Troops now withdrawing to pre agreed lines which will leave Israel controlling for now just over half of the Gaza Strip. Once the troop redeployment is complete, hamas will have 72 hours to release the 20 remaining living hostages and send home the bodies of 28 others. Aid is now scheduled to pour into Gaza. Palestinians are beginning to return to neighborhoods now reduced to rubble.

There is a rebound on Wall Street. The dow is up 114 points after yesterday's losses. The Nasdaq is gaining 58. It hit a new intraday all time high this morning. The S&P 500 adding 15 points. The price of oil is down almost $1.50. It's down to $60 an ounce as gas drops a penny. AAA's national average for regular $3.10 per gallon. That's a nickel less than a week ago, 11 cents cheaper than October 10th that last year. New York's attorney general, Democrat Letitia James, who vowed to target and sue President Trump when she ran for the office in 2018 and did winning a civil fraud case against then candidate Trump last year, is now charged with criminal fraud by A.A. trump appointed U.S. attorney.
