Fox the family of a man who died in police custody in Alabama is demanding answers.

State investigators are looking to the death of a 35 year old man who died Monday while in the custody of Monroeville, Alabama police. A witness saying she saw Amarin Tunstall being chased yelling and screaming by officers. And video she shot shows him then being dragged from a wooded area by them according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency's State Bureau Bureau of Investigation. During the course of the incident, Tunstall became unresponsive and emergency personnel administered what's commonly known as Narcan. He was later pronounced dead at a hospital. a Showgirl, filed Monday in federal court in California by Marin Wade, who claims that the branding of Swift's album comes too close to the aesthetic of her own Confessions of a Showgirl. That was also the name of a column she began in 2014 focused on backstage Sin city life in the Las Vegas Weekly, which she later turned into a live show and took on a national tour. Wade is described as a singer, songwriter, comedian and writer. She says her Showgirl brand spans performances, writing and digital media. The Life of a Showgirl, Swift's 12 studio album, was released in October and sold 4 million copies in its first week.

Michelle Paulino, Fox News Hershey has announced that starting next year, it'll start using classic recipes for all Reese's products. The change comes after the grandson of Reese's founder criticized the company for shifting to cheaper ingredients. Hershey says Reese's peanut butter cups have always been made with real milk or dark chocolate and peanut butter, but a small portion are now made with a coating that contains less chocolate, and they'll also start using natural food coloring next year.
