It might be another record day on Wall Street. The Dow topped 52,000 for the first time after the opening bell. It's now gaining 305 points. The NASDAQ is up 72. The S&P 500 gaining about 1 point. We mentioned oil's down more than 3. WTI is back under 78 bucks a barrel. Gas is down 2 pennies. AAA's national average for regular $4.04 per gallon is 52 cents cheaper than the peak of the surge last month, still over a dollar more than before the Iran conflict started. A Florida couple who discovered their daughter was not genetically related to either of them, allegedly because of an embryo mix up, has reached a mutually devised custody agreement with the baby's biological parents, Tiffany Score and Steven Mills, who had their daughter in December after undergoing treatment through the Fertility center of Orlando, securing the right to retain permanent legal custody of the girl. The exact terms of the agreement remain confidential, as well as the names of the biological parents who were identified through genetic testing. Their civil suit against the center, which is shut down, remains active.
