Now, that assessment comes as the ceasefire continues to be tested in the Strait of Hormuz. Just today, Iran claims that fired on US Vessels and targeted the UAE with missiles and drones and fast boats. Also today, the British military reported that a pair of cargo vessels were set ablaze off of the UAE coast.

Fox's Kevin Cork. And the Pentagon says the U.S. military sunk several Iranian ships after they fired on ships in the Strait. The Supreme Court has restored broad access to the abortion pill mifepristone, blocking a lower court ruling that would have not allowed women to access the drug at pharmacies or through the mail. The Supreme Court allowing last week's ruling on the federal Voting Rights act to take effect ahead of schedule.

It's a potential boost to Republicans as they seek a new congressional map ahead of the midterms. Justices last week struck down a black majority district ruling it had been racially gerrymandered. Governor Jeff Landry responded by declaring an emergency and announcing the postponement of the state's congressional primaries scheduled for May 16. Opponents argued that Landry exceeded his authority, but the court's latest ruling could undercut challenges to Landry's declaration.

Fox's Tom Ragati Chinese state media says an explosion at a fireworks plant in Hunan Province has killed at least 21 people and injured more than 60 others. Nearly 500 rescuers have been sent to the scene and evacuation efforts have been conducted in danger zones. President Xi Jinping says authorities need to thoroughly investigate the blast. America is listening to FOX News.

California's top insurance regulator says the state is seeking millions of dollars in penalties from State Farm after an investigation found the company violated state laws while handling claims from the 2025 LA wildfires. Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani recovering from pneumonia and remains hospitalized.

Rudy Giuliani's spokesperson confirmed the pneumonia diagnosis and said that after initially being put on a ventilator, he is now breathing on his own. Giuliani, who was 81, has been in critical but condition days after he told his talk show audience that his voice was a little under the weather. Giuliani served as New York City's Republican mayor from 1994 to 2001 and became known for his response to the 911 terror attacks on the World Trade Center. He spearheaded the effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election following President Trump's loss. That effort led to costly defamation suits against Giuliani and disbarment in New York city and Washington, D.C. in New York, Tonya J. Powers, Fox News.

Three people have died, three others seriously iled after an outbreak of hantavirus on a cruise ship that's currently off the coast of Cape Verde in the Atlantic Ocean. A popular public golf course in Washington, D.C. remains open today ahead of a possible takeover by the Trump administration for transformation into a luxury facility.

Federal Judge Ana Reyes declines to issue a temporary restraining order stopping work at the East Potomac golf course in D.C. having been told by the Interior Department that no renovation plans are finalized, she warns there will be serious consequences if work goes beyond regular maintenance and removing dead and dangerous trees. East Potomac and two other public courses in D.C. are operated by the nonprofit National Links Trust. The Interior Department filed a termination notice on December 31, five years into a 50 year lease. The D.C. preservation League's Emergency request to block the takeover follows a lawsuit filed in February after truckloads of debris from the White House East Wing's demolition for a new ballroom were dumped onto the park's grounds.
