the second quarter, 15 in the third and 10 with under eight minutes to play. But Jalen Brunson brought the knicks back, scoring 15 of his 45 points in the fourth quarter, including the go ahead basket with just over a minute left, taking home the MVP honors. chaos breaking out in New York City overnight after crowds celebrating the Knicks championship got out of hand.

Several arrests remain and damage has been reported across the city. Multiple cars including NYPD police cars were damaged including their windshields busted in. Video also shows off officers in riot gear and on police horses for crowd control. At times people were also seen throwing objects at those officers. Other Knicks fans were seen climbing on top of light poles, cars and buses in Times Square. A school bus was set on fire while fans also set fire to trash cans and lots of fireworks were also set off. At one point, a person set off flares on top of a bus.

Fox's Chanley Painter President Trump is celebrating his 80th birthday today with UFC fights on the White House grounds. In arena has been erected on the South Lawn where seven cage fights will be held. The president has sought to tie tonight's event to celebrations of America's 250th anniversary. Cabinet leaders, top administration officials and 4,000 plus spectators are expected to be there. Well, you can also expect more primaries this coming week.

This Tuesday is primary day again. Party voters in Oklahoma will pick nominees for governor and US Senate. Incumbent Republican Senator Alan Armstrong, appointed when Mark Wayne Mullen joined the trumpet, administration is barred by state law for running for the seat. California holds a special primary for nominees to fill the seat left vacant this term by the resignation of Eric Swalwell. If no one receives 50%, the full election will be in August. D.C. voters hold a primary for an open mayor seat as Mayor Muriel Bowser isn't seeking another term. Both Alabama and Georgia hold primary runoffs on Tuesday.
