The suspect's roommate and lover, whom he'd allegedly confessed to in text messages, has also been getting a lot of threats. On Wall Street. Stocks are rising the morning after the Federal Reserve's interest rate cut, the Dow up 116 points, the Nasdaq gaining 195. It hit an intra new intraday all time high. Also a record high morning for the S&P 500 gaining 32. One stock surging as intel up 25% as it works out a deal with Nvidia, its stock up almost 2%.

Nvidia says it will invest $5 billion in Intel. The two will work together to develop chips for personal computers and data centers. Nvidia's chips are considered crucial for artificial intelligence. The investment will make Nvidia one of Intel's largest shareholders with 4% or more of the company. Last month, intel agreed to give the US a 10% stake in the company in exchange for $8.9 billion in grants from the 2022 Chips Act. Now this morning we got an improvement. First time unemployment claims dropped last week to 231,000, 33,000 fewer than the week before, which was at a near four year high. The number of Americans continuing to collect jobless benefits dropped slightly to 1.92 million. Some spirit Airlines workers will soon file for unemployment.
