The roommate of the alleged shooter is actually a romantic partner who is a male transitioning to a female. This is the roommate who shared messages with investigators that helped them zero in on the alleged shooter. FBI sources tell FOX the roommate has been extremely cooperative and had no idea that their significant other was planning to assassinate Charlie Kirk. Those sources also tell FOX that when the alleged shooter's father confronted him about Kirk's murder, he said he wanted to kill himself rather than turn himself in. But we know it was the father and a minister the family knew who were able to get him to turn himself in. And he is now here at the Utah County Jail.

Robinson will be arraigned on Tuesday. If convicted, he could face the death penalty and prosecutors say federal charges are also possible. FBI director to a Senate Senate committee this week on the state of the bureau.
