And FBI Director Cash Patel also tells.

FOX it was left in the suspect and partner's home. But we have since learned that the note, even though it has been destroyed, we have found forensic evidence of the note.

As for the DNA they found, Patel says it's on a towel the rifle was wrapped in and on a screwdriver found on the rooftop from where Kirk was shot and assassinated at Utah Valley University last week. Fox's Garret Tenney's at the Utah county jail where Tyler Robinson's being held and not cooperating.

We have learned that Charlie Kirk's alleged assassin also sent a text message to a different individual saying that he had an opportunity to take Charlie out and that he was going to do it because he hated what Charlie stood for. So this is part of the investigation now, looking into who knew what and when. And as part of that, we've learned the FBI is investigating left wing groups in Utah to see if they knew about the accused killer's plans or provided him with any kind of help.

Robinson's first court appearance is tomorrow. Ryan Ruth's in court now in Florida as his federal trial resumes one year to the day after Ruth was arrested and charged in the second Trump assassination attempt that was thwarted at a golf course in West Palm beach, where the president, then a candidate, was playing. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is in Israel again calling for Hamas to release all the hostages.

Stocks are rising to start the week, the dow is gaining 51 points. The Nasdaq is surging up 144, adding to Friday's record high close the S&P 500, adding 28 points. The price of oil is up more than a half dollar, back over 63 bucks a barrel at the gas pump.

Nationally, the price of regular grade gasoline jumped nearly 7 cent in the past three weeks and from here it's probably going to reverse itself and go down maybe by a very similar amount.

Analyst Trilby Lundberg's survey of stations puts regular at 329 per gallon, AAA's national average less at 317. The Federal Reserve starts a two day meeting to assess the economy tomorrow and it's expected to wrap up Wednesday with an interest rate cut like President Trump has been demanding for months. Fed Governor Lisa Cook will be at that meeting despite the president firing her, a move blocked by a federal judge. The Trump administration's appealed.

Lawyers for the Trump administration say Lisa Cook's argument for why she should keep her job is meritless. Cook is facing allegations of mortgage fraud, which he has repeatedly denied, and the Fed governor's legal team has argued the president's push to fire Cook is unprecedented, that the White House and Fed are supposed to remain independent of one another and that the Trump administration has not shown enough evidence for for the termination.
