Ruth submitted 10 questions to federal Judge Eileen Cannon this morning, including one about asking the jurors if they would stop for a turtle in the middle of the road. She told Ruth none of his questions on his list have any bearings whatsoever. Judge Eileen Cannon said his questions were all politically charged, including questions about students for Palestine and purchasing Greenland.

Opening statements are planned for Thursday. President Trump just posted on Truth Social that he wants to help the people of Chicago, that only criminals will be hurt if he sends the National Guard. Adding Governor J.B. pritzker at Democrat doesn't want the federal government's help. Why? What's wrong with this guy? As the federal immigration crackdown increases, ICE.

Agents are in Chicago. The National Guard is not. The agents were operating in a northwest suburb called Palatine yesterday, and a source tells me they will indeed be operating in the city today.

Fox's Mike Tobin in Chicago. President Trump, also in another True social post, says Israel's agreed to a ceasefire plan for Gaza, warning Hamas to also accept or face the consequences as the war rages. A short time ago, Israeli bombings took down a high rise around Gaza City after warning Palestinians to evacuate the area. In Jerusalem, two Palestinian gunmen opened fire at a bus, killing six people, wounding a dozen, until an off duty soldier and armed civilians shot and killed the shooters, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. We are now in pursuit sieging the villages from which the murderers came and we will get everyone who helped them, everyone who sent them. America's listening to FOX News.
