Gaza continues to hold as anticipation builds for Hamas to release all remaining Israeli hostages. That's expected to begin sometime Monday morning ahead of a noon deadline. Hamas is still holding 48 hostages right now. About 20 are still believed to be alive. This marks the first phase of President Trump's 20 point peace plan agreed to this week. It includes releasing all hostages and Israeli military pullback, humanitarian aid and freeing Palestinian prisoners. Meantime, thousands of displaced Palestinians are returning to northern Gaza while in Tel Aviv, families rally as they await the return of their loved ones.

We're going to be talking about moving up the coast here on Columbus Day as well. It's already begun in the mid Atlantic, some of the southeastern states. These are your rainfall totals. Some areas getting 2 to 4 inches of rain. That system is going to continue to move, so it's not really drying itself out just yet. And it's bringing some pretty intense winds with it as well. 45, 60 mile an hour winds. Those are what we're seeing or have seen. Again, that moves more and more toward the Northeast, the mid Atlantic. So you're going to see rain ultimately moving up into the New York area, D.C. boston, all of these spots are going to get it, 30, 40, 50, maybe 60 mile an hour winds.

More than a dozen people are now presumed dead from that massive blast that destroyed an explosive plant in Tennessee on Friday. Fox's Caroline Elliott is in McEwen Tenness.

The local sheriff here confirmed there were no survivors after this explosion. So now the focus is identifying those remains. And the sheriff says that's not so easy. There's really not much left of the scene but rubble, some mangled metal and a few cars left burning in the parking lot. The sheriff says his priority is the victims and bringing their families some kind of closure. But he admitted a DNA match might be tough with almost every everything reduced to ashes. The explosion happened Friday morning at an explosives plant in central Tennessee. The company called Accurate Energetic Systems makes explosives for military and demolition purposes.

The explosion was reportedly felt for miles, resulted in 16 deaths. According to the sheriff. Investigators still looking into what caused that blast. Two high school homecomings turning deadly in Mississippi over the weekend in the western part of the state. Six people were killed and 12 injured when gunfire broke out following a football game. That suspect still at large in eastern Mississippi, two people were killed and one injured in a separate shooting. A person of interest has been taken into custody. In that case, an Academy Award winning actress has died.
