President Trump has just arrived at the United nations in New York. I'm Dave Anthony, FOX News. And a little later this hour, he'll address world leaders gathered at the UN General Assembly. And Secretary of State Marco Rubio tells Fox he may call out the UN Itself.
Marco Rubio
If you look at Russia and Ukraine, you have a war going on there. It's the president that's been carrying the burden of trying to bring it to an end. The UN Is playing no role. If you look at what's happening in Gaza with Hamas and everything that's happened there with Israel taking them on, what role is the UN playing?
Dave Anthony
None near the UN In New York, the Secret Service says it's disrupted a hidden communications network with several hundred servers that would have allowed encrypted, anonymous exchanges powerful enough to disable cell phone towers and could have blocked emergency communications, including police dispatch. Ryan Ruth will soon talk directly to the jury at his trial in the second Trump assassination attempt. Defending himself in closing arguments, the prosecutor in his closing just told jurors a short time ago the evidence has shown one thing. The defendant wanted Donald Trump dead.
Madeline Rivera
Ruth only called three witness compared to the prosecution who called 38 questioning them over seven days. Now, Ruth called on two friends from North Carolina. Those were his character witnesses. He asked if they thought if he was peaceful, gentle and non violent. Both described Ruth in a positive light.

Fox's Dana Marie McNichol at the federal court in Fort Pierce, Florida. Jimmy Kimmel will be back on TV late tonight. Disney's reinstated the show. It suspended last week over controversial comments Kimmel made about Charlie Kirk's alleged assassination. There was another public tribute to Kirk last night. Charlie accomplished more in his 31 years than most people could accomplish in many lifetimes. Michael Knowles took the stage at the University of Minneapolis, Twin Cities, where Charlie Kirk was supposed to go last night, the next stop on his American comeback tour. He was murdered at the first event at Utah Valley University. If you want to honor Charlie, go to church, read the Bible, pray and.

Well, on Wall street, the Dow on the rise yet again this morning. It is up 284points on top of yesterday's record high close. The S&P 500 is gaining a fraction after its record close, but The NASDAQ is down 76 off its high. Kenview's stock is up about 555%. It's the company that makes Tylenol pushing back on what President Trump is telling pregnant women. Taking Tylenol is not good warning of an elevated risk of autism in children.
Madeline Rivera
The FDA acknowledges no causal relationship between acetaminophen and neurological conditions has been established. One study from last year covered nearly 2.5 million births in Sweden, and it found no increased autism risk when exposing children to acetaminophen in the womb. It states in part, acetaminophen used during pregnancy was not associated with children's risk of autism, ADHD or intellectual disability in sibling control analyses. Ken View, the owner of Tylenol, says, we believe independent, sound science clearly shows that taking acetaminophen does not cause autism.

That's Fox's Madeline Rivera back to President Trump. He just posted on Truth Social before his UN Speech. He's decided against meeting Democratic congressional leaders trying to work out a budget deal a week before a funding deadline unless, he wrote. They become realistic, he wrote. Also, the radical left Democrats are threatening to shut down the government so they can have new spending for free health care for illegal immigrants. Price of oil this morning is up almost a dollar. It's over 63 bucks a barrel again, but gas is down a penny. AAA's national average for regular at 317 per gallon. On Monday Night Football, the Lions clawed the Ravens.
