FBI agent raided both the Maryland home of bolton and the D.C. office at the end of August. His attorney Abby Lowell said many of these classified documents were cleared for use while he wrote his book. Bolton noted the prior DOJ did not charge him, though Fox is told he was investigated under the Biden doj.

In a statement, Bolton calls the conduct lawful, writing he is the latest target of the weaponization of the Justice Department going after Trump enemies, saying it's intimidation and an abuse of power. In a few hours, Ukraine's leader will return to the White House asking for more help battling Russia. Fox's Jared Halpern reports.

That did not lead to the ceasefire and the president's hoping for President Trump's also planning in a few weeks to meet with the Chines leader after the trade war escalated with the president threatening the other day 100% tariffs on Chinese imports, which he admits to Fox Business's Maria Barta Romo are unsustainable.

Now to Wall street where the comments that President Trump made about China tariffs and trade seem to have eased investor concern. Stock futures were down big before he talked this morning. Now the dow is up 114 points. The NASDAQ is gaining 7, the S&P 500 adding 5 points. Yesterday's stock market sell off was partly because of renewed concerns about smaller regional banks.

White House national economic director Kevin Hassett tells FBN's Maria Bartiromo the administration is working now on the issues that resulted in regional banks holding bad loans. Salt Lake City based Zions Bancorp says it will take a large loss and is accusing some borrowers of fraud. The loans were originated by its California bank and Trust subsidiary. Phoenix based Western alliance says it is suing a borrower, accusing it of fraud. Hassett says the issues that resulted in the situation go back to the previous administration.

Is up a little bit, a couple of pennies still around 57 bucks a barrel. Gas is down a fraction. But AAA's national average for regular is 305 per gallon, a nickel cheaper than last week. A rock and roll legend is being mourned. Kisses original guitarist Ace has died, a founding member who was in and out of the band Kiss over the years, ace Fraley was 74. He died of a brain hemorrhage, which was a complication of a fall in his studio at his home last month. Fellow Kiss members Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley called Ace Frehley an essential rock soldier.
