That did come for some. The department, Fire department and EMS were able to enact dozens of rescues to save multiple lives. But Fall River Fire Chief Jeffrey Bacon says nine people died, a few dozen others were injured. Despite more rain and more flooding, rescue teams back out in Texas looking for more than 100 people still unaccounted for from the July 4th flooding that hit Kerr county, killing at least 129 people. They had to take breaks over the weekend due to intense rains, creating more flood possibilities, putting those teams at risk. Lynn Bizzell is the fire chief in Fredericksburg, Texas.
