And the shooter was killed in a shootout with police. The suspect in Saturday night shooting in Southport, North Carolina, is expected in court today. The gunman drove a boat up to a waterfront bar, started shooting, killing three people, wounding five. Tyler Robinson will appear in court virtually in Utah via video facing a murder charge in Charlie Kirk's assassination.

Prosecutors have already released some evidence, including what they say is Robinson's DNA on the trigger of a rifle believed to be the murder weapon.
