Meanwhile, the FBI is searching for a man named Donald Henson after what it is calling an act of terror.

And they believe that he's a former member of the military with a history of mental health problems. At about 2:40 this morning, the FBI says Henson crashed his car into the entrance gate of the FBI's Pittsburgh Field Office. He then got out of his car, grabbed an American flag and threw it over the gate before taking off on foot.

That's fox's Brian Yennis. Suspected Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson is to in court again in 12 days after his first first appearance facing an aggravated murder charge that could lead to the death penalty.

After telling the roommate he was the one who killed Charlie Kirk, the roommate texted asking why. Robinson said, why did I do it? The roommate said, yeah. Robinson said, I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can't be negotiated out. The alleged killer said he'd been planning the assassination for a little over a week and thought he might be able to get away with it if he could recover the rifle he used.

That's fox's Garrettini at the Utah county jail. Ryan Ruth's trial resumed this morning in federal court in Florida where he's charged in the second trial assassination attempt. More forensic evidence is expected. Ruth's defending himself. President Trump is at Windsor Castle in England. He got royal treatment, arriving in a horse drawn carriage greeted by King Charles ahead of a private lunch and a formal state dinner.
