Reports do indicate the deal includes the resumption of traffic in the Strait of Hormuz, the lifting of the US naval blockade on Iran, and Iran entering into a 60 day period of negotiation surrounding their nuclear program.

He told reporters at the G7 summit in France that President Trump and his team have a more realistic view towards the war in Ukraine. In a joint statement, G7 leaders from the world's wealthy democracy say they stand united to support Ukraine.

Fox's Jonathan Savage. Five people are hospitalized in Texas after the plane they were in crashed late last night on a highway in Laredo. Drivers got out of their cars to help rescue them from the plane that was on fire. One person was killed off the Texas coast. Arthur may be born today. If so, it will be the first tropical storm of the season in the Atlantic.

It's going to bring a lot of moisture. So even as it weakens, we're going to be talking about heavy rain from portions of Louisiana stretching across the Florida Gulf coast up into Alabama, 5 to 10 inches. Isolated areas getting up to 15 inches or more flooding will be a major concern Wednesday, Thursday into Friday.

Well, let's check the numbers where they are now. The Dow is rising again. It is up 213 points, hitting a new all time high over 52,000. The NASDAQ is down, though it's now moving lower off by 26 points. The S&P 500 is losing a fraction of a point. Oil after big drops in recent days is rising more than 1%. WTI back over 77 bucks a barrel at the gas pump though another two penny decline. AAA's national average for regular 402 per gallon, 54 cents less than the peak of the price surge in the Iran conflict last month. We got an update to the economy.

Retail sales were stronger than expected in May, up 0.9%. It's a sign that consumers remain resilient in the face of rising inflation. Americans were dealing with high gas prices last month, though prices moderated from April levels. Excluding sales at gas stations, retail sales in May rose 0.7%. Sales at clothing and accessories stores rose 0.3 and online sales were up 1.5%. For the year ending in May, retail sales increased 6.9%. Tax refunds contributed to support spending last month.
